Popular Post killerJAZZ420
Bloodborne Pretty good game. Probably the longest first playthrough i've ever put into a souls game. liked some things, didn't like some other things. Would recommend it to any fans but wouldn't put it ahead of a certain other souls. Chalices dungeons were awful just kept dragging on and on. Only reason i wouldn't stack if possible.
Popular Post Carlver
Plat #25 Grim Fandango Remastered. Enjoyment: 7'5/10 Difficulty: 3/10 Another point and click game, never played this one before, so I was really willing to dive into the "best". Well, didn't like it that much. I'm not saying it's bad, but I thought it would be better. Anyway great music and ambientation.

Popular Post Yoshi
#100 Gaia's Guardian Obtain all trophies Woo woo!! Finally reached 100 plats and what better game for my 100th then from one of my favourite games. That being said, it still isn't my fav entry in the series. The story, characters and gameplay is still as great as it was back then. Graphically it doesn't hold up that well, but it is a PS1 game. It kinda sucks that god mode is freely available and the plat rarity is going to be a lot more common because of that. It doesn't really bother me that much though as the sentimental value is more important to me. Honestly, I did end up using God mode for the weapons and a few bosses. There really isn't much more to say as the game speaks for itself. Its Final Fantasy VII afterall. n_n

Popular Post minh2t
My 37th Platinum: Tales from the Borderlands My 5th Telltale and definitely one of my favorite. The dialogue was very funny, made me chuckle or laugh a couple times. It's also the only Telltale game which I don't have a character I particularly hate. The choices in this one were easier to make then other Telltale though, there wasn't much hesitation on my part this time. Ended the last battle with Athena, Janey and August. Didn't know we could have Zer0 and I let Felix die at the beginning... Overall, a definite recommended game even if you aren't a fan of the Borderlands serie. Beside, the platinum is easy to get so there's no reason not to try it.

Popular Post Redgrave
#62: Gaia's Guardian - Final Fantasy VII There's not much to say that's already been said. This is my first time beating it though, since I've tried previous times and messed up in a lot of places back in the PS2 and when I got it again on PS3. While it does earn the praise it gets, I though a lot of the mini-games could have been programmed better, especially that snowboarding one. I can't wait to see how everything looks in the remake though. Also Ruby Weapon sucks.
Rngesus37
#22 Uncharted 2: Among Thieves Remaster Enjoyment: 9/10. The closest thing to playing an action movie a game has ever gotten difficulty: 3/10. I blew through Crushing with few problems. Gave me far less of a headache than UC1 did on Crushing.
Popular Post Nihiris-
#60 - Dark Cloud Dungeon Master Collect all of the other trophies I was so happy to hear that one of my personal favorite games was coming to PS4. Having played through the game multiple times over the years, I still enjoy this game as much as I did back in 2001. Very happy that this game holds the 60th spot in total platinums for me. The game looks great in 1080p and still plays just as good as ever. Now I can't wait for Dark Cloud 2 to release on PS4 (and possibly a third sometime in the future I hope!)
Popular Post Oberlin_94
This beauty Felt like a choice-based game done right without a tonne of QTE's. The story felt involving, I loved the characters, especially WarrenxMax. Was totally rooting for them, so obviously got them together The game ends with a notice directing you to a website if the game affects you It's deep, it's sad, it's beautiful, it's involving, I've never enjoyed playing a game so much while being simultaneously torn down and upset by the stuff happening in it When I failed to save a character from committing suicide I felt truly awful, I may have cried a little And that ending, in a graveyard, with my friends and family, was one of the best scenes I've ever seen in a videogame I cried a lot, I'd suggest everyone play this, the final Chapter was a bit naff, but the short real world section as the town is destroyed was fantastic and really showed just how human video games can be Whoops; word-wall. It's probably this song that made me cry at the end to be fair; I've never felt so depressed playing a game But then again some of the events mirror stuff happening within my uni digs at the moment; the bullying, the attempted suicides, the depression. Yeah, it hit me a little too hard
Popular Post Tomoko Kuroki
Sword art online : Lost song This game was really fun. It's really for sao fans because you can play almost every single character. I ended up dragging the plat as much as possible by doing the search hunting extra quests most of the time. I really wish the game had more content, I played a good amount but after maxing out Asuna and Yuuki, I was just too overpowered at that point. Asuna's level 800 heal was basically refresh, and Yuuki didn't even have +10 on her durandal yet either.I may pop the game in once in awhile to play because I found it really fun the multiplayer quests. Haven't done a platinum in over a month and I dragged this one too, hopefully I'll get back in the groove. Blazblue's online tournament players got me discouraged from gaming in general ><. I think I'll go finish Hollow fragment soon I just need to do floor 100 and post game. Gonna miss playing as Asuna and Yuuki though Hopefully when "Age of Aincrad" comes out in a 2-3 years it'll be good !
Popular Post voodoo_eyes
#85 - Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus To be honest I'm not much of a fan of this genre, and didn't find the J & D nor the R & C series particularly exciting, those games weren't terrible (well Jak 2 was), but they were by no means good in my book. I'm glad that Sly is better. Not great, but good enough. The camera wasn't as bad as it tends to be for this genre, the controls were arse though, especially for those mini games where you had to aim. Considering those were nothing more than filler material which I find unnecessary, same as the 3 part boss battles which just drag on needlessly. Popular Post Ala-Arska
The testament of Sherlock Holmes Sherlock Holmes' will Strength and perseverance to the end What's the difference between Sherlock Holmes and John Holmes?...Sherlock Holmes is not long and hard Now that I got that one out of my system, it's time to tackle the game itself. Or perhaps a haiku poem, or a song, or an aphorism GET ON WITH IT! The Testament surprised me positively, since I didn't fancy the prequel, Crimes & Punishments, that much. Whereas C & P has six (?) cases to be solved, Testament only has one huge mystery. It's a great advantage, now there's actually a pretty neat and detailed story. Besides the twisty plot, the overall voice acting is quite professionally handled. Especially Holmes and Watson are excellently carried out. Moving around is somewhat jerky, which seems to be the curse of most point-and-click games. I preferred the third person mode over fps, it gave me more precision over objectives. Even if you didn't like the aforementioned Crimes & Punishments, give TtoSH a try. It might not be Benedict Cumberbatch quality, but it'll do the job nicely My RNG is all polished and ready for action, so let's give it a spin...huh, Riptide GP2? That rubber-band AI better not mess with me

Popular Post Crono
Toughest Soul TrophyAll Trophies Obtained Isn't this game cute? It throws you in a world where people pretty much explains only like 40-50% of all it's complicated stuff. The rest? Figure it out. It's your problem. Not to mention even the smallest mistakes can be permanent unless you get help from other people online. The game itself isn't that difficult imo. But boy does NG+ prove you otherwise. Even so, I would say the "difficulty core" of this one is not on the stages themselves, but on the fact that if you make mistakes too much, you're penalized with a lot more hours to invest. In short, it is not difficult, but unforgiving. My only thoughts are the following: While I think the idea that you die and return to the beginning while all the enemies respawn is great, the fact that you get permanent mistakes is a cheap way of difficulty, especially when you don't know crap about such stuff nor the game teaches you ever. The game takes out a crucial aspect and that is you can't control saves. And let's be straight on this case, the only difference between a hard game without controlled saving patron and one with it are the hours invested. Like a track with a goal where one game is short to do the lap and the other one takes days, but you arrive at the exact same spot and that's it If you make a game that will be unforgiving, you TEACH the players everything that's going on so the only people at fault for screwing up a lot are the players themselves. If the game doesn't explain everything or at least directs you via gameplay towards it's ins and outs, it's bad development imo. Even so, I can't bash too much on this game other than that. Some battles and stages were plain awesomeness to do, the build system felt great even if the armor part wasn't handled too well. The story was nice too, very dark and solid till the end. Difficulty: 4/10, highly dependant on whether you become aware and be cautious about screwing up and also getting some help online. I can see this game easily escalate in frustration levels otherwise. Enjoyment: 8.5/10 Edited December 17, 2015 by Lord_of_Ra
