Popular Post DamagingRob
#486- Days Gone One Percenter Go above and BEYOND, unlocking every trophy in Days Gone This one was... something. It's hard to put into words, really. Like, the story was honestly pretty great, and may be why I stuck with it. It starts slow, though. And then stretches on for what felt like a really, really long time. Lol. It's surprising to see over 36% of PSNP players have the Plat, to be honest. Maybe I was just too stingy with items/ammo, and focused too much on stealth. Making the first playthrough take a lot longer. Second time went by pretty fast, but I was ignoring all side content and carrying over a bunch of stuff. But yeah, the story and characters were pretty great. For the most part. I probably even got a bit emotional a few times.. Though I don't know how this Malibu's Most Wanted reject didn't die two minutes into the apocalypse: Expected him to bust out rapping, at any moment. But yeah, just an excellent tale of people trying to survive in a zombie apocalypse. I hate to say much more and spoil it. But Spoiler the puppy was super adorable. The world was also so beautifully detailed, and full of little things. I probably could have taken so many more screenshots, if I did that a lot. But I just took these two: Seeing those two deceased women in the first one, holding hands in the end = heartbreaking.. But hey, look at that stack of pancakes. Gameplay is very interesting, at times. Most of the time, you'll be fighting infected people or normal people with guns. You can try to take them out quietly, or go loud. But gunfire can draw more infected. There's nothing more satisfying than hiding in a bush, and watching infected kill your foes. Hordes are probably the most interesting enemy. Hundreds of infected gathered together, and no way you'll survive until you progress far into the game. The first (kind of) boss fight was something, too. A bear that took so much ammo to take down. Kid zombies are also a thing in this. Then there's your motorcycle, which you need to keep repaired and fueled, or you won't be going anywhere. Luckily, there are fuel cans and gas stations scattered around. Would honestly be kinda funny if some gas stations didn't work, though. Because some do require you pay inside first, in real life. There are also a lot of customization options for it. So, I'd say I enjoyed my two playthroughs overall. The hardest difficulty was not that bad in New Game+. But the fun ended with the challenges... The challenges were extremely frustrating for me, and took about 3 days of playing to complete them all. Made me hate the game, even. And then I took a day off, came back to it, and finished the rest without too much trouble. :/ I don't know if that break was just sorely needed, or changing to different videos is what helped. But God, I still say they suck and good luck to anyone attempting them. For the most part, I used the videos in the trophy guide here by Mr. Reign. But for whatever reason, I was having trouble keeping my chain in one, and searched for an alternate video. And then I just decided to keep doing that for the rest, looking for shorter/possibly easier methods. And then went back to Mr. Reign for the final one, using an exploit he shows that wasn't patched. I'll be recommending the guide writer change the link to this one, since linking to a video with a patched exploit does no one any good.. But I'll also post links to my runs of the last few, and the videos I used for reference. Maybe they'll help someone. Honestly, should have uploaded them all, but it's not something I think of doing too often.. Anyways, here are the links: Reload. This was the one I was having trouble keeping a combo with, and this guy takes a different route. Also didn't upload my run, but the next four I did. Infested: Mine. Reference. Drifter's Run: Mine. Reference. Outride: Mine. Reference. Surrounded: Mine. Reference. And here are some silly videos I uploaded: 1, 2, and 3. Probably uploaded more Days Gone videos than anything, now. But yeah, the game has its flaws. Besides what's shown in those, freakers may get stuck somewhere, A.I. characters may do something dumb, or you may encounter the odd graphical glitch. For the size and scope of this game, though, I think these fairly minor bugs don't make it worth skipping. It's a solid enough entry in the PlayStation exclusive catalog, and I'd recommend it. Popular Post Ya_Boy_James
#38 - RISK OF RAIN 2 Clear Skies You have weathered the storm. The original Risk of Rain was a 2D rogue-like shooter that blew me away, especially given that it had only 2 developers. RoR boasted a healthy roster of characters, each offering a unique play style, and HEAPS of assisting drones & turrets, power-ups, and wieldable equipment that you stack up during each run to create insanely varied builds. Pickup 5 hopoo feathers? You can now sextuple jump. A ceremonial dagger? Every enemy killed releases homing daggers -- prone to a chain reaction. Is that a ukelele? You're now a god of lightning. Risk of Rain 2 brought this madness to a 3D third-person shooter and it SLAPS. It's simply so cool and so fun. You'll make your way through a chunk of the trophy list simply playing your first several hours, and each trophy is tied to an in-game challenge that unlocks new items to be found so the reward is not merely vain. After that, you'll be faced with a few purposeful challenges (defeat an elite boss on Monsoon difficulty & clear 20 stages in one run to top the list). Only one trophy may feel like an errand as you have to chase a certain enemy type off the ledge. Both RoR and RoR 2 are a great time for those unfamiliar!

What more can be said that hasn't been? I'm grateful this is available on PS4. Riding the momentum from a few recent platinum cleanups I finally pumped out the 99,999,999 Gil needed for my last trophy. Of course the original trilogy was better, but was very fun to play again with the "amazing buttons" Kratos. It was easier to plat than other games of GOW. #144 Gravity Rush: Remastered Difficulty: 4/10 Enjoyment: 8/10 This game realy aurprised me. I didn't expect much of it and it is really fun. Popular Post yellowwindow7
Done Done Done / Jak 2 ( ps4 ) i'm sorry if i gonna piss some of the Jak fans off with this one but remember that this is just my opinion! as much as most people dose but i Hate This Game, if someone told me which is the worst Naughty Dog game you ever played i will gonna point directly at this .. so why did i played it? well my brother paid to have this collection that he picked up on the previous sales i believe for only $8, and i wanted to play the first and third games but then i told myself why won't i just shut my nose and plat Jak 2 as well to get all three games plated on my trophy list? and there you have it... even back then when i bought it on the ps2 i didn't likes it so much, and look i tried to likes it when i played this ps4 emulation it kinda works until i reach the parts where it gave me a reason to hates it. the game is not just hard as everyone say, but it have one of the worst checkpoints you could ever see that naughty dog was well known of these bad misplaced checkpoints, the easiest parts in the game have plenty of checkpoints but the most tedious ones that really needs them they might have one of them way far or completely have none of them. the driving sucks in this game as every freaking vehicle in the game is basically the dumb flying Zoomer from Jak and Daxter, and if you wanna drive like a good person other NPC's will ruin it for you, i had enough of that and i just drive the darn thing lower to the ground hitting anyone especially the stupid law enforcement's, you get the hover board and you wanna use it to travel and the stupid game will try so hard to generate more law enforcement's on your path just so you can bump on them and the town will get made and wants you dead! and for some reason you hit anyone with the hover board pedestrian or enemies will kill them but if you hit a law enforcement is a crime! and you will also receive damage too?!??! Dark Jak is kinda dumb for me in this game as it only good to kill all enemies on screen with that dark bomb move. the aiming and shooting while it's also exist in Jak 3 but Jak 2 is the one that starting it and boy it sucks! you have to keep arranging Jak to what you wan'ts to shoot and pray to the freaking Precursors lord that he will do the rest and point the laser at the target so you can shoot it, this made the shooting gallery a nightmare to get gold on it. ND never perfected the gun shooting in their games until Uncharted: Drakes Fortune as a start. i didn't want's to deal with all of that again after my experience of the ps2 days so i used the cheat code to get rid of the collectibles trophies and just played the game normally as intended ( as much as it sounds like it but cheatcodes on ps2 emulation on ps4 dose not count you as a trophy hacker since it won't give you any penalty and locked away the trophies, Remastered games is a different story though ) also i assume the HD Remaster on the ps3 to looks and runs way much better than this ps4 emulations because this port runs really bad and had a lot's of graphical errors and such that i didn't even witness back on the ps2 days, the game also crashed on me once near end of the game. to me i really likes the final boss fight, that's personally the best part i ever enjoyed in the game, sure it's a bit annoying and once you died you have to start the whole fight from the very beginning but i loves it. i don't feel like plating the HD Remaster of this game, this version is more than enough! Popular Post Ala-Arska
LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes (PS Vita) Complete Hero Collect all trophies These "Inception"-like Platinum images are growing on me. I'm beginning to wonder, if there is such a thing as 'an actually good LEGO Vita game.' Caped Crusader on handheld sure is not. Not the worst, but nothing to write home about. Beside levels, the game offers no hub to wander about. Not a big deal, but a tiny Gotham would've been gothic Controls are sub par, punching has a weird lag and aiming is pure shit when under fire. Thank God for Invincibility Red Brick. Music is playing Bat's and Supe's themes over and over again. Well, they are epic. Not that epic, though (YES, YES THEY ARE!!!). Voice clips derive yet again from an unknown Soviet era farm well. With polluted water in it and rotten rope hanging by a thread. Superman is a girly girl here. He can't fly for shit, has to use goddamn LADDERS, has weaker punches than Glass Joe, and dies a lot. Only one Vita LEGO game left, I'm sure everything will NOT be awesome if I can't find my paaaaants LEGO's are great. Console games are great. Vita games are best to be avoided. Popular Post Mayellie
#31 - Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition True Survivor Unlock every Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition trophy. Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition is my first ever Tomb Raider since I never got around to diving into the franchise on earlier consoles! I first played this back in 2018, where I completed the main story and got most of its singleplayer trophies, but ignored the MP. My favorite part of the game is solving the tombs because, duh, tomb raider. There’s definitely more emphasis on general adventure than tomb raiding, which I wasn’t expecting. The puzzles are somewhat complex, and sometimes took longer to solve than what I’m willing to admit… This TR’s story involves Lara and her crew on a ship searching for an island off the coast of Japan in search of secrets behind the ancient kingdom of Yamatai, and its powerful ruler, Himiko, the Sun Queen. After very conveniently crashing onto that exact island, Lara and her crew find themselves in a sticky situation where everything is not what it seems to be. Mystery? Check. Ancient history for (somewhat factual) ancient history nerds like me? DOUBLE CHECK! I was invested in the story for my first playthrough a few years ago. When I got around to playing it a second time, especially now that I’ve tried the second installment of the reboot, Rise of the Tomb Raider, I noticed some pros and cons. Pros for TR over Rise is the story is soooooooooo much more interesting. I’m pretty crap with video game story memory, so I don’t even remember what the hell happens in Rise, but I remember feeling pretty bored and wanting to hop onto my next game. Cons include some cliché dialogue here and there, with a sprinkle of annoying and bipolar side characters. Trophies: singleplayer and multiplayer. The former is straightforward and mainly comprises of killing enemies a certain way. They’re easy, but the issue is some trophies will be easiest to get in specific parts of Lara’s adventure. Meaning, if you went to Shantytown, where there are tons of enemies standing by ledges, and progressed without getting the “pull X enemies off ledges trophy”, then, you, my friend, are FUCKED! While there is free roam post-story, not many enemies respawn. This renders pretty much the entire list as missable. Kills don’t stack either, so they must be in a single playthrough. You need to get all collectibles too, but if you like to get the most out of your games, this should be a slice of cake. Second part is multiplayer, and is by FAR, the reason this is a 5% PSNP plat! Firstly, the MP is totally and 100% absolutely dead, which means you’d have to boost to get some trophies. The good thing is those trophies should not take longer than 30 minutes to boost, and you’d need only a total of 4 people. Secondly (brace yourself), you have to reach level 60. It’s a looooooooong grind. There’s 2 strategies to this trophy: solo grind, and boosting grind. With solo grind, you’re basically begging to be tortured. You need 1.7 million XP to Level 60, and solo matches grant you 20,000 XP… so to anyone who completed it solo, you’re legendary! Luckily, I boosted the grind. My very, very kind friend @Fox lent me a paw for several hours over 2 or so weeks so that I could use another 100,000 XP per match method that was still grindy, but MUUUCH better than solo grind. I literally would not have even returned to this game’s plat if it wasn’t for his help! Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my first TR game. Returning to it after playing Rise of the Tomb Raider helped point out its age, though. I was really interested in the mystery behind this long lost Kingdom of Yamatai, and the mythology behind it. While the Uncharted games are a bit more fast paced, I definitely see where they draw inspiration from. TR is an iconic franchise, and I look forward to trying Shadow of the Tomb Raider. Plus, it made me happy to play as a female protagonist! Difficulty: 5/10 Grind: 8/10 Enjoyment: 8.5/10 I recommend! Popular Post Dr_Mayus
#307-Persona 3: Dancing in the Moonlight I am really happy they continued the style of P5 Dancing and not P4. I like that the game is just based around the group of friends dancing and cheering themselves on. That being said, I have never played P3 so I didn't know who anyone was but based on this game it looks to be another fun batch of protagonists so I would still love to play P3 one day. I will say after now being exposed to all 3 groups P5 is still my favourite batch of friend, I could actually believe that they would remain friend after high school and they just really worked well together. Also the only thing I knew about P3 was this old Penny Arcade comic (back when I still read PA) and every time one of the dancers put "finger guns" to their head made me cringe a bit.
Popular Post RedRodriguez87
#318: Oh Geezer! Sometimes you just wanna fun retro-esque sidescrolling shooter game with a straightforward easy platinum, and this one is certainly it. It was the music (and cheap price) that one me over, sounding like something the SNES would produce. However, there are some dumb things about this game. First off, most of the bosses are just video game references; not jokes or gags born of any actual wit, just "Hey, this character looks like that other famous video game character! Isn't that funny?!" The second is this weird glitch with the ball monster. The first two times I killed him, it was on the ground during his slam attack. However, for some reason, the game wouldn't let me pick up his item and move on, causing me to reset the whole level. The third time I killed him in midair, and only then was I able to proceed. Other than that, like I said, it's a decent retro time killer. #319: All Trophies Awarded A unique children's book turned dark movie turned video game. Halfway through this one, it really started to feel like another Puss in Boots situation, where the gameplay was definitely above average for a tie-in movie kids game. And while this is my overall opinion of the game, it does drop the ball in one major area; the combat. Simply put, it's slow, tedious, and boring as hell. It only really pops up at key points in later levels, but every time it does you'll be dreading it. Even with the in-game code of 1-hit kills, it's still a slog to get through; the last level in particular gets ridiculous with it, which is a real shame, as the level is easily the most visually creative in the whole game. #320: Grand Master of Trophies I, like most, got this one when it was on sale for FREE, and overall not a bad deal. It switches up the formula that I felt had gone stale, and was actually pretty fun. The simply act of making the hub world the actual story levels was a great idea (as it keeps the mandatory backtracking for collectibles a lot easier AND a lot more fun when you unlock more characters), the combat is easily the most enjoyable I've ever played in a LEGO game, with a variety of moves to spice up the action, and the additional modes where a nice touch too. I can't say too much about the story, though what I hear it's supposedly a reboot/make that didn't go over with fans too well, at least when it first came out.

Popular Post ZoutjeNL
#49 Diablo III: Reaper of Souls Enjoyment: 8/10 Difficulty: 4/10 My only experience with Diablo was playing the trial previously on PC. It has been a good 5 years since I played that but for what it was I enjoyed the trial towards level 20. I think I played a Witch Doctor and another class which I can't remember. Beside that I have played some other great aprgs like Torchlight II which I enjoy from time to time. Diablo 3 is definitely one of the most praised arpgs so what was my experience? I started with a warrior, the most basic class in any fantasy setting. Even though the class is basic, the diversity in abilities made it one of the most enjoyable classes to play for me. The Story is interesting and has some nice twists but the fun really starts in adventure mode with rifts (and less so bounties). After finishing the level 70 and story with my Warrior I went on with my Witch Doctor playthrough in HC. I made backup saves from time to time but ultimately playing on an easy difficulty made it not so bad. After my HC adventure I went on to tackle the DLC trophies, as I am a completionist and aim for 100%. The Necromancer class was not my favourite altough exploding a ton of corpses was quite fun. One grindy trophy where you have to kill 500 elite enemies with skeletons was quite enjoying and my final trophy to complete the DLC list. After that 500 bounties and leveling the 3 remaining classes to 70. I started with a Demon Hunter, Monk and finished with a Paladin. This was all a big grind and ultimately made me drop a point on the enjoyment meter. I was just watching videos, listening to music while grinding. Overall it was not so bad and it was nice to see how the different classes played, some were more enjoyable than others. I am glad I don't have to do another bounty but I had a good time with Diablo III. Now lets hope that Diablo IV will be a nice followup, looking at the shit show that Blizzard is currently I have my doubts.
Popular Post Fearless0610
Platinum #72 - Fallout Shelter Platinum Trophy If I were to describe this game in two words it would be cute and charming...which is something I never thought I would ever say about a Fallout game ? But it's true and I had a lot of fun with it. Plus the fact that this was free added a bit more to the overall fun factor. Who doesn't love free stuff?? Building my Fallout Shelter from the ground up was pretty cool and I think I ended up with 175 occupants. I named my Vault 24 after Kobe Bryant RIP. The game is pretty grindy at times and did get a bit repetitive especially towards the end but doesn't take away from the enjoyment that I got from playing it. It's a nice little game from Bethesda that we'll probably never see again from them especially now since they've been purchased by Microsoft. The game does have microtransactions. Shocking I know! But I never bothered with that...usually never do in games anyway. You can pretty much get the best stuff by naturally playing it which made it more satisfying for me. So save your money. All in all, a pretty easy yet time consuming platinum but well worth it though in the end. Solid 8 for me
Popular Post voodoo_eyes
#501 - Through The Woods This was a bit rough in every aspect. While to some extend a limited budget may have had to do with it, the poor olish in almost every area of the game is difficult to excuse. The controls are decent enough and so is the music. Visually very basic, and character models are rough. The voice acting is honestly one of the worst I've ever come across. The gameplay is passable overall and the story is at least somewhat interesting. Realatively easy platinum with a fair amount of colelctibles. Wait for a deep sale on this one though. Popular Post Jelly Soup
#130 - LEGO City Undercover Way less like the TT LEGO games I'd become use to. Much more like the LEGO games from the before times. LEGO Racers, LEGO Island and the like. Just a wide area populated with creatures and quests for you to explore. Fun game, but got a little pixel-hunt-ish when it came to clean up. The game is so focused on not allowing for the kind of puzzle skipping that is common of other LEGO games that it frequently inconveniences the player in small ways. Story is a little like a Saturday morning cartoon and the OST is nice, if not a bit overly dramatic at parts. Still, strong recommend.
