Quite a easy one for me I thought it wouldn't be but I was proven wrong. Campaign is hardly enjoyable to make you want to play though it again. So just try and do everything in a single run. Online is the only fun part about this game. I loved every single match I got into besides one map. Flood zone I just don't like that map one bit. Oh well it's over and done with now. Just the dlcs remain if I can be asked to do them

#114 - Gemini: Heroes Reborn

Expected more of this one. Not entirely sure why they'd base it on a tv show that went downhill as fast as it did. The original only had one good season, so picking up something that had already reached it's low point doesn't make sense to me.

Anyway, the game isn't that great either... Telekinesis and slowing time are interesting mechanics, but they aren't all that well implemented in this. Environments are boring, story is half-arsed and it's very short game. The development itself wasn't well done, you could miss tutorial while in a different time period, opening doors is often triggered by standing in an exact position during one of those time periods for a small cutscene to start. So progress is always stop-and-go, which gets annoying.

Conclusion, even after paying around 7€ for it during the sale I still feel ripped off.

Hyperdimensional War: Neptune's Platoon VS SEGA HARD GIRLS

 

My second imported game, and this time with no proper trophy guide available yet so it was quite a challenge figuring out everything without much translation. Fortunately I've played every other Neptunia game, and this one had a overall same layout. Enjoyed it very very much, IF is my favorite character of the serie and she's the protagonist in this one along with Segami, the other new characters seems interesting although I'll have to wait for the localised version to discover them. Fever mode is really broken and makes the game super easy and therefore this game is an easy platinum to achieve.

 

Lily grinding comes back in this one, it isn't that bad when you unlock the Affection Up skill for each characters, but it still requires a couple hours to finish. Overall, even with skipping all the text and just enjoying the gameplay, this was fun. Looking forward to play the story when Idea Factory Int. brings it to the western audience!

#203 Gauntlet: Slayer Edition

 

 

One of the grindies trophy lists I've come across to, good thing I'm used to it. I don't even mind a grind. I think it's something thats fun to do while watching movies and stuff. However this game has very little to do so the list could of been more humain. After you've completed story there is nothing more then endless and colosseum to play. Which are all the same arena type enemy kill stuff. It seems to be the problem in all Arrowhead games, they dont have enough depth to keep the gameplay interesting for long.

 

The characters are fairly different, I found the Elf to be the best, Archers for lief! One thing that annoyed me from the very beginning was the characters only seem to talk about food. Everytime you destroy food someone has to say something about it... and thats all they ever say, no other lines. It's weird.

This game is easily my favorite Uncharted game in the Uncharted series. Everything about it was done fairly well, with superb graphics, decent story and an amazing OST to make the experience even better! This game was well worth the wait.

This plat sure was a beast in its own right lol. Bought this years back and finally conquered it as time went on, which makes me happy. Overall, it's nothing too bad, there is some tricky move trophies and some grinding involved but it's doable.

 

OST was pretty good and I liked the characters, especially some of their supers and Mei Fang has a Hatsune Miku DLC color.

 

Glad I finished it, Love Max (maybe all 6 versions? ) coming whenever I get to it.

I thought that this was some nice easy relaxing game. It turned out to be totally opposite of that.

 

Almost nothing for me was easy in this game and you can also forget about relaxing too. This was major rage festival on my part mainly because of struggling with mechanics of the gameplay itself combined with some crazy obstacles in the game. Yeah I`m looking at you Protective Father trophy.....crazy amount of electricity lasers while you plummeting upwards while the scroll you`re looking for floating beside you - and you can only reach it in a fraction of a second when you are on top. When I was finally on top my heart was pumping (after many many failed attempts) and adrenaline shocks shook my body that I forgot what I needed to press to jump for that scroll so I was bashing my joystick like a maniac, luckily in the right direction, and at last - scroll was mine! 

Other one I remembered required from you to make crazy crazy jump in the right direction while overcoming upside wall, so basically you need to cloak, jump, blink, sway your stick, bounce of the wall, sway on the other side....and pray that you make it. Oh yeah, all that in like 1 second. 

 

Apparently I suck at platforming games, good luck with my further progress in Metroidvaina Project Platinum!

 

Music was nice, I liked that in a game and genre itself was refreshing for me since I didn`t played such games in a long time, but man...it got me frustrated more than I wish to admit.

Really enjoyed this game when I got it at launch and spent most of it running round as a duo with a friend and had some very gun times in the Dark Zone The trophy list was fairly good but the I am the Law trophy really needs to be boosted and that wasn't all that fun but it's out of the way now  Hopefully there is some fun DLC trophies in the future.

Ok so there are a couple of things I want to say about this game:

 

1) Man I completely forgot how boring this game was. Thankfully I was able to just skip pretty much the whole story to focus more on the trophies.

 

2) Speaking of trophies. somehow I managed to get all of them without any problems, which is weird considering that a lot of people are having trouble unlocking certain TOis, endings, scenes, etc. As well, the only thing that, although didn't bother me in the slightest, was that while I went to read one of the articles, the background somehow disappeared and the article got mixed in with the rest of the articles, so it would appear as though the article I was reading got placed over top of another article.

 

3) As well, I followed the guide that I wrote for the game, and I honestly can't believe the amount of spelling/grammatical error that i've made lol . Do you guys (or girls) want me to fix up the trophy guide so that it becomes easier to read? As well, should I create a separate gameplay/supplemental guide on which TOi articles you should read in order to unlock specific endings, or do you want me to include it in the guide?

 

EDIT: I'm actually being serious with regards to number 3. Should I update the guide or no?

No need for telekinesis, this guy can go truck himself.

 

Takes place in the Heroes universe, really? Erm, is that the one with the Felicity guy and Spock?

Downloading this game takes longer than finishing it, and that's just sad.

I really wish there would've been more meat to this chewed bone, but it's just a few hours of running and using telekinesis.

Okay, you can slow time and move through it. And throwing bunch of random stuff at people is always a hoot, in games and IRL   

Take away all super powers and G:HR turns into Infinity Runner. Must...not...think...of...Infinity Runner...*shrudder*   

I'm not saying Gemini is a shitty game. It's just mediocre. In every way.

If you've got absolutely nothing better to do, and have even plowed through the crappiest of Nicolas Cage movies, then (and only then) might you cave in and pick this one up

The challenges were piece of cake this time around with the PS4 controller. I remember those timed races were a pain with the Vita touch screen.

I can't fully express how blown away I was when I first witnessed this game on my TV screen. It looks beautiful on Youtube, yes, but it's even gorgeous when there is no compression involved! Luckily, this game not only looks gorgeous, it also plays smoothly. The weapon roster keeps the fun going and explosions and lots and lots of bolts get tangled on the screen with no fps drop whatsoever. Iconic story moments from the original game are now given more personality through the introduction of new characters that give more depth to everything that unfolds in Ratchet & Clank. It is dead obvious that Insomniac will reimagine the original PS2 trilogy, so I cannot wait to see Going Commando and Up Your Arsenal get this treatment, we are in for some epicness! 

 

I am now 9 platinum trophies away from 100, and my excitement keeps getting bigger and bigger, I cannot wait!!
