Popular Post JaM
I missed you... MRP thread #77 Shovel Knight Shovel Justice Earn all other Trophies. First, huge thanks to Jenni for giving me that push (a.k.a. making me listen to some of it's soundtrack, or rather BGM) to purchase this game... next, an 8-bit celebration dance... Remember those good ol' days of NES games where you need to gitgud or else you fail? Shovel Knight is like those games... is it strange to make me remember those old MegaMan NES games while playing this? Frustrating yet fun, I think that is how I will describe it's gameplay... of course putting aside the obvious nostalgia charm for graphics and Sounds, it brings back the fun in old school 8-bit side scrolling platformer games.... some trophies are quite frustrating though like the No Death Run and Speed Run but the feeling of conquering the game while completing those runs is priceless would recommend to anyone that wants to challenge themselves to good ol 2D 8-bit side scrolling platform game off topic: *staaaare* me just noticed, I currently have 77 plats with 88.88% completion... Popular Post voodoo_eyes
#72 - The Lord of the Rings: Aragorn's Quest Didn't expect much from this game, and that's exactly what I got. In fairness it's not a bad game, just a really average one. It plays like a dumbed-down version of fable, worse graphics, simplified combat and lots of glitches. Had to restart a level 7 times, because the game wouldn't let me deliver a completed quest. Other than that it's a fairly easy plat, as long as you use a guide, Enjoyment: 6 Difficulty: 2
Popular Post Boooda
Platinum #215 Amnesia Memories Memories Returned So I heard this game had a good story, but it wasnt till after I bought it that I found out its suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuper girly. The story is, you're a heroine who wakes up and has amnesia (WHOAH GO FIGURE) and all you have are some cellphones numbers and this little kid named Orion helping you out. Basically the whole game is trying to make sense of what happened while getting all lovey dovey with past boyfriends. See what I mean about it being girly? Trophy wise the game is simple, its a tad long compared to other VN's i've played but still easy nonetheless. Shoutout to this sites guide, was really helpful. Also this games art style was really good. There was also a fairly out of place rock paper scissors and air hockey minigame, but they were simple enough. Now time to go punch some walls and eat a brick to get my manliness back up. Difficulty: 2 Edited October 11, 2015 by Boooda

Popular Post Lucas
#20 Uncharted: Drake's Fortune Remastered Platinum Unlock all Uncharted: Drake's Fortune™ Remastered Trophies Being a huge fan of the Uncharted series, I just had to re-buy the Uncharted games when the Nathan Drake Collection came out last week. I was actually pretty hyped to replay (and re-plat ) all of PS3's Uncharted games once again. So I decided to just complete Uncharted: Drake's Fortune first and work my way upwards towards Drake's Deception. I got to say I think Bluepoint did a great job remastering Drake's Fortune. Even though this was already the 6th time I played through the game (I love it, ), it still felt slightly different than before. With some of the gameplay and game-mechanics being chanced, it played very good. I think the remaster of the first installment in the series was absolutely worth my time plattin'. Though, the speedrun and Brutal difficulty are still waiting for me to 100% this game. I won't start with Among Thieves untill I got this 100% . Popular Post TheYuriG
192. New Little King's Story 偉業王 あなたは王国の全ての偉業を果たしました! fuck your english again So this was an wonderful game, you start out fleeing a dungeon because your castle was taken over, then you get a barn and make a castle out of it (eventually) while saving all 7 princesses that were in your castle and using them as companions, giving you extra specials, each one unique from the other. Using companions increase their affections which doesn't change shit because you are a fucking king and they will bend over to you if you ask them to. You need to max out affection with every princess to get the true ending and getting married* to ALL OF THEM at once because fuck monogamy, but not after you play the final boss 7 other times to get each princess specific ending because why not, it's a really fun boss*. *not really. Trophy wise, this game is wonderful, I didn't go after anything except for the cash, since I spent all I had before the 100k trophy. Getting the encyclopedias done takes a while because you have to wait until the game spawns the Onii Power Rangers quest where you fight 5 different colored Onii at once, like if they were a squad or something... (I wonder why). Completing the Humming Encyclopedia is a pain in the ass because you only have 2 hours to do that and there are 29 people you gotta talk to across the whole fucking village and if you run out of time, you gotta return to the castle and sleep again until the following day to continue doing progress. Would I recommend this game? Only if you have the patience for J-cliches like "the king won because he has the power of his friends and the final boss lost because he can't comprehend that". Completing this game (and partially Ciela's fault) made me want to play Senran Kagura Shinovi Versus, since there the characters are actually more deeply fleshed out than here and less stereotyped. Come at me, Hikage! 7 more to make Aela . Edited October 11, 2015 by TheYuriG
Popular Post Boooda
Platinum #216 Uncharted Drakes Fortune Remastered Platinum Dont mean to spam, just had to get a nice manly plat after playing through Amnesia. Like many have said before, the UC collection is a must buy for anyone. Uncharted 1, a game 8 years old, has aged so well in terms of mechanics and gameplay. It really is a testament to Naughty Dog and Bluepoint have done wonderfully in giving it that next gen coat of paint. There are even glimpses of ideas they had in Uncharted 1 that would be later fleshed out into games such as The Last of Us. Its really crazy to go back and reflect on how far they've come through this series. Trophy wise it was easy, albeit annoying due to crushing. I dont have it in me to go back and do Brutal right now because Im just jonesing to play that Uncharted 2 (the best one if you have any good taste in gaming ) but I'll go back one day. Popular Post Superstarmaste1r
: #21 Dengeki Bunko Fighting Climax Dengeki Bunko: Fighting Climax All Clear! "You finished Dengeki Bunko: Fighting Climax. Thank you for playing!" I actually enjoyed playing this game way more than J Stars where at first the game was fun but wasn't really feeling like playing the game every time since the gameplay was like rock, paper, and scissors especially online. But Dengeki it is far different fighter that I think it plays like Persona but a lot easier where even I am not so good at 2D fighting games like Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, Blazeblue, etc. The characters actually caught my eye where most of the playable characters I actually know a few and some I haven't watched the show before but I recognized them by their appearance. The only problems I had are the story. Wasn't that intrested the story at all where I thought the story is for their own character story arcs not the main game story that features "dreams". Quite boring honestly. And the challenges trophy was absolutely bullshit that I almost give up on trying to platinum it but noticed a status by Exhasso that he unlocked the score attack trophy so I have to keep on trying even it waste my time filled with frustration for reaching the score. Other than that, I say this is a cool game that I glad watched the video from a subscriber that shows this before named Leathallady where the announcement of this game coming to the US one time. Glad that was over. Next two platinum trophies will defiantly be Life Is Strange and Tales From The Borderlands on the 20th where I will record those two videos in one day while unlock those two platnuim trophies as well hopefully I don't mess it up. Rating: 9/10 Difficulty: 8/10 –––––––– A good ol' throwback CoD. IMO the best CoDs are the older ones such as this bad boy. Has a good story and love the WWII setting. OMG the grenades!.. Veteran was a pain to play through (especially 'Heart of the Grenade') but at the same time fun and addictive. After finally platting, it's now time to finish those damn zombies maps..... Popular Post Nihiris-
#55 - Persona 4: Dancing All Night Dancing All Night Obtained all Trophies Definitely a great rhythm game with remixes of some of the memorable P4 songs. Unfortunately, I thought the story was suuuuuuuuuuuuper cheesy, especially with some corny "Believe in yourself!!! :D " dialogue that just really made you roll your eyes. BUT! Dojima has a heavy presence, so I'm totally okay with the trade off lol My only other complaint was that there is so much shit going on with effects everywhere that you sometimes lose your place or have a really hard time seeing the notes you're trying to hit. They could have toned that down a bit. But aside from the extra cheese and thanking that I'm not epileptic, I still have a lot of fun and will most likely go for the DLC sometime.

Popular Post D-Tron
#76 - Hatsune Miku: Project Diva f Trophy Master This game was literally 6 days away from being on my trophy list for an entire year. I only bought it because I had mild interest in the game, but the main reason I bought it was because it was on sale. I played the game for a little bit before rage quitting because I could barely pass the second song (Secret Police) on Normal; I was disappointed in myself as a rhythm game player and thought I would never touch it again. That changed though when I just had to platinum P4DAN regardless of difficulty. Finally getting in my own groove, I went on to try this game again and it became easy as hell; My face was all like . Beat Secret Police on my first try as well as being successful on my first try for most other songs for both Normal and Hard. Hard even wasn't that hard. I tumbled here and there but didn't really run into a difficult song until Negaposi Continues. I hated that song and its constant need to surround me with 8-bit visuals, sound effects and a really sore right hand. X_X That was the rhythm part of the game. It provided a smooth difficulty curve and the songs were surprisingly catchy. Now time for my most hated part of the game: the Diva Room. The game forced me to make friends with Miku and co. but I ended up hating all of them more than I ever excepted to once I was done; With the only exception being Luka for obvious reasons*. *definitely not a pervert, I swear I had to play this shit almost just as much as the main game. It was hours of Constantly over feeding them with the same food and violently shaking their heads while yelling "LOVE ME ALREADY!" until I finally had all the trophies. It added almost nothing to the game itself except despiar for trophy hunters.Diva Room aside, it was a rather enjoyable game and I had a better time coming around to it a second time. I would recommend it to anyone who has J-pop songs as one of their guilty pleasures. If you love trophies though: beware the Diva Room.. Beware...I bought the sequel to the game to. Not because it was on sale but because there was a physical Vita copy. I must have moar of those. Even if it means I have to force vocaloids to love me to earn another platinum... Wait, they didn't remove the Diva Room?! FUUUUUUUUUU-Enjoyment: 8/10Difficulty: 4/10 Edited October 12, 2015 by Blue Flare

Popular Post Cassiopria
# 60 Apotheon Date of achievement: 11th Oct 2015 Difficult :3.0 Ejoyment : Hardest Trophy : A Hero's Due Favorite Trophy :A Gift for a Goddess Like so many other indie games, Apotheon uses its visuals to draw your attention. Designed to look as if all the action is unfolding on an ancient urn or vase, the Ancient Greek adventure looks an absolute treat. The bold characters are silhouette-like in appearance, and their animation has a shadow puppet feel. As you clamber around against backdrops of cracked orange clay or cerulean blue glaze, the effect is utterly enchanting. This is the sort of game where you eagerly anticipate every new location, every new enemy, just so you can see how they look and move. Thankfully, Apotheon has depth and intelligence to go with its eye-catching looks. Inspired by Greek myth, but not tied to any particular story, it casts you as Nikandreos, a lowly soldier who finds himself caught up in a quest against Zeus himself when his skill at repelling invaders inspires Hera, Queen of Olympus, to use his talents to bring down the entire corrupt pantheon of Greek Gods. So far, so God of War, but this is a more faithful and thoughtful jaunt through familiar territory. The writing is mannered without being stilted, and its brought to life with some genuinely impressive voice acting. That's not an area where low budget indie games usually shine. Sorry this time on pic from my plat it was all black add here also my fav music off that game Edited October 12, 2015 by Cassiopria
