These kind of games are relaxing for me. I enjoy them very much, even though they might be a little shorter. Looking forward to the DLC and the remastered versions of LiS and LiS: Before the storm next year.

Omelette Paradise
#509 - F1 2016 Another F1 platinum for the books and that's my sixth altogether. In truth I thought this was vastly superior to F1 2015. The inclusion of an actual career mode instantly elevates it and the actual racing itself had never been better until this entry. My platinum journey could have been a lot shorter had I realised earlier that you can simulate the races and still receive research points. Then again, that wouldn't make me much of an F1 fan so I completed the races normally Speaking of research points, you need lots of those in order to fully upgrade your car and get all the career trophies and taking part in every practice session is a must. It took me two races shy of two full seasons to earn enough points which honestly wasn't too bad. It could have been a lot worse. The rest of the trophies weren't too bad. A few MP ones which don't take long and the rest are miscellaneous ones. The toughest was Ultimate Challenge for completing a race in Pro Career. That one required a lot of concentration. Enjoyment: 9/10 Difficulty: 3/10 Time to Platinum: 35 hours

Popular Post JoaLoft
#270 - WRC 10 It's WRC 10: rally racing. Different tracks in different countries with different weather types to master. Career mode. Same as last time. Online modes. They're alright. What do you expect me to put here? It's racing. Most frustrating trophy - Unforgettable Most of the trophies are just time-consuming. But the "Unforgettable" one is a pain in the ass when it comes to the Monte Carlo rally events. You need to beat 12 events under the required time on specific tracks in the Anniversary mode, and usually you have some margin for errors to still complete them successfully. Not in the Monte Carlo events. The error margin is ridiculously tiny, pretty much non-existent. You spin out of control just once: you won't make it. You avoid all obstacles, but you're too slow around the corners: you won't make it. In one of my attempts I was only a few tenths too late after riding a near-flawless race, so you can imagine the level of frustration to get these done. Oh yes, and the servers at launch were a complete bitch. Finish times and online performances hardly got saved because of connection errors on a regular basis. Another given when it comes to WRC games.
Popular Post Conor
#113- THE WOLF AMONG US [PS VITA] Full Moon Enjoyment: 7/10 Difficulty: 2/10 Time: 1 Day, 18 Hours, 24 Minutes / 15 Hours Rarity: 26.9% Rare (PSN) / 61.09% Common Challenge: Grand Master Librarian- Unlocked all Book of Fables entries in Episode 5 "Honey, I'm the Big Bad Wolf..." I've followed the Fables series by Bill Willingham for a few years now so it was always going to be interesting to play a prequel game set before the series, something which shows how some of the characters came into the positions they are in by the time of the series. I'd already played on PS3 and thoroughly enjoyed it, but the PS Vita, like all Telltale ports, is the worst way to play this game. Frame drops, stutters, glitches and freezes were rife. Not really much more to say on this one. It is one of the best Telltale games, probably second only to the first entry in their The Walking Dead series. I am also very much looking forward to the sequel which has faced numerous problems getting off the ground but will hopefully roll around on PS5 sometime next year or early 2023. So yeah, definitely play this especially if you're a fan of the source material comics, but avoid this particular version if at all possible.

Popular Post slaaack1
#19 - Borderlands 3 Great game, like I expected it to be. Kinda sketchy price-politics with the ultra cheap base game and the kinda expensive DLCs/Seasonpass tho, but well... I dont mind anymore since I got the Seasonpass for like 18€ and the base game for 3€, that was def worth it. Like I said, great game, the only downer are the loading times on PS4 compared to PS5 (and it feels even longer when you play with your buddy whos on PS5 ). Now I need to think about what I wanna do for the 20th plat milestone...

Popular Post Neef-GT5
#34 – Reverie Difficulty – 3/10 Enjoyment – 7/10 Time elapsed – 10+ hours Another small & inviting game I had had in my to-play list for a while. Being a not-so-young-anymore gamer who discovered the media on the very first NES, I belong to this group of gaming veterans who lost themselves in The Legend of Zelda some thirty years ago, and any game likely to bring me back into this awesome masterpiece of my childhood of old is necessarily catching my attention. So here we are with Reverie, a game that does not try to hide its source of inspiration – 2D open world with a view from above, designed in a cute & simplistic pixel art way, with stuff to collect, riddles to solve, monsters to fight and dungeons to explore. Add to this a really reasonable pricing and a pitch set in New Zealand, I really couldn’t miss it. For once I’ll start with the cons – Reverie is really, really too short and too simple. Even a player who enjoys taking his time and exploring won’t need more than 10 to 12 hours to complete it thoroughly, and even if the last dungeons will present a bit of challenge, I never felt that the game was actually trying to resist me. This game would have deserved a larger map, with more secrets to uncover, more challenging dungeons and some extra events to propose after the main quest is over. But there are pros as well for sure – the ambience is great, with a cute, almost childish design that make the visuals quite attractive. The plot is basic but implemented in the frame of a traditional Maori tale, making it quite pleasant to follow. Collectibles are in a reasonable amount and don’t feel like they’ve been added just to the sake of artificially enlarging the lifespan of the game, though it’s a shame some shall unlock items that happen to be useless, as received once everything else is done. All in all Reverie is a nice game for a fair price, that doesn’t cheat the player about what to expect. Which is an enjoyable time spent on an enjoyable game. FFATMA
#70 - Madden 21 PS4 Not too bad overall, fun game but so many glitches! Nothing overly game-breaking though, mostly just funny ones. I'm working on the PS5 plat for this now! No auto-pop, which makes me happy. I don't mind other people getting auto-pop trophies, but I want to get them myself! No Man's Sky auto-popped for me and I was kind of sad that it did! I should probably start playing the PS5 versions of games before the PS4 version.

Popular Post Ghost
Teamwork Makes The Dream Work! Total play hours: 37 Team Sonic Racing was an enjoyable kart racer and rewarding platinum. Adventure mode was pretty challenging on Hard mode due to the A.I opponents being terrible. One good tip I found on the forums was to always give your item to teammates while you're in first place. As for expert mode, it was much easier I thought. The A.I opponents handled themselves better on this difficulty. Favorite challenge modes were the Ring Challenge (collect as many rings within the time limit) & Daredevil (Drive as close to the Star posts as possible without hitting them to get the highest number of points.)

Popular Post Valzentia
#30 - Fairy Tail Difficulty: 2/10 Fun: 8/10 I'm pretty impressed how faithful to the franchise Gust and Koei Tecmo were with this game. However, there are some pretty messed up balance issues (read: Mirajane is OP AS ALL FUCK), the occasional annoying glitch, and it's also extremely grindy; I spent 40 hours on the game total, the majority of those 40 hours were spent finishing requests (especially S-class requests because holy balls those are long!). Despite the game's quirks, if you're a fan of the anime or manga, or are looking for a fun RPG, then I would actually recommend picking this game up. It's pretty damn good for a licensed game!
Popular Post SKiL_Clash
Platinum 184 Kena: Bridge of Spirits One of the best games I’ve played so far on PS5. Right next to Demon’s Souls. This game was an absolute beauty. The amount of dedication the developers at EmberLabs put into this game gives me high hopes for their future titles.
