Popular Post madbuk
#385 - Table Top Racing: World Tour This was a game that I've considered starting a couple of times but never got around to because there were always other games I wanted to play more instead. Recently though a friend wanted someone to boost the wins with, and I took that opportunity as a sign that it was finally time to start playing it. I enjoyed my time with this a lot, more than I was expecting to honestly. It was a little too easy for the most part but sometimes it's nice to relax with a game that doesn't really challenge you and just lets you breeze through. The exceptions to that are some of the DLC events, but even they were definitely more than manageable. I heard there was a patch that made this game harder - I dread to think how boring it must've been pre-patch. Must've been a joke. I wish the drifting wasn't locked behind certain wheels, but also the drift in this seems to slow you down considerably so maybe it's a good thing I never had access to it (I only ever used Boing and Centurion wheels.) Turning corners in certain cars can be a bit cumbersome but you get used to it, and it definitely improves when you get faster cars later in the game. Elimination, Drift and Hot Lap events were my favourite, the regular combat races started to get a bit samey and repetitive. I did like the collectible coin pick ups honestly - it's weird to have collectibles in a circuit based racing game, but they offered actual rewards and were fun to collect. I'm glad I finally got around to this all these years after originally getting it from PS+, thanks to Cobby for giving me the excuse to jump into it.
Carol
#197 Rogue Aces Platinum Earn all other trophies Platinums, nowadays, are so boring and demand so little effort, that I don't remember being so happy and proud about achieving a platinum than yesterday night, when my Rogue Aces platinum popped. It isn't exactly a hard platinum, but the trophies aren't handed to you in a silver platter either. It's a trophy list that requires practice and, even though you can backup your save for the hardest trophy (completing 100 missions with just three lives/planes), you still need to be good enough to achieve the trophies. That's why I liked this game and this experience so much: I started this game when I was trying to spend some time with my Vita and I was having some difficulties with the game at first, so I didn't think I would be able to achieve this platinum. However, this game is so fun, that you keep playing, without even noticing how good you are becoming! At the end, after that learning curve, I was maneuvering my plane like a pro! My journey with this game was incredibly fun! "Rogue Aces" is a game that deserves to be loved and that I wholeheartedly recommend! You'll have a blast with it!
Popular Post sunnydaleAlumni
#83 London Detective Mysteria World Class Detective Enjoyed this one! The dialogue was well written, Japanese VA cast was perfect and the graphics were really nice. Main story felt like it was a bit all over the place and having a 5 second timer for every choice was totally unnecessary to the story and annoying when doing multiple playthroughs. Not going to be in my top favorites list but happy I played.
Popular Post starcrunch061
Plat #400 - Gal*Gun: Double Peace True Gal*Gun Master Unlock All Trophies So, we're here. Plat 400. Nice milestone. I had hoped this would be a musou plat, but I got frustrated with the crashing of Warriors Orochi 3 on PSNow, so I decided to go back and finish this one. Ah, the good ole days, where the puritans didn't exist, and you could rub on virtual images of high school girls in various states of (un)dress without restraint. Right. Anyway, Gal*Gun is what it is - a mediocre shooter with cute graphics and lots of fan service. There's lots of laziness, too; the game's dialogue is in Japanese, but often, there are no subtitles whatsoever. But who cares? That's not why you play. Honestly, this game was pretty fun for about 8 hours or so. Getting all of the true endings, and getting 1,000,000 points in a single run were nice accomplishments. Getting "Perfect!" in various battles was also fun. But then, the grind started. There are tons of girls who look very identical to one another, and have names like "Yuri", "Yuka" "Yurika", "Ririka", "Ririko"...you get the picture. They are virtually indistinguishable as enemies. And yet - you must distinguish them to complete the platinum. This put me off the game for quite some time (2 years actually), At the end of the day, it wasn't all that bad - past starcrunch061 had set up future starcrunch061 with tons of saves at various locations with full "Doki-Doki" power (don't ask), which allowed me to get all of the needed data in about 8 more hours. Add another 4 hours or so to clean up pictures (curse past starcrunch061 for not playing with guides!), and this was a 20 hour UR plat...spread out over 3 years. But still, for the price I got it at (even three years ago), I'm not complaining. After all, I've ground out so many JRPGs now that this sort of grinding is second nature. Oh, one thing: this game crashed my Vita numerous times. It even crashed my vita when I was trying to delete it. Annoying. But here we are! Popular Post Kiyan-13
#52 - Balck Clover: Quartet Knights 5-Leaf Clover Difficulty: 3/10 Enjoyment: 6.5/10 Time to Plutinum: ~12 Hours Rarity: 25.80% An ok game, I guess. You really feel it from the start that they didn't put as much effort and money as the game needed. Graphics are good, definitely could have been better but I can't complain. Gameplay is not that great, I liked that you had the option to play either as shooter or close-combat player but controls are cluncky and stages feel so empty not really worth exploring. Plotwise was good although too short, definitely the best "original" story at least in anime category, I really like time traveling plots and especially when casual loop paradox is used. Among the few positives is the animated cutscenes, they are well executed. I think if the game had more RPG elements, like a map, side quests and a level up system, it would have been a better game for sure. Recommend only if you are fan. Popular Post Valkyrie_Kitsune
#5: Gravity Rush Remastered + DLC It's all Relative Difficulty: 3/10 Enjoyment: 10/10 Now, where should I start? This game is simply AMAZING. I've had so much fun playing it! It has wonderful, funny and interesting characters, a fascinating story and I loved the atmosphere and the different vibes each town in Hekseville had. Especially the gameplay mechanics are refreshing. Kat is such a lovable (main) character, she's super sweet I enjoyed every second with her. She's easily one of my most favorite female main characters in gaming. There's something about her that make her feel like a real human. She's got insecurities, she doubts herself, seeks for love, she shows her emotions. But she's also strong-willed and fighting for justice and peace. I also loved Syd a lot lol. He's a cute dork. The only thing that was a little bit annoying was the camera while gravity shifting, sometimes it would be really hard to figure out if you're upside down or not. Overall, this was such a beautiful journey and I can definitely say that this game is extremely underestimated. I think it's a hidden gem. I'm now even more excited to play Gravity Rush 2 and to see how the rest of Kat's story will unfold!

Popular Post Ala-Arska
LEGO Harry Potter Collection: Years 1-4 True Wizard Collect all the bronze, silver and gold trophies Snape?! SNAPE?! SNAAAAAAAAAAAAAPE!!! This is one of the earlier LEGO games, and it shows. Characters don't use voice clips from the movies, instead they talk sort of blii bluu jibberish. Which actually works well Many action prompts (circle button shows on screen) are absent, instead there's sort of an arrow at times. Still, no biggie. The lack of prompts only makes tasks more cryptic and a bit annoying, and it does bother if one's eyesight ain't good. Mine's passable For this PS4 version, the devs could've fixed some of those issues. And they definitely should've fixed the numerous glitches that plague Hogwarts. Freezes when not suitable (right around autosave, in the end of levels), Gold Brick pointers where there isn't any, targeting issues... Changing characters only through Asterix and Obelix-barrels is tedious and adds unnecessary time to 100%. I missed the big char grid immensely here. Otherwise it's business as usual. This is now my LEGO Plat no. 36 I think, so many, many blocks built... Harry Potter as a franchise ain't exactly my favourite one (Star Wars, LotR, Indiana Jones rulezzz!!!), but fans will love this surely

Popular Post Conor
#75- HORIZON: ZERO DAWN (PS4) All trophies obtained Enjoyment: 9/10 Challenge: 3/10 Time: 1 month, 3 days, 19 hours (40 hours in-game) Rarity: 6.0% Rare (PSN) / 31.82% Uncommon (PSNProfiles) Hardest Trophy: Blazing Suns at all Grounds- Earned a Blazing Sun mark in all trials at all of the Hunting Grounds. "There’s so much more to discover before the world ends.” I'm not too familiar with Guerilla Games outside of the original Killzone, but I can imagine what a huge leap it is to go from linear first-person shooters to open-world adventure action RPG. But for the most part I think Guerilla did an amazing job with the game. Even though I am beginning to be really fatigued with open world games, Horizon: Zero Dawn really sets itself apart from the likes of the homogenised annual Ubisoft games. Aloy has earned her place as a bona fide PlayStation mascot (although the game is now on PC as well), wonderfully acted by the talented Ashly Burch, in what is probably her breakout role including the feisty Chloe Price in Life is Strange. Trained in the wilds as a master hunter and survivor, Aloy's quest to rid the world of an evil mechanized menace takes the player through a variety of environments across the spacious map, taking down various machines, cultists and piecing together the elaborate puzzle of how the world came to be the way it is and to protect what is left. Unravelling the mystery of "Project Zero Dawn" drove me forward, diving into different abondoned subterranean ruins from the "Old Ones" and eventually save the world once more. There is a good bit of standard open-world fare; bandit camps to clear, towers to ascend in order to unfog the map- but with a twist- and various upgrades and powerups to make the journey easier and access more remote places. Fast travel is intially limited but it is quite easy to unlock unlimited Fast Travel. The Frozen Wilds expansion adds a new area to the map with a new subquest line and challenges along with new machines to tackle. It also improves character interaction with more varied conversation animations, rather than the characters just standing there nearly motionless like it the bulk of the main game. I haven't a whole lot to say about this, really. I truly enjoyed my time with this and I look forward to the sequel on PS5 which will be a Day One purchase for me, for sure. I will also be going for the 100%. Bravo, Guerilla, for developing another great reason to own a PS4 (or PC). Great to have this as my 75th platinum milestone! Popular Post TheActualMeg4cy
#55 - Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout (PS4) "Ultimate Fall Guy" "Acquire all other trophies." I'm going to be straight up and honest with you all on this one - this game is a test of patience while praying to the wonderful RNG Jesus for the best rotations in games and of course... the right people on your team. FGUK is a fun title that was given away as a freebie for the August PS+ collection and oh man... so glad they did that. I was unaware of the game prior to the download and my expectations weren't really there considering there was none to be held of but... they've done a great job with it. The game does have some issues however with the server issues still being persistent but this is probably to be expected when you've got a ton of players on both platforms (PS4 & PC) hammering the absolute shit out of the servers. The game itself however is very fun when you're playing the solo games... as for the team based stuff? Purely dependent on whether or not you're on the right team. Trophy Hunters have been caught in a bit of divide over the infamous "infallible" trophy. This trophy requires you to win not just one game but five of them... sounds easy huh? WRONG! You need to win five games in a row. This is not a drill. This is actual stuff. The developers have insisted that the trophy would be impossible (or rather, in translation... very very difficult to obtain) and while the trophy has definitely earned that title... there have been some "tricks" released out there in the wild on how to do it. I personally am against these however solely because the game hasn't even been out one month and people were demanding for it to be altered. Regardless! I managed to earn the trophy quite early on in my hunt for the platinum, leaving me with the task of cleaning up the remaining lot. Season 1 is now completed (for me at least) and while the motivation is now gone to play the title (having nearly won 30+ games at this point trying to get as much kudos and crowns for the cosmetics)... look forward to checking it out again in the future with Season 2. Difficulty: 7/10 (This is my own personal rating based on my own skill. The game will challenge even the most hardcore of platformers out there!) Enjoyment: 8/10 (I did enjoy the game very much though the connection issues made certain sessions 'meh' and the lack of variation settles in quite quickly.)

Popular Post EIdain
Platinum #54 - Dishonored Definitive EditionPlatinum Blades and Dark Corners - Rare: 10.94% Doesn't feel like an amazing remaster, but it's a great game. Graphically it's not aged well, the art style covers some cracks but it still looks very last gen. The narrative is solid but the ending lacks punch, which is a shame as I felt some of the characters are really interesting and it's set in a very well crafted world. Where the game shines is in it's freedom through gameplay options and level design. I wish there wasn't a trophy for not upgrading your powers as I felt like I barely scratched the surface with all the abilities in the game. Unsurprisingly I enjoyed my low chaos, stealth play-through more. It was crazy seeing all the alternative routes through levels I missed the first time, whilst being able to play around with some of the abilities a bit more. In addition it was interesting to see the different ways in which you can eliminate targets on each level. I don't know if I'll 100% it, but I'm definitely going to check out some of the DLC. And can't wait to dive into the sequel.Enjoyment: 9/10Difficulty: 3/10Playtime: Probably spent about 30 hours on this one.

Popular Post DamagingRob
#477- Dandara: Trials of Fear Edition Unlocked Alll Trophies Unlocked All Trophies Unlocked all trophies; doesn't get much simpler than that. And they still goofed, and put an extra "L." :/ So, this one isn't bad. It's a metroidvania, but unlike any I've ever played. Instead of walking or running around the world, your only means of travel is teleporting. And similar to Bloodborne, your currency for upgrades (salt in this one) gets lost if you die. With a chance to get it back, unless you die again before picking it up. Then it's gone for good. You also never engage in melee combat, but fight with ranged weapons. Going for the Plat is somewhat tedious, since you need to follow a video for most of it. Unless you want to try beating it fast and finding everything without one. In which case, good luck. And I was too slow the first time.. I also somehow missed a room, and was hunting for that for awhile. Ended up being in the Dreamlands, which doesn't have a map. Kind of figured since the map looked filled out. But what a relief it was when that changed to 100%. Lol. The Plat would also be much more difficult without cheats. Why those don't disable trophies, I have no clue. But it definitely makes things way easier, having unlimited energy for firing weapons and spawning in whatever room you die in. It's funny that we have them, since I used an Xbox guide for my second speedrun attempt. And he didn't use cheats, so I don't know if they're available over there. Or he just wanted to do it without them. But that made it pretty easy for me to kinda keep up. Still a bit slower, but had ~20 minutes of wiggle room. The only thing I would say is difficult is the final DLC boss. They really amped up the difficulty with him. Can't even just stand and shoot, since you have to damage him by teleporting through eyeballs. And he has a ton of health. Took quite a few tries to finally beat him. So yeah, pretty unique and fun game. Not too bad for an UR Plat, either. It's also on PS Now, if you're subscribed to that. Or use a trial, like I did. Popular Post Dr_Mayus
#297- Ghostbusters Remastered I have wanted to play this game for forever and I was not disappointed. It felt so awesome being a Ghostbuster because Busting makes me FEEL GOOD I tried to do the Hard Mode glitch but it didn't work which is fine. This game was so much fun I actually didn't mind playing it through on Hard (and as punishment for trying to cheat the system I just had to beat all the bosses twice on hard). The game handles great, it was challenging without being unfair and it had huge bosses that made you feel like the world was going through a disaster of biblical proportions. If I had to pick a complaint...I really wish there was a character creation. I mean I was a mother fucking Ghostbuster and I looked like the same generic brown hair guy that pops up as a default in character create I mean if you couldn't play as one of the main 4...then I should have been able to create whomever I wanted to bust some ghosts. #299 - Bioshock Remasterd I don't know what happened. I just had this feeling I was supposed to play Bioshock...not sure why...but it is a great game so I guess that is OK. It has been over 200 platinums since I platted Bioshock for the first time...and it is still an amazing game. This is the one game that I truly enjoy playing on the hardest setting. Seriously, normally the hardest setting is pure bullshit but in Bioshock it creates this atmosphere that is unlike anything I have ever played. You feel at the mercy of Rapture...until you get enough Tonics/Plasmids and then Rapture is at your mercy. Walking through a dark hallway and hearing skittering, or talking, or low moans means shit is going to go down. Either something is on the roof coming to get you, something is coming up the stairs to get you, or something is in another room...probably trying to get you. Then the game also feels so alive. You could hear a bunch of splicers arguing and you realize they have a Big Daddy cornered. You can either run away as they are now busy...attack the splicers and hope the Big Daddy doesn't feel like attacking you...throw a security bullseye at them and trip an alarm...throw a Hypno plasmid at the Daddy and maybe a few Enrages...or just go in guns a blazing and hope you survive...all of those options work and that is what makes the game so good. If you have never played Bioshock the game still holds up over a decade later. Would you kindly do yourself a favour and check it out today.
Popular Post DarkSamurai69
#309 Death Stranding Enjoyment: 9/10 Difficulty: 3/10 I was not expecting to like this game as much as I thought I would. It felt nice traversing the environment and delivering goods to a destination. I found it enjoyable when it came to building up the roads and finding a good spot for the ziplines to make it easier on myself and others for delivery. I enjoyed the story as well, some parts of it makes you think. #310 The Hong Kong Massacre Enjoyment: 7.5/10 Difficulty: 5.5/10 A game that is similar to Hotline Miami. You get killed in one hit but enemies do as well unless they are wearing body armor. Hardest part is probably getting perfect aim on a couple levels where there are a lot of enemies. There is a slowdown ability that makes this easier to get, without that ability it would be much harder to get the platinum.

Difficulty: 3/10 Enjoyment: 9/10 Time to platinum: 29:03:01 (1 week, 3 days) Odin Sphere was one of the best looking games from Playstation 2 era and my favourite game on this console. I loved everything in this game: beautiful 2D graphics, breathtaking soundtrack, amazing characters and the great story. I pretty much remembered all of the story but I wanted to immersed yourself in it once more. And I didn't regret it. The game was pretty much the same as the original version. There are a few things I didn't remember like phozon abillities, not-consuming power gauge attacks or Churning Rift of the World (which wasn't hard at all. I would say it was quite boring). Also, I didn't remember the game was that short. I think I spend a lot of more time with the first Odin Sphere. Other than that I definitely recomend it!

I actually won't say much... other than special thanks to PS Now and Sony for the free platinum. I was made aware of how easy the platinum for this game was sometime ago but didn't really have the ability to play it nor could find a copy to begin with. Had a little curious peak at the PS Now library because of the constant advertisment appearing on my XMB and oh man... you just knew that the trial was asking to be used for this. The game is boring and the sound effects are frankly boring as well. I can't even begin to think of how any child would feel playing this after about the 2nd or 3rd time. Difficulty: 1/10 (It is very easy though some of the trophies were made slightly difficult on this connection...)
