Popular Post Tianna_Mortis
Platinum #29: Man of Medan Total Shocker! Collect all Trophies Thoughts: An interesting game, but after the first three play through's it was getting kind of boring and repetitive. I enjoyed it up until then. I am looking forward to seeing how they improve the gameplay and story flow with the next Dark Pictures installment, Little Hope. Platinum #30: Batman: The Enemy Within I Am the Night Completed Batman: The Enemy Within Thoughts: An easy platinum since it's a Telltale Game. It carries on the story of their first Batman installment very well. The story was interesting, I like how they re imagined the characters for it. Harley Quinn's design is definitely one of my favorites. I started playing it to break up the monotony of Man of Medan and switched between the two until I had Man of Medan finished.

Popular Post Akeachi
Platinum #6 - DOA5 Last Round Enjoyment : 4/10 Difficulty : 3/10 Unfortunately, I didn't like this game. The mechanics are good but I just don't like the whole feel of the game, but the worst thing about it is it's characters, they're just awful (with some exceptions) The combo challenges were enjoyable for me but the tutorial was a fucking nightmare because of how boring it is. I haven't struggled with the tutorials I just struggled with some because I didn't know what to do at the last section of some tutorials since I've been just doing them without reading the hints
Popular Post ShinigamiSensei-
#152: LORDS OF THE FALLEN Lords and Judges Unlock all Trophies 4.31% ULTRA RARE Enjoyment: 7/10 Difficulty: 4.5/10 I read a lot of bad things about this game, but to me it's pretty decent, above the average probably describes it best. The combat sistem in LotF could seem clunky, one thing to note is that it tends to focus more on the "heavily armed/armored" side of combat, so if you didn't like those kinds of builds in Dark Souls, you might find LotF to be frustrating. Specially now since there are more "dynamic souls-like games" out there. I played my first 2 playtroughs with the Ishaluk Staff and it was great, then i changed to Codex Greatsword for my third playtrough (NG++) and it felt way, wayyyyy more clunky but i was so OP that i just crushed every oponent on my way till the end. Overall, it's not as good as Dark Souls, and it's an easier game, but there's a lot of room for a game to be worse than Dark Souls and still be good. I must say that my main issue were the Bosses, they are really boring and uninspired, totally in contrast to the armors and weapons since their designs are great. On a side note, trophy pictures in this game looks badass and i won another ultra rare trophy, yaaaayy Edited March 12, 2020 by ShinigamiSensei-
Popular Post Juzota
#130 - Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition Hong Kong Legend Earn all the Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition trophies to unlock this platinum trophy. Cool story and fun combat, but getting the Platinum was pretty boring. There was so much stuff to do and most of it wasn't that much fun. I have played this game originally on Xbox 360, but never played the DLC's. Now I played also those, but both were pretty bad imo. It makes me sad that I didn't enjoy this as much as I thought. Sometimes nostalgia doesn't work that well. Difficulty: 3/10 Enjoyment: 6/10
Popular Post JonSnow95
#23 I have enjoyed heavy rain and beyond two souls but I would probley put this on top of the two in terms of characters, soundtrack and story and even the high tech technology that is in the game makes it really interesting:)

Popular Post iFraaN97
# 264 - Amnesia Collection Enjoyment : 7 / 10Difficulty: 3 / 10 Not the best PS4 port by any means, the mechanics overall are super clunky in these games, on top of that the fps drops and textures are pretty rough at times, but still, it's totally playable and the atmosphere makes up for it. I really enjoyed The Dark Descent, especially all the story details told in the notes, Justine was pretty fine for what it was as well (just a pretty short DLC to make a few runs), however I didn't care all that much for A Machine for Pigs, actually I found it really underwhelming comprared to the original.
Popular Post Whitelightnin683
#190 Bayonetta Enjoyment: 8/10 Difficulty: 5/10 Time: 20-35 hrs Finally got a chance to play this game after skiping out on its 360/PS3 release. Bayonetta is similar to what you would find in a DMC game except with a kick-ass female protagonist who battles angels instead of demons all while a remix of "Fly me to the moon" plays in the background (Neon Genesis Evangelion vibes anyone?). The story isn't anything to write home about, but it's still a decent plot for an action game. The combat is also faster than DMC with a greater emphasis on dodging attacks since doing so at the last second activates witch time that slows the flow of combat allowing you to perform longer intricate combos without risking a hit normally. However, this neat little gameplay mechanic is disabled in infinite climax difficulty (same as hard) making it more far challenging. Luckily the climax bracelet you get for paying 5 million halos trivializes this difficulty as it strengthens all of your attacks as well as using items since you don't need to get a fancy rank in every mission for the platinum like in DMC. The hardest thing for me was to compete all alfheim portals in particular portal 12 which kicked my ass for about an hour and a half. I would love to play the sequel, but sadly I don't think it will get ported to ps anytime soon.

Popular Post SomervilleHBK
#30 Just Cause 2 (PS3) One of my favorite games of all time. When I think of games that have kept me entertained, engaged, and exploring for as long as this game has, very few stand a chance. This game made the early decade so great for me, and it forever holds memories alongside COD: Black Ops and Skate 3 as my three most played games on the console. I will never stop coming back to this game.
Popular Post Undead Wolf
#308 - Final Fantasy XIII Ultimate Hero Acquired all trophies. I started this game over 6 years ago now and it feels good to finally get the platinum - this was actually one of the first games I played on my PS3. I'm not really a fan of this game to be honest. I think the experience of going through the story is pretty awful considering how much you're railroaded. There's very little freedom both in terms of exploration and developing your party. Hell, you can't even pick who's in your party for the majority of it. I guess it wouldn't be so bad if the story was decent, but it's not. All this talk of l'Cie, Fal'Cie, and whatever else causes me to lose interest very quickly. Not many characters I cared for either. While the battle system isn't quite as simple as hitting mashing X to auto, it's still not very enjoyable. Some of the battles can drag on for ages too even when they're not really a threat and I found myself skipping a lot of fights because of that. Thankfully, the game does get more bearable right near the end/post-game when it opens up considerably and it started to get those JRPG hooks into me. I did get some enjoyment out of improving my characters stats, getting good equipment, and overcoming the tougher fights. It's certainly not a good game, but it's not irredeemably bad either. Mediocre at best. #309 - XCOM: Enemy Unknown Plus You Win You Win, Everything. I don't have much to say about this one because it's technically the third time I've gotten the platinum in this game now, only this time on the Vita! While this version of the game does suffer from some technical issues like long loading screens and the occasional crash, I think XCOM is a perfect game for handheld and I had a blast playing it like I always do. One of these days I'll get around to playing the sequel I've heard such great things about and it'll be glorious. I'll never get bored of playing these games.

Popular Post vampiresarego
#62 - Jedi: Fallen Order (PS4) 28th Feb 2020 A New Hope 4 weeks, 1 day, 6 hours For such a broken game, it was probably one the most enjoyable Star Wars games I have played in a long time. Lego Star Wars aside, which is quite fun, a true lightsaber wielding, force using, stormtrooper killing game has not been this good in a while. Sure, the renders are horrible, the load times are horrible, the glitches are horrible, but what a truly fun game. The story is engaging, the game play is well thought out, and the characters are easy to connect with. In the true "Metroidvania" way, there is a lot of back tracking that takes place in this game, but revisiting those worlds never feels like a chore. The worlds are so diverse and unique, without spoiling anything, you are going from lush jungles to desolate wastelands and everything in between. Does the game feel a little rushed, yes it does, could this game have benefited from an extra 6 months to a year, probably. But, that is a true testament to this game. Even with how bad the problems are, you can't stop playing it and you just want more. The trophy list is very reasonable, the collectibles are fairly easy to find, and you will probably be very close to getting everything on your normal playthrough. If they make a sequel to this game, I will buy it day 1. If you are a Star Wars fan, do yourself a favour, go out and grab this game, you will thank me. Popular Post Deluziion90
Platinum #259 - Bully / Canis Canem Edit ValedictorianUnlock every trophy. Difficulty 3/10 Fun 7/10 Really had to turn my PS2 goggles on for this one. Coming from some amazing games recently with AAA graphics and going into a PS2 game sure shows how far we've come with technology. The story and gameplay are really fun. Being an asshole kid on a school in a Rockstar game is just amazing. Some missions and requirements for the platinum however were an absolute ****... Grinding a bunch of walking/skating/riding a bike and gathering 160k trouble points were absolutely pointless. Another minus was the camera.. God that thing has it's own life in this game but with some practice I got sorta used to it. Now quickly back to a new game for PS4

Popular Post ArmoredSnowman
Hidden Through Time 6.38% Rarity (it will soon become a common) Hidden Expert!Found all Hidden Through time trophies Difficulty: 5-6/10 (without guide), 1.5/10 (with guide) Time for completion: 15 hours, 41 minutes (though I took several breaks, and slept...so the plat could be achieved in as little as 1.5-3 hours) Well, what can I say about this game? When I first saw the trailer for it, I thought it was an interesting product, a kind-of 'Where's Waldo' puzzle game, but little did I realize how small a lot of these objects are (I didn't know you could zoom in/out until later-in). The first couple puzzles are easy as can be, misleading one to think the rest will be. I couldn't have been more wrong. It's a challenge to find all these objects with only your own eyes, and no guide. Several people have done it, but I was not one of them, haha. I used a simple enough guide (linked at bottom -- though it's missing the dreamcatcher for the last puzzle. It's hanging on a tree surrounded by chickens, next to stream....by the Native Americans.) That said, with the story puzzles out of the way, the only real grind is the 50 online puzzles. I know, I know, screw online, right? 50 puzzles would take all day right?? I managed to do it a little more than an hour and a half. Here's the trick: Several users are posting simple and easy maps that only take 5 seconds to complete, so that you can speed through online. I was one of those users (with my creative name, Vermont Icecream). Just change preference to "most cleared" and "not played", and go through! You might, if like me, face the issue of constantly seeing "data corrupted" everytime you load an online map. Don't worry about it. Nothing bad happened for me. That said, it's an interesting game, challenging, and some objects are very well hidden, but all in all, it's just a matter of playing a game of Where's Waldo/Wally. It's a quick and easy plat, and it's a cheap game. Definitely give it a shot, and support the devs!
