Popular Post STFUxDxD
#50: OlliOlli2: Welcome to Olliwood Awesome game! Had already planned for this one to be my 50th platinum for quite sometime. Started out on the PS4 but then switched over to the PS Vita; the controls felt more responsive and the portability was a huge plus. I never experienced the first OlliOlli so going into this one, I didn't really know what I was doing. Practice is really essential in order to achieve this platinum trophy. Some of the challenges can be very frustrating but none are impossible. Just need to keep at it and don't give up. In the end, this is one platinum trophy I am very proud of. Overall, I really enjoyed playing this game. It's super addictive and I would highly recommend it to anyone!
chrisjohnson93
Platinum No. 9 - Driveclub Not the best driving game out there but a very solid game nonetheless. Still got a lot of DLC trophies to get after getting the season pass last year.

Popular Post demonoid321
Bully Platinum #31 Damn I was really exited for this when I saw the list revealed on this site. What can I say, this was one of my favorite games I used to play all the time back when I owned a Playstation 2. The funny thing because just last week I was talking to a friend about how cool it would be for them to release this on PS4 with trophies. I really enjoyed going for this platinum, yes some of the trophies where a little grindy, but at the end of the day I'm really glad that I went out and got the platinum.

Popular Post xZoneHunter
#108 Dragon Quest: Heroes Glory Hunter Awarded for successfully acquiring every trophy. This took me a lot longer than expected. Beat the game in 40 hours, and needed about 30 hours of grinding & clean up. A bit too long for a Musou game. But nevertheless, i had a great time with this. Having only played one DQ game in my life (obviously the best in the series, VIII) I kind of bought this on an impulse. Glad i did though as it turned out to be a pretty fun game. Would recommend. Also, Fuck Zoma big time. Tried for a nice platinum image, but oh well... It's something.

Popular Post Rngesus37
#25 Final Fantasy VII Gaia's Guardian I consider this plat my final send off to this game. After playing it countless times throughout the years I have a shiny platinum trophy now. Can't see myself playing this version ever again. Maybe in a few years I'll get nostalgic, but my goal is for this to be it. I'll get the Remake, but I think this is a fitting tribute to be my last run ever with it. I've probably put a good 1000 hours into this game if you count all my different play throughs over the years but I think I'm finally done. No cheats outside of the speed up one during grinding so no God Mode cheating. Took me about an hour to get Corel's Angel though.

Popular Post MStalker58
#101 SSX I also made it onto the "Fastest Achievers" leaderboard. Wasn't really trying for it or anything, but SSX was just one of those games that I couldn't put down and stop playing. Each time I thought about stopping or taking a break for a while, I kept saying "just one more run." That one run would inevitably turn into 10, then 20, and so on. This game brought back a lot of great memories from the time when games like the original SSX, Tony Hawk Pro Skater, and other arcade extreme sports games were at the height of their popularity. The game has it's flaws and I didn't care for certain levels like the reverse camera angle avalanche stages or the oxygen mask areas, but overall SSX was a very fun game. The plat is pretty easy in terms of difficulty, especially compared to it's rarity. I'm guessing it's just that rare due to online trophies (although it's not your typical multiplayer) and because it's a grind. There is just so much to do in SSX and it can be a little overwhelming when you first start. From beating the campaign, earning Gold Medals in explore, beating 50 friends' ghosts times, playing 150 global events, to collecting 200 geotags and grinding out badges, the list just goes on and on. Fortunately, unlike most games where the grind can be boring and intolerable, I actually had fun while doing everything in the game and it never felt like a pointless grind.
Popular Post AlphaLloyd
Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition Platinum Difficulty: 7/10 My way to Plat: +10/10 Game Rating: Since X-MAS 2010 best Game to date Yesterday, i could manage to do this Platinum in one sitting, which means i played 29 hours without sleeping. Started the day before at 12 PM and finished the day after at 7PM. Bascially, i beated the previous fastes achiever here on site, twice times faster. I could still easily chill out an other 27/28 hours and finish it before him. At this point, i want to say, the whole Top #50 here on site did a good job. By playing this game once before, two times or even more, don't give you enough skills to complete this game as fast, as they did. I was at first surprised how long Kurono-K was unbeaten, until a newcomer Despairlord came and beaten him by like round about 16 hrs. Alooff came close to him a few months ago, but couldn't manage to beat him. You guys did an amazing job there, thats a sure thing! Sadly you guys seems to speak japanese only, i would like to talk more about DMC4, since DMC4 is a serious / competitve game. I wanted to leave at first the fastes achiever, before Despairlord came, a friend of me, who was teached by me, but since he appeared, my friend knew he couldn't beat him, even with less or no sleep. So i decided to beat him. I had a few days of from work, so that was the perfect time to go for this run. About the Platinum Difficulty: The ratings are in avaerage like from 7 to 9, for people who never did it before, or for doing it once before on last gen console. I also would say this game has deserved this raiting. But i have to note, that in case people were exploiting the game to the max, which isn't a bad thing, no... but i just want to say here at this point, if people couldn't use for example Super Chars for the Bloody Palace, only a very very few ones like 0,02% could beat the BP, include S Rank and Untouchable with default Dante. But people should be thanksfully to Capcom, who gave them the possibility to avoid the hardes part in Game. Untouchable is also A VERY VERY hard Trophy, if you couldn't Pandora / RG Exploit it with a Super Char. What does then legit means at this point? Build up your own strat by using Loops/Combos and deal with all kinds of mindgames mid in the fight. Down A Notch, beating Dante with a SSS Rank, i was very very dissapointed to see, it's also possible with Lady. The story behind it is, that the method to get this Trophy is a WR Strat to rank up yourself in the Leaderboards from the last Gen Version. For this reason i made a full video guide, because finding out the strat by yourself, like i had to do, when i was going for the WR's was a hard journey and i could help a lot of people with this Trophy. About the remaster itself, i was very very dissapointed. The new Chars are absolute garbage, except Vergil. But they made Vergil kinda broken if you know how to play with him, but good point there is, he doesn't give much Style PTS. The worst part about the remaster is, they had removed the Leaderboards, why Crapcom... why??? If they had put the Boards to the Game again, i would put an other 3 years just for the Boards. Also the Leaderboards are making the Game to one of the most competitve Games to date. Why? Because you need to achieve a WR by getting a SSS Rank, with no Items, rank up MUCH STYLE PTS and the most important part, being flawless - no damage a complete run. Runs can depend from 20-30mins in average. Every single WR is like 10 times harder then the regular Platinum. Also i'm dissapointed that they made the BP S Rank requirements like 5-6 Millions with every Char, instead of 3. Cant imagine how the rarity would be lol. The reason why i could manage to complete this game in 29 hours is, because i'm one of the Wolrd Best DMC4 Players, many people are saying i am the best or i am a Human TAS. Well, at this point it sounds always a bit conceited to say i am the best, but well... it's just the truth. I found out many strats, like to get 1 Million PTS on M12/DMD (i'm the only one who could get it), i have in total over 50 WR's, have a perfect parry feeling with RG/Blitz and i can play stylish with Dante/Nero as well, with all controllers. I had to learn many different techniques to hold the controller correct for being stylish. Being stylish also means, i could finish every single Mission and Bloody Palace very fast. - Check here my Profile to view my WR's, i have linked them. Every single Mission were first tried to S Rank, same as for the Bloody Palace. I also did with Nero a legit Untouchable, include a 6.5 Million Run in Bloody Palace, WR is there 6.66 Millions. (take a look on my profile here for pics) The only ways to beat my run is, be at my level, complete every Mission and BP faster then me and don't fall asleep. I also want to add, to beat now the fastes achiever (me), is now one of the hardes challenges for Trophy Speedruns on this Site. I am also very tempted to create a full guide for this Game here on Site, but only for Nero/Dante Campaign/BP. Edit: I dont mind if people are using any kind of exploits etc, as long, as you guys dont annoy me and my friends for example pausing in P4A. Popular Post Major_Kiba
#108 Fuse Platinum Trophy Overall the game was okay not great or good but not really bad either. Rather it was just kind of boring and uninteresting. From the creators of Ratchet games as well as the Resistance games the weapons were kind of dull and the story was as generic as you could get. Add to that a complete lack of character development and the story was something of a chore to get through. The plat is pretty easy but beating Garden Ops on crazy difficulty requires your team to know what they are supposed to do. Popular Post Ryoudji
#49 Destiny Guardian Lord Obtain all trophies in Destiny. This one took a while to complete but it was worth it in the end. I initially had to do a massive grind to catch up with the current level cap, but once the grind was over I could actually work on its remaining trophies which were pure fun. Also I believe this game is meant to be played with your friends all the time, either if you are looking for raids or just casual gaming, I probably left this game behind before because I was always playing solo (both PvE and PvP), but when you play with friends it's a totally different experience. Popular Post Ala-Arska
Persona 4 Golden Golden Completed Earn all trophies Thanks for stating the obvious, Rise. Now be a doll and fetch daddy an espresso. One does not simply casually Plat P4G. It's easier to walk into Mordor than to do that. The amount of planning I had to do to meet some of the trophy requirements was insane, almost borderline ridiculous. It's just nuts to follow a strict guide/Social Link walkthrough from the first game day to the last. And since this is a JRPG, that guide was f**king long. Do this on a specific day, read that on the evening, date her on the 20th, explore the dungeon the next afternoon...Time sensitive chores are not my cup of tea. All that planning, and I still managed to f**k up an entire 50-hour playthrough. If you'd search "dumbass" from a dictionary, you would see my picture there. I'm a dumbass Second playthrough was much less painful than the first. I knew my way around, and finally got to see the missable True Ending and all that jazz. Third, and final, run was about sprinting through everything faster than Usain Bolt and beating the crap out of the optional boss Margaret. Who, btw, was a bit of a bitch... Persona 4 Golden is a great JRPG/dating sim (?), but only if you know how it works. It's not something I'd recommend playing blind. A very dialog heavy game it is, but the voice acting is surprisingly splendid and all the scenes entertaining. Not a single annoying character, either. Combat is well done, mainly because of the kazillion different Personas (Personae?) you can use. Play the field, see what tickles your fancy Far too many obscure routes and missable trophies for my liking, but other than that P4G is pretty much just as good as people say. A real treat for owners of Vita My last two games have been somewhat exhausting experiences, so instead of using my RNG I'll pick a light one next...Day of the Tentacle Remastered, revisited

Popular Post LastPisTolman
Platinum Earn all Uncharted 2: Among Thieves™ Remastered Trophies Two down, one to go until I'm well and truly prepared for the Thief's End. I forgot about the severe change of quality between one and two - it became a lot more cinematic and some of the sequences are very high octane. Everything is turned up to 11, with only one quirk that I found interesting - getting a headshot is extremely finicky. The Urban Warfare mission, where the tank is chasing you through the Tibetan village is definitely the highlight of the series so far. The final chapter, the boss, is the low point - running round in circles shooting blue does not for a fun game make. I managed to do it first time on Crushing, so I'm hoping Brutal will be kind as well. Really looking forward to 3 at this stage - I played it once on release, and never again - so I can't remember much of it at all. Popular Post Komrade_Konrad
#17 - Day of the Tentacle Remastered Difficulty: 2/10 Enjoyment: 9/10 This was one of my favorite games growing up alongside other classics like the Monkey Island Series and Sam and Max Hit the Road, so it was a no brainer to pick this up when I saw it was getting a remaster. Unfortunately I have such fond and strong memories of this game that I solved a number of puzzles before I remembered why I was doing what I was doing, but the game itself is truly a joy to play. Even knowing many of the puzzles, I feel that nothing was particularly obtuse (as was the case in Grim Fandango). I recommend playing through it once without looking at the trophies or any guide (you can skip text, but don't skip cutscenes for a missable trophy) then replay it with a focus on picking up the miscellaneous trophies that you missed. There were 5 that I missed (including one that forced an entire playthrough from start to finish) and it only took about an hour to speedrun my way back through with skipping text and knowing the solutions to puzzles. Overall great game. I highly recommend it. (You also get Maniac Mansion as an Easter egg, but it's not the most convenient way to play the game. EDIT: Drag items to character icons on the inventory screen to send the items instantly to the other characters without having to be near them. This makes everything much much nicer. #18 - Jak and Daxter Difficulty: 3/10 Enjoyment: 7/10 Unlike the above platinum, I never really played Jak and Daxter during the PS2 era. It's a solid, fun platformer with a very quick and easy platinum that you get just for beating the game and getting all the collectibles (something I'd do anyway). None of the collectibles are particularly easy to miss as most are in plain sight, and I never had that dreaded 1 missing item in a level (lookin at you Sly Cooper). Playing through this was a nice throwback to an era and style of games that you don't see too often these days. While stylistically, the game has aged reasonably well and the level designs are interesting and varied, some of the handling mechanics are very dated. The camera is pretty garbage. It gets stuck behind things and you can't use it to look up or down, just left and right, but it's not a huge problem except when you have to blindly make jumps and hope for the best. The double jump is also really finicky and I didn't realize until the last level that you can essentially triple jump by using the attack in mid air. There are also a number of moves that weren't taught to the player, yet are necessary to solve some of the puzzles. A relic from the days when games had real manuals I guess. Overall a fun and quick plat as long as you can accept the dated bits. Edited March 28, 2016 by Komrade_Konrad
