Popular Post Undead Wolf
Platinum #96 Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Kingpin Unlock all trophies. This game is pretty special to me as it was the first PS2 game I ever played. I just remember spending hours messing around, causing havoc and just getting lost in the world. 13 years on and the game holds up surprisingly well. Sure, the city is nowhere near as big as in more modern games, the controls are clunky and it has a pretty unforgiving save system, but it's still a damn fine game. It may not be the best GTA game, but it's still my personal favourite. I love the setting of the 80s. It still has one of the best game soundtracks around (even though a few were taken out for this release). Also Tommy Vercetti is a great protagonist. Never did I feel there to be a disconnect between my actions and the protagonists personality. After all, Tommy is a convicted psychotic killer and drug dealer, so I don't have to feel bad when I run over 10 people on my way to the gun shop. It feels damn good to get a platinum in a PS2 game, and speaking of the platinum, it's not what I would call difficult, but it is time consuming. Getting 100% has a lot of requirements you must fulfill such as collecting all 100 hidden packages, doing all side missions, owning all properties, etc. But by far the biggest challenge of this platinum is getting the Godfather rank, that is if you don't use a certain method. Just to put things into perspective, I had 5000 points by the time I got the 100% trophy. Godfather rank requires you to get 1000000 points, so yeah... That's pretty insane. Luckily as I mentioned, there is a method to make that grind far easier. You do have to do this toward the beginning of the game though as you need around 100 shots fired in your stats. After about 5 hours of leaving the game alone, I had gotten my platinum trophy. I'm very happy that we are finally able to get platinum trophies for PS2 games, because only now do I feel that I've truly completed this fantastic game. A true classic. Popular Post Roster13
#83 South Park : The Stick of Truth South Park : The Stick of Truth Platinum Trophy Collect all trophies Not really much to say about this game. If you are a fan of the Cartoon and loves a simply amazing Rpg, this is definitely one of the games you should play. I had a lot of fun ' Farting ' around South Park and remembering a lot of the characters and funny moments I had in my childhood while watching the Cartoon. I'm thrilled to know that there will be a second game, looking forward !

Popular Post snakebit10
#171 DriveClub #Uniteinspeed I had been wanting to play this for long time. When the Ps store had the plus version available with the dlc at a discount price I went a head and bought it. It turned out to be one of my favorite racing games. I'm no racing veteran, but I haved played a fe in my life time. The game is really gorgeous, all the locations look great. As for the game play I thought it handles pretty well, yeah, sometimes the AI can get on your nerves but nothing that made me want to quit. I went into the game never being good at drift events in games but because of the Hoon-a-tic trophy I became pretty decent at them. It isn't a real hard platinum to obtain but it is a long grind and will take some time to obtain a few of the trophies. So strap in and enjoy the ride. It looks odd seeing a plat at only 25% but I will work at the dlc over time. I also plan on getting the Bikes version.
Popular Post Boooda
Platinum #231 Fat Princess Adventures RPG #1/10 100% Clear EVERYONE BUY THIS GAME! Honestly this was the sleeper hit of the month for sure! So funny from beginning to end, hilarious dialog (like actually laugh out loud funny), extremely fun gameplay plus coop! Think Fat Princess meets Gauntlet, its a ton of fun! The trophies are easy enough, with the hardest difficulty proving to be a bit of a challenge if you jump straight into it in your 2nd playthrough without first doing hard difficulty. You can level grind quite easily and even that isnt boring, plus you'll be doing a lot of grinding for 300 elite kills and 2000 enemy kills especially if you play coop. Cant recommend this game enough, may even make a guide for it but no promises there... And that final boss fight song that absolutely had no place in the game, but was extremely epic and hilarious Enjoyment: 9 Difficulty: 4 Edited December 18, 2015 by Boooda
Popular Post Cake
#59 & #3,500 The Undisputed GodUnlocked all trophies. Are you an undisputed god now, too!? Enjoyment: It was fun in the beginning, but when you start the grind. Forget about it Difficulty: Not a really difficult game, just bring your patience...and a lot of it. Hours: 670+ First, let me say thank God this is over. I've never spent so much time trying to get a plat. Over 670 hours is waaaaaay too much time to be going for a platinum. Not all of that is me playing the game though. I left the game running many times, while I did other things. I even feel asleep in the middle of battles a few times because I was just too tired. I didn't know what I was getting into when I first played this, I never even heard of the game before. I had no idea the plat took forever to obtain, but I tried it anyway. Everything about this grind drove me nuts. Mugen Field (possibly the worst place to farm shampurus) Overwhelming Apocalypse (A ridiculous 10 battle fight against over powered bosses) If you don't have good stats and equipment don't bother trying. I got destroyed a few times before I could survive and even then it was still risky. As crazy as this sounds I'm gonna miss this game. I've been looking at it for the past 10 months so I grew attached to it. I have Mugen Souls Z, I'll play that some time in the future, but for now I'm all shampuru'd out.

Popular Post Ala-Arska
Riptide GP2 All Trophies All Trophies Unlocked Man, they weren't lying when they said it was short. Who exactly said that? Well, you know, they... From having a blast to getting frustrated to losing my temper to enjoying it again, Riptide GP2 woke the whole scale of human emotions in me. At its core it's basically Beach Buggy Racing all over again (the same guys are behind both games, after all). But this time with a jet ski. The rubber-band AI is still as horse manure as its ever been. One should only use a rubber band when riding a Chocobo, or Ruin Getting three stars in every event is mostly skill based, but luck plays a bit too much of a factor here (thanks to the above mentioned curse). Still, pretty effortless. For a game with a file size under a Gig (don't remember the exact size), RGP2 looks pretty great. Especially the water, and its effects, made a good impression on me. The soundtrack also kicks major ass. Too bad there's only a handful of tracks. Those few tunes, albeit awesome, will wear out their welcome far too soon. There aren't many wave race games around, and Riptide GP2 fills that lonely void as best as it can. It's pretty cheap (in more than one way), but quite fun. Worth playing, for sure As for my next game, I'm quite certain my RNG has a trick up its sleeve prepared... Really, THAT one? I guess I could give it a shot. Popular Post ExHaseo
#102 - Life is Strange I am so glad I waited to play this game. I played through the first episode, and wasn't very impressed. It was ok, but not especially gripping or interesting. Had I played it on release, I would've just written the game off as "not for me", and never played the rest. Since I got the season pass on sale though, I already had all of the episodes. So, I decided to keep going. Episode 2 was better than the first, but still not especially gripping or interesting. Once again, had I played it on release, I would've just written the game off as "not for me". The third episode is when shit got real. That's when I got completely hooked. It killed me that I had to go to sleep immediately after finishing it. The very first thing I did the next day was boot up my PS4 and start episode 4, and then jumped straight into episode 5. I won't post any spoilers, but this game threw me for a serious loop, and made me actually feel for the characters, which is incredibly rare for me. I generally see games as something to play, not a story, and don't get very attached to the characters or story. In addition to just being an incredible story, unlike other games with dialogue choices, you really feel your decisions making an impact on the world. I can't really say much more about it without spoiling, but I think everyone should play this game through to the end. Even if you aren't hooked the first couple of episodes. It's really a game that needs to be completely experienced to appreciate.

RedRodriguez87
Nat Geo Platinum Such a slog to play through, but appearance-wise, easily one of my favorite sets of trophies. Popular Post TheAkittaja123
#69: Assasin's Creed Syndicate Master Assasin Earn every other trophy. 22.22% Uncommon Enjoyment: 9/10 (main game), 5/10 (DLC) Difficulty: 2/10 I was suprised that this game was actually this good. I bought it from the 12 Deals of Christmas sale. So this was my second Assasin's Creed game that I've ever played. First one was Brotherhood and I didn't like it that much but this game awesome. Main game had some awesome moments, the ending was kinda weird but not gonna spoil anything. The DLC is a different story, mediocre missions and boring open world. The new grappling hook is fucking awesome! Made travelling so much more fun. Carriages were fun too.
Popular Post SkyesUnholy
Grand Theft Auto San Andreas The Key to San Andreas Unlock all trophies. After a 5-week platinumless drought, I finally picked up my next one! This is definitely one of my favourite, if not my favourite, games from the PS2 era and I am so glad it made it's way onto PS3 (and PS4) with trophies! Highly enjoyed playing through it once again, especially since my PS2 disc is scratched so that one of the missions in Las Venturas was glitched and I couldn't progress Edited December 19, 2015 by SkyesUnholy
Popular Post DamagingRob
#99- Metro 2033 Redux Platinum Trophy Get all Trophies. I'm really glad they ported this to PS4, or I might have missed out on this series. I hate going into something midway, and Lord knows I likely would never buy and play it on my 360(thing's been delegated to almost only playing DVDs since I bought the PS3). And it was great! It's not on the level of Bioshock, but an FPS with a good story? That's pretty rare. Highly recommend it, if you're looking for something like that. Only one more till #100! Problem is, I don't know what I want to do for it.. ;w;

Popular Post Kishnabe
Platinum #75 Rainbow Moon (Vita) I usually played 1 hour or less per a week. The last two weeks I have been playing 4 hour a day......it was boring to play for that ammount of time. It is good in quite small bursts wanted this to be my 75th so I slogged away. Simple game, story is okay, music early on gets boring but more variety shows up later on. Enjoyable short bursts, and a lot more on the grindy side. Early on EXP and Pearls are hard to gain....it an allocating system not a fixed/variable level up system. It gets a bit tedious in the beginning to beat bosses. The DLC will save time and help in the early part...it is not necessary. I did not buy it because you can get the double exp, coin and pearls near post game. Later enemies give way more pearls and exp.....should not take lone from lvl 80 to 500. I've spent around 116 hours to get the platinum....and in order to get the platinum you need to play 100 hours anyways.

DetectiveCJ
Here am I with my latest as of today! OmnipotentXBlaze Lost: Memories Earned at 12/19/2015, at, ironically, 4:19 PM Got it in one day and one hour exactly - I would have had it faster had I not gotten tired and had to hibernate a few hours and tried to figure out if I needed all the Blue Memory Stones for the Platinum. Has anyone even GOTTEN all the memory stones in that game? It's so boring, but then again you don't have a super fast-forward option like in Persona 4 Golden or the ability to skip cut-scenes. I find the whole BlazBlue universe boring as heck. Anyways, that's my fastest platinum, and my sixth one. Now that my inner child is sated, I can go back to the more fun LEGO Games - yes, I have Ratchet and Clank HD but I am still not ready to take on the Speedy trophy yet - it's annoying.
