pl0000pl
shadow warrior 2 oh my god am I happy to have this one done at last. I started this game a couple of years ago with a few of my mates they didn’t seem to enjoy as much as I did we all dropped it but I had this massive itch inside of my head telling me to go back I’m glad I did I enjoyed it more a second time round but after seeing what’s needed for one of the trophies threw me off from wanting to grind it as much as I could of in single goes but it’s all done now and I’m happy with that if your going for this game’s platinum good luck you need it for putting up with the grind and following guides for the secrets is needed but isn’t always helpful due to the maps randomly generating all the time

Popular Post AJ_Radio
It's been a while since I bothered posting actual platinum trophies on this thread.... so I'll just do a quick recap of my last several. Platinum #222: Just Cause 2 (January 25th, 2020) A boring slog. Too many collectibles, going for the 75 percent trophy was a chore. Open world was too big. Story was meh. 100 percenting some areas was a pain in the ass because it was hard to find some collectibles. Not anything more I need to say on this. Platinum #223: Tekken 7 (January 28th, 2020) A decent fighting game from a series I never delved in before. I'm very familiar with Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat, but Tekken was one I was never exposed to as a kid. Tekken 7 continues the tradition of having a fighting game that is easy to pick up, but hard to master. The story mode for this game was better than I expected. All the familiar characters from past Tekken games are here. This was however a new experience for me. Easy platinum and enjoyable game. I may pick up the other games in the series in the future (except Tekken Revolution which is unobtainable). Platinum #224: Just Cause 3 (February 4th, 2020) What started out strong turned into a technical mess. This had to be one of the worst performing games I've played on the PS4. Whenever I tried taking over a town or a military base, the frame rate dips significantly. There is no excuse to have such shitty performance from a AAA game on a modern system. Most games range from the standard 30 FPS to 60 FPS, Just Cause 3 was well below that. The story was just okay, but I forgot about what was going on weeks after I finished this game. The DLC made transversing the open world easier. Some collectibles were a massive pain, including a certain speedboat that is stuck in a lake that has to be transported to a garage via helicopter. There were too many challenges, although I had fun with some of them. Not too bad of a sandbox title, but this game was 10 - 15 hours too long for what it really delivered in terms of meaningful content. Platinum #225: Mad Max (February 14th, 2020) By far my favorite of the Avalanche Studio games I've played. Unlike the Just Cause games, Mad Max actually has a point in it's story. The desolate wasteland that was once a fruitful society with lush trees and grass can show how weapons can destroy an entire planet. Survival and driving around the sands is basically most of this game, but it's a fairly decent experience. The main concern I had with this game was the infamous Scavenging Glitch, where a location wouldn't count towards the challenges, locking people out of a trophy. I basically had to write and jot down every location and made sure it counted in both the statistics and the challenges page. Some other challenges such as killing 15 enemies (generally Scrotus henchmen) by boarder spikes I had to be wary of. Mad Max also has a stupid challenge for collecting scrap while the game is turned off, the actual scrap is so little you're better off getting most of the scrap from the scavenging locations. The characters were a little interesting. Mad Max was definitely the most polished, vehicle combat was actually pretty fun. I was glad to finally get around to this game. Platinum #226: Assassins Creed IV Black Flag (February 26th, 2020) This was a long time coming, because I started this back in 2015 but due to poor internet, couldn't really do the multiplayer. Finally decided to get around to it, and it's one of several Assassins Creed games I'm proud to have done. The game is a definite mixed bag. I think this has some of the most satisfying gameplay experiences in the franchise. Taking over ships never gets old, neither is finding a buried treasure after obtaining a map for it. Edward Kenway and Adewale are charming personalities that really lighten up the mood for this game. They have good chemistry and it demonstrates that Ubisoft can make charming, likeable characters when they want to. The sea shanties that the sailors sing while you're sailing in the Caribbean on the Jackdaw gives a light hearted feel for much of the game. That combined with the bright and vibrant colors of the Caribbean really put you on the spot that this is definitely a game that should be played by anyone who enjoys open world games. My major gripe with this game isn't the present day story, but the multiplayer. It was completely tacked on and everything felt lacking compared to the single player experience. Black Flag was the last game in the franchise to have standard multiplayer, Assassins Creed Unity dropped that in favor of co-op and everything after has been entirely single player. I felt the multiplayer was boring and overstayed it's welcome. Game Lab was incredibly annoying to try to find players for, I finally got lucky and found a full match after over a week of trying. Some of the DLC was annoying, particularly the Sacred Lands trophy. Getting to Level 55 took me around 10 - 15 hours of playing solo Wolfpack. Very boring, very tedious, and it makes me hesitant to stack the PS3 version. Black Flag has a solid single player experience that draws inspiration from Pirates of the Caribbean, the world is vibrant and colorful and the main story is pretty good. The multiplayer in contrast is rather boring and dull, which I'm glad Ubisoft took out by the time Assassins Creed Rogue hit the shelves. An enjoyable game, and one that shouldn't be missed by any open world game fan, or anyone who plays AAA games. Segimon
Platinum #107: Table Top Racing Difficulty: 7/10 Enjoyment: 1/10 This game was bad. I was forced to play through it myself since I unlocked trophies for it back in 2016-2017. The creators of the game made multiple patches which increased the difficulty of all special events, and I nearly gave up multiple times on several of the challenges. I didn't think this was fair considering that there were already people who were able to get the platinum easily before the patch. That 1,000,000 drift point challenge and some of the pursuits nearly gave me a heart attack, though it does feel good to actually complete the challenge. I can understand if a game is good and difficult, but for a game to be both bad and difficult? No words...

Popular Post RedRodriguez87
#296: Hail to the King! Here's another one I wanted to play for a while, and yeah, it's still alot of fun. I said all the time that THIS was the game Duke Nukem Forever should've taken cues from, and for the most part I was right. While it did take some readjustment from the cover-base recover to health pack pic-ups, everything else was done so much better. The worlds have such an open-world feel to them despite them being linear, I loved being able to carry more than two weapons, and while it's of course macho raunchy cheesecake, the game never felt like it was up its own ass about itself either. The tone and game never feels the need to suck it's own dick, shit-talk other properties or attempt the cross the line with out character rape jokes. And I also am a sucker for these out-dated graphics, and the ability to switch between whatever variant you want, and the dev commentary was a nice touch. Though I'll be honest, while this was a fun game to breeze through, I still consider Bulletstorm Tour to be the closest thing to a true DN successor/sequel.
Popular Post cronocyde
Platinum #135: Ratchet & Clank (PS4) First trophy: 8th Jul 2017 1:45:17 PM Time to platinum (real time): 2 years, 8 months, 3 weeks Time to platinum (in game time): Around 20-25 hours Platinum rarity (PSNProfiles): 22.14% Game rating: 9/10 Trophy rating difficult: 4/10 Man, I loved this game! No surprise, I'm a big Ratchet & Clank fan and got pretty much all the platinum trophies for all the games. This one was special though, since we're going back to the first game and re-experience it again. The graphics are gorgeous and vibrant, the gameplay is really solid and the story is amazing. In terms of trophies, there's a little bit of planning involved, but nothing most people can't do. Even the challenge mode was different enough to not bother me, which is amazing. Recommended!

Popular Post Ala-Arska
SteamWorld Heist (PS Vita) Across The Universe Divide Collect every trophy in SteamWorld Heist There's the Earth, the Moon and...look, some stars! SteamWorld franchise is becoming my favorite thing of 2020. Whereas SteamWorld Dig was mainly about digging and mining for minerals, Heist takes a different route. It's a turn-based, western shooter, set in space, in colorful 2D. Imagine Firefly replaced with robots. The only thing that remains from Dig is a robotic arm holding a pickaxe (flag above). And said non-organic creatures Main story is pretty much you having a crew of miscellaneous characters, raiding pirate space ships and saving the universe . Each level has you using 1-4 members, each one having actually useful skills and differing personalities. Out of 10 bots to choose from, I ended up using the same key four ones whenever possible. But they all more or less rock As said before, visuals are in pretty two-dee. This is pure eye candy for the viewer, all those reds and blues just pop out. Controls are simple. You make your move, you aim, you shoot. Or use an ability, which is often a life saver especially in Elite Mode. Elite Mode is the hardest difficulty available, which you'll have to do. Without dying or giving up. With all objectives. In max 799 turns Doing all those challenges in one run was like walking on a tightrope that's on fire. But that's the SteamWorld way! Music is s-s-s-s-spectacular! Shops, cantinas and menus have their own theme songs, each one catching the mood perfectly. SteamWorld Heist is a fantastic space opera with stand-offs and loot. It has that certain "Oompf" that kept me hooked on. I definitely recommend giving this a try, especially if you're in a mood for an adventurous turn-based strategy game. With robots with silly hats
Popular Post StewartBros
Platinum #150 One Last Time Collect All The Trophies My 150th platinum - I can't believe that it's taken me so long to play through this game, given how much I enjoy the Uncharted series, but when I realized I was approaching 150 plats I knew that that spot had to go to something special, and Uncharted 4 seemed like the perfect game to take that place. I really enjoyed playing this game at last - it was a lot of fun. Naughty Dog definitely seemed to scale back on the sheer number of action set-pieces compared to UC2 & 3, but the ones that are here are simply spectacular. Crushing mode was much easier than in the previous games since you could just sneak past entire enemy patrols rather than be forced to kill them all. The trophy list was more varied than its predecessors, which I felt added more challenge and enjoyment to the game. There were a couple of plot twists that I saw coming - and a couple that I didn't - and all in all, I'm very impressed with this game, and I'll definitely be coming back to it later on.
Popular Post ShinigamiSensei-
#155: ZOMBI The Ultimate Survivor Earn every Trophy in the game This game was great!!!...nah, i'm joking. During my 3 playthroughs (easy> survival> normal mode) 1 time my character got stuck in a cage so i had to reload my save file (bug). 1 time the game threw me an error code (you know, the blue screen). 1 time my save file got corrupted. The game itself isn't that good, but i have to admit that i enjoyed my survival playthrough...so it wasn't that bad either. Well, at least i have a new Ultra Rare Platinum and did some backlog cleaning

Popular Post Darghel
#67 Super Super Trophy (Horizon Chase Turbo) Difficulty: World Tour is a breeze, but the Tournaments and Endurance modes were frustrating at times Time to Complete: 8 months (played it very casually until very recently) Recommended? if you're into 90s style arcade racing games sure! Started this game back in august but only after clearing the world tour, I decided to play full time and get the last trophies, specifically tournament mode and endurance mode. Still, I really enjoyed this little game: considering I grew up with games like Hang-on and similar it was a nice throwback to the 90s where I used to play my megadrive with the exception that it's all 3d and of course it's smoother (there's even a retro mode but it's painful to the eyes!) Honestly, all I can say is tournament mode was a pain in the butt: if world tour felt like a nice little trip Tournament mode was like a hike to the mountains! Enemy cars were so aggressive and kept getting in the way, making me lose speed and time. In fact, the only thing I truly dislike of the game is how there are too many cars and how it's easy to bump into them (the trophy for NOT bumping into any car was harder than I thought!) and how some tracks have tight roads! It's a mess and it's not funny how easy it is. Other than that, music is spectacular and graphically speaking I really like the minimalistic and cartoonish way, just like old times - even though I didn't play many racing games on my megadrive. I suggest playing this game slowly and take your time: It's a fun game on occasion but it can become boring really quick if you play for longer sessions!

Popular Post Rick_Sanchez
Platinum # 241 Fun: 7.5/10 Difficulty: 7/10 Zombie army trilogy is a mod based off of Sniper Elite 2. Playing with up to 3 other players, you're tasked with stopping Hitler's Zombie Army, you have to blast through hordes and hordes of zombies through 3 chapters. You will come across larger zombies that can either set other zombies on fire to run faster at you, use their own machine gun, summon other zombies, a few chainsaw wielding zombies, or even sniper zombies. The game isn't too difficult for the 1st two chapters but the levels in chapter 3 really start throwing heavily armored zombies at you that takes multiple shots to take the armor off. There's a horde mode that is frankly annoying to play through to wave 10 on each level. There's gold bars and bottles of blood to find on each level which you will need a guide for some of them. Most of the trophies are story related or kill related with a few do specific things like shooting a grenade in a suicide zombie's hand.
Popular Post Katt
Grand Theft Auto V (PS4) Los Santos Legend Congratulations! You're Vinewood's biggest star! They did it. They fucking did it: a game that you could LOVE so much, but also HATE so freaking much. The single player of the game is amazing. The only flaw this game has is that is super realistic, and the way you sprint. Mashing X is a fucking mistake. But why do I hate this game so much? MULTI FREAKING PLAYER TROPHIES. I HATE THEM WITH ALL MY MIGHT. There was one stupid trophy that voided my platinum in the original PS3 version, but I might come back in the future to settle things... I'm not done yet. I just need the game with a decent price in a digital sale.
