Popular Post FeralTurtle
#17: Hatsune Miku: Project Diva F My first Miku game (also my first jp import game) and I was overwhelmed by how good it was! Definitely one of the best game experiences I've had this year so far. The gameplay was easy to get into and also provided a fairy good challenge at the highest difficulty. But the best part for me though were the songs and the vocaloids. I can't stop listening to their songs ever since I started, it's just so good. Already got the next game ready to play, which only gets me more hyped for X. Edited August 8, 2016 by FeralTurtle
Popular Post SoapMacTavish222
#207 Cars Race O Rama for PS3. Trophy whore strikes again. I started this awhile ago and just needed to finish getting spark plugs but since I am not a huge fan of racing games, I put it on the back burner. But now I am going back through cleaning up everything I can before I start anything new. Unfortunately with how they have been cranking out games, I don't know if I am going to be able to finish many more before I buy some new ones. Once that Bioshock collection comes out for PS4, I will have to buy that. So it looks like I have a month to work on my backlog. I believe Sly Cooper Thieves in Time will be next since I can get 2 platinums out of it. I just really don't want to have to look for all those masks.
Popular Post RedRodriguez87
3.3 A cute game overall. Though there is a couple of weird things about it. First would be that I, like many, found the first act to be the most powerful, if only for the potential. Now, this itself wouldn't be too bad, if it weren't for the OTHER problem I had; the voice acting. TV Tropes' entry summed it up best; "very few characters in the game ever express any POWERFUL emotions. Shay always seems disinterested and stoic, Vella never shows any hint of uneasiness.... Even during the climax of the story, when fiery death is raining down from above, nobody is even slightly nervous." This goes along way into sabotaging any engaging character moments, made all the worse that our two leads meet up only twice, only for a few seconds, and never speak a word. Yeah, I know there have been similar stories that have been written well, but like i said in my X-Men Destiny post, its a pet peeve of mine when a plot introduces multiple important figures that the story depends on, and yet NEVER has them meet in any meaningful way, if at all. Popular Post Zeitgeist-9
I earned Hyperdimension Neptunia U:Action Unleashed yesterday, it was a little boring the Lily Rank, but I get it, and the team Uni-RAM was my last and the one that came with the Lily Lord, this is my second Hyperdimension game that I earned the platinum, I want too to Plat the previous ones, but Re;Birth1 (That would be my first platinum), to collect the 100 Milllion credits was really slow (I also made the mistake about buying the first dlc about the chance to reach 300 levels more for the charactes, that changed the monster at the dungeon free dlc (Fairy Fencer F [i don't remember very well about it]), so the reward fell pretty much; I hope I will ahve a PS Plus in a possible future sale, to erase the game and install only the free dlcs

Trying to go for Dig Dug & Galaga as well. So strange that these arcade games have a damn Platinum but games like Abzu and Journey don't. #33 - Hitman GO: Definitive Edition Agent 47 Really enjoyed Lara Croft GO on my iPhone and thought this was similar. Was on sale too. The game was a pretty simple and easy Plat.

Popular Post Hertz
Ahahahaha! Finally! Odin SphereObtained all trophies! Difficulty 3/10 Enjoyment 10/10 (Another Masterpiece) Hmm where to start, oh right this story, them characters, it was awesome. I do not mind the repetitiveness of some bosses because in the end I enjoyed how the story went and ended. That complete ending picture though.... That "fudging" feels . I seriously love each and every single playable character. Though there's this one side character that I did love in the end. Ingway. Not gonna say anything about how the story went, you just have to play it. I definitely recommend it, story is excellent, the game play gives you that nostalgic side scrolling action feeling and once again lovable characters. The only downside is I just hate getting "bad" endings but it was recommended to get that complete ending. That Alice though Too much feels and
Popular Post StilRh
Plat #44. PS4 version of Heavy Rain. Kamikaze was horrible as the dual shock didn't always register controller tilting for some of the sections.
Popular Post Sergen
BioShock 1: Platinum #84 This was a great game, but it's also a worrying game because of how many missable trophies there are, it has an intense plot twist during it that really changes the way you feel about the game, but still I enjoyed most of the game. I got the platinum in 1 playthrough and I started off with very limited supplies and money, which made some sections a bit annoying, but when I reached Fort Frolic I had more than enough money and medic kits to make the rest of the game easy. I beat the final boss on my first try, but I did use a few med kits during the fight, I expected it to be harder to beat him though. I did the DLC before starting to work on the platinum, so I managed to get 100% on the trophy list when I got the platinum, I also got Lucky Winner in "A Shocking Turn of Events", which was a DLC map, there is a slot machine there that you can get it on, but when I reached Fort Frolic, I also got the jackpot a few times on the slot machine so I could leave with a good amount of money. It's a bit annoying that the money limit is $500, because I reached the limit a few times but couldn't pick up any further money. To beat the Big Daddy's that spawned during the game, I normally found a machine that could be hacked and set off the alarms then threw a Security Bullseye at them and the security bots did the work for me. I thought the DLC was a bit more difficult than the platinum, solely because of Worlds of Hurt - Expert, which requires you to beat the Worlds of Hurt map on medium or higher within 15 minutes, when I beat it my time was 14:59.5, which was only half a second away from failing, but it's still not a terrible trophy because you can save whenever you want, I killed most enemies with the crossbow that kills most enemies in 1 shot and Big Daddy's in 5 shots. The game isn't difficult because you can save whenever you want, but some early parts of the game can be frustrating with limited items.
Popular Post Undead Wolf
Platinum #131 Binary Domain Platinum Trophy Earn all other trophies in the game. What a ride! For over 5 months, Lord_of_Ra, Fatty_Fatness, DaisyVilla102 and I would gather together on almost every weekend to grind out those dreaded multiplayer challenges. They alone took around 2 days and 21 hours of in game time to get done. Despite this though, I never really disliked doing it. Probably because of the awesome company I had. They always found a way to make things entertaining. Once those finally got done, it was time to move onto the Invasion mode. We were told this was going to be very challenging, and don't get me wrong, it is, but it was kind of a relief. We had been grinding for so long that it was nice to actually play the game. It's a mode that could definitely be improved. It has some questionable design decisions, and I always feared having to restart from wave 1 again if someones internet went out or something. Even so, it was actually a lot of fun. I enjoyed the challenge. The massive sense of relief when we cleared a stage made all the failed attempts worth it. Oh, and hidden underneath all that, there's actually an awesome singleplayer too! Again, I've got to thank Lord_of_Ra, Fatty_Fatness and DaisyVilla102. I couldn't of asked for a better or more dedicated team. You guys made the game way more fun than it had any right to be. *hugs*
Popular Post Lucas
#30 Goat Simulator All The Goat! Unlock all the Goat Trophies! It had been almost 2,5 months since I got my last platinum so I figured it was time to finally get a new platinum . Goat Simulator had been in my backlog for a long time now and yesterday I figured I could finally start it. I started it yesterday and also got the platinum yesterday. All of the game's trophies are ridiculously easy and pretty fun to get. The only trophy that took me more than 5 minutes to get, apart from the collectibles trophies, was the The Flapmaster trophy where I had to score 10 points in the Flappy Goat minigame which you need to play on an in-game TV. I thought I was going to have a lot of trouble with this trophy but I actually got it within 10 minutes. The first few times I only got a score of 0, 1 or 2 each try. After a little while, I was starting to get a little angry ( ) and accidentally touched my left stick which moved the goat. Instead of the entire TV screen being visible, now the goat was standing right in the middle of my screen and blocked the whole right half of the Flappy Goat TV. Because of this, I could only see the left side of the TV screen. When I saw that and was about to move the goat back to be able to see the TV entirely again, I thought "f*ck it, I'm going to try it this way". I immidiately got a score of 13 and the trophy popped... . The game was fun to play but I think that's mostly because of the funny trophy requirements. I think the trophies made this game more fun to play and that the game will get boring fast if you continue playing after you got all trophies. I am looking forward to playing the DLCs though. I'll just wait till those go on a discount so I can get them cheaper and have fun with Goat Simulator for a few more hours. Overall I'd say Goat Simulator is well worth your money (especially when it's on a discount) since you'll have a great time hunting for those trophies. However, after successfully obtaining your easy platinum, I doubt many people will enjoy to continue playing for a long time. Popular Post Ala-Arska
Cars: Race-O-Rama Trophy Collector! Earn every trophy Sometimes a gamer just needs a playable snack between real meals. A snack Cars: Race-O-Rama is, but playable? Um, nope. I've never been a fan of Cars 1 and 2, they're my least favorite of Pixar movies. They're boring and just lame. In this sense C:R-O-R is pretty faithful to where it draws from. Unfunny, dull and a chore to plow through Even my kids didn't like this game, they gave up on it after 15 minutes or so. But, like a super dad, I persevered and saw it to the end The voice acting is uninspired, as is the soundtrack. Eventually I had to turn off all sounds just to keep my sanity intact. I still can't ignore my inner voices, though... Controls are shitty at best. Drift = crash, brake = crash, tilt = crash, bestmaddrivingskillzever = crash. Crash! If you're looking for a cartoonish racing game, look away. Pick Cars 2 instead, it's worlds better than this fo' sho
Popular Post yellowwindow7
Kingpin / Saints row: The Third first time i ever played a saints row game so i don't know where this game will rate in the series ( although, lot's of people say this is the most disappointing game in the series, Angry Joe review says a lot's ), personally i already liking it! compared to GTA series saint's row the third is far form been realistic but in return it is what you called it a true video game where no freaking realism will block you off. you can go anywhere you want you can fly anywhere without been annoyed by the law, even if you cause troubles and the cops are after you, you can insult them and get away from them like nothing happen, LOL! you can even be invincible!! like superman. i'm not trying to be biased toward either of saints row or GTA here, but i gotta agree that saints row did some stuff better than GTA series here and there, though, not everything, as GTA series open world is still better and so lively, where in SR 3 the world feel almost dead, you can't interact with a lot's of stuff. even though the side activities is very repetitive i still find them a straight forward except the Stupid car jacking, it's hilariously bad! i explored every part in the map stealing almost all the cars in the game, took them to my cribs / garages to mod them <--- (None of what i did here have made the cops or gangs to chase me even when i steal in front of the Cops intentionally they just keep walking as no one saw anything) *open the Saints book, then mark the car the client wants me to steal, found the car and get inside it*..... COPS and SWAT teams and freaking GANGS member wants me dead and blow the car halfway through which now i need to go back and steal the car again, * went to my cribs and pick the same car the client want then turn on the mission* the buggy game still can't recognize the car i'm in so i had to drive all the way to the location where i can found one then the game went " Oh! you already got the vehicle? ok drive it back to the clients location" which in some of these events cops and gangs might still return to hunt you down to blow the car again, plus your A.I friends or allies are so retarded! you'll ended up revive them the whole time, i decided to not even call them at all to aid me, this is one game where it's best to work alone than having a A.I partner around with you or play it online is best because no $hit !! but best of all is thank god that there's no Online Trophies!. the game is so easy even on Hradcore difficulty despite that there's no difficulty related trophy i still played and beat the game on hardcore setting and got the 100% game completion, this platinum isn't challenging at all you just have to bare with bugs and the stupid A.I of your allies, also i'm not planning to buy the DLC's. now that i got into the series i may gonna get saints row 4 and gat out of hell someday when it's get into a good sale, i may get also SR2 even though it had no trophies. Oh boy... this is the grindiest game i ever played... felt unlimited like some MMORG... I like the artwork and especially the art gallery with 50 paintings which are unlocked for sidequests or completing the game with different charakters... I was so glad when i saw that you can skip the story part of this game with your 2nd to 6th charakter A battle with a lv 15 chara vs lv 30 boss is kinda easy with 2x lv 200+ nps :D A bit annoying though is the 2,5d level... sidescrolling yet 3d level architecture... and a big problem: while i couldn't attack an enemy because i was "behind" him (from my perspective) i was hit this same enemy ... my attacks aimed to left or right, but not accurate to the front or rear,,, Edited August 8, 2016 by Evil_Joker88

Popular Post dev2610
GTA IV -- Taking A Liberty Story : 10/10 GamePlay Mechanics: 8/10 (the game was released in 2008, so please don't compare it with games releasing now) Plat Difficulty: 7/10 (only if you can find a decent boosting partner for AWP and Wanted trophies in the MP of this game) or 9/10 (if boosting partner is unreliable) Did I enjoy the game?: Like anything, man! What a brilliant game and what a fool I am for not playing this before. I would recommend this to everyone. A true gem from Rockstar, despite the flaws this game has got in the multiplayer, it is worth playing just for its story. After putting in over 100 hours for this plat, I can easily say it is one the plats I am proud of. Yes, some of the trophies were annoying in story mode, (Endangered Species comes to my mind as one example) but hey, we don't always play for trophies, do we? If you want to enjoy a beautiful story with engaging game characters, you definitely should play this game. The game opens with a great cutscene, ends with a powerful one. I mean, that emotional roller coaster ride, that pure joy of experiencing another Rockstar masterpiece and that memorable time spent made this game worth it. The game a decent setting, the story made sense (unlike some craps I have played), the mechanics were good, the open world keeps you engaged in between the missions, has lot of things to do. This game has enough to keep everyone interested. A definite try. I would also like to extend my thanks to Ryoudji and ProfBamBam55 for their extensive help in cleaning some of the multiplayer trophies. :D
