On the PS4 you can set yourself a real name, they've set that as their real name. When two people are signed into the console and a trophy is earned, the name is displayed so you know who earned it

Difficulty: 4/10 Enjoyment: 8/10

One of my absolute favorites from the PS2 era. This was actually my first time finishing the story, in the past I've it as far as the final boss before stopping. The trophy list itself is nothing complicated but I can definitely see some of the bosses being a challenge if you are't experienced with the game. The fishing stuff gave me unfortunate flashbacks to the fishing in Nier and Sonic Adventure. I'd be fine with never having to fish in a game again.

 

 #85: Tales from the Borderlands

Difficulty: 1/10 Enjoyment: 8/10

This was a really pleasant surprise since I dislike the normal Borderlands games. Probably the best overall cast I've seen in a Telltale game yet. Hopefully this gets a season 2 someday but with as many projects Telltale has going on who knows. (Still waiting for TWAU S2)

My 38th Platinum:

 

Broken Age

 

This was my 2nd Tim Schafer game, my first being Grim Fandango. Not as great as Grim, but a solid story nonetheless. As usual, great voice acting and both character were entertaining. Finished the Speedrun trophy in 51 minutes, not exactly my type of fun though.

 

For any of you with PS+ that have gotten this game free, definitely play it; it is good! I wouldn't recommend a purchase though, I'd rather recommend Grim Fandango remastered.

 

Well how about that, my most recent platinum is also Broken Age (platinum #107 for me), plus I also finished the speedrun in 51 minutes haha!

Also I agree that the voice acting and characters were the best things about this game, and it's definitely a fun game even though it isn't for everyone I'd say 

 

EDIT: I also just noticed that you almost posted that at the exact date and time I earned the platinum (just 1 minute apart)

I saw a lots of people saying that game is boring blah blah etc that's why i didn't played this game even though had it for weeks but i gave it try see if is really boring but turned out it was really amazing i enjoyed every episodes it's a TellTale's game of course it wouldn't be much gameplay on It,if you enjoy TT games I highly recommended to get it

Enjoyment: It was fun in the beginning, but when you start the grind. Forget about it

Difficulty: Not a really difficult game, just bring your patience...and a lot of it.

Hours: 670+

 

First, let me say thank God this is over. I've never spent so much time trying to get a plat. Over 670 hours is waaaaaay too much time to be going for a platinum. Not all of that is me playing the game though. I left the game running many times, while I did other things. I even feel asleep in the middle of battles a few times because I was just too tired. I didn't know what I was getting into when I first played this, I never even heard of the game before. I had no idea the plat took forever to obtain, but I tried it anyway. Everything about this grind drove me nuts. Mugen Field (possibly the worst place to farm shampurus) Overwhelming Apocalypse (A ridiculous 10 battle fight against over powered bosses) If you don't have good stats and equipment don't bother trying. I got destroyed a few times before I could survive and even then it was still risky. As crazy as this sounds I'm gonna miss this game. I've been looking at it for the past 10 months so I grew attached to it. I have Mugen Souls Z, I'll play that some time in the future, but for now I'm all shampuru'd out.

 

 

If I had any more likes to give out, I would certainly give you one. Great job on completing Mugen Souls.

Yeah i figured that he/she set that as their name but wasnt aware about the 2 people thing. I have a couple accounts on my PS4 but always log off before switching as the PS4 likes to add games to people list randomly or something. Either way thanks for the infos.

I was lucky to experience only 5 crashing issues (each of them happened between 2 hours), so i enjoyed this great game. It took me nearly 15 hours to do everything and after that, i did the "Olympian glitch" to get the platinum. It's a shame that not so many people have completed it, because of these crashing issues. The developers had to patch it long ago.

Transformers: Rise of the Dark Spark [PS3/PS4] - Til All Are One!

 

I would like thanks Spaz4420 and Warped_Tonttu for helping me with last grinding "healing" online trophies. I mean the story was SO easy, that it could be done within a couple of hours, but as usual Escalation mode is as troublesome like no tomorrow in any Transformers game that you will be playing. Either way I got both of platinum's, last night and well this afternoon. I haven't gotten a double platinum since...well God of War collections to be exact. Either way I'm happy and I'm thanking my friends for helping out. YOU ROCK!

I'm really bad at this whole screenshot thing... Thought I had one more trophy to earn, so my Platinum screenshot is now a list of trophies. :/ This game was pretty cool, though. Don't know why it got such bad reviews. So it's short, that doesn't make it a bad game. But it is short. You can get the Plat in as little as 6 hours. But I still enjoyed it. And if that isn't the weirdest thing; this game ends on today's date. Lol. 

 

So, that's one more for the year. And 74 from my first Plat's anniversary(tomorrow). Quite a big jump from 27.

I didn't get the chance to play this series when it was originally released. Now that I've played all 3 games, I have to admit I'm glad I did. Part 2 and 3 was a lot more challenging then the first. Some missions pretty much annoyed me, I can't lie, but overall the series was fun and I'd definitely play the next game if one was made.

I am not gonna put any score but I gotta say smth about this boy here. First of all, I am absolutely dumb when it comes to platforming, guys, DUMB. My brain and my hands are disconnected,

it doesn't work. it's alright, I learned to live with it. SO this game here for me was the freaking dark souls of platforming. I think I lost one year of lifespan. I would like to congratulate the designers of: Tule Tree and Tree Tops,

the blinking platforms, the throw the chicken challenge and all gold challenges in general, good job guys, now please, change profession, please, no more of this... please.

 

On the other hand, I really enjoyed it, playing local coop is a total blast, highly recommend it, the music is outstanding, and the dialogues cracked me up.

After finishin this I needed smth light so I went WITH:

 

Platinum #19 - Tales from the Borderlands

 

 

Damn yes we had fun!! What a witty, funny, exciting, incredible game. I had never played a Borderlands game, so I was afraid of being a bit lost

but nope, had all the fun I could get. Tell Tale games keep getting better and better, damn! they have proved that they can get whatever theme they like and make a Tell Tale game of it,

totally excited about Batman now!

Got two more here, #172 and #173, Skyscrappers and Darksiders 2: Deathinitive Edition. Skyscrapers was absolute garbage but an easy platinum. For those of you that plan on doing this one just for some easy trophies, you must do all four character campaigns in a single playthrough or the trophy will glitch and you will get stuck playing them over. As for Darksiders 2, loved it on PS3 but on PS4 the game would randomly shut off. But aside from the few glitches, it's still a great game.
