I could have plat this game a few years ago, but I was lazy to do it so until now.  Anyway even though it is a Wii game ported to PS3, it was pretty good.  I highly doubt the sequel to this game will port to the US.

So if you have been following my status updates then you know how much FUN I had with this game. This is one of the few games that actually lived up to the hype that the fans gave it. I can honestly say this is one of my favourite RPGs of all time and is definitely my favourite RPG not on the SNES. Also Chie has now officially been added to my Superstar Green Tag Team joining Qwark, Luigi and Tingle as the greatest characters to adorn the colour green.

 

Finally I was trying to figure out how I would best describe this game to get people who haven't played it to play it and I figured a collage would be the best way to go about it. So I made this picture and if you find it interesting then PLEASE pick this game up.

Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale (PS3)

All Star Legend: You've Only Done Everything

 

This was one of the most frustrating platinum trophies I've got.  I had to replay arcade mode so many times for 4 characters because of the game freezing.  The Vita version was a lot smoother, including online, which is not typical in most cross play games I've experienced.  Overall a fun game when it works correctly.  Now on to other dusty games in my backlog!

I second everything you said.  I keep meaning to pick it back up for the platinum, but I want the story to be fresh again.  Love this game; it will not disappoint RPG fans, and your collage somehow just makes sense to me:)

Resident Evil 6

 

 

2 Plats in 1 week woohoo!

After putting in 70+ hours I finally got the platinum for RE6. RE6 is by no means a bad game, it's just not a great Resident Evil game. Even so, I still really enjoyed it because if I didn't, no way would I have put so many hours in to this game. 

The only super annoying trophy to get is Mad Skillz but after reading the tips on several sites it was less of a pain to grind for thankfully  Mercenaries became a frustrating way to get SP because it was difficult to find another player who didn't die before the 100 mark or just didn't bother rescuing me when I was swarmed and dying. 

I doubt I'll bother with much of the DLC though, since I only own Survivors, it's far too much effort to get to 100% and costly which is a shame. Maybe I'll get round to it eventually but for now it'll have to wait.

Now I just have to decided whether to start RE5 next or go for Tales of Xillia instead.

#89 - god of War (vita)

 

Finally, i'm done with the game and I don't have to do the ****ing challenges anymore. Sure it sounds easy when there are 10 of them, but A) you have to complete all of them in one sitting, meaning you cannot take a break whatsoever (unless you died); and b ) challenges 8 and 10 are SO ****ING CHEAP! I felt like I was never going to finish beating the gorgons due to what seemed like infinite spawning.

What can I say about this game? This is the third time I played it and the first time I have platted it - I played it first on iOS and then 360 - so it must do something which grabs me.

 

If you haven't played this game since its initial iOS debut, you should definitely look at it again. A plethora of different modes have been added which greatly extend the games longevity.

 

The hardest trophy was the one for surviving 40 waves of zombies in survival mode (a paltry bronze is awarded for this!). In the end, this took me 4 attempts, and it wasn't until I tried a "cobless" lawn build that the trophy finally popped. In fact, I accidentally carried on until wave 43 because I decided to stop intervening after wave 40 and allow the zombies to slowly decimate my garden, which took longer than anticipated.

 

Might start a guide for this one as it'll give me a reason to dip back into the game.

DOOM 3 BFG Edition is a great collection of all 3 doom games, and i´m really glad i played them and got the plat. This has been on my "to do list" for quite a while (ever since it came out actually) heh.

Quite enjoyable, and a tad different from the previous ones. They could finally lay off the stud grind in these games though, as it turns an enjoyable game into a fucking tedious one.

 

 

Yeah, they are annoying, next time, just use the codes to unlock x2, x4, x6, x8, x10 studs at the beginning of the game, then you're not farming around at the end for the remaining studs. I know it's probably classed as "cheating", but I'd rather enjoy the game, then spend ages after I've finished everything going after studs...

There are only codes for x2, the other multipliers must be unlocked through playing the game. It's reasonable, if you use a guide right from the start in order to know where the next highest multiplier is. Anyhow, there are far worse grinds out there.
