Popular Post Icymind25
Plat #25: God of War: Ascenscion Champion of the Gods Unlock all trophies As someone who played GoW 1 & 2 in the PS2, I ended up liking the games a lot (also because I like mythologies and all of their gods/roles/creatures/stories, etc), so when I got a PS3, and knowing you could play all games there, I got the GoW Saga and Ascencion later. Now, I agree with what people said about this game, but man, is it still fun to play even if the combat is the same as the other entries in the Greek Saga. Kinda of a funny story: I redeemed the MP pass in my other account, and I thought that I'd have to buy the pass in order the get the MP trophy, but people in a Discord sever told me that I could redeem it again in my othet account and that it'd work here, so I did... and it worked, so I didn't have to spend money in the end ?. Plat #26: God of War: Chains of Olympus The 2nd chapter (chronologically) in Kratos's Greek saga. Not much to say that it's known, a short but good game that shows us a more human side of Kratos. Plat 27: Killzone Platinum Collect all trophies in Killzone Never played the original KZ in PS2, but I got the KZ Trilogy some years ago and decided to try it out this year. And... I enjoyed it. Wouldn't say it's a favorite of mine or anything, but still, a fun FPS. Plat 28: Jak and Daxter The Precursor Legacy Top of the Heap You have mastered the game and collected all that there is to collect! One of the iconic duos in Playstation's platformers, Jak & Daxter. Played this game, a little bit of Jak II and Jak 3 (from beginning to end) in the PS2, and since I really liked the games, I got the HD Collection, and this game is still as fun as I remember. Plat 29: Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 2 A perfect Storm Master You've acquired all trophies Was really into Naruto when it was airing on TV, and after getting a computer, I started watching Shippuden, but I got a bit bored when Spoiler Naruto and Kakashi were following Deidara in order to get Gaara back and seeing Guy and the team fighting against their copies. I stopped watching and never came back. Still, I do know how the story ended and everything. Maybe I should read the manga at some point so I can skip all the actual filler and the filler in fights or certain moments of the story. Anyway, getting the trophies wasn't hard, the only bad thing about the game is the grind for the online titles/titles in general. Plat #30: Ratchet & Clank (2016) The Hero of Heroes Collect every trophy in Ratchet & Clank My first PS4 . I got the PS4 in April and got both Ratchet & Clank and Horizon ZD Complete Edition thanks to the "Play at home" thing Playstation did when covid was making things really difficult for the whole world. Anyway, before getting the PS4 (years before getting one), I was thinking about which game to make my first PS4 and was like "maybe I'll make Horizon, God of War or Spiderman my first plat" but since the games ended up going to PC, I then thought "ok, I'd like my plat to be something exclusive to PS... All right, Ratchet & Clank, you'll be that 1st platinum", and here we are. The game looks great and the gameplay is as fun as the other games. The story was ok, but there some things I didn't like, mainly Nepharious being part of it. Don't get me wrong, I love the guy as a villain, but seeing him here when he wasn't in the original game felt... IDK, not okay? Still, a really fun and I'd love to play Rift Apart, but I'd need to get a PS5 and considering how expensive the console is... guess it'll be a few years before that happens.
Jamescush147
Platinum 364 Soul Master Unlock all other trophies. 30.85% Uncommon Platinum in 1 day, 2 hours I really wanted to like this game but the Map is unreadable. In a metroidvania you need a good map. At least you don't to finish the game to Plat it. I tried.
Jelly Soup
#163 - The Ketchup Story I needed one more full game for Playstation Stars level 3 and this was $2. To be honest, I picked this one specifically because some kid over in the 100% Complete thread decided to complain about how another person decided to spend their money. And the community has been on another long annoying shitfit over easy platinum games. I'd say you can't put a price on pissing people off, but you very clearly can, I call it $2 well spent. Spergery aside, I'd actually really like to see this fleshed out into an actual clicker games. I've played many clicker games and I say this one has potential. The art is simple and cute too.

reaperveteran86
Platinum #301 Gefragt Gejagt Das Spiel (GER) Der Gejagte wird zum Jäger - 67,36% I needed a Quiz/Trivia game for a challenge and got the retail version cheap. The questions were good but the presentation was really bad. Platinum #302 The Coma 2: Vicious Sisters (EU) Vicious Sisters - 34,27% A korean Hide-from-a killer/monster- Horror game. Better and bigger than the first game. The main monster spawns random which can be frustrating but there are a ton of save points in the game, so you never lose much progress if you got killed. Platinum #303 Paranormal Activity: The Lost Soul (EU) Tortured Soul - 17,89% A game from my backlog (got most of the trophies Halloween 2019). I don`t have VR, so I played the game in non-VR mode. Short and easy game (for the most part) The hard part is the final task of the game. Whoever thought it was a good idea, that you must catch things (in ego perspective) with a really small hitbox that move all around your character, in a time limit and with one live in hardcore mode, should watch all Paranormal Activitiy movies as punishment (there are 8! of this things at the moment if the wikipedia article is right).

Popular Post Darghel
#159 A tale of Origins and Endings (Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin) Difficulty: Has frustrating moments but it's overall easy Time to Complete: 43 hours Recommended: On discount yes, on full price not so sure Total score: 7/10 Oh boy I've been waiting to play this for the longest time! I remember seeing the videos and all the memes and I just couldn't wait to get my hands on it! I did play the demo (which is very lengthy and highly recommended to try if you're not sure) and I really loved the gameplay and overall insanity of whole. I seriously couldn't stop laughing in those first hours and at how amazing Jack was, and how the combat is fun but also rewarding. Then you realize that you've seen the whole game already, because after the first 5-10 hours, the game's insanity stops and the "meh" part begins. Okay let's start from the origin (HAHA): Stranger of Paradise is, in essence, a souls game but with some changes: there's no "currency" to collect or retrieve, no stamina that depletes, and it plays more like Nioh than actually Dark Souls which may be a pro or con, depending if you liked their previous title or not. It has the usual things you'd expect in a recent soulslike game like this: insta-killing enemies that are anything but fair (especially if you play in hard), an unnecessary and frustrating exhaustion mechanic that triggers if you prolong your soul shield for 0.00001 more second than you're supposed to (and it's the ONLY good parry in the game, so you kinda need to master it), and enemies that move at lightning-speed while you fight at a slug paced one. Now yes you can fight fast with fists and even daggers, however they felt very weak during boss fights (but great against normal enemies) so whenever I had to face a boss, I had to switch to an axe. At least it can occasionally stun enemies and hits like a truck! Still I wouldn't call all of this unbalanced or anything, however the game heavily involves about using combos and fast speed to fight your enemies, but since 90% of your combos will lock you in an animation you're always seeing which move is the one that lasts the less. Again, Ground Pound with Axe wins by default because of that. And you can charge it 3 times if you can so in either case you're going to get a lot out of it! There are other things that were particularly interesting and fun to do, in particular magic which was surprisingly good, especially buffs. I wished Haste could last longer but otherwise I really had a fun time buffing during midfights to get the fight going. And magic can be very strong too, especially Aeroga: it practically stunlocks most enemies, even tonberries, and It was usually my go-to spell for most dangerous fights! Now another thing that got me into the game was the class system: I love class based systems in rpgs and it's a shame not many games do it, so I really wanted to give this a try also for that reason. There are a 28 jobs and each have an unique ability and other passives and skills to learn, so you'll be switching them everytime you reach their max level of 30. My favorite are Sage, so I could use both white and black magic (There's also Red Mage, but it's extremely limited - more to that later), and Dark Knight for it's high Strength, great for dealing immense break damage to enemies! And an Axe! Now, with all that said and done, I really came in expecting a lot of fun, which I did, but I can't lie about this: the game feels...unpolished to say the least. It's hard to explain, but I feel that they didn't try hard enough or couldn't, so we had a soulslike game that tries to be like Nioh, but with classes, and no levels. "But you said jobs have 30 levels!" yes I did, but those levels don't really matter: they're only important to unlock skills and that's it. There's no level in this game: the "level" is based off your equipment, a bit like monster hunter except very straightforward, as in "the higher the level, the better your gear". This also leads to another issue: after the end you can unleash their limit, but I honestly don't understand why you should do it as you only get mastery points, and these points can increase your stats by very little, and even then you're limited on what you can upgrade. It's kind of inconsistent and really makes me question why even do this, especially when you could do this on your actual character and not your classes. But no, the points are only for a class and they don't share either. Just weird. Secondly, the game is super linear. If you played Nioh, you know what I'm talking about but even then I must give credit to Nioh for at least TRYING to have some areas open! This game is a literal hallway from start to finish, with maybe some areas have slightly more pathways than usual, but it's really just an illusion. Just like FFXIII, you can't stray away from the hallway until the end, which leads to the bosses, probably the best part of the game! Armor and weapons are also endlessly recycled, and you will easily see the same weapon but repurposed to higher levels. Not a big deal but I must've seen the same axe and ace like 30 times in the whole game! I expected at least more variety than that! Speaking of variety, a lot of the classes just feel the samey, if not the same alltogether. Sure they have unique abilities, like Zantetsuken for Breaker or Souleater for Dark Knight, but if you could take the unique skill and put it on, say, a Marauder, then you'll get a Dark Knight without much difference - except maybe less stats but then why bother?. Weapons aren't limited per class (at least not all weapons are) so you can play any class you want with the weapon you want, if it allows it. I wish they made less classes, but each with an unique weapon (kinda like Yakuza 7 did), so that we could at least more variation on that. And lastly...well the story is kinda weird. If you played Final fantasy 1 or Origin you practically know the plot already, but if you don't then don't expect a lot of it: the plot is a pretext to get things done, and the dialogue is so cheesy and goes so fast that it begs you not to put too much care about it. I honestly enjoyed it but that's because I played worst stories before. And I could at least understand it, which is more that I could say than other similar games. Bottom line, and after this wall of text, the game is just "okay". It's slightly above average and frankly I don't think it's bad, but I wished it gave a bit more content after ending the game other than "more levels", especially since you can unlock limits but I don't see if it's worth it unless you're into min maxing. I don't have the DLC but one day I might give it a shot and see if it improves upon it. As for trophies, it's really nothing unbearable and it only took me 43 hours in total to complete, thanks to the countless amount of Anima Crystals farmed which makes levelling kinda pointless, especially if you do the easy mission which you don't even need to kill a single enemy! With that said, if you never played a single Soulsgame, this could be a good start: the game has 3 difficulties to start off and it can be good as a beginner's way to get into this kind of games...but then I remembered that Code Vein exists, does the same thing, but better, and it has a better story and exploration than this game. So if you want an easy, noobfriendly soulslike then I would say pick that one instead. Or else try to find this one on sale and give into CHAOS! disaster500
#45 South Park: The Stick of Truth Played both South Park games years ago before I really cared about trophies. I got The Fractured But Whole's platinum because nothing in that game is missable. However The Stick of Truth's platinum is basically impossible without following a guide. Now 5 years later, I played it again, closely following the trophy/collectibles guide. I didn't miss anything, which resulted in a very quick and fun second playthrough and a platinum. I highly recommend both South Park games, they are both very funny the whole way through and have a ridiculous amount of references to the show.
Popular Post Hitman_Spinksy1
#103 King of the Road (The Crew) Rarity 0.89% Time Taken 200+ Hours Finally did it after 6 years 9 months of slowly chiiping away. What can I say, easily the best racing game I've played and would love a sequel equally as large maybe over Europe or China would be nice. The grind was real with this one though requiring boosting for the 1,2,3 finish in a crew plus the 2k offroad miles and using a glitch to get the 5k miles in one car. If it didn't have these grindy trophies then the game would have been a perfect racing game. #104 ONRUSH Rarity 7.53% Time Taken 15 Hours Another racer and this time not a good one. Forced to get this off my list with the server closure imminent and it really felt forced when playing. The game was tedious, frustrating and repetitive. Not much to say apart from rinse and repeat and even though I managed to smash it out in 2 nights I really wish I spent my time playing something else. The only good thing about this game was the pain ended quickly. Edited October 29, 2022 by Hitman_Spinksy1
Popular Post Moridin83
# 235 Cult of the Lamb This game is better than the sum of its parts. It combines a relatively simple town sim with a relatively basic rougelite, and comes up with something really fun. It's at least partly due to the aesthetic. Controlling the titular cult is fun and interesting, but if not for the cartoony visuals, you'd have to deal a lot more with what you're actually doing. You do some horrific stuff to your followers, but it never looks that bad, so it's more amusing than anything...mostly. Nothing difficult trophy wise other than the no damage boss kills, and everything can be done on a single play through. On the current patch it was stable for me, with no bugs or glitches, but there have been a number of trophy problems reported, so play at your own risk. Still I liked this one enough to definitely recommend it.

I guess I could say that it's the least ugly Platinum of the series so far. #420: Pro-Golfer Extraordinaire Just trying to make the most of my premium subscription. The rewind feature alleviates a lot of the frustration, but still it was pretty annoying to play. I Am 95% sure that the timing is programmed bad, because all the inputs seem very off. I wonder if this is why all the Hotshots platinums are super ultra rare.
