Popular Post DarkSamurai69
#318 Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night Enjoyment: 7/10 Difficulty: 3/10 Love the look of the platinum trophy. The game is decent and I had fun with it. The end-game trophy grind was just a tad too much but easy nonetheless. #319 Salt and Sanctuary Enjoyment: 7.5/10 Difficulty: 4/10 This is a game that is heavily influenced by Dark Souls and its like. The key difference here is that it's played in a 2-D perspective. Patience and having the right gear on for resistances will help along the way towards conquering all the bosses. That or just power level yourself where it won't matter but we all want a challenge, don't we?
Popular Post Carol
#203 The Sexy Brutale Totale Brutale You have unlocked every trick, secret and note that the mansion has to offer. I heard some good things about this game and the concept did seem interesting, so I decided to give it a try, although I was a bit reluctant, because I'm not that good with puzzles. "The Sexy Brutale" puts you in the role of Lafcadio Boone, a preacher, who is given the task to save the guests, who are being murdered by the staff of a casino mansion, during a yearly party. The guests are stuck in a time loop and Boone has access to a watch that allows him to rewind time, to effectively prevent everyone's deaths. Honestly, I ended up enjoying the game much more than I was expecting. I think it was incredible and I couldn't stop playing until I got the platinum. Exploring the mansion and solving its mysteries is fantastic and you just wish that the game never ends. The puzzles might seem a bit confusing initially, but if you fully explore your possibilities, you start piecing everything together and the solution becomes very simple and straightforward. Solving a puzzle and preventing someone's death is very rewarding and you do feel victorious, even if the puzzles are simple. I'm very happy that I was able to complete the game on my own, without guides or hints. If you like a beautifully crafted game, with some simple puzzles and a very touching story/ending, then I definitely recommend "The Sexy Brutale". The platinum is easy, but, please, don't use a guide to rush it, unless you are really stuck. This is a game to be enjoyed on your own and I had a really great time with it.

Popular Post Jelly Soup
#139 - Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice It's really cliché to refer to anything that does something dramatic very well powerful, but that's just the only word for this. It's just powerful in it's display. An honest interpretation of extreme mental health issues. And I don't even need to qualify that with "exaggerated" or anything, the story and performance was oversaw by mental health professionals and patients, then focus tested to hell and back. Wasn't a fan of the "die too many times and your save is deleted" thing, until that turned out to just be a gimmick that doesn't actually result in lost progress. Really not a fan of the combat. It's clunky, gives no indication of how far along you are and goes on far to long. Still, high recommend.

Popular Post Elvick_
Platinum #221 LittleBigPlanet Vita Platinum Club Earn all LittleBigPlanet™ PlayStation®Vita trophies. I can't really get into the main game, because... it took me 8 years to wrap up the platinum, most of which were misc. trophies. I remember loving it overall is all I can really say. I remember saying it was the best LBP at the time. I do want to replay the levels just for fun, but didn't get around to it before popping the platinum. The only real levels I have played are from the DC level pack, and those are fun thus far. The only things I can specifically touch on are some of the arcade games (since I didn't finish them; though did finish a few back then and started all of them). The super conductor one felt impossible until I looked up some solutions and someone said you can make it go faster by holding L or R... I had no memory of that. No wonder it felt impossible! It was pretty neat honestly, once I realized that. The only one I out and out hated was Stratosphere, you have to tap on the objects to make them disappear and reappear to have a ball move through to the goal basically and in theory this is a neat idea... in reality it's super awful and like they didn't play test it. It's just the fact you have to specifically click on the things you want. It doesn't register at times and even then there's also the fact the camera pans around which in some levels ends up screwing you over. This is also the most involved in terms of collectables, since you have to gather 3 hidden things [not really hidden], and then also gather enough little spark things to get 3 stars as well. It's just really tedious and frustrating to deal with. I hated the last level of Tapling too, that one was kind of iffy in how it worked but it wasn't too bad. The other two I had already completed before. The most tedious part was mashing square in create mode which was the primary reason that I dropped the game back then in the first place. I'm glad to finally have this done for the plat. I'll be trying to get 100% eventually. Hopefully it doesn't corrupt my game again because shifting through years of my download list two times for the delisted Marvel DLC I haven't completed is a nightmare. Should be fine if I keep at it though. Thanks to Sackboy for really making me crave some LittleBigPlanet and more Sackboy action, it was the push I needed. Maybe I'll get back into LBP3 too. If only Karting wasn't impossible... but I sucked at it so idk if I could have done it anyway. Edited December 5, 2020 by Elvick_
Popular Post Phantochi
#217 - Devil May Cry I should have been the one to fill your dark soul with liiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight! This is one of the most enjoyable, fun, and brutally unforgiving action games ever made, but if you never played it before, get ready for a cheap difficulty, trash controls, and a camera that will literally make you feel like you're in hell with Dante, but still, this is one of my favorites games ever, i just don't know why they went from Devil May Cry 1 to 3. I hope they make a Devil May Cry 2 at some point, would love to see a sequel for this!

Popular Post snakebit10
#325 So, this is a music rhythm game and racing. Only thing is you are not racing against anyone. You have to try to hit the beats, but there is no penalty if you miss other than points knocked of at the end. I really liked the retro graphics. The music really isn't my style but it was ok for this. It started out really fun but it gets kind of grindy. The trophies are fairly simple. Get a 1 star rating, get a 2 star rating and get a 3 star rating. Then you have to buy all tracks and vehicles. That is were the grind comes in. The most expensive car is 100,000 points and the most I could manage in any race was 2500, so do the math. Good thing is you can grind to the 100,000 and quit out of the game and back up your save and than purchase the car and reload your save and continue to purchase everything else. If it weren't for that it would be an extra long grind. Overall it was fun for the short time it took but it was starting to get a little boring grinding out the points. It was $7.99 so I can't complain. Edited December 6, 2020 by snakebit10

Popular Post AJ_Radio
EVERYTHING I earned from October 16th, 2020 to now..... Platinum #254: Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered (October 16th, 2020) Difficulty: 5/10 Excitement Rating: 8.5/10 Estimated Time to Platinum: 12 - 15 Hours Hardest Trophy: The Student Surpasses the Master ( Beat BX time in 'S.S.D.D.'. ) Probably the best and most memorable Call of Duty in the entire franchise.... remade and remastered. The original was a lot of fun, when Call of Duty still had merit and good standards. This game is basically a remaster/remake, without the multiplayer and co-op to worry about. Like most other games in the series, Veteran difficulty has its frustrating moments and points where you might want to hang up the towel for a bit. Beating the BX time in the training course was easily the most difficult trophy, taking me at least three hours of attempts before I got it. There is lots of action, some good acting, memorable characters (who doesn't love Captain Price?), just a very solid experience worth playing. Let's hope Modern Warfare 3 gets a much needed remaster, hopefully from the same guys who remade Modern Warfare 1 and Modern Warfare 2. Platinum #255: Trine 4: The Nightmare Prince (October 26th, 2020) Difficulty: 2/10 Excitement Rating: 8/10 Estimated Time to Platinum: 10 - 15 Hours Hardest Trophy: An easygoing, light hearted puzzle platformer from FrozenByte. Trine 4 is the latest in an indie franchise that focuses on three adventurers (Amadeus, Zoya and Pontius). Each has their own unique abilities and advantages. This time around, a prince under the influence of foul magic slowly corrupts the land. The trio of adventurers must once again set foot and put an end to his corruption. This game goes back to the 2-D roots that basically marked the franchise. Trine 3: The Artifacts of Power, while I personally enjoyed it, was a bit too much of a departure for me to really say it's a great game. Trine 4 isn't a game that will impress many, but one wanting a relaxing platformer that isn't difficult can't go wrong with trying this out. Another good title from FrozenByte. Platinum #256: Surgeon Simulator (October 30th, 2020) Difficulty: 9/10 Excitement Rating: 4/10 Estimated Time to Platinum: 25 - 30 Hours Hardest Trophy: Best Surgeon in The World ( Get an A++ rating on all procedures. ) The second hardest platinum on my trophy list, behind only Super Meat Boy. I bought this for cheap in a sale along with I Am Bread (which I have yet to play). Any real enjoyment I had with this game was gone in a few quick hours. The trophy list is brutal. Surgeon Simulator is the one game on my account where I needed the utmost precision and patience if I wanted to grab the platinum. It is no joke. Just getting used to the controls is a real chore, as they were intentionally designed to be bad because that was how the game developers wanted them to be. Performing a basic heart surgery is difficult on its own, until you finally start to master the controls and get used to the game mechanics. Many trophies can be earned quickly once you have a handle on the controls, but the fun doesn't stop there. There are the basic surgeries, of which there are five (Heart, Double Kidney, Brain, Eye and Teeth) you must perform. Then you reach the corridor, ambulance and finally the space surgeries, each bringing new challenges and obstacles. In corridor, you must wait for tools and parts to come. In the ambulance, stuff is flying all over the place as you're performing the surgery. In space, grabbing objects works much differently, with things flying away from your reach. You have to do a bit of speedrunning as that is required for the regular and ambulance surgeries. Then there is getting an A++ rating in every single operation. This is single handedly one of the hardest trophies I ever gone for and accomplished. You literally have to master every single surgery, and there are 20 surgeries in all. While there is an exploit to get the trophy after just six operations on version 1.00, I decided to go for all of them. And my patience and precision skills were put to the ultimate test. This is not a game for the faint hearted. Surgeon Simulator is difficult, frustrating and requires insane amounts of patience. If any of you decide to shoot for this platinum, I wish you the best of luck. I am definitely not looking forward to I Am Bread. Platinum #257: Ratchet and Clank 2 (November 3rd, 2020) Difficulty: 3/10 Excitement Rating: 8/10 Estimated Time to Platinum: 20 - 25 Hours Hardest Trophy: One of my favorite Ratchet and Clank titles. Plenty of humor, action and nice arsenal of weapons to use. The main fault is the fact that the PS Vita version runs at a slower framerate than the PS3 version. This made getting across some sections a little bit of a chore. Challenge Mode was lots of fun. I never get tired of seeing a big bolt multiplier and getting thousands of bolts in quick succession. Ratchet and Clank have good chemistry, which is probably why the series has lasted for a long time. Platinum #258: Jak II (November 8th, 2020) Difficulty: 6/10 Excitement Rating: 3/10 Estimated Time to Platinum: 14 - 15 Hours Hardest Trophy: Strip Mine, Not Yours ( Blow up Strip Mine in Eco Wells ) An absolutely horrible port for the PS Vita. It was a mistake that I bought the Jak and Daxter collection for the Vita due to how poorly all the games run on the system. The original Jak and Daxter was aggravating, died countless times in some platforming sections due to delayed controls and low framerate. Jak 2 in contrast is far worse. I literally had to force myself to power through this game. The maze like city, the lack of checkpoints, the delayed platforming, the bad controls and the low framerate all made for a horrible experience. Out of everything I played on the Vita, Jak 2 is definitely the worst game. The mission where you have to blow up six Eco Wells took me two and a half hours straight to finally pass. I was convinced something was outright broken until I looked up a solution online and found I had to press the X button in a very specific spot just as I'm using the hoverboard to get enough airtime. Other missions like defeating the Baron twice and getting through the weapons lab to get to Krew also took a long time, due to having barely any checkpoints so you're forced to replay minutes of progress to get to where you were. The camera basically works against you, especially in the mission towards the end of the game where you help Sig and are then chased by a giant Metal Head centipede. Jak 2 did not age well, if it was already a pain in the ass on the PS3 it's clearly worse on the PS Vita. Of course, I used the orb glitch. Platinum #259: Jak 3 (November 12th, 2020) Difficulty: 4/10 Excitement Rating: 5/10 Estimated Time to Platinum: 12 Hours Hardest Trophy: Another bad port, but a more tolerable game than it's predecessor. In Jak 3 you are given more checkpoints and far more open space. A lot of missions involving driving out into the desert, this made for some frustrating moments but nothing was quite as aggravating as a number of missions in Jak II. The guns that were introduced in Jak II get a bunch of mods, equaling 12 weapons total that are all useful for certain situations. Jak gets a Light Eco power in addition to his Dark Eco power. The game still suffers from low framerate and some missions have little to no checkpoints. This time around you're not going back and forth as much. Haven City is far more open, which made moving around much easier. Arguably Jak 3 offers some of the best and most memorable moments in the series. It is a shame the franchise is long dead, since Naughty Dog gave up on the franchise over a decade ago I can only hope someone out there is planning for a revival. If Crash Bandicoot and Spyro got remade, I don't see why Jak and Daxter couldn't. Platinum #260: Ratchet and Clank 3 (November 16th, 2020) Difficulty: 3/10 Excitement Rating: 8.5/10 Estimated Time to Platinum: 20 - 25 Hours Hardest Trophy: Some of the best gameplay in the entire franchise. Of the original three games in the PS2 era, Ratchet and Clank 3 is the most complete. It has a slick interface, the guns work far better and are more polished, the series of missions all join together very nicely. One moment you are helping Captain Qwark and his team fight after Dr Nefarious, the next moment you are helping a group of rangers fight off the Blarg. There is even a throwback to old school platforming by playing a minigame of sorts where you collect tokens as Captain Qwark in VidComics to help advance the story. A very solid Ratchet and Clank that holds up fairly well. Challenge Mode is again, plenty of fun. Platinum #261: Super Time Force Ultra (November 23rd, 2020) Difficulty: 5/10 Excitement Rating: 8.5/10 Estimated Time to Platinum: 12 - 15 Hours Hardest Trophy: Decked Out ( Complete all HellaDeck levels ) A very solid, old school style platformer shooter with interesting elements. The story is to put it simply, changing and messing with time and history to suit one's needs. That's all I'm going to say on it. The gameplay however is loads of fun. If you guys played Contra and other old shooters from the NES/SNES era, Super Time Force is sort of like that. The game is far easier. What makes this game fun is the time aspect. You start with three characters but you unlock many more as you progress through the game. Very quickly you will find that it's quite easy to die, but the time rewind feature helps negate a lot of the difficulty and frustration that will otherwise hamper ones enjoyment. How this works is when you die, a life is subtracted from the total number on the top left of your screen. What this means is you must replace that character with another character that is available. In Normal Mode, you can replace the character you lost with the exact same character. However, the actions that you did with that character prior to him or her dying still remain in tact as you're playing through the level. This essentially means that you can have 10 characters (may not be all unique characters) all dishing out damage to a boss. A character dies, you time rewind a bit, you throw another character in the thick of the battle, have them dish out some damage, and replace them with yet another character. This adds some to some interesting formulas and conclusions. Having a bunch of Shuhei Yoshida characters (exclusive to Sony) all dish out damage on a boss is just too good to pass up. Every character you have is unique and has their own weapon, with two different kinds of attacks depending on tapping or holding the fire button. Collectibles are a bit annoying. The Glorbs take practice and some trial and error in obtaining them all. The HellaDeck levels were the most difficult portion of my platinum journey, as there are 50 levels in all, some of which I had to look up a YouTube guide to solve. Nothing is too hard. The difficulty is just right and the result is a very fun and enjoyable game that I recommend to anybody who loves indies. Super Time Force, I hope there is a sequel of sorts in the future. Platinum #262: Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing (November 30th, 2020) Difficulty: 5/10 Excitement Rating: 6.5/10 Estimated Time to Platinum: 20+ Hours Hardest Trophy: Top of the Class ( Score AAA on every mission ) Bought this game a month ago because I was feeling the racing itch. Played this long ago on the Xbox 360 but never got around to getting every achievement. Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing is basically SEGA's version of Mario Kart. You control a cast of SEGA characters that are all on kart vehicles, you use powerups to distract and hit your opponents, you drift through corners, you try to win every race. There is no story because why does a racing game need one? Unfortunately like with Sonic Generations a year ago, Sonic & SEGA All-Stars doesn't run as well as I wanted it to on the PS3. Perhaps this is due to the limitations of the console, and while the loading times weren't as bad as they were in Sonic Generations, the sometimes stiff controls I feel are a result of the hardware it's using. The trophy list is very straightforward. The online trophies are some of the easiest I've encountered in a PS3 era game, only took around 30 minutes with a boosting partner. A number of trophies can be self boosted by using other controllers, so that saves the hassle of getting them racing against the AI players. Most of the missions are fairly easy, and they're even more of a grind than the HellaDeck levels were in Super Time Force Ultra. There are 64 levels in all, and a few (levels 42, 47 and 64) required me to look up a YouTube guide to find the solutions. Nothing too bad, but a bit too many levels. 64 is a bit much. The Gold SEGA license was the last trophy I unlocked, which was basically grinding SEGA miles (half of those miles count towards earning a license) for a few hours until I finally got it. Nothing too hard, nothing too easy. I already consider Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed to be a better racing game, but it's already proving to be a bit more difficult. Popular Post madbuk
#399 - Robotics;Notes DaSH While still fairly interesting, I have to say that overall the Robotics;Notes duology doesn't live up to the standards set by Steins; and Chaos;. I think part of that has to do with people hyping up its connections to the series as a whole, when in reality... it doesn't really advance the main narrative linking everything together a great deal. It does borrow elements from both branches to aid its own individual story though, which was nice, but I was mostly excited for how it connects for the overarcing narrative. The cast is good, maybe on par with the Chaos;Child cast but not the Steins;Gate cast. The story in this one specifically was a bit too slice of life for me, unlike the first Robotics;Notes game where every route is actually canon and leads into the next, the routes here are entirely separate stories. I loved how the first game handled it because here the endings just don't feel all that important when the next ending retcons it anyway and the only actual canon ones are the final two, whereas in the previous game everything mattered. I did like the very small interactions with the Steins;Gate cast via Twitter (in this game called Tweepo because copyright), you never actually reply to their tweeps but they're there throughout the game and it's a nice way to get their perspective on things even if they don't appear in the main narrative. This game has also made me very interested in what Okabe is busy doing, originally when Steins;??? was announced I was skeptical because I considered Okabe's story to be over and I didn't want him to be dragged out for another story, but this gives me hope that it wont just be shameless fanservice. I'm interested to see where the series goes next with Anonymous;Code and Steins;???, but I hope those are both closer to Chaos;Child and Steins;Gate in terms of pacing than these games. I'd still recommend Robotics;Notes to Science Adventure fans, because they're alright, they're just not amazing. It maybe doesn't help that I'm way less interested in the core concept of the game (robots) than I was with Chaos; and Steins;.
Popular Post Darghel
I didn't get these in one day, but I was so tired I took a moment between them. #89 Ultimate Fencer (Fairy Fencer F) Difficulty: It's honestly not too difficult, but it is VERY grindy Time to Complete: 55 hours (DLC used) Recommended: Personally, I'd stick with the ps4 version Total Score: 6/10 Like trinity Universe, this game was in my shelf for a while but as someone who really enjoyed the PS4 version I decided to give this one a try too, and attempt to complete it. Well it was smooth sailing until the grind occurred: 10.000 enemies and 100M gold is no easy task, especially if you decide to go without DLC. Without DLC I would've taken double time so I had no choice but to use it, or else I would still be grinding right now... Overall it's a pretty nice jrpg, very short though (can be finished in 30 hours or less) and lacks a lot of QoL of the ps4 version, including the 6 party and the dash. The game lags also a lot and it's overall lacking a lot of feature that ps4 version has, so I really can't say to get this one instead of the ps4, unless you want to get both like I did. #90 Rocks VS The World (No Straight Roads) Difficulty: Incredibly difficult due to Perfect Parry. Time to Complete: About 35+ hours total Recommended: Uhhh...frankly I'd say no Total Score: 8/10 Gonna be a bit biased here, but I love this game: I love the characters, I love the music (I constantly listen to its soundtrack everyday), and I really love the bosses and how they got their charm...but DEAR LORD, they could've really used a bit more time to polish it. For starters, I had to stop playing this game because Perfect Parry was bugged on some bosses and would not unlock, resolving with me either waiting or restarting...luckily the new christmas update had a patch that fixed my problem so I immediately went back to those bosses I missed (back then I only did DJSS and 1010), and in the span of 3-4 days I managed to beat them, but one boss alone was hard enough that she took me an entire day of trial and errors. Secondly, the game is still very buggy despite the fixes. It's in a MUCH better state no doubt, but sometimes my parries wouldn't parry and i'd get hit, I would get stuck, abilities wouldn't work...I mean I had to use a glitch to beat Sayu because if I didn't it would take me WAAAAY longer! It's a shame though because honestly the entire game has fairly easy and fun trophies too, and Parry mode was a fun mode that was very laid back and didn't require a lot of work, so the jump from literally every other mode to Perfect Parry was extremely big, since Perfect Parry gets the same rules as Parry mode but you cannot get hit once AND the difficult is set to Crazy Mode, so imagine playing Crazy Mode but hitless...oh and you can't use abilities either, which is why the glitch and exploits helped, because I would be screwed. I dunno what to say, I love this game, but damn the balancing is terrible on PP mode...if only they allowed us to keep ammo and use abilities, it would've been nice and would've worked nicely. As it is, Perfect Parry mode is just frustrating and a mess...and that alone I can't fully recommend this game. Unless you're very patient!

Popular Post Puppeter04
57 - RESISTANCE 3 First of all, Resistance 3, what a journey! This coop experience was fantastic, after many years since I've played a game of this series As always, I'm not going to explain too much because this is ps3 so it's not something new, but a couple things: -Superhuman playthrough was easier than I thought, way easier (We struggled more on normal) -Progress carries over playthroughs, great. No seriously, GREAT. -Extras>Rewards: here you can see your progress on some trophies, GREAT again, Insomniac. -Some tricky trophies like: Backstabber Kill 20 enemies with melée while they are idle: they need to be completely still, no movement, some enemies count, some not Juggler Simultaneously burn, freeze and poison 4 separate enemies (this has to be done 4 times) But it was a pretty good experience, and finally after 1 month we got this then, next morning we went out to have breakfast (waffle with bacon and eggs, oh god) and passed by CEX and saw an easy, fast and coop platinum in front of our eyes, so, yes, we bought Terminator Salvation for 5 bucks! n 58 - TERMINATOR SALVATION Nothing to say about this one, short of course, but fun, the game had some small bugs with some weapons (the thumper mostly), you fired and 1 second later the bullet came out just like 3-4 types of enemies, 11 trophies, 9 for completing each chapter, and 2 for finish the game, and the other for finish it on hard so we started on hard but the difficulties were wrong, instead it should be extremely easy > very easy > easy Edited December 6, 2020 by Puppeter04

Popular Post Ala-Arska
Gauntlet I've not seen such bravery! Complete all Trophies in Gauntlet(TM) Well, that was an explosive barrel of fun. I've not seen such grindery! Gauntlet is a top-down dungeon crawler, where you are constantly being overwhelmed by dozens of monsters. This is a "new and improved" version of a game that was originally released in 1985. I did play that when I was a kid, and I only remember it being hard as nails and I never found out if it actually ever ends This new Gauntlet does, at least story wise. Farming wise, it sure feels endless. Kill 15,000 of each 6 enemy types, kill 12,000 with each 4 characters abilities, kill 50,000 with one character.... It's pure mass murder, and a horrible slog. At least a few of them kills can be done afk with a good ol' rubber band I still liked it, grindy or not. Levels offered a good challenge, especially on hard, and it had a twin stick shooter feel to it. Endless Mode was a beast of its own. 50 levels, of which first 17~ish are easy. Then it gets brutal and just nasty. I usually play with a warrior in these games, but elf was just too good to be passed on. Fast and ranged, that slippery coward I'd say Gauntlet is a fun option for anyone looking for dungeons without dragons, thousands of evil beings and food to shoot. Yup, shoot it
Popular Post stevenanthony88
#37 Astro's Playroom(PS5) Platinum difficulty rating - 2/10 Fun factor - 8/10 A special platinum for me, as it's my first one on PS5. Getting to platinum is very easy, but for the time you have with the game it's really fun. Also it's a great way to experience all the new options of Ps5.
Popular Post voodoo_eyes
#514 - Spyro I enjoyed this one more than I had anticipated. However the controls did not feel great for the most part. The game looks preety damn good thoug, so at least on that aspect, it excels When it comes to the dialogue, it's literally pointless. Terrible lines that should've jst been left out of the game, as they added nothing to it. The flying levels weren't too bad for the most part, although Wild Flight took me qute a few atempts. Enjoyment: 7 Difficulty: 3.5 Edited December 6, 2020 by voodoo_eyes
