Popular Post Suicide_Tortuga
#187: That's You! Know-All Been awhile since I posted in the forums, so hopefully some of you do remember me?. What better time to return than in the year 2020 right. Well anyways about That's You, it's sorta a Jackbox type game you play with friends using your phones. It's not as fun when you are playing by yourself grinding out 30 games. In terms of difficulty I would give it a 1 out of 10, the only thing hard about going for this platinum is having 6 phones/tablets to get 2 trophies. But if you have that then I recommend this as it's an easy UR platinum. Random facts First Playlink game platinum. Hopefully the first of many platinum posts to come from me. Down below is the platinum screenshot since it's the cool thing to do nowadays. Spoiler
Popular Post AccessEngage21
#127 Gundam Breaker 2 Master Breaker 2 Difficulty: 5/10 Fun Factor: 10/10 Rarity: 20.03% Time in Total: 1 Week, 17 Hours Hey there, ace21 here, so once again i im talking my sweet ass time into writing some of my plats here (aside for the fact that i have so much fun over the internet over again) to write the second of the japanese ps vita/ PSTV trilogy (the first one was Bullet Girl) and now we are moving to the best one of the three and oh man, i can even wait for doing a little talk about this one, gundam breaker 2 so first of all, i also platinum the first one (like 2 or 3 years ago if i remember well) and it was one of my damned favorite games of all time (more that 200 hours of my life well wasted) so once i got the legit chance to bought the second one, i did it in a heartbeat, once i ended it, once again, i love it, not as much as the first one but i will be lying if i didnt tell you that it was much better that the first one. So gundam breaker, technically a musou game (button mash to killed armies of enemies, my cup of tea) with rpg elements like level up in order to get more and better pieces, and gundam parts that allow you to do your own gundam.....i will put a photo in the end to show you my little pet project, that i called "NekoNekoNya".........let say that was because a nekopara bet a made with another friend......if i ended up liking the show, he could have the right to name my gundam in the game.....we still need to decide if that happen in the last game of trilogy ¬-¬ (since the first one also have the name) now, first of all the graphics, while the game runs a little worst that the first one, graphically looks damn better that the first one by a long shot, even if i played the vita port (also on ps3) it looks great on the big screen, also like the more stylish menu when you can select the missions, going to the shop to buying gundam parts, new pilot suits for the character or material to increase the gundam part level and thier atributes/unique skills (new in this game), going online, or just wasting your time moving around, the scenarios and gundams in general also looks great. in terms of gameplay......is GB2, if you played the first one, this one is not really that mindblowing, sure has some new special move here and there and maybe more gundam in general which has parts that you can use, also the ultimates (special attacks that you can use while you are in awakening mode) but aside for that, is gundam with some dynasty warriors gameplay, you cant really complicate a more simple formula that this......and i love it, the game still gives you the freedom to customize your gundam as you pleased, while some weapon ended up being better that others (ended up with a bazooka/spear combo in this game, and in the first one was a sword/gatling gun combo) you can put effort into learning any weapon combo you want and going nuts with that, aside for that, just attack enemies with your weapons, taking their parts, putting thier parts in your gundam, rince and repeat, the story is just like the first one, you now have more CPU partners in general (the first game barely put with some of them in some missions and they were for a lack of a better word......useless) this game on the other hand, give you better CPU partners that actually matter, and that is a good thing, the missions are pretty much the same in general, normal, defending objectives, capture certains checkpoints, team battle against enemy gundams and new to this game, gundam huge boss battles, once you get into a certain level you can unlock special challenges missions in the gundam cafe (actual existing in japan) and gundam shop, when you can get even better parts for your gundams but they are also more difficult that the normal missions, the storyline was something, since i dont read japanese i have no idea but sounds cool enough.....one last thing before moving, if you manage to import the original GB save data, it gives you the ability to play with your original gundam design for the first game in the prologue, pretty cool huh? Sound design is pretty good, japanese voice acting and gundam effects in general in this type of game, a good thing is they also included some gundam classic themes from the gundam series, so if your are fan of this franchise, sure that you will find one or two themes that sounds familiar to you. now, i know that is me just praising this game at all.......and it damn well deserve it, but one thing i actually surprised to see here....is that i find no one to play online, while online is pretty much ok and works fine, i never, ever find someone that actually bother to have even a tiny sessions to play, hell, i find more people in fighting games this days in my ps3 that people playing this game and that really shock me at first, especially since some of the main missions can be complicated, even if you have some backstory and experience in this game (like me) you will have to struggle into some of the main game missions and even some challenge missions later on......but funny enough, i still manage to plat it by myself, hell, it takes me less time to play this one that i did in the original (one day and five days) with some missions that require online partners because they where bitches in that game (that can actually one shot you, if you are not careful enough) but in this one, i manage to beat all the stages with S ranks with less time.......that actually scares me a little bit. and that is this is pretty much it, hell of a game, some times still play it, but surely moving on this days, but damn, once i get the ps3, good lord is going to be a hell of a day, so yeah, hell of a game indeed, as a musou fan i can recomended enough, and if you are a gundam fan, you will not feel dissapointed with this one, definitely the best of the japanese trilogy PD: by the way, here is the "NekoNekoNya" photo if you think i was joking with that. PD2: sorry, i put one less Neko and one more Nya XP Edited September 4, 2020 by AccessEngage21

Popular Post Jounochi
Platinum #166 - Angry Birds Star Wars (PS3) Got this for free on a buy 2 get 1 free sale at GameStop and didn't know what to expect. I played the original Angry Birds on mobile way back and thought it might be a fun game to play. It turned out to be a decent time and it was fun chasing high scores and three stars on the main maps. The only thing I really disliked was that it felt like they barely did anything for the console port. There were quite a few levels that were designed specifically for tapping a screen rather than for joysticks, which made three starring and getting consistent clears really tough. Enjoyment: 6/10 Platinum Difficulty: 4/10 100% Battlefield 3 (PS3) Already had this platted and decided to go back to 100%. You need a group to boost the DLC nowadays but there is still a pretty active community that play on servers that rotate between conquest and rush. Had a blast jumping back in and finishing up assignments.

Popular Post Shrooba
Platinum #36 Rayman Origins - Sweet Dreams! What a fantastic platformer with tons of challenge and fun! There haven't been any Rayman games in ages so I'd really love to see more in the future, especially after seeing how much of a blast this game was. The characters don't necessarily speak, but their movement and body language alone displays a great level of comedy, charm, and charisma from Rayman's adventurous nature to Globox's gluttonous and carefree nature. Great game.

alexandra-jane09
Sadly I joined the "I am Mayo" club and got my 49th Platinum trophy. I admire the companies sense of humour*, which lets face it they are from Costa Rica and I don't blame them at all. Interesting wildlife but corrupt politics and poverty. Major drawback of this game I think is that you will probably get RSI off playing it, my arm was going dead after a while, but as I say you have to have a sense of humour in life or you are a long time dead. Also there is only one Mayonnaise and that's Hellmann's mayonnaise no other kind will do [ and we have tried many]. * I think we can all do with some humour right now too. Popular Post Golem25
Platinum #67 - Assassin's Creed Revelations (+DLC) The Conqueror - Get Every Trophy 453,411 Owners - 39,480 Achievers for a percentage of 8.71% (average completion; 30.52%) Enjoyment; 1/10 Difficulty; 3/10 Trophies; 2/10 (soulless tiles that are worse than ACB, terrible B/S/G balance, but thankfully no glitches) Sense of relief after finishing it; 10/10 Full review in my Trophy Checklist I hate Assassin's Creed, so if you love the series you're probably better off not reading the rest of this post. On April 22nd 2011, my younger brother put Brotherhood on my profile without asking, which was the start of a nearly nine year long headache for me; the prospects of having to clean up after that little brat by trawling through another Assassin's Creed (he had previously pulled a stunt like this with AssCreed II) was already painful enough were it not for the fact that on May 21st 2012 he added more work onto the pile by sticking Revelations on my profile as well. I became increasingly convinced that he was doing this out of pure malice. Because for better or worse, he didn't seem to have done it for the love of the series; he quit out of the credits after about a minute and never returned; I can tell because that's where his save left off when I booted it up this month. Besides a unmissable Assassin Recruit Trophy and the Bronze for killing 50 guards with the hidden blade, he had gotten nothing but the story-related main sequence Trophies - leaving me to clean up 39 base game Trophies and 20 DLC Trophies - with 20 out of those 59 being Multiplayer-related. I managed to breeze through the admittedly kind multiplayer (compared to Brotherhood anyway) in August, thanks in no small part to an excellent boosting squad, and booted up the singleplayer (and sat through 12+ minutes of unskippable credits) on September 1st. I was already loathing what was in store for me after having suffered through the awful Lost Archive DLC (seriously, if you haven't played it, look it up; it's the worst rip-off of Portal ever), but I ended up pleasantly surprised with how quickly I breezed through the random Trophies my brother had left for me. Really, the only issue was Fond Memories for 100% sync of the main story. I have to say Revelations is a lot better than Brotherhood; for the first time in series' history Ubisoft managed to include a substantial improvement into the gameplay loop in the form of the hookblade, as well as very lame additions like bomb crafting which was swiftly dropped when III rolled around. The Constantinople map is really decent compared to the awful Rome map of Brotherhood, which was really just repurposed from the sawdust of II's development - and it showed. In terms of story, I didn't catch much of it as I only replayed those memories needed to get my 100% (quite a few but none of them especially vital to the plot from what I could tell), but then I could not care less about Ubisoft's stupid wheel-spinning about two death cults anyway. Now onto Black Flag, which is the third and final AssCreed for me to clean up this year (albeit the fourth overall); I 99% sure I will never ever play another game in this series because, my God, these titles are incredibly insipid to me. N1NJ4_V4MP1R3
Got the plat for The Surge last night in my quest to plat all Souls-like games. I enjoyed it for the most part however I felt the game was less skill based and more focused on upgrading gear. Often times there would be just a bunch of enemies that you just needed to brute force your way through, necessitating grinding to upgrade your gear constantly. There also weren’t enough bosses. I’d give it a 7/10. Solid game for the most part with some nice unique elements. Not in a rush to go out and get the Surge 2.

Enjoyment: 9/10. Graphics: 7/10. Genre: Fables, Fantasy, Magic, Crime, Murder and Conspiracy. Platinum Time: 9 hours and 37 minutes. I really enjoyed The Wolf Among Us PS Vita though PS4 version has better framerate to say the very least. Other then that, The Story was very impressive. Choices I would say: 90% good and 10% bad. Funny segments on option choices were funny. In all fairs, it's a decent game and not that tough to platinum. I am happy I obtain this and winning it all. Popular Post IzTriicky__
Platinum #210 The Order 1886 You know being one of the first playstation exclusive games for the ps4, It wasn't that bad. Popular Post TraumaticChain6
#62: 2064: Read Only Memory Difficulty: 2/10 Enjoyment: 8/10 Rarity: 7,30% So I thought this was going to be a point and click game but it is more a visual novel. The story is fun to unfold with some emotional scenes. There are some really great music pieces. Also the cast of characters is great. There are also some fun jokes and trophies. Some problems I had with the game were the controls to shoot. You have to do this like a few times but it's so sluggish. And there is a trophy tied to one of the shooting sections where you cannot get hit and it's harder thanks to the bad controls for it. Also there are a few moments you need to input something and the controls to input something don't work for most of the time. I don't know how you can f up an input screen. Also there are some philosophical moments which I didn't really care for. All in all not a bad VN, not for everyone but if you got it with PS Plus I would at last say to give it a shot. #63: Spy Chameleon Difficulty: 5/10 Enjoyment: 5/10 Rarity: 11,91% This one tormented me for a long time but I finally did it. What started as a fun little stealth game turned into one of the most frustrated games I've ever played. You need to be so pixel perfect with every move that it's just not fun. I followed videos for all the collectibles and speedrun trophies and I swear that everytime I did the same as the person in the video, I got caught. And for the trophy to complete the game in under 18 minutes you to get so under the par time for most levels, I cannot understand how they tought this was ok. Just don't bother playing this game for you own sanity. #64: Sound Shapes (EU) (PS4) Difficulty: 5/10 Enjoyment: 6,5/10 Rarity: 27,64% And just like Spy Chameleon, this is a game that drove me mad for so long. I cannot understand how so many people have this platinum. Must probably be the auto popping trophies for other systems. And I don't blame people for doing that. To be honest the story mode in this game is really great and I would recommend playing that. In the beat school levels you have to listen to a music piece and then create the music chart for it. It's a fun little puzzle but after like doing two I started spamming the notes all over the place until I completed it. And then come the death mode levels. Those can just bugger off. It's all luck based. So you need to get a set of notes in time. Does not sound to bad, but the notes always spawn random. So most of the time you get a wave of notes you cannot get in the time limit. And you need to dodge difficulty obstacles while trying to collect everything as fast as possible. Some levels you will get lucky and get it on the first try. And while you are doing that you'll listen to sometimes earraping music. It's just a recipe for disaster. Just play the story mode and play some beat school levels but stay away from the death mode levels. I'm really glad those didn't return in the DLC. Popular Post preciseRNG
#19 Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition Hong Kong Legend This game brings back so much good memories from the PS3 era. It's imo one of the most underrated open world games out there. The story is interesting from start to finish, there is just enough collectibles as well as side content to keep you busy but not a shitload of it to burn you out. To everybody who didn't play this: go for it! The plat is pretty straight forward with no missable stuff. Games like these stand in the big shadow of Rockstar games... To mention: The fighting-system is also one of the best for these kind of games! The DLCs that are included in this edition are OK but quite short and not really that interesting (needed for the 100% but not for the plat) Plat snap:

Popular Post Fearless0610
Platinum #69 - Seasons after Fall Master of seasons This is one of those games that I would always see on sale but for some reason it never quite piqued my interest. Until recently when I saw it for 1.99 so I decided to buy it after watching the trailer. And I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. It's a very charming and relaxing game. Reminded me quite a bit of Okami and Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess when it came to the graphics and visual art style. I really like the fairy tale element to the story and the whole concept of using the four seasons at your disposal was pretty unique which added a lot to the vibrant visuals, catchy soundtrack and fun factor. Plus who doesn't love foxes they're super cute and playing as one was nice. All in all, this is a short and simple platinum that'll keep you entertained for a few hours. 1.99 well spent!
