Popular Post Redgrave
#75: Does Everything a Spider Can! - The Amazing Spider-Man 2 One of the games I got off the superhero sale on PSN. Figured I would play it since I played the first one. I didn't really enjoy it as much as the first one and a lot of things could have been better. I just hope that the new Spider-Man game coming out is better.
Popular Post Roster13
#100 Call of Juarez : Bound In Blood Ace of Spades Collect all other Trophies Difficulty : 6/10 Enjoyment : 6/10 Quick thanks to Lord_of_Ra, LittleLamb121 and Taiga Aisaka for boosting Multiplayer trophies and for once make boosting fun So here we are. #100 Platinum. I actually had a goal to tryto achieve this number until the end of the year So it feels good to have a lot more time to surpass my goals until the end of the month. Game overall was good, nothing exception. Have to admit I was scard to what expect of Very Hard difficulty, but in the end it was quite doable, you just need patience really. I promise with all my heart to compromise myself as a Trophy Hunter and have a proud and satisfying set of Platinums whilst having fun throught my experience.
Popular Post GTA_Darren
Unlike the most JRPG, the trophy list of this game is not very grinding, and will be able to get platinum in 1 playthrough. Overall it is not hard, but in order to fully complete the game, must play second round. I might go back, but not right the way. #55 - FINAL FANTASY TYPE-0 HD - PS4 Get 5 platinum this month, still need 10 to achieve this year's goal.
Popular Post kitsune29
#38 I Am Setsuna A Tale from a Land of Snow Obtained all Trophies. Difficulty : 3/10 Enjoyment : 7.5/10 A nice and relatively short JRPG compared to other titles. The story was rather predictable and a tad cliché, nevertheless still enjoyable. With its abundant references to older titles, I was able to revisit some of my most-beloved games of my childhood. The soundtrack, a somber piano througout the game, is very fitting with regard to the overall theme of the game. The battle system was highly enjoyable and the grind aspects very short (~4 hrs), which is really nice for JRPGs imho. In conclusion, it has been a solid and enjoyable overall experience. Popular Post Sunflower
#51 - Until Dawn I'd been meaning to play this for some time and Until Dawn has been sat on my shelf for a few months now, so I finally decided to get around to playing it at last and it definitely didn't disappoint me. The story is interesting, the majority of the cast were likeable for the most part (except Emily ofc) and I loved the references to a whole bunch of horror films. Kind of short but if you want to experience all possible outcomes it'll take a lot longer I'd imagine. However, I still enjoyed it and don't think it wore out it's welcome at all.

Popular Post Dr_Mayus
#186-Puppeteer I have had this game in my backlog ever since it was free on Plus (which was a long time ago). I heard horror stories about the collectibles so I stayed away from it which was a big mistake. This game was tons of fun and reminded me a lot of LittleBigPlanet. The collectibles weren't too bad (thanks to the awesome guide on this site) and I am so glad I finally played it.

madbuk
Gran Turismo 5: Platinum Trophy #83 This is one of my longest platinum time stamps, having spent 2 years, 7 months on my trophy list. I'm glad to finally have this done, I did not enjoy this game because I really dislike driving simulators. I started it because the server closure was imminent at the time, now that I'm done, I'm glad I never have to play this again. The platinum takes around 600 hours and was 9/10 difficulty for me, although I used glitches to help make Sebastian Vettel's Redbull challenge very easy, I still had difficulty getting the Gold time for Eiger Nordwand. Even with the glitches I used, I still think this platinum was harder than WipEout HD, but if you can get WipEout HD platinum then you could do Gran Turismo 5. The platinum is unobtainable now because of the servers closing, both of the unobtainable trophies were incredibly easy to earn, so it is unfortunate that those 2 easy trophies lock people out of this plat. The A-Spec and B-Spec grinds were the longest part of this, but most of my time was spent AFK while grinding. The credit cap is 20million CR, which is annoying, when I did reach 20million during my grinds, I spent time just buying a shit ton of cars so I could make Car Collector a bit more pleasant, at the end I wasted every credit I had on buying the last remaining cars I needed for the trophy. This is the real driving simulator, but I wasn't prepared to purchase a wheel and you can't really simulate driving with a dualshock, so I am not a fan of this game, I'll never play it again. Platinum Video I refuse to believe you're a human. Huge congratulations, this is the one game on my profile that I feel I have no chance of ever finishing (I have the impossible trophies). I could probably blunder my way through MGR with enough time and patience, but this game is ridiculous - I couldn't even gold the first race in B-Spec. Even that 2 year 7 month time stamp is amazing, GT5 has been on my list for over 5 years now

Even that 2 year 7 month time stamp is amazing, GT5 has been on my list for over 5 years now Don't doubt yourself, if you put the time in then you'll get a lot out of it. Yeah, when I started it took a while to end up winning anything, there are a few cars that you can get at the beginning that will let your driver win, you simply have to look at the list of "typical opponents" and go into a race with a car that has more BHP than the others, then you're more likely to get the win. You could always aim for The Air of Experience first, then you'll get at least get some 1000 tickets, these tickets give you a random car on the game and if you're lucky, you will get a ticket that gives you one of the best cars in the game, to get a 1000 ticket, you either need to complete 100 races in A-Spec or B-Spec or drive 2000KM, whichever one comes first, you need 500 races with one driver to get the Air of Experience trophy. Popular Post DamagingRob
#142- ALBEDO- Eyes From Outer Space THE ALIEN Who's who? Albedo? Well, he's kind of a douche. Always pissing off Rubedo, being evil, and whatnot. ...What's that? We're not talking about this guy? My bad. So, this game was pretty bad. I love adventure games, and even I didn't enjoy it. So damn buggy. Like, at one point, I had to restart the chapter, 'cause my rivet gun just poofed. Reloading just made it appear in midair, and when I tried to grab it, it wouldn't go in my inventory, but rather float around me, and I'd be unable to access anything from my inventory afterwards.. Plus, tedious puzzles. Some of the trophy references were funny, though. Ghosbusters , Back to the Future, and Star Trek, being the main ones I knew. And for some reason, Beer was changed to Cola on PlayStation? Lol. Platinum image(bad game deserves a bad image, I guess?) :

Popular Post slash
#67 - Salt and Sanctuary Saltborn - Achieve all possible trophies They say imitation is the greatest form of flattery, so Ska Studios really took that phrase and ran several miles with Inspired by, and in some cases directly copied from, the Dark Souls franchise, Salt and Sanctuary attempts to capture difficult yet satisfying gameplay as you piece together a very vague story. After a devastating shipwreck, you are marooned on a dangerous island as you move forward to discover its mysteries. Calling Salt and Sanctuary a 2-D Souls game is neither insult nor condescending, but the most accurate description one can give it, though I prefer to call it a CaSOULvania. There are deadly traps, unique environments, a vast selection of weapons and armor, and of course the massive bosses. Though I didn't find the world nearly as gripping as it could have been, I still had a great time discovering shortcuts, secrets, and nuances. It was fun discovering my personal playstyle, although I did feel the combat could've been much deeper. The bosses, while unique in their appearances, didn't offer as much variety in their approaches to combat as I had hoped for. I wasn't test very often to change my strategies. There were some standouts, but overall I found them to be pretty easy. The soundtrack was also severely lacking. While the music was very well made, nothing unique was ever played until the final area and boss. All bosses have the same music until the end so it took away a lot of personality. Salt and Sanctuary was a fun journey but there was a lot of lost potential. I by no means regret buying it, and I do hope Ska Studios follows up on this concept in the future. It's an atypical platformer and I do love the Souls series, so I still thoroughly enjoyed it. I just can't help but think how much better it could have been.
Popular Post SoapMacTavish222
#203 Arcade Game Series: Ms. Pac-Man. Not gonna lie, I actually had a bit of trouble this one. I have never really been too good at pac-man so this was a bit of a challenge for me. I know it's a common platinum but I actually struggled with it. If you're good at Pac-Man then you'll probably breeze through this, and it's only $3.99 so you really don't have much to lose.
Popular Post Senbon Kaguya
#183 - Uncharted 4 One Last Time Collect All The Trophies And there's my first PS4 platinum excluding my Sound Shapes. Anyway, fantastic game, loved every second of the singleplayer. From the environments, to the characters, the dialogue, the music and everything else. A very good addition to the franchise. Multiplayer wise I'm very eh on. I liked 3 better and at most I'd play it with friends, randoms always screw me over. Now to wait for DLC trophies.
Popular Post TheLastSurvivorD
Platinum #50 Platinum Trophy Unlock All Max Payne 3 Trophies I started this back in December 2015 for fast points in a trophy league, and meant to get back to it soon-ish. Platinum #50 looked like the perfect opportunity to do so, so here I am. This game was awesome, from the story to the gameplay and the action scenes and even to the multiplayer (for the amount of time I played it, of course). Nor do I feel tired of it somehow, not even after the 4 playthroughs and the 9 New York Minute Hardcore attempts (one of which, I died on the final boss) and the Level 50 Arcade Mode grind. Maybe I'm finally going to be tired of it when I go back to it for the DLC. I'll probably know then. I really enjoyed this game, even after getting through its brutal trophy collection. Now, to the trophies. They were hard and grindy, with the kings of the list being the grind to Level 50 in multiplayer and New York Minute Hardcore. The former, I honestly didn't think that was too bad. Listening to music and re-watching some anime smoothened the grind a lot so it only ended up being a matter of time until that trophy popped. The latter was terrible though, you have to do it in a single sitting, time trial, and no deaths. It took me 9 tries to complete it, each of them being more than an hour, or two, or three to do. Spending three to four hours on something just to see all of it go to waste, makes it hard to rebound and try again and again. Especially when you die at the end of the game, because that happened to me too. But after all of that, I was able to dedicate myself to keep trying. When I downed the airliner at the end of the game, saw my statistics with the inevitable trophy pop, you could guess I was overjoyed. Everything after that was pretty easy. I only had to grind a little bit to finish the rest of my grinds, and my Hardcore playthrough, which I expected to be hard as nails, was way too easy because of me already knowing where everybody spawned and how to get past them. The multiplayer trophies were fun to get, and I was really happy when my platinum popped this morning. Multiple playthroughs nor the brutal trophy requirements shaked my enjoyment of the game one bit though, I still loved this game and I can't wait to hop onto Challenge Mode and the other DLC trophies when I get to those. This is one platinum I am definitely proud to have in my growing collection. Now my journey to #100 can begin.
Popular Post Brawler
Platinum #50: The Never-Ending Path (Street Fighter V) Probably my favorite plat image/most satisfying platinum so far. This game has gotten me back in to playing fighters online, despite some of my minor gripes with the game. Glad to have this one. For the lulz, I'll list everything I did to earn the 1,000,000 FM. Player level: 478 (Meaning 478,000 of my FM was from character levels) Survival Modes Cleared... Easy: All characters to date Normal: All characters to date Hard: Ryu, Ken, Cammy, Nash, Rashid Hell/Extreme: Ryu, Ken, Cammy, Nash, Rashid Completed all demonstrations, basic story modes and trials with all characters as well as scenario campaign. From what I've been told, Alex, Bison, Laura, Karin and Guile are all feasible enough on Hard. If you manage hard with a character, you can manage Extreme/Hell. It's just a matter of having the patience to play through a ton of matches before 70 or so where the matches start to become a bit tougher. As time goes on, this will get easier as more characters will be released. Would definitely recommend it! Popular Post AJC3317
Just Cause 3 - King of Medici just cause 3 is the ultimate sandbox game for sandbox game fans. an incredibly huge map filled with tons of things just waiting for your explosive touch. the draw distance is fantastic, as you can see glimpses of settlements and military bases from way off in the distance. anything you can see you can go to. once you're at one of these settlements, the choice is yours as to how you go about bringing down the enemy encampments. you can sneak around, using your mystical grappling tether to pull objects down. you can quickly dart from object to object, planting explosives as you go. you can hijack a helicopter or tank and laugh at the puny reinforcements who try and stop you afterwards as you mow down everything in your path. i personally found the planted explosives route the best, as you have unlimited amounts of them from the start of the game and almost every object can be destroyed with 1 or 2 bombs planted on them. unfortunately the game's biggest strength is also it's biggest weakness. the framerate begins to chug as soon as the explosions start, and the more simultaneous explosions you set off the lower the framerate will dip. the game is a wonder to look at, make no mistake, the game is a wonder to look at, but the beauty is only skin deep. the flaws become apparent when you look closer. just cause 3 gives you a multitude of options to traverse it's gigantic map. you have your trusty grappling hook, unlimited parachutes, and a wingsuit all at your disposal. the game also gives you cars, motorcycles, boats, jets, and helicopters for you to travel with if you so choose. unfortunately most of the vehicles handle terribly, with the motorcycles being the biggest offender. there's always a delay when attempting a turn, so it's all to common to run off road or into other objects. fortunately however, the grapple/parachute/wingsuit combo is so efficient at quickly moving across the map, you literally never need to hop in a car or bike unless the game forces you to for a mission. the quickest, most efficient, and downright funniest way to stop rico when he's wingsuiting is to simply crash headfirst into the nearest wall and watch rico ragdoll, holding his head while he contemplates how many brain cells he just lost. the ragdolling becomes far less humorous however when you are in a firefight and get hit with an explosion. rico will then lie on his fat ass for about 5 seconds thinking about pudding, while 1000 enemies take potshots at him. the game does have a story, but it's paper thin and basically an excuse to blow more stuff up, often stuff that you can't otherwise access. there are also random encounters throughout the game that have you do all sorts of activities ranging from freeing a rebel who's been taken hostage and fighting off his kidnappers to... opening a locked gate. yes, seriously. the most interesting part of the story comes at the end of the game as you realize just who rico rodriguez really is. you've been told all along that he's fighting for the freedom of medici, to pry the country from the clutches of the evil dictator di ravello and to push out all his military encampments. yet as you supposedly free more and more areas you realize that nothing has really changed. all the armored vehicles, the armed guards, the watch towers, they're all still there just with a different logo on them. rico will kill fellow rebels and civilians without any remorse if they're in the way of his goal. you slowly begin to realize that rico is actually just another dictator with the same lust for power as di ravello Edited July 31, 2016 by AJC3317
Popular Post Cave Johnson
Atelier Shallie: Alchemists of the Dusk Sea All Trophies Obtained All trophies obtained. Not quite as easy as Atelier Sophie, but still one of the easier Atelier platinums. The plus version seems like it is going to be great, mostly because it corrects a serious problem the last two games had. (Ayesha not being in the game) Seriously though, not including the main character from one of the past games is disappointing. In the Arland games, Rorona was in all three of them, and Totori was also in Atelier Meruru. They should have done a similar thing for the Dusk games.

Well, there's another one I don't regret spending $3 on. This was pretty darn fun. If only it had co-op; playing this with a friend, instead of an AI partner that you have to order to even move, would be so damn fun, I would imagine. Surprised the Plat's so common, though. It's a pretty decent challenge, even when you know how to exploit the AI. Or I just suck. ANT1-TheLegend
FIFA 16 # 28 Football Legend Enjoyement 8/10 Difficulty 4/10 An easy game and a UR plat, what else ? I grab this game only to play online with my brother, got almost all the trophies without thinking about it, and push it to the plat. There is only one trophy where i encounter difficulties "The Invincibles", this one was a pain in the ass because most of the people don't play normally, if they score before you they keep the ball in their own corner point, so if you tackle them the ball goes out and they win tons of time like this or the famous desesperate tackle from behind when you're about to score(the best part about it is that the referee often pulls up only a yellow card for this). In this mode you got to stay focused and raw, it's win or die trying... Anyway I enjoy my way to the platinum, you don't need a guide, you almost don't have to think about trophies if you play every mode the game has to offer. Thanks for reading !
