Popular Post Viscera1900
#291 - Demon's Souls (PS5) Slayer of Trophies "All Trophies Obtained" Enjoyment: 10/10 Difficulty: 5/10 Completion time: 3 weeks, 4 days / 46 hours My first PS5 platinum trophy and it's one of the best PS5 exclusive game. I played the original version long time ago, so there are lots of things I've forgotten about the game + I've never completed OG Demon's Souls trophy list to achieve that platinum trophy. Bloodborne got me interested in Soulsborne games once again and it prepared & got me excited to revisit Demon's Souls with next gen upgrades and visuals. One of the best thing about PS5 version of Demon's Souls is definitely the loading times; they are pretty much non-existing in this version and it made grinding stuffs much more bearable. It made me look forward to future PS5/next gen exclusive games. Edited April 18, 2021 by Viscera1900 For giggles
Popular Post Dr_Mayus
#321 - Final Fantasy VII Remake (long post...sorry) So let me start by saying I was very against this game when it came out. I hated that they divided up the main game into episodes because knowing Square we won't be seeing Part 2 anytime soon. I then started hearing all the horror stories about the unfair difficulty and thought "screw this game I have the original". Well it was free on Plus so I thought "what the hell" and decided to give it a go. I will start by addressing the difficulty...it is vastly overrated. I was very worried about playing on hard but besides Ch. 14 Abzu and Rufus no boss gave me any trouble (and Abzu was the only boss i had to look up a guide for). I then heard about the Pull Up mini-game...beat it after 4 or 5 tries as it is just pressing 4 buttons in a row. I am not trying to sound like a dick or anything but this game is a 4/10 in terms of difficulty. Also I am happy for that as there are too many games ruined by a crushing difficulty that sucks all the fun out of the experience...luckily FF7R was not one of those games. Moving on to the segmented releases...I still think that is bullshit. That being said I very much enjoyed my time with the first game so I guess if I never get to play any more FF7R I at least had an enjoyable 40 hour game. It is funny, when I first played FF7 my friend and I beat Midgar and were convinced that that was going to be the end of the first disc (as we weren't used to playing anything that epic before) so I guess Square felt the same way with this release. As for the story changes...if you read my early status updates I was pretty annoyed that we wasted so much time with the Avalanche crew and that Cloud was such a douche. I was warned by a few people that I had to wait as that played into the story more later and they were right. It was the Wall Market chapter that made me start liking Cloud and the chapter where you climb the tower by yourself was much more intense knowing a little about the people you were trying to save. So I for one enjoyed the changes to the story. The battle mechanics. Turn based combat will always have a special spot in my heart but I loved the change to the battle system. It made it feel so much more fast paced and the final battle against Sephiroth just felt bigger as you kept switching between characters each taking their shots against him. Also my final moment of the game was Sephiroth having minimal life left and both Tifa and Cloud earned their limit breaks. I activated both of them and switched to Aerith to watch the ass kicking of a lifetime Obviously the graphics and sound were top notch...that is nothing to fret about with a Square game. But just little things like rats running around your feet or materia showing up on your weapons (except for Aerith...where is her fucking rod) was all a nice touch. Also I thought the physics engine of knocking things over made certain parts extra funny. The first time I got to Shinra I spent a good amount of time knocking over all the chairs in the dining area and laughing to myself that this was Avalanche's big "fuck you" to Shinra...messing up their eating area ? So in conclusion, i loved this game and hope I get a chance to play another part of it (I still have lots of items to use up).
Popular Post Draps-1337
#116 Moonlighter 5/10 Difficulty 7/10 Enjoyment Fairly standard dungeon/shop-owner style game. Follows the same progression as Recettear except with gorgeous pixel art the whole duration. The grind is pretty painful for 10,000 kills. as it's pretty unlikely that you will even get half way while doing every other trophy. I would have had this plat sooner. However, I didn't realize that the bosses don't respawn after you have beaten them once. So I had to do a whole second playthrough of the game for the Perfect trophies and Janitor. only took 8 or so hours. So not the end of the world.

Popular Post HansPatat050
Platinum trophy Earn all Need for Speed™ Trophies Difficulty 3/10 Enjoyment 2/10 After enjoying NFS Heat and NFS Payback I wanted to clear this one (NFS 2015) as well via EA Play... But oh man, what an annyoing, irritating game this was. It requires the player to be online all the time. There is a lot of lag, the AI slows down at the strangest places and npc's spawn in front of you almost always when you're doing a perfect run. I've experienced multiple races where the car just gets pulled to the sidecurbs without me actually steering. There is a DLC with absolutely ridiculous drift/time targets. I've platted Driveclub and have hundreds of hours in racegames, but I'm not going to bother to try the DLC trophies with how this game plays. For the love of gamers, go play Heat if you want a cool NFS with tuning experience, or go for hot pursuit remastered for straight racer vs cop racing. Skip this one.

Popular Post Bahraini_carguy
Platinum #24 - Saints Row 3 (PS3) The 3rd entry of the Saints Row series and one that was divisive among the fanbase between those who liked the over the top wackiness of this game and those who hated it. It's not that bad of a game at all imo but eh, i still prefer SR2. Pretty fun experience nevertheless and the road to platinum wasn't bad either. Platinum #25 - Grand Theft Auto V (PS3) I already got platinum on the PS4 release a while back but this is the older, outdated PS3 version. Since i already have done most of the trophies ages ago including the now unobtainable "Run like the wind" trophy, the most tedious parts was ranking up to 100 in GTA Online which meant replaying contact jobs over and over again via a playlist. As a game, GTA V is a pretty good game for those who like action open world games. Platinum #26 - Grand Theft Auto San Andreas (PS3) Speaking of GTA, San Andreas is by far my favourite of the entire series. The best seller on the entire PS2 lineup. I still come back to this game every then and now despite it's age. However, this particular version is the "Remastered" version which's clearly based on the Mobile port and suffers from all sorts of buggy mess. There's an entire 37 minute video on YT that show's how bad this port is. So in case you're looking to play San Andreas and don't care about Trophies, ignore this version at any costs. Trophies itself are quite easy actually, especially compared to Vice City and other titles. For one, you don't need to bother with %100 completion or most of the collectables. Maybe I'm just good in this game but it's mostly a breeze imo.
Popular Post Undead Wolf
#351 - Legends of Talia: Arcadia The Hero of Talia Discover everything about Arcadia's past and kill the dragon. This was a short but sweet kinetic visual novel. It took me just over an hour and a half to read through it all which is all well and good considering its low price. The story isn't anything ground-breaking, but it kept my interest throughout. The reason I became interested in playing this was because of the art work, and the CG's certainly didn't disappoint. It was always a treat whenever one popped up. It looks like the same developer is releasing a game called Sakura Succubus on console soon, so I look forward to that. Here's one of the early CG's as a tease. ? Also, this is a message you get at the end of the game, but I'm willing to bet 99% of PSNP users who played it can't relate. ? #352 - Battle Princess of Arcadias Trophy Champion! Earned all other trophies. Despite both being set in a similar-sounding place and featuring a female warrior as the main character, this has no relation to the previous game. ? This is a 2D action RPG, similar to something like Dragon's Crown or Odin Sphere. It doesn't take itself too seriously with its lighthearted tone and amusing dialogue between characters. The gameplay itself is really fun. Most of the stages consist of fighting through mob enemies until you reach the other end, but it does mix things up a bit with the Skirmish and Siege stages. The former being stages where you need to manage an army while you fight and the latter being boss fights. There's some decent variety in play styles as well thanks to the multitude of playable characters and the different weapons they use (swords, bows, guns, etc). The platinum is pretty easy, especially if you opt to do the S ranks and what not in NG+ since you're given an accessory that helps. There is quite a lot of grinding relative to the amount of content in the game, but nothing too crazy. I really enjoyed it overall.
Popular Post ShonenCat
Platinum #80 - Trials of Mana Difficulty Rating 3/10 (Normal difficulty) Enjoyment Rating 7/10 Uncommon - 40.55% More JRPGs for me. It seems to be all that my backlog consists of ? Anyway, Trials of Mana is what I believe to be a near identical remake to Seiken Densetsu 3 which released for Super Famicom ages ago. Back when only fan translated rom hacks existed for an English speaking audience, it was commonly referred to as Secret of Mana 2 for the longest time. That is until Square managed to get this 3D revision out to us with terrible English voice acting to go with the entire package. The story is about what you’d expect from a title like this one. Band together, get the sword, save the goddess, save the world, bla bla bla. There are six playable characters, but three possible different endings depending on which character you choose as your protagonist. You can only take a party of three with you throughout the entire game. And yes, of course the trophy list would want you to experience all three endings with each one having its own end boss and unique final dungeon. It does however come with its own setbacks. Instead of just remaking the game so you can have all party members at once and experience everyone’s story in one go, it’s split up on you and therefore you must do three playthroughs where only about 15% of the game might actually be different every time. Since you’re expected to mix up your party anyway you want, the character dialogue seems awfully neutral and preset. Meaning characters will always say the same things that try to make sense no matter who they are talking to. Which comes off to me as a bit lifeless, cause I feel like they’re just avatars and not really characters. The combat doesn’t even really save it either. It gets repetitive real quick and you move rather slowly too. If I was to recommend an action RPG, it certainly wouldn’t be this one. Had this been a more well rounded and cinematic experience, I would be easier on it. I know it’s trying to replicate that retro vibe that the original had, but lots of potential was wasted on this one. As bad as the voice acting is in English, it makes the journey easy knowing the game is fully voiced throughout 95% of it. So there isn’t much severe reading involved ? Platinum journey is rather chill and easy going, so that part is all well and good. There really is no missables as long as you don’t fight the final boss right away, but you will have to do three playthroughs to defeat each unique one and upgrade every character to their final class. A post game dungeon exists with a boss and is mandatory to beat if you want to carry things over to New Game+. Be sure to switch your difficulty to hard for that boss specifically to pop a certain trophy. The only real missable is needing to buy nitromyte for a certain price, but it’s pretty early on in the game so you’ll eventually get it on one of your three playthroughs. All in all, I expected better. The graphics are simple yet clean and colorful, but the voice acting really kills any seriousness it might of once had. Maybe you’ll like it more that way, but for me... I need something a little more engaging ? I would only pick this up for $20 or less if you happen to pass by it. Best thing about it? Probably Angela’s leotard
Popular Post Viscera1900
#292 - Borderlands 3 (PS5) Ultimate Vault Hunter "Unlock all Borderlands® 3 Trophies." Enjoyment: 10/10 Difficulty: 3/10 Completion time: 2 weeks, 2 days My second time earning Borderlands 3's platinum trophy. This time I played the PS5 version with a friend and we earned 99% of trophies together and it was a blast to play this game on co-op mode. We both got Season Pass 1 & 2, so we are still playing those DLCs and trying to achieve 100% completion on Borderlands 3 trophy list. Thank god those bugs on exploration trophies were fixed very recently, so now it is possible to achieve a platinum trophy for this game.
Popular Post Phoenix_argentea
Platinum trophy No. 217! Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy Secret Fairy Atelier platinum trophy No. 16! So, where should I start? Maybe about the plot of this episode, which I found weak and not interesting. But the game was really fun to play, especially when you explore the different ruins. The music (starting from Ryza 1) took a different style, more classical, and here you can find the same touch. My favourite theme is the one form the underground city! Too bad that there isn't a night version! The ruins are very different one form another, and I found them really wonderful. I mean, look at these underground water caves! And you can go (again) underwater and gather more items! Actually I still find the minimap quite confusing, especially for the colors, since I keep switching the two colors. They should have put the white for the ground and the black for the walls/rock. Anyway, now you have no problem for your basket (since there's no recipe for it, so you can gather a lot of items during the first phases of the game), and the alchemy system is quite similar to the one of the previuos game, with the "tree structure" and the essences (some kind of catalyst, which are necessary in order to unlock the XL traits). And now there's no alchemy level, since Gust added a "skill tree" where you can unlock recipes (and passive skills, like "raise quality to 999", "add another item during the alchemy", etc.) using SP, and you obtain SP when you craft items or when you accept sidequests for the town. Too bad that this skill tree is quite small, and when you finish the game probably you'll have more than 100.000 points... Which are completely useless. They could have added some kind of conversion of these points for something else. I really liked the adventure tools of the first game (axe, sickle, bombing rod, etc.), which let you gather different ingredients, but I still have some doubts about the combat system. I liked much more the turn based system, and not this ATB system. Now there's also a "perfect guard" option, which negates the damage of the enemy (but most of the times you can't guard because of the battle animations, so I didn't find it really useful). What I like about the Atelier series is the continuous change from one game/series to another. I found this alchemy system quite satisfactory, especially when you craft intermediate items (like fairy bottle and the four color crystal, with 999 quality and effect spread +2, so when you use them you can unlock more notches in the tree! ). In the end, a fun and relaxing JRPG, and I'm waiting for the 3rd and final episode! Platinum screenshot!
Popular Post AihaLoveleaf
#4 - Split/Second (PS3) Completionist"Awarded to players who have earned every other trophy." Difficulty: 7/10 Enjoyment: 9/10 Time to completion: 9 years, 8 months At times frustrating but overall amazing arcade racing game. I've seen this game described as the Michael Bay of racing games, which fits because you're basically detonating or otherwise completely demolishing entire portions of the environment in order to disrupt other racers so that you can ultimately take first place. Timing is everything here because if you trigger the environmental destruction (also known as Power Plays) at just the right time, you can take out even all seven of the racers ahead of you and breeze right ahead. This can also happen to you, though, and it's incredibly frustrating when you're killing it on a difficult race in the final lap and suddenly you're in last place because of a Power Play that you simply cannot avoid in time. That's just how the game is though, so you just have to retry the race or hope you can rubberband back to first place in time. I have to give special mention to the soundtrack in this game too, especially the Elite Race theme. I love how the song is advanced by the game's programming to add more instrumentation and sound more "epic" the closer you get to the end of the final lap. That along with the way the music slows down and cuts back in during Power Plays really adds to the hype and tension of a tough race. The time trials in this game (referred to as Detonators) were easily the toughest part of the game for me. These trials were 100% kicking my ass at first and I just did not see myself being able to do these when the game gives you such little slack when it comes to time to finish these in first place. By the time I finished all the Elite Races and every other challenge in the game, though, my skill in the game progressed to the point where I was playing the time trials like a pro and knocking them right out. I had expected the "Beat the Team" trophies to take me several weeks each, but they both fell right into place once I saw what I needed to do to finish them with good time. Popping the Platinum for this game felt awesome considering the time, practice and swear words thrown at AI controlled racers and environments on the way there. This is my first Platinum since joining the site and first Platinum on a game that I found to be difficult. The experience has me wanting to visit other challenging games at some point to go for the Platinum. I don't think I'm ready to go balls out and add something like Super Meat Boy to my profile yet, but maybe someday I can work my way up to that point. #5 - TERA (PS4) Arborean Hero"Unlocking all trophies of TERA" Difficulty: 4/10 Enjoyment: 7/10 Time to completion: 2 years, 4 months TERA is an action RPG that will require more timing and practice than your standard turn-based RPG, but the combat in this game is not very difficult at all and you'll get used to your character and how to play it pretty quickly. My first time playing TERA was on the PC back in 2015 with some friends. That was back when the game felt a lot more active. There were a lot more people to play and goof around with and I had a blast playing the game during that time. Naturally when I got my PS4 one of the first things I did was to install TERA, pop one trophy and then proceed to not play the game again for over two years. The trophies in this game are for the most part very straightforward. You blast to level 65, clear some dungeons and then knock out a couple of feats. The game doesn't ask you to put in hundreds of hours of grinding to farm up things like Fishing Levels or Item Levels for your gear which I do appreciate. A dedicated player could plat this game in a week or even a few days if they set things up just right for it. The last two trophies in this game, though, suck pretty hard. There's good reason that they're Ultra Rare. It's not that the bosses involved are terribly difficult to kill. I played Brawler and soloed the bosses pretty quickly once I finally found them. The problem is actually getting into a fight with the World Bosses. They basically spawn once every four hours or so for the entire server, meaning you have to fight with both other trophy hunters from PS4 and even Xbox along with people who want to hunt the bosses for items as they drop a ton of really nice endgame loot. The world boss trophies were both stressful and frustrating to achieve because I was basically logging in and praying that somebody else didn't beat me to the punch. Fortunately I managed to get both within a few days of just logging in between work and other games and casually checking the spawn points for a lucky boss appearance. Ultimately I came back to this game because, to me, I feel like this game doesn't have that much longer before it goes under. I don't have trouble finding people in common areas or queueing for instances at endgame level, but this game still somehow feels less active than before. That plus the fact that the game got sold off last year has me anxious that this Platinum could become unobtainable at any time. Figure I better do this sooner rather than later and not have to worry about it. I have overall nice memories of this game and when the doors finally close on it, I'd rather have those good memories as well as a Platinum to show for it, instead of another unobtainable eyesore on my profile that would cause me more grief until the end of time. Popular Post DrBloodmoney
#453 ?#585 Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days Well, almost 11 years after I began it, it is done. This is now the longest gap I have on my list between first trophy and last. I don't usually do a little write up for games like this one, where I am coming back and finishing up a game I started so long ago, as I usually can't remember enough of the complete game to make any informed points ?, but in this case I feel okay about it, given that I had to do a full play through of the single player on the 'extreme' setting as well as doing the multiplayer stuff. This game is one of those odd cases, where some interesting and pretty innovative features are on show, but the game seems to go out of it's way to undermine and trip over them at every turn. This game is fucking violent. That might seem like a redundant statement in video games - where it feels like we have been putting computer-generated bullets in computer-generated brains since the invention of the on-screen crosshair - but this game is going for more than that. This is not a happy-go-lucky Nathan Drake, smiling and one-liner-ing his way through 300 paramilitary soldiers on a tropical island, nor it is Call of Duty's brand of 'Ra-Ra, we're-the-good-guys', 'all-for-the-sake-of-saving-the-world' style heroism. This is not simply violence, it is dirty, sweaty, nasty violence. The characters are bad people, the npc are bad people, and the story is as grimy and cynical as it gets - and it works, for the most part. I have no issue with a game set in a very seedy world being... well... very seed and nasty, and the game does that aspect well. The story is simple, but engaging enough for the few hours it takes, and has a number of points of real savagery that are surprising, even within that context. The post-torture scene, in which you and your co-op partner are fighting through the streets bollock-naked and covered in painful lacerations is pretty hard-core as games go, and certainly a stand-out moment, and I really am a big fan of the strange, cliff-hanger 'hostage hijack' ending - and actually think it works even knowing we are highly unlikely to ever see a K&L3. The post-processing effects that IO added to the visuals help to ground the look in that seedy, violent world, and make for a pretty unique looking game - and one that has actually aged better than many of it's peers of the time. The whole game is designed to look like Youtube footage filmed on a phone on the fly. The handheld-cam effects and digital 'noise', and the pixellation of bloody head-wounds or nudity - as if you are seeing footage that has been censored in a news report - disguises a lot of the age of the game, and does certainly make the game stand out visually in the crowded field of PS3 cover-shooters. Unfortunately though, as much as they got right, the one aspect that a very violent shooter needs is missing here - the feel. The whole game is gunplay, and the gunplay is... lacking. There is very little punch to the feel of the guns, and the sound effects and pop is anaemic. Shooting a gun should feel as violent as the tone of the game, but in this case, it just feels limp. A shotgun feels exactly the same as a pistol, a pistol feels the same as an Uzi, an uzi feels the same as an automatic rifle, and they all feel the same as a breathing gently on a windowpane. It's really unsatisfying. The other major problem is taking cover - it just doesn't work. There is something seriously wrong with the bullet collision detection. Enemies seem far too able to shoot you through the seemingly solid cover you are hiding behind if you actually take cover against it, but are unable to if you simply duck down near it. That means on the higher difficulties, where you can be felled in one shot, you spend more time trying to find the sweet spot where you can see enemies but they can't see you, than actually engaging in fun combat or stratagising. Those are not minor complaints - there is almost nothing in this game but cover-shooting, so the two things they needed to nail, was the covering and the shooting... and they didn't. It really does the game a massive disservice. There is Story Co-Op here, which is fun, but you need a partner who is down for the violence. My wife is no prude, but she did not like the tone or tenor of the game at all - and found the entire thing so off-puttingly misogynistic in it's treatment of the female characters, that she basically threw her hands up after one playthrough and told me I was on my own with this one. ? Frankly, I can't blame her - the very few female characters are treated like props at best, and whores at worst - fitting for the story, but still not exactly a trip for lady-gamers. As far as the Multiplayer goes, there is little I can say, as I did not get to really experience it. The game is as dead is disco at this point, and so it was all boosted in a group. (shout out to @Lukker5859 for organising a good session.) Anyone playing this now will need to really hunker down to get the MP done - it requires 6 players minimum, and takes approximately 20-30 hours - and is further complicated by a requirement for all parties to have the DLC, and to have the Disc or the Digital version, as - inexplicably and bizarrely - disc players cannot interact with digital players. As I recall, the game was pretty dead even when I played it a little 10 years ago, which is understandable, but a shame. There are actually some pretty innovative and smart ideas for multiplayer games here - all based around 'betrayal' where there is a risk-reward element to betraying your fellow co-op players - though again, a lot of these would be undercut by the lacklustre gunplay - even if they weren't completely undercut already by the barren multiplayer. I certainly get the impression that with a little finessing, these same multiplayers rules and mechanics, if combined with the more solid gameplay mechanics of, say, an Uncharted, would be a real winner, and would be incredibly fun. All in all, the game has some things going for it, but I can't recommend it now. The Multiplayer would be fun if it was populated, but that time is long past, and the ways in which the game is unique or interesting - the tone and the visuals, are but a curiosity now - not enough to make this worth starting up for anyone new. Popular Post masdawg1988
Platinum #153 / Trophy #10,000 Pro Skater Returns Complete all other Trophies! Good old Tony Hawk. So yeah, a little bit of planing went into this one. I wanted something a bit special for my 10,000th trophy and decided it should be a Tony Hawk trophy. Like many others, these games were a huge part of my teenage years. I remember, long before I had a Playstation (I started late in the PS2's lifetime), I picked up THPS2 for PC - it was a collector's edition with a THPS2 cap (which I still have!) and played the absolute shit out of it, downloading old gap guides, trying to hit them all... Once I got my PS2, I picked them all up: from THPS3 to American Wasteland, but THPS2 holds a special place in my gaming memories. Originally I thought I'd have no chance at those "Hard" Get-Theres, so was planing on having the Gap Master trophy be my 10,000th, as a tribute to my attempts at hitting them all as a teen. However, once I managed to get through a few of those Get-Theres, well the challenge had started, and I couldn't give up. Literally ten's and ten's of hours later (I'm looking at you School II and Bullring), I finally managed to get lucky and pull them all off! So the plan changed from Gap Master to making the platinum my 10,000th trophy. All I needed to do now was the Level 100 Grind. After grinding away for hours and hours (pun intended), I finally hit level 99. So this is where I decided to go a bit extra for the planning of the unlock... Trophy 10,000...on my son's 10th birthday...unlocked at 10:10am (I tried for 10:10:10, but was out by 2 seconds lol) I know it's been said plenty of times already, but this game here...this is how you do a remake! The addition of new content in the form of updated skaters, the new challenge system, etc all come across as welcome additions, and in no way take away from the original experience of the games at all. Yes, trophy-wise there are a couple of pain in the arse trophies (the Hard Get-Theres and the Level 100 grind), but that just makes the Platinum feel like all the more of an achievement. Serious credit to Vicarious Visions for bringing the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater franchise back from depths of despair it ended up in. I, like many others, will keep my fingers crossed for more remakes in the future! ?
Popular Post Sylvanticore
Nier: Automata #29: Final Words Thank you for playing. While I enjoyed this game I think that that it started to drain me a little, I enjoyed Route A of the game but then when Route B started I began to feel like it wasn't going to end, the hacking minigame as 9S while fun at first started to get a little on the annoying side but I continued and pressed on, then came Route C.. I was done about half way through that. I should have personally taken a break between the runs but wanted to get this done as soon as I could since I left it for SO long! Still it is a great game, just don't do it all in one go

Popular Post snakebit10
#342 This is the 4th game in the series I have platinum. Going into Steel Titans I was expecting a little more of a challenge since it is much rarer trophy wise compared to the others. Other than the trophy for pulling a stoppie for 75 feet it really wasn't to difficult. A little on the grindy side and the collectibles are pretty well hidden and in some ridiculous places. Maybe that is what put people of from finishing it. It does seem to have more content as previous entries in the series and that was a good thing. I found it to be mostly fun. The grind for unlocking all the trucks was the real negative here. Other than that don't let the lower platinum percentage compared to the other Monster Jam games put you off. Popular Post Biertje373
Platinum #31 Batman: The Enemy Within I Am the NightCompleted Batman: The Enemy Within Fun: 5/10 Dificulty 0/10 There used to be a time that I played a lot of Telltale games and really enjoyed them and last weekend I suddenly remembered that there was a 2nd Batman game from them, so I felt like trying it and seeing if I am still a fan. And while I did kinda enjoy the story, Telltale games aren't my kind of games anymore and honestly I am cool with that. I appreciate the time that I really enjoyed them and am fine that I've moved on to games that fit my personality more.
Popular Post groomyboy
How's that for a slice of fried Platinum?Win all other trophies to take your place as the world's greatest apocalypse survivor. Zombie Army 4: Dead War - Achievers at time of plat: 2,500 // Rarity: 13.64% Loved this game, and as a big Shaun of the Dead and Cornetto trilogy fan, it has to go down as one of my fave platinum trophy names and pictures! Am thankful that the chapter system can be used for the 4 person level completion trophy, made it a much easier experience, but returned the favour by going for the horde DLC trophies even though that wasn't a platinum requirement. Would highly recommend, and I will definitely now go back and give Sniper Elite 4 another go!

Popular Post Omelette Paradise
#465 - Gravel This was a solid and mostly pretty enjoyable off-road rally type game from racing game specialists Milestone who have worked on the MotoGP, WRC and Ride series of games in the past amongst others. You compete in a series of events chained together by an extremely feather light story where you compete in a TV show called Off-Road Masters against a group of fictional "masters" and these drivers essentially serve as bosses you race against in individual head-to-head events as you progress. Stars are awarded for fulfilling specific criteria in the races and those stars then open up the later events etc. Fairly basic stuff. Checkpoint races were fun and definitely the pick of the events. I really enjoyed the Namibia events too which boasted some really spectacular scenery. I wouldn't have minded more of those. I wasn't a fan of the Smash Up races however and I can't really put into words how annoying those were. I also didn't like the grind to player Level 99 either which is required for obtaining all of the game's liveries and to unlock what for most people will be the game's final trophy along with the platinum. I was at Level 58 after unlocking all the other trophies which left me having to repeat a lot of events I'd already completed. If you've played a Milestone game in the past then you'll have a good idea of what to expect - a solid racing game but nothing mind blowing.
