Popular Post SirWaWa
Bayonetta After 10 years I finally have this platinum! This is the PS3 version, the most inferior version but it is completely playable and plattable. I had no issues with glitched trophies and was played on the latest patch from a decade ago. If trophies are not popping it's most likely player error. Make sure you are completing and saving the challenges as you go. Do not rely on auto save. Auto save does not save your real save file. I had to go through an alfheim portal checklist twice because I misread and completely missed one. Plat time took less than 50 hours but I felt it took more, closer to 60. Still a great game today but it's really showing its age. Just as unforgiving as I remember, which makes it all the sweeter.
Popular Post eigen-space
Platinum #121 - Donut County (NA) All Done, 75.36% Rarity Difficulty - 1.5/10, Time Spent - ~2.5 Hours , Enjoyment 7/10 In Donut County you play as the raccoon BK delivering "donuts" to citizens of Donut County. Unfortunately what these donut shop customers don't know is that a donut is actual a hole in the ground that will send them and their belongings 999 feet below the city. This game is pretty simple-- you control a hole in the ground and move it around to capture various objects/people/etc from the map, and with each item you dispose of, the larger the hole gets for you to get even bigger items! Aside from a couple parts of the game where you're solving very basic puzzles, this is pretty much all there is to the game. And it is a good amount of fun for the couple hours you'll sink into the game. What's really fun about the game is the dialogue between the characters. The game starts in medias res where BK has found himself sucked down in one of his holes along with various residents that he's sucked down before him. He pretty much is saying what a good job he has done with destroying everyone's lives, and the townspeople refute this-- mostly. Really comical writing in my opinion. The only reason why this game gets a 1.5 difficulty is due to having to fully fill out the "trashopedia", which is an encyclopedia of all the items you've sucked up with your hole. You just have to be thorough with your surroundings to get this trophy, but it's still a bit of a collectible. Also there's a boss fight where you have to take no damage, and that might take a time or two to figure out (or you can watch a video). Now that I'm done with the game, I can't wait for the publisher's webshop to open back up (they closed due to COVID) so that I can order a "Have a Garbage Day" t-shirt (hopefully they're still in stock) and a trash panda pin. Anyway, play this game. It's a good time for a couple hours. Edited July 29, 2020 by eigen-space

Popular Post DF007gamer
PLATINUM #167 Mastered the Jungle ENJOYMENT - 5/10 PLAT TIME - 20 HOURS PLAT DIFFICULTLY - 2/10 PLAT RARITY 40.04% This was one of my favorite games on the PS3 but replaying it again on the PS4 I didn't enjoy it. Maybe seen Citra for the first time on the PS3 did it for me but the PS4 felt too repetitive gameplay wise. Nothing much else to say but it's just your normal FAR CRY type of game but if you enjoy it on the PS3 I would recommend to leave those memories there. Do not replay it again. I've play other games that I enjoy on the PS3 then again on PS4 like Sleeping Dogs which I enjoyed both equally but not FC3. Anyways just waiting for CUPHEAD to finish downloading then ready to come short of a few trophies for the platinum before giving up Edited July 29, 2020 by DF007gamer

Popular Post ExistentialSolid
#193 - Cuphead ~ Grand Uproar ~Difficulty: 7/10 // Enjoyment: 9/10 What a game. Every fight feels fair, every challenge feels reasonable, and every frame of animation looks gorgeous. You honestly cannot go wrong with Cuphead; this is my 2nd time playing the game to completion (the first being on Xbox a few years ago) and it was just as much a joy to play now as it was then. Don't let the difficulty of Expert mode, the A-ranks, and the intimidating pacifist challenges steer you away from this gem. It is nowhere near as hard as some players are making it out to be. With practice and patience, every challenge can be bested and every boss can be annihilated. I enjoyed every minute with Cuphead and will be eagerly waiting for the DLC to drop. Do yourself a favor and give this game a shot if you're looking for some run-and-gun, boss-melting action in your life! Popular Post Piggie_Pie
#87 Fallout Shelter 7/10 Can't say too much about this game. It's more of a busy when your bored type of game. It can sometimes be addicting but easily put down to play something more in depth. All-in-all, it's pretty easy, just time consuming.
Popular Post Fearless0610
Platinum #67 - Ghost of Tsushima Living Legend Wow...just wow. I don't even know where to start. After the massive and colossal disappointment that was TLOU2. Ghost of Tsushima is a breath of fresh air and the perfect swan song for the PS4. Right from the exciting opening I knew I was in for something pretty special. As someone that has had a deep fascination for ancient Japan and Samurai since I was a kid. Sucker Punch delivered big time and gave me the Samurai game I've been waiting for my whole entire life. This is a wonderful story of loyalty, honor, justice, revenge and love. The characters are likable, complex and well developed from Jin, Lord Shimura, Yuna, Lady Masako, Sensei Ishikawa, Norio, etc. You're going to enjoy there stories and missions a lot The game-play and combat is soooo much fun and addictive. Every duel in this game is amazing and intense. They're basically boss fights and each one feels unique and different. The standoffs are badass and always make you feel the coolest Samurai ever. I loved the different armors, weapons and skills you have in your arsenal to truly make you feel like a one man army. Great stuff The voice acting both in English and Japanese was solid all around. I kept switching back and forth but mostly played it in English though. You can't go wrong with either one. The sound and music is fantastic. Really feels cinematic and epic in scope and really enhances the gaming experience way more especially towards the end Now the real star of this game is the graphics. Goddamn they're beautiful! Like really beautiful. This is without a doubt some of the best art direction I have ever seen in a game. Brimming with so much color and gorgeous scenery that will make you want to explore more and get lost in this world for hours..I know I did. This whole game feels like a poem and it's a beautiful love letter to Japan and Samurai films I didn't think it would be possible for any game this year to top Final Fantasy 7: Remake but Ghost of Tsushima is remarkable. I've always enjoyed Sucker Punch games but this is there magnum opus and my GOTY! Now the platinum is pretty easy and actually pretty fun. You're most likely going to get most trophies while just naturally playing the game which is great. It's pretty similar to Horizon and Spidey in that sense. So yeah this is easily a 9 for me in enjoyment and will make you feel like a living legend indeed! Edited July 29, 2020 by Fearless0610

Popular Post Conor
#71- UNTIL DAWN (PS4) A Symphony of Horror Trophies Enjoyment: 8.5/10 Challenge: 2/10 Time: 1 day, 17 hours, 21 minutes (<15 hours in-game) Rarity: 2.9% Ultra Rare (PSN) / 18.30% Rare (PSNProfiles) Hardest Trophy: They All Live- All eight friends survived until dawn This was a big surprise for me. I thought this was a fast way to earn a platinum- and it is- but what I also got was a fantastic, atmospheric and downright terrifying horror story, something I have found myself lacking for for a good long time. The gameplay is reminiscent of stuff from Telltale and Quantic Dream, but Supermassive made it all their own with unique mechanics that see choices actually mattering, with consequences for many of your actions echoing into later chapters due to the "Butterfly Effect" system. After a prank goes wrong and two sisters go missing, the gang of friends present on the fateful night reconvenes one year later in the same spot- a luxurious cabin high up in the mountains, where a deadly curse takes hold and terrorises the teens (as per horror tradition, played by actors in their late-twenties to early-thirties). What starts as a cringey, horny, cliché-ridden kitschfest evolves into a horror masterpiece. The cast includes Hayden Panettiere, Brett Dalton, Rami Malek and Peter Stormare, with the latter hamming it up as a creepy psychiatist whose appearance may or may not be a manifestation of one character's twisted, mental illness-ridden mind. Panettiere plays Sam, the most level-headed member of the group and easily the most likable. It is a pity that her career has seen her typecast as the blonde cheerleader because she really gives a great performance here, especially if she makes it to the ending credits. Chris (Noah Fleiss) also defaults to a geuine decent bloke although the player can make choices that turn him into an asshat. Brett Dalton's Mike evolves a bit from an arrogant douchebag to a fairly okay dude and have-a-go action hero. Malek's character Josh is actually a very, very good depiction of severe mental illness in a video game. The rest, well, I can take or leave them. Some of the characters do very, very little and are just there to be fodder or a higher tally of rescues if you play your cards right. I'm very glad the game didn't pass me by, which it almost did. Definitely one of the PS4's best exclusives that I've played!

Popular Post No longer here
#98 - Fist of the North Star: Lost Paradise 94 hours 5/10 Difficulty 8.5/10 Fun One of the most intense games I have played in a while!! The game is similar to Yakuza in many ways. There is some insane grinding for the Destiny Tailsman in the end along with beating EXTRA HARD mode. The hardest trophy is the one where you have to do all of the clinic songs in one combo. This is a minigame that can make or break the platinum for you. However more practice will get you far and you'll eventually get it. An ultra rare platinum I am proud of!! #99 - Prob Ghost of Tsushima #100 - Devil May Cry 1 or Cuphead?

The game is still awesome as ever; it was nice to revisit this masterpiece before Cyberpunk 2077's release. It's been 5 years, since I completed this game; revisiting this game after all those years felt fresh and exciting. Will continue to complete the expansion stories and trophies. From what I remember, those DLCs/expansion packs were one of the best add-ons I've ever experienced, so I'm excited for those. Popular Post Rias Gremory
Platinum #129 Sleeping Dogs Definitive Edition (EU) Enjoyment: 7/10. Violence: 8/10. Gameplay: 7/10. Music: 5/10. Platinum Time: 4 days and 5 hours. To begin, I really enjoy playing Sleeping Dogs Definitive Edition immensely. The gameplay was a good start but sometimes it gets boring in story mode from start to finish but still was a great game to begin with. The widespread violence throughout HK was really awesome, so much blood lying everywhere, putting enemies in dangerous environmental objects was funny to watch. The music wasn't really much to listen in the car and I was disappointed but ok I guess. Collecting all collectibles was an ass but it was easy enough to find through HK when completing Girl's request through cellphone was a real breeze. Now time for the Sleeping Dogs Definitive Edition (NA) round 2 begin. Edited July 30, 2020 by UltraFire121
Popular Post Solmny
#24 - Dead Rising 2 Plat time : 1 month, 2 days 7/10 Difficulty 9/10 Fun Dead Rising 1 & 2 are for me personally the best zombie games ever made. The unique gameplay and mechanics that these first two games in the franchise have are just so charming and culty that I just can't get enough. The platinum however can be a huge chore, having all the "EVIL" grindy and multiplayer achievements you can dread. Though the multiplayer is easily done with a partner for the co-op and a great online team found through the site, couldn't have done this plat without those guys. IMO a hugely fun platinum that I would do again in a heartbeat. Dead Rising 1 has a more condensed albeit difficult plat, these games just go perfectly hand in hand. If you love these games, go for this plat! #25 - Devil May Cry 4 : Special Edition

Popular Post sillyrobo75
All trophies obtained Obtained all Horizon Zero Dawn trophies. Quite an easy platinum, around a 3/10 if I had to rate it, I am a pretty slow and meticulous player so I got most of the trophies just by playing the game naturally, had to do a little clean up just after I finished the main story, but except one, all collectible locations are noted on the map, so a set of trophies that is usually far harder in other games, here it was quite easy. Also no difficulty requirement if one has trouble with some trophies. Overall I had a great time with Horizon, curious to see where they will go with the sequel.

Popular Post StraightVege
Platinum Trophy #230 I've probably played through this game over ten times by now, in its various incarnations, but the engrossing atmosphere and exceptional characters keep me coming back. This version also runs smoothly and looks great on a PS4 Pro! I must admit, the combat is a bit dated by modern standards, as switching between guns and plasmids while fighting is pretty awkward. The plot/big twist isn't as mind-blowing as I remember it, either. However, the game still has something interesting to say about player agency, as you unquestioningly allow Fontaine to lead you around by the nose. I haven't stopped loving to hate Andrew Ryan (my ideological opposite), Sander Cohen is as chillingly mad as ever, and the utterly deranged Splicers will forever make my skin crawl (even if their lines do get quite repetitive: "We thought we could hide from the light down here; we were wrong!"). What I find impressive even today is that the player so rarely has direct character interaction, with the story mostly being delivered like an old radio drama, via audio messages and logs, yet it still works very well—a testament to just how far outstanding voice performances and excellent presentation can take a game. The world of Rapture is easy to fully buy into, and Garry Schyman's incredible score certainly plays a large role in tying it all together. I particularly adore Cohen's Masterpiece, which is likely my favorite piano piece ever, and never fails to give me goosebumps. As an aside, I always have a good laugh when a "keep politics outta muh games" person lists BioShock as one of their best games ever. I'm looking forward to diving into the sequel soon, since I haven't played it nearly as much, and I remember the Minerva's Den add-on being my favorite BioShock content period. Eager to see if it still holds up. Popular Post Omelette Paradise
#387 & #388 - Mekabolt (EU Vita & PS4) This was a simple enough but enjoyable platformer where you jump around small sized levels manipulating both robots and scenery to gain access to the battery that is located on each level. When the battery is collected you can then move onto the next level. There are 100 levels to complete split across 4 distinct areas although only 48 of those levels are required to be completed to achieve the platinum. Not a bad way to spend a couple of hours. I enjoyed it. Enjoyment: 7/10 Difficulty: 2/10
Popular Post RoastedPeanut
#78 - Atelier Lydie & Suelle: The Alchemists and the Mysterious Paintings The Alchemists and the Mysterious Paintings Difficulty - 4/10 Enjoyment - 8/10 I had a lot of fun with this one. I love all of the Atelier games that I've played, and although this one didn't have the usual time limits that the other games have kept, it was still really good. Very similar to every other Atelier game, but that's exactly what I wanted. One major problem though had to do with one of the characters. Liane was one of my favourite characters in Atelier Firis, not only as a character I'd use in battle, but I liked her story and her interactions with other characters. She has a much more minor role in this game (she's just an NPC/Vendor), but every interaction with her was utterly painful. She was always obsessed with Firis in the previous game, but they took things way too far and she was nothing but truly irritating.
