crimsonidol38
Thanks for the advice. Too bad, I've now finished both Grim Fandango and this one before knowing this . But the advice can be helpful if you ever decide to play Broken Age as that game has a speedrun trophy.

Popular Post SereneSilent
Oh Boy have I gotten lazy for not posting these.. sorry T ^ T anyway here are the last three I've earn since last posting. 1/3 # 9: Hyperdimension Neptunia and My 500th Trophy Earn on Feb 27th 2016Oooohhhh this. I'll be honest with you, when I first saw this(This was 4 years ago) I thought it was an interesting anime game. At that time I didn't like the concept of RPG games and decided to avoid the series when I saw the back cover. A year later, an animation was based of these games and of course I watched it. To my surprise I loved it and was still in a conflict in buying the game. 3 years later I brought the original Trilogy for the PS3. Well I started playing this game on Christmas (It was a gift I received from myself ). I had an idea of what this game was about since I saw the anime, where your consoles are personified as female characters. The game story wise is about the console wars (Is this still on going or do I just not care anymore?) where the goddesses represent the console, the citizens being us the video game players and shares which represented our devotion/faith on the console. Anyway to keep this spoiler free let's get into the gameplay! Ok so since this is a JRPG game this game is turn based. I felt the battle system for this JRPG bulky and slow as in when you're in battle your only controls are the and sometimes I believe the for skipping battle animations (Which I pressed sometimes because some of the attacks were long). The amount of attacks was based on AP and when you were able to customize your attacks.... was it customizable! If an attack allowed you to link, depending on the last button you pressed you're attack would be based on the combo you set up. If there was one thing I hated it would be that healing was not an option but by chance. "Blinking at the reader" Meaning that healing was based on a condition and percentage you picked, example condition is get hit while having less than x% health and at a percentage of 0 - 100 % (you picked this and If I recall correctly you get to change it during battle) you would heal yourself. Glad it was just for this game in the series. There's also a difficult in this game from Easy, Normal and Hard which I believe is only in this game(?) could be wrong. This game makes a lot of references of other games and constantly breaks the 4th wall, Nep Nep please. Some classics and some current from the year when the game was released. I was at awe and had a dumb grin when they made that one reference from a classic game my dad used to play constantly, maybe you know of it. Ahh one moment please.Itchy right now, scratches at Itchy area and eats snack that is next to me "Tasty" Difficulty: 6/10(Based on Normal Mode, never played it in Hard but I may revisit it one day) Enjoyment: 8/10
Popular Post JaM
better late post than never #107 The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth Platinum Obtain all trophies *gasp* platted in 8/8 with 888 coins? This game pretty much tested my Masochism in gaming. Namely The Lost Runs... Black Lotus... The CANDLE!!! And I enjoyed it survived!!! One of the best Roguelike games I've played and enjoyed every moment of it. Definitely recommended to all masochist anyone that is fan of the genre.
Popular Post SereneSilent
Oh Boy have I gotten lazy for not posting these.. sorry T ^ T anyway here are the last three I've earn since last posting. 2/3 # 10: Hyperdimension Neptunia Mk2 Earned on July 22nd 2016This is the second game from the original Hyperdimension Neptunia Trilogy. Before any fans of Neptunia tell me, the games do not follow each other meaning the first game does not relate to the second game. In the first game you played as the CPUs (The goddesses that represented the consoles) but this time you play as the CPU's Sisters who represent the portable game devices. Gameplay wise it is an improvement from the 1st game. The first game's battle system was bulky and slow (for me) but in this game it's fast and fluent. Customizing attacks is much simpler than the first game. Just like the first game it makes references to other games and breaks the 4th wall although not as much as the first game. Why did those two trophies exist? Possibly the saddest ending this series has experience and grinding for the max level 99. Other than that i enjoy this much more than the first game.Difficulty: 5/10Enjoyment: 9/10
Popular Post SereneSilent
Oh Boy have I gotten lazy for not posting these.. sorry T ^ T anyway here are the last three I've earn since last posting and yes this is my last post on here until i earn another platinum. 3/3 # 11: Devil May Cry 1 HD When I was 10 years or so I saw my dad play DMC 1 for the PS2. At that age I wasn't into action games, GASP, I know huge shock. So I never got the chance to play DMC 1 back in the PS2 Era. What I missed so much it shocked me and I wish I did play this on the PS2 when we had it. Thanks to the Superhero Sale that happened on PSN Store a while ago i was able to purchase this collection for 50% off of $20. I think it was a steal. The combat system is different from DMC 2 (Better) and DMC 3(DMC 3 dominates both games in Combat system). I don't know what it is about this franchise that I love it so much. I had to restart my playthrough 5 times because i missed a secret or messed up somewhere but I didn't mind. I love the boss battles in this game because i actually feel a challenge when i fought them. Especially in the harder difficulties...... even DMD mode (Horrible Flashbacks of me dying because of my Dumb mistakes I did). One trophy i didn't like was "I've Read you like a book" because you had to see every attack from every enemy (Except final boss). This caused me to replay the game again in Normal Mode. Please don't make me fight the bosses in DMD Mode ever again. Especially Griffon, Please I beg of you! Yes the bosses in DMD mode were nightmarish because I believe in the other DMC games in the hardest mode you play you regenerate health while in Devil Trigger but in this game you don't Plus 2 - 5 hits meant death. This game was originally suppose to be a Resident Evil game but later changed because it didn't have the horror element as previous RE games so it was made into it's own franchise and it was the best idea ever. Even some of the enemies looked like they belong in the RE games, for example the blades looked like Hunters... especially the Huge one's you may encounter. I think I'm going to have horrible memories of this game in DMD mode.... especially the final boss because of that one attack. Final Boss you piece of s-- Difficulty: 6/10 (based on Normal Mode), 9/10 (based on DMD Mode well IMO, I know there are people who are extremely skilled in finishing this game in DMD mode with all S ranks)Enjoyment: 10/10 (Even in DMD mode because it gave me a challenge in the end)
Popular Post playdemos1
#72 - PES16 Enjoyment: 5/10 Difficulty: 7/10 Fuuuuuu... let me see... this was a long journey, I can steel feel the pain, watching Ibra winning the best player in the world, even when I won everything and scored 400+ goals... yeah it's painful, but today... TODAY I got that last trophy that was hunting me some months ago until now! BOOM, DONE So the game it's cool, I love the Liga Master, the first thing that I always do it's change the structure of one league and put the best teams there with my Benfica than I play it on Master League, it's the only way I can enjoy the max level of the game, otherwise it's so easy... I had lots of fun there, I think I completed 4 seasons! When I got tired of ML I played Become a Legend and Online mode, the servers are kind of sh*t let's say, most of the time we can feel some lag going on, but I also enjoyed great games against great players, even loosing... it's so fun, so competitive, and that's what made me think that PES will be always better than FIFA, for me it's always more fun, enjoyable to play PES rather than FIFA, but that's it's a different matter. About the trophies, a bunch of them are doable, others don't... when it's about to play 11vs11 it's super cool for me, I don't care, but put me in Become a Legend trying to be the better player in Asia and I will be bored in 5 minutes, and I have done it to Asia, Americas, Europe... and the World player trophy that was my nightmare, just a season and a half, but it's so boring in BaL... it's the last time I try to plat a PES game if they don't change the trophies list... tired of the same bullsh*t year after year, please pay me Konami and I will bring your games some trophy creativity... This was a game that I played more than just to get the trophies, more games should have this effect on me, at the time only U4 online can do it.

Well, congratulations, you must really be a very skillful player. I got those ML and BAL trophies long time ago, yes, it's a lot of grind but I've always been a fan of the ML since Winning eleven times, so I usually enjoy the journey. Now those online trophies, especially that Win 6 matches on super star, wow, it's hard as hell. Yes, I'm agree, I also find PES more fun than FIFA..

Popular Post SuffyZorugelion
#221 Catlateral Damage I probably enjoyed this game a little bit more then I should have when I first got my hands on it The game actually gets boring quite quickly because all you do is drop shit on the floor. Fun game, but even when the platinum takes 7-10 hours it could have been shorter, I just simply got bored at the end.
Popular Post MStalker58
#108 Hitman: Contracts Getting 47 kills in a mission turned into an adventure. My math teachers from elementary school would be seriously disappointed in me, since apparently I've forgotten how to count that high. I managed to mess up a couple of times despite taking my time, counting as I killed people, then counting the number of bodies several times, and keeping track on a piece of paper. My first attempt ended up with 46 kills. Okay, must have miscounted somewhere. Paid extra attention the next time and triple checked my numbers before ending the mission. Get to the final stats screen and what do you know, 48 kills. Seriously, I was considering dragging every single corpse into the hotel lobby, lining them up side by side and counting them one at a time. Luckily, it didn't come to that and I finally got the magic number of 47 kills on my third attempt. Just have Blood Money left to finish off the trilogy.

Popular Post Undead Wolf
Platinum #132 Rogue Legacy Ergophobia Earn every other trophy. Well it took a little over 2 years, but I finally got this done. This game is very addictive in the ways it lets you level up your characters and discover new play styles. Everything is randomly generated, so you're never going to face the same challenges you did last time around. It starts off very challenging, and you will most certainly die many times before you really get anywhere. But that's the thing with this game, death isn't so bad. The gold you collect on your current character is passed down to their heir. It's a very interesting game mechanic. In some ways I can see how it would make things a little too easy, since no matter what, you're going to get stronger. But I also feel like it's up to the player themselves how much they want to challenge themselves. Sure, you can overlevel yourself to the point where you stomp all over the next boss, but it's really up to you. I like that. The trophies that come to mind as being the most challenging are defeating all of the REMIX'd bosses and completing the game with 15 deaths or less. You can't rely on farming, or overleveling yourself to beat the REMIX'd bosses, as you're given a set character to do it with. There's no two ways about it, these guys are tough. You need a lot of practice to take these jerks down. Beating the game in 15 deaths or less sounds crazy, but it's totally doable with some gold farming. It's less about challenging your skills as a player, and more about challenging your patience as you farm gold for hours upon hours.
