Dead Weight
#91 - Hyperdimension Neptunia PP Where do I begin with this one? Well for starters, I had mixed feelings about starting this because: a - it is a Hyperdimension Neptunia game by NIS America and they have never let me down when it comes to the rpg games; and b - this game is an idol-simulation, visual-novel type game, and I was hoping that it shouldn't be too difficult considering the whole game is about becoming a producer to one of the 4 goddesses: Neptune, Noire, Blanc and Vert. Ok now for the main reason as to my ranting: the game has 4 trophies and it is for obtaining 100% events with each of the girls. Sounds simple enough. But the problem is that there is no way to keep track of what events you have watched, or what events are left that you need to watch. I have been following a guide for the events, but the only guide that has been released thus far is for the Japanese version, thus the english names of the choices that you have to make are completely different from the NA version, and was just confusing as shit. To make matters worse, the guide dictates that I do a maximum of 8 playthroughs (one for the Good Ending and one for the True Ending with the 4 characters), however as far as I can remember, I did approximately 16 playthroughs in total. 16 ****ING PLAYTHROUGHS!!! Sigh... NIS America, I love you. Truly, I do. But please do me a favor: just stick to RPG games. EDIT: 11th person in the world to get that. Would have saved me one day If I had a damn checklist or something like it. To be fair, NIS America just published the game ( like the rest of the HDN series) the game was developed by: Idea Factory, Compile Heart and Tamsoft
johnclark12
Last game I platinumed was #33. Cabela's Adventure Camp for PS3. That was back in Feb. and since then I have taken a break from trophy hunting but I just started picking it up again. Going to go for Trine 2 or Puppeteer next. Popular Post freddie1989
#69 - Beyond two Souls. Excellent game, great story and enjoyable due to the variations you can make to the outcome. A tad boring the 2nd time around as you already know what is coming so the QTE sequences aren't surprising but overall I loved it!! Popular Post Sunflower
Lord of Xillia The mark of complete Xillia mastery. Oh wow, where do I start? It's been so long since I've enjoyed an RPG like this one. I was hesitant to buy Xillia at first as I was unsure what Tales game to start with. I'm so glad I did go for Xillia though, although I feel that if I get around to picking up the others, Xillia has raised the bar for them and I won't enjoy them as much. Oh well, I'm just glad there's a sequel! Everything about the game is great, particularly the characters, as the majority are interesting and well developed (although some far more than others) but I never disliked any characters that the developers wanted me to like. The battle style is so much fun too and I even enjoyed the grinding for the trophies and beating the bosses on Unknown difficulty just for fun. I'm really excited for the second Xillia, especially as the cast from the first are returning and are all playable. The concept looks great and I'm glad there's only a little wait since I've already played through this one 3 times and would quite happily play it a fourth! Popular Post Precision-Playyy
#40 Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2 All in all was an ok game, nothing like the first Black ops in comparison, the Mp trophies were fairly annoying as i was not that great at it, also the zombies were fun apart from Tower of Babble in which i spent about 3-4 hours trying to get, A big thanks to THCBudz and JoshC17 for giving up there free time to help me and HcG-_Clawz get this trophy, now just for the DLC trophies, i heard they were even more annoying

zadorvp
how was it? I keep getting asked this question by various people I enjoyed it but as I've said before (somewhere at least) I'm a sucker for mystery games. I'm not huge on horror, but like Deadly Premonition, this wasn't scary at all (although the ghost stories are "creepy"). It is by no means perfect (probably not even great) and is not worth the full price. There are a ton of collectibles but at least they all come with back story information either via text, cutscene or as those above mentioned ghost stories. I've heard and read about people having major issues with the game such as Ronan getting stuck in the geography of the game requiring reloads (or save replacements) since there is no manual save system, but I had none of those. The time to platinum is also short (8-10+ hours would probably be the common range) but the collectibles are the hardest part about it due to no in-game map (and the digital map that comes with pre-orders is full of errors and is missing some collectibles). Definitely wait for a price drop if you have any plans to get this though.

Popular Post JaM
Platinum #60 Muramasa Rebirth Master of the oboro style It's been awhile yet AGAIN...But as always, I tend to come back with a good plat so here's one for you guys I was already familiar with this game since I played in on the wii in the past, so I had no problem playing this again Combat was fast, simple and easy to get used to. Although that's all good, however it can get repetitive which is a downer for me The art designs were beautiful and well drawn so it's like playing a work of art Another thing I had a problem with the game is that, the story was really uninteresting and sometimes it wouldn't even make sense so I struggle to even care for the characters O_o Trophy wise, everything is straight foward but the fury modes will take practice and patience. But I just thought it was a piss take that you had to do everything again in fury mode to get all endings Above all it's not bad but it's not perfect either Some of the scenes were funny too, but it was shame that there wasn't enough because I would of loved to see more scenes... Music was awesome as well, fits perfectly with the whole concept of the game I haven't got much to say about this game but I really did enjoy it and I'd recommend it to anyone! grats (dang it, another one that platted the game... i could smell the plat going to be Very Rare again soon... ) planning to get the DLCs? OT: Number 40: Smart As Intelligent Being Collect all Trophies ONE WORD: FINALLY... Note: it is not that hard game... pretty helpful I must say, but getting the plat somehow requires a loooot of time... I actually planned making FFX the 40th plat but got too much excited to end it...(well maybe also because got too hyped after defeating Penance >_<)

Popular Post Meacham
Platinum #35 - Bulletstorm + DLC Really enjoyed this one to be fair, pretty brutal and a different take on FPS games rather than just shooting and killing. It's a predictable story and you can pretty much tell what is going to happen but it's pretty fun the journey that Gray and Ishi. Although Ishi pissed me off quite a bit it was pretty understandable why he was that with everything that happens to him. I thought the most annoying character but pretty hilarious at the same time was General Sarrano. He was annoying but some of the things he said just made me burst out laughing. The gameplay is good, the sliding, the leash and the skill points are major factors in this game and that's what makes it fun, there is 131 skill shots and a lot of them are really fun to do seeing enemies die in many ways. I mean you even get to take control or a remote control dinosaur, how could anyone dislike that? Seriously? The other modes are pretty fun. Echo mode is pretty similar to the story mode apart from you have to try and gain as many points as you can from start to finish of a tiny map, easy which was a little disappointing but still fun. Anarchy mode is where you will be spending most of your time for this platinum. You need to get to level 65 and there are plenty of ways to get there through different methods. If you manage to get a team together (which I suggest doing before serves go down at the end of June.) It is pretty fun to do to be fair and can be quite a laugh going through hordes of enemies. You need 2mil xp and 200 team challenges and this will take a little while but I'm sure you don't even think about it when you're playing. (if you find it fun ofcourse, if you don't then uhhh ohh) Soundtrack is pretty decent and some sections can be a pain on very hard but other than that I'm surprised the platinum is around 2.77% but can't complain as it's another extra rare platinum. The DLC is pretty easy as it's mainly echo missions but they're pretty fun and don't require you to play through the full mission in order for it to pop. Popular Post MatCauthon
#104 Prince of Persia: Warrior Within Warrior Within 13.34% - Rare It took me almost 3 years to get back to this game. It's by far my least favorite of all the PoP games, I hated it on PS2 and I hated it even more on PS3. I don't have anything good to say about it, to be honest. It has one of the most awful cameras I've experienced, lousy combat controls, ridiculous story and dialogue, and filled with glitches. I had to restart my hard playthrough halfway through because the levers didn't spawn in the Water Maiden Garden. I'm glad to be done with it and have one more game off of my incomplete list. The only PoP game I have left to platinum is The Two Thrones, and luckily that's one of my favorites.
Popular Post straysheep87
#51 Far Cry Classic Good game, it can be frustating on Hard sometimes, but the gameplay is awesome; the only major problem: the game constantly freezes, and forces you to reboot the console.

Popular Post jordanxavr
Platinum #13: 100% Clear - Watch Dogs Fun plat. Only annoying trophy for me was the Social Lubricant trophy. My only suggestion would be to do the hardest level (the one in Pawnee) first. It makes the other two seem like child's play in comparison. Disk Space Full would probably be annoying as well if not for this guide. Not the greatest game overall, but it was entertaining. I hated the car physics and the storyline and characters were a bore, but those are the only negatives I can think of. Looking forward to finishing up Persona 4 Golden and starting Danganronpa now.
