Popular Post Katt
Control (PS4) Director of the FBC Unlock all other trophies And 100% achieved. Man this game is amazing! but... that's the problem: a lot of buts. Not a fan of not being able to see anything and places with light leaves you blind. Even pausing the game will make you suffer. The spanish dub is awful. Had to play with original dub. A latin american dub would have been cool. I really don't want to keep listing the bad things it has because I totally recommend this game. Now I need to find a way to play Alan Wake. My PC can't handle it... Edited February 14, 2021 by Katt typo
Popular Post Crzy Minus
#80 Concrete Genie The Artist of Denska I did say I would take a break after Ghost of Tsushima but then I looked at this and the fact I was one plat away from 80 so I said fuck it, and it was super short too. It felt like a good change of pace for once.

Popular Post AusLeviathan
# 24 Immortals Fenyx Rising The End A fun game to platinum until you have to find all the mounts and grind for Golden Amber. Especially annoying to find the unique mounts that are in one specific spot that's out of the way and are easy to miss even if you do go to those specific spots. Could have done with different designs to mix up the vault backgrounds as it all started to feel the same after a while but other than that a really fun game that's easy to put down and pick up whenever you want. Popular Post Aexuz
#223 First platinum of 2021! Its been a while since I had so much fun with a game. Absolutely loved this one. My very first playstation game was Tony Hawk 4 for PS2 so even though I never played the originals back in the day this game brought back so many good memories. I definitely miseed this series. 90% of the rophies were really fun to get and some were pretty challenging as well but that level 100 trophy I have to admit was a real pain to get. The grind was totally unnecessary since you finish the game around level 65 - 70. Fortunaley there are some methods to earn exp faster but it becomes really boring and repetitive to grind al the way to level 100 that way. Overall the game experience is amazing but is you care about completion you will have to spend quite a few hours to get that last trophy.

Popular Post starcrunch061
Plat #426: GreedFall Trophy Platinum Earn all GreedFall trophies (Warning: as always, there might be light spoilers here. You've been warned!) GreedFall...is a mess. Like the other Spiders-developed game I've played (Faery), it starts off fine, and has a good concept. You are a diplomat from a neutral nation about to step into a war zone island. Your job seems to be to navigate the intrigues of your fellow islanders while building up your own power. You can use your might, your wits, your money, etc. to accomplish this. Helping one faction will likely harm your reputation with another faction. This is...cool stuff. Alas, it's just a picture of a cake. In the end, GreedFall falls mightily from its political complications and intrigue to become some stupid nonsense about gods and monsters, mingled with a bunch of dimestore environmental philosophy. It turns out, there are villains...and we are them. There was really no need for this change in the game, mind you. The various factions were interesting enough in their own right. But unfortunately, the science faction turns out to be a bunch of Mengeles, the religious faction nothing but witch hunters. The mercenaries apparently hire Big Boss and decide that the island should be renamed Outer Heaven. The sailors mostly stick to their guns, but they're the dumbest ones of all. They guard fiercely their secret magic of sailing the sea...which is little more than the use of compasses and sextants, together with the ability to notice that certain stars always seem to be in the same place at night (you know, stuff that pre-historic man figured out). Combat is actually OK in this game, but you'll never use it if you go for the plat. The reason is, just two hits will likely end your character, and the use of potions and the like is very clunky (particularly in the heat of battle against multiple opponents). Instead, you'll shoot guns, which is great, because you almost never miss. For some reason, occasionally your character will fire her gun in the air instead of at the enemy in front of her; I guess this is to add more "realism" to the proceedings. Side quests start off OK, but you'll quickly tire of their fetch-y nature. This has much to do with the "quick" travel system, which has absurd load times; they're so bad that the game actually added a segue camp screen to divide that load time in half. It's very annoying to travel, say, from your home residence in one city, to your residence in another city, and see this camp screen. After all, you started at a camp screen. You are ending at a camp screen. Look, guys - if I want to switch my party, I will. You don't have to give me THREE OPPORTUNITIES, in succession, to remind me. This might have been mitigated had quests been thought out better. One of my favorites is a quest where your party has to bury someone. You travel a pretty long way, toting the body, meeting monsters, and when you get there, you are told that you need certain items. How do you get these items? It turns out, there's no merchant or crafting table nearby. So, you have to go all the way back to the town from which you left, and then return with the items. The trophies are designed poorly. Many of the most annoying revolve around endings. Endings are static screens with narration that explain the outcome of your character, your party, the various factions, etc. That's pretty lame for a game on the PS1, to say nothing on the PS4. Moreover, for 4 of the endings, the screens are nearly identical; for two of the endings, they are completely identical. There is one with significant differences; it is the "bad" ending of the game. Another set of trophies revolves around a single event in the game (the aforementioned Big Boss trying to take over the island). Meanwhile, big plot twists get no story whatsoever. The (potentially cool) negotiation system gets...no trophies. None. I grant that I would complain if, say, the game rewarded me for charming people, or bribing people, at the expense of other options, but why not have a trophy for "successful negotiation" or somesuch? After all, you WILL be bribing/charming/intimidating debate opponents, and can often defer to party members who might better convince them. Probably the coolest thing in the game, and...no trophies. Finally, let's once and for all put a moratorium on romance scenes in games. Seriously, the ones in this one are laughably bad. Watching two people grind against one another in full armor is just embarrassing (not that I would want to see them nude, either; I don't want to see them at all). It feels like a relic from the PS3 generation, and it really needs to die now. But anyway, the game itself is pretty short. I finished my complete first playthrough in about 30 hours, and took around 10 more to get the remaining endings and other crap.
Popular Post BlackSnake1435
Mass Effect Enjoy: 10/10 Difficulty: 6.5/10 Another good game I didn't enjoy at its time (now I realize, there are too many of them). At first, I was exceptical, because I was never too fond of any story taking places in the space, but this game was much more than that, offering many possibilities to create your own storypath and customing your own characters and so on, but specially, you do not have to follow any specific path if you want to platin the game. Also, it was interesting to see that many alien races in the game. I didn't like the process of getting the platinum, though, It's a little bit annoying, specially in my case that I miss the asari ally trophy on my first playthrough.
Popular Post rjkclarke
Platinum #304 The Technomancer Platinum trophy Win all of the trophies in The Technomancer I'm not too sure exactly where to start with this one. I will say this game is thoroughly underappreciated I think. It is by no means the best game ever but it is quite good for what it is. Although, really I suppose the game just doesn't really get talked about that much in general. It does feel perhaps outdated by at least one console generation. Still think it could be considered a hidden gem though. I think people might think of this more favourably had it come out in say 2011 instead of 2016. It definitely does lack a few quality of life features that most people would expect from an RPG, like fast travel, especially in a game like this where you are constantly going from place to place picking up and completing quests on a regular basis, so that does get a little tiresome. I won't go into plot details though, don't want to spoil anything for anyone that might pick this up. I am willing to cut the game a fair bit of slack though, because I really didn't expect much. The last Spiders developed game I played was Bound by Flame which I liked, but it is definitely a bit of a mess to say the least!! Haha, but I did like it enough that I wanted to play this and Greedfall in the future, it really did feel like Spiders made a concerted effort to make improvements over their previous title, something I can definitely appreciate. Plus I'm a big fan of EuroRPG's which I suppose helped my tolerance level. I think this game builds on a lot of the positive and negative aspects of Bound by Flame, Technomancer has both a much more likeable protagonist and much improved, memorable party members that actually have a bit more substance to them. The gameplay is vastly improved too I think, it genuinely does have quite interesting and frenetic combat, especially if you play a rogue style setup for the combat; you will definitely die quite often on Extreme difficulty but most of the time it is your own fault for getting a bit greedy with attacks instead of being smarter about dodging.Often with this game I see people bring up the difficulty, but I didn't find it too bad, not easy by any means but I went to level 25 on Extreme difficulty without ever upgrading skills, so that kind of proves it isn't as bad as people might think. Mainly just so I could do a one play through platinum. Trophy-wise it has the usual sort of thing you might expect. Do all companion quests, set number of quests, become arena champion, romance certain characters, see all endings and the hardest difficulty, that sort of thing. I don't know if I'm in the minority or not but I always appreciate a good looking set of trophy tiles and I think these ones themselves look really good, except ironically the platinum which looks a bit blander than some of the others, but hey you can't have everything. The platinum took me just shy of 39 hours of game time apparently so if anybody was looking for a quick sort of mid length RPG this might be your thing, especially as it seems to go on sale quite often and it is a nice little 3.60% Ultra rare too if Ultra rare platinum's are also your thing. If I had to sum it up in just a few words I'd probably say it is most like the original Mass Effect but with melee combat and a less sophisticated plot. Still worth peoples time though I think! Popular Post Golem25
Platinum #80 - LEGO Marvel Super Heroes: Universe in Peril (Vita) Your Fabulous No-Prize! - Collect all trophies 16,503 Owners - 4,532 Achievers for a percentage of 27.46% (average completion; 36.29%) Enjoyment; 6/10 Difficulty; 2/10 Trophies; 6/10 (unique tiles, lots of references in unlock requirements) Anger at invincibility frames on bosses; 10/10 Before anyone asks, this is the Vita version of the game many of you will have played as 'just' LEGO Marvel Super Heroes (so without the tagline) on PS3 and PS4 in 2013. The console versions have about 90K and 150K owners respectively, the handheld iteration only managed 16,000. If that doesn't tell you all you need to know about the Vita.... Anyhow, as is always the case with the Vita LEGO games, this is an upscaled port of the 3DS game of the same name, with spiffier textures and a higher resolution; having been developed with inferior hardware in mind, LEGO Marvel runs like a dream on the powerful Vita but suffers from somewhat intrusive touchscreen controls; there's no reason I shouldn't be able to select charaters or red bricks with button inputs - this wasn't a problem with the previous four LEGO games I played on the go. And speaking of those, Universe in Peril was the fifth brick-built title to launch on the Vita following Harry Potter Years 5-7, Batman 2, Lord of the Rings, and Legends of Chima. All of those games worked on a strong core concept of accessing levels via a nice central hub, but developers Traveller's Tales Fusion decided to go down a different route for their first stab at the Marvel license; gone were the hubs, with levels now being shorter and challenge-based - this made the game slightly less charming to me as I am a huge fan of hub worlds in general. While the game still follows the narrative of the PS3/PS4 game and even 'borrows' the cutscenes from those versions, there was no chance that its long and winding levels would be fully replicated on an already-dying handheld system. Switching to this challenge-based approach which forced players into using only two characters per run-through of a level (as opposed to a full team of minifigures with complimentary skills) meant that you would have to replay each stage four to five times - sometimes more as some of the (timed) challenges can be tricky. That played right into the developers' hands, as they could make the levels shorter than ever - some of these can be beaten in under a minute, while only the most laborious of boss battles will take more than 180 seconds. To me, this is essentially a cover-up of scaled-back investment and scope, although I'm inclined to forgive Fusion given that these games only sold a fraction of the copies that a console game would. While I'm clearly critical of the choices made, this is still a fun game; the LEGO humor, while hit and miss, is still there and all the levels are really rather colourful and look great. There is a lot of fanservice for Marvel fans even down to quite a few of the requirements for this chunky Trophy list (53 in all, 42 Bronze, 9 Silver, 1 Gold, 1 Plat), and the overall gameplay loop is well-suited for a handheld on-the-go experience. Sure, I played the entirety of the game at home, but that doesn't make me blind to the merits of the challenge system. I can see any child and Marvel fan having great fun with this game, and Trophy hunters will appreciate it for the relatively straightforward Plat which should take between 12 to 15 hours. I started Madden NFL 13 for the Vita before finishing this Plat as I wanted to Tom Brady's face for a milestone, and I hope to make that my second Plat (due soon™) of the month. After I finish that title up, February will continue to be inadvertently super hero-themed as I have Batman Arkham Origins Blackgate waiting for me. Popular Post AK-1138
Platinum #579: Difficulty: 4/10 Playtime: 6-8 hours Enjoyment: 5.5/10 FOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOX!!! ...Sorry, I don't know what the hell that was all about. Flashbacks to my days in Zanzibarland or something. Fitting though, as the very game I am about to festoon with some fittingly facetious critique, is about foxes. And spirits. In the north. Yes, our unnamed vulpine protag (I named him "Fuhsaz de la Foxworthy" in an inevitably futile attempt to out-cringe furry OCs) is the titular Spirit of the North... a role bestowed upon him by the predeceding SpiNor as part of a seemingly endless cyclical battle against a corrupting force I have dubbed The Malevolence, in honor of a similar plot element from infinitely superior '90s adventure game classic Toonstruck. Sure, I later discovered through no lesser a source than the trophy list--the game itself has no dialogue and thus nothing is ever named--it had an official name, but fuck it; gotta create your own fun more often than not in a game like this. Using astral projection, flash stepping, and the Superbark from Bolt, it's up to you to solve the taxing puzzles of your vaguely Icelandic environs, and restore the balance of... something. And speaking of balance... Spirit of the North served as an unwelcome test of mine. 'Cause ya gotta know, it's one of those games. You know the kind. You want to like it, and every so often you do, but your enjoyment is unceasingly hampered by whatever fresh microaggression is summoned forth by its litany of poor design choices and technical issues. It's hard to intuit the way forward at the best of times--all too often, whatever (invariably stony) implement serves as the path to progression blends in with its surroundings all too well--and even when you do, you're liable as not to get screwed by unreliable controls or dodgy platform collision detection; or both, more often than not. This, combined with a depressingly genre-requisite penchant for easily missable collectibles, does not a good time make. Anyone who says they found all the 28 spirits (the bastards move, and are literally indistinguishable from one another!) in the mazelike forest hell level without assistance is a damn liar with a Pinocchio nose to put the Mariana trench to shame... in length, not width! The latter doesn't even make sense within the broader context of my needlessly abstract simile, you taffer! And, I wasn't really gonna go there seeing as how it's the most childish and inane of complaints... but where the hell was all the snow?!? Being a snow fanatic bordering on on the dangerously obsessive, that constituted at least 53.7% of my interest in this game... and nary a snowflake was there to be seen after, what, the first half hour? What a flippin' gyp... for all my copious misgivings, there is nary a one couldn't at least slowly be mitigated with some of nature's seasonal cocaine! A lesson for any and all developers. If you couldn't tell already, this game well and truly raised my ire to the point I won't even extend the common courtesy of pointing out its pitiful rookerful of positives, as that would take more effort on my part than the developers ever took to make this an enjoyable game, and I'm not even charging for it. Nope, I won't even mention its impressive draw distance, pleasing shader effects, and alternately rousing and introspective musical score. It ain't worth the bother, I tell ya! So what does the fox say? Five point five out of foxing ten! Thank you, fox you, bye! (Right. So, if you hadn't noticed, this was originally written in a fit of pique... though my opinion of the game has already softened somewhat, I've elected to leave this needlessly knee-jerky diatribe as-is because, well, I'm a lazy hack, and cannae be arsed to write something more cogent or objective or... ya know, nice. Also, because I have no integrity and can suffer through a lot of poor gameplay when I'm just chillin' with some music or 'casts, I may well end up doing the stacks, maybe. In particular, looking forward to see whether the PS5 remaster can at the very least get the framerate out of the 20s. But if you want a real good foxy game experience, go for Seasons after Fall instead. Toodles!)
Popular Post blu3st4rdust305
Dragon Age: Inquisition (#604) - PS4 This is the first game I started when I first got my PS4 back in 2014. I had not touched the PS3 era really at the time and had not really delved deeply into Western RPGs. It was awesome and pretty, but overwhelming. About 60 hours in, I dropped my playthru. The game sat at around 32% for almost 6 years, haunting my completion percentage with its 3 DLCs and daunting length. Last year, I tried to clear up by unfinished games, but this one stayed out of reach (along with another beefy RPG). Finally, in part due to the Ultra Rare Clean Up event, I finally committed. I picked up my playthru right where it left off. I took me a while to get used to the controls and figure out the skills all over again. I left it fairly far off in, right before the Orlesian Court quest, but still had a ton of clean up to do with the collectibles. Finished it off, along with the DLC (which were great additions to the story). That left the Nightmare playthru. Oh boy, the first act up thru the end of Haven was appropriately named. I simply could not make it thru most battles without dying miserably. Stuck with it until Blackwall and Cassandra were OP, coupled with a beastly Dorian and I was set. The final battle was even easier than my first playthru. I loved this game. I understand why people get so up-in-arms about Bioware. The game is well-written with a great deal of depth. I went thru most of the side missions and companion quests. Even playing a second time, I was not bored. If anything, it made even more sense. The characters were great and there were companions to meet any personality and playstyle. The combat was fine to good. The skills and tactical menu were key to surviving some of the most brutal fights early on. Once my party became OP, it became repetitive , although the fights went by much more rapidly, so there is that. Besides that there is the loot and crafting, which I only dabbled in, as those aspects do not appeal to me almost at all. I am sure there are many people out there who gunned to make the sweetest weapons and armor. Power to you, the options are there. The game is really buggy. Not in any real game breaking way. I think it crashed a handful of times thru my 200+ hours with it. But the clipping, incomplete loading (where you see assets load in as you move in the forefront), teleporting NPCs, out of sync facial expressions, getting stuck in place in the middle of a fight (just jump and you are good), etc. It detracted from the potential beauty and immersion the game could be capable of actually being. I strongly recommend it as an engaging PS4 open world RPG. It is a serious time commitment, but the game certainly delivers.

Popular Post yellowwindow7
The Artist of Denska / Concrete Genie WARNING! this game have a big problem, this may sound funny for the nature of this game but ( DO Not Paint Every Single Wall that is paintable-ish ) you do that and you'll going to simply break the game, just paint the necessary stuff and move on, and even then try to get back from time to time and undo these area just to be sure. no seriously! i saw that this game have no limitation warning when painting on stuff and they gave you a whole small city to paint it as you pleased, i'm an artist too outside of playing video games so for a person like me who loves drawing random stuff took a field day with this game and paint on everything that you can paint on, talking about walls on rooftops, cargo containers, buildings and even unreachable area made the town to looks so beautiful like a fantasy glowing forest with my genies getting sugar rush running energetic all over the walls in the town. did this in the lighthouse and the fishing market area, and then i got a random game crash, rebooted the game and then i return to the lighthouse doing something then the moment i ride the tram back to the fishing market the game crashed again corrupted my save data, started anew from scratch and this time without knowing i double down on painting even more on my new save file and the game kept constantly crashing each time i solved the hydroelectric plant electricity puzzle. it crashed on this same place four times in a row, deleted the game and reinstall it and it kept crashing after re-download it again, i had this idea thinking maybe i added too much stuff on screen is the reason and so i went undoing a few walls in the area and the game did run without crashing, i thought that i was lucky and then the game crashed again during the fighting tutorial the moment i killed the minions in front of the tram in the light house, from there it was a Crashing Festival Day! when the game one time didn't crash i went deleting every painting i did on my way and the game runs fine no crashes, this is where i finally finished the game. when i was clueless of what is the problem i went searching if i'm not the only one and saw two people have the crashes too, one of them had my exact same crash after he tries to ride the tram to the fish market, the other person have posted the problem in here on the PSNprofile, when i find out about the solution and posted it here this person replied to me saying he did what i suggested and the fixes worked, now i'm 100% sure that this game is the problem and not your ps5/ps4. i was angry and sad when i found out about this and ironically i had to carefully play the game and not to break it ( not to enjoy it that much ) so i can finish it in peace. i don't have a twitter account so those of you you who do and is playing this game, be kind and report this issue to the devs. i liked the game so far, played it with motion controls on and the difficulty was set to hard, even though it's way too short, doing everything 100% could took you about 5 to 7 hours i think, you don't even need a guide. without counting the crashes my only dislikes is the camera angle as it became very problematic during the twin wind dark genie boss fight in the sewers with the other kids keeps blocking my path during the fight had me dying a lots in that fight, you can't skip any cinematic you have already seen or simply skip them, also the climbing controls is a bit stiff. but i really do likes the art style of the game, the soundtracks and my own genies! i had fun with this game... if it wasn't with it's stupid bugs. the devs said the inspiration to this game came from Jet Set Radio Future, i never played that game before but from my experience it's a mix of Getting Up on the ps2, Side Ways on the ps3, Infamous Second Son, Uncharted, Epic Mickey 2 and a bit of Kingdom Hearts. Popular Post DefinitiveTJ
Platinum 91: Concrete Genie Cool game that many will platinum now that it's on Plus. For a studio that previously only did Entwined, Pixelopus certainly did something special. Denska looks amazing and it only gets better as the city opens up and more of your abilities unlock. The final collectible hunt wasn't all that fun but the rest of the trophy list is very creative so I won't hold that against it. Pixelopus as a first party Sony developer isn't mentioned a lot but I'm interested in what they do next since they show a lot of potential. Platinum 92: Afterparty I wanted to pick Afterparty up since it's release but it took a sale for me to finally get it. I liked Oxenfree but it wasn't entirely my vibe but this game is much more my style. Night School Studio once again picked a great art style and the game is genuinely funny at times with a stellar voice cast. It does weirdly has a lot of slow down and long loading times for a game that's not very graphically intensive. Gameplay wise it's off course all about the story but does have some skill based trophies that I had to reply a couple times and a part of a second playthrough is needed. All in all I had a great time with the game.

Popular Post MidnightDragon
#64 Assassin's Creed III (PS3) I enjoyed this game a lot. I still don't get why all the hate for Connor. I completed the MP back in 2018, so I can't speak to the state of it now. That being said, it's quite buggy. Back up regularly if you can. I had some issues with side things starting. Had nothing game breaking, but enough to be annoying. It also helps since you have to literally do everything in game to get the platinum. Some of the optional objectives are quite annoying to get. Whoever thought of adding Fanorona should be thrown off a cliff! I liked the naval sections, but obviously my view has been a bit tainted by Black Flag. Would I play it again on PS4? Right now, I wouldn't, but I can't rule it out for the future. Black Flag is still my favorite title in the series.

Popular Post Biertje373
Platinum #25 Ys IX Monstrum Nox King of the MonstrumsFinish "Balduq Prison" by Adol Christin in its entirety by earning all Trophies. This game was amazing, I loved the characters, the music, the gameplay and the setting of Balduq City! I did not think that I'd go for the platinum, but I had so much fun with the game that I couldn't quit after finishing that first playthrough. Honestly, if you love action-RPG's, go for it. This game is so much fun.
