Popular Post slash
#68 - Uncharted 4: A Thief's End One Last Time - Collect All the Trophies The Uncharted series has been a staple of the PS3 generation and makes an incredible debut on the PS4, and does so as likely the final game of the franchise. Naughty Dog has always been a step above everyone else when it comes to writing their scripts, and Uncharted 4 isn't any different. Every single character is voice acted phenomenally and have a level of charm that, in my opinion, no one has really been able to match in video games. Even with the staff turnover for the development of U4, the game remains true to its predecessors. The gunplay, climbing, and of course the beautiful and intense set pieces are all there. Although I didn't think it had moments as memorable as the train and hotel sequences in Uncharted 2, the action was still top notch and easily the best I've played on PS4 this year. The shooting is still your standard 3rd person game, but stealth and constant movement is the key to success in this one. I really liked how Naughty Dog encourages you to experiment with different ways to approach encounters. It helps the pace significantly since you can't just sit behind cover the whole time, especially on Crushing. It wouldn't be a current gen Naughty Dog without the story either, and there is a solid one here. However, I personally felt like the emotional stakes could've been higher. Nate puts his friendships, marriage and life on the line to go on this adventure but the conflict didn't really reach a peak for me. There never was that true rock bottom moment and just when you expect things to go spiraling out of complete control, everything kind of just resolves itself on its own without Nate really working for it. If you lie to someone, you have to do a lot to earn that trust back and I didn't really see that here. It's still a great story, but I do think the emotional impact could've been much more powerful. Fortunately, the ending was one of the most heartwarming moments I've experienced in a video game and put a genuine smile on my face knowing that this is how Uncharted was closing. If this is the true end of Uncharted, then what a fitting way to close the book on one of the most important IPs in Playstation history. Popular Post straysheep87
#145 - Megamind (PS3) A trophy's hunter classic, I got this on eBay for U$1 . This game isn't bad as people says, is a little repetitive, but far from terrible games like Orc Slayer, Toro and Goat Simulator. Popular Post TwilightSpira
PLATINUM 112 - NO MAN'S SKY Date of achievement : August 27 2016 Enjoyment : 8,0 Difficult : 3,0 Hardest Trophy : The Sentinel Welcome to No Man's Sky, the first game ever that tried to show how much we don't know about our universe, a game that takes you beyond the stars and back. So are willing to put yourself into pursuing this ultimate goal? The game plays like a typical exploration game, you must visit new systems and planets, gather materials and try to create new ideas that will ultimately lead you into your ultimate goal. At first the game starts with you in a unknown land with your space ship crashed, so to survive you must scan, harvest and restore what once was intact, so go forth fellow explorer and embark on this new big unknown in hopes of finding what is yours to keep. I had a really good time trying to find the clues that led me deeper into space and close to my goal, however the game is indeed not for everyone, and i can somewhat understand the riot that led this game receive this feedback, but on the other hand, I'm really pleased that someone made a game this ambitious possible, plus being a small indie studio, so they have my respect. So aim for the stars and beyond, the universe as we know is indeed endless, so grab your space suit, your ship and discover what is yet to be known. PooPooBlast
Yeah, just had the MP trophies left for the longest time. My daughter wanted to play a racing game and I remembered Split Second. I downloaded it on her PS3 and got her to help me get them done. I'm not much of an MP player and trying them legit just wasn't happening for me when I first played it... 5 years ago . Oh I know what you mean. I had the same experience with Batman origins and GTA 5. At first glance, it's near impossible. However once I joined psnprofiles and joined a boosting session, I went for this online trophies and man did it help me achieve my goals. Anyways I don't want to get off topic of the OP, so take care and happy trophy hunting

Popular Post SereneSilent
#13: Devil May Cry 3 HD Ahhhh~ What a fun game. Devil May Cry 3 was the second game I played in the series and it was a great experience. When I first played this 8 years ago I was hooked. I think I played all the modes, except DMD Mode, because I loved playing it.For those who have not played any of the games may be confused on the chronological order of this Series. The order of the DMC timeline is DMC3, DMC1, DMC4 and DMC2 although if you ask fans of this series they may tell you they don't consider DMC2 in the timeline because of how much they hate it/ think it's a horrible game. On the other hand the few fans of who played DMC2 may tell you that it's a great game. I don't like to take sides into this argument and for those who want my opinion on DMC2 I'll just say "Ehhhh". Since DMC3 takes place before DMC1 you can tell that our protagonist is non other than Dante (Surprise!), a much younger Dante from DMC1. To those who played DMC1 i can tell you, without spoiling this game, that you get back story from Nelo Angelo. To those who haven't played any of these games yet and decided to start this instead of DMC1 you'll probably understand DMC1 a bit more after playing this. DMC3 is considered to be an excellent game from it's last two predecessors. I can agree to that. What DMC3 does is give a much more fluent combat system than DMC1 and DMC2 and expand from it. How you ask? This time players are able to choose the Style they want to give Dante. Trickster, Swordmaster, Gunslinger or Royalguard Styles. Each of these styles are different from one another, Trickster relies on dodging and teleport, Swordmaster well relies on giving you more attacks with each weapon, Gunslinger focuses on your guns and Royalguard (Which is considered by many as a difficult but rewarding style) gives you the ability to block and counter enemies. You also get more weapons than the last two games but can only choose two weapons at a time, you get more range weapons but can only have two at a time as well, so you get to mix your favorite weapons to give you a natural flow. In this game you get to play as another character after you beat the game once, i believe difficulty doesn't matter but could be wrong, but I won't tell you who it is because it'll ruin the surprise~ Wait a minute.... 13th Platinum... DMC3 HD..... I did not actually planned this. This was Unexpected and kind of Cool Difficulty: 4.5/10 (Based on Normal Mode), 9/10 (Based on DMD Mode) Enjoyment: 10/10 (Loved second of it in every mode, even DMD mode. Final Battle was the most heart pounding of them all)
Popular Post jaehyun1009
Got these in rather quick succession as I was working on them simultaneously: #53 - Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth3 V GENERATION Difficulty 3/10 Score 8/10 Another neptunia platinum in the books. Better than Re;Birth1 (and probably Re;Birth2 but I haven't played that enough to fully judge). Almost on par with VII but I think latter edges it by just a bit. Few random musings about the game: After seeing the true ending, random appearance of the "older" Neptune with Croire in VII is starting to make some iota of sense. Iris heart sounded like a more sadistic, dominatrix version of Gaige from borderlands... then I found out they're voiced by the same person. couldn't make that connection with Plutia's voice at all. Platinum screenshot (feat. Noire engaging in 4th wall telepathy): #54 - DOOM Difficulty 4/10 Score 9/10 A fun, high octane shooter that lived up to my expectations. It did get sort of getting used to compared to most other shooters I've played though, since it encourages nonstop movement.

Popular Post Juzota
#52 - Tricky Towers Grand master wizard Unlock all trophies. Well, this game was quite challenging. Some might say it was tricky. Eh, you get it? Tricky. Okay, I grab my coat... To be honest, I was pleasantly surprised with this game. I wasn't even going to download this, but Youtuber named RobinGaming recommended this on Twitter so I gave it a try. I'm glad that I did, because this was very enjoyable game. Tricky Towers looks really simple game and that it is. It's also quite difficult, but not ridiculously hard. It just takes little bit of luck and lots of patience to finish this game. There was few trophies that took me lots of tries to get, but with practice everything is doable. Online portion was alright, but I mainly enjoyed playing the Trials. At least now you can find players online, but it might change in the future. I definitely would recommend to try this game if you enjoy well crafted gaming mechanics and fair challenge. Oh and before I forget. Fucking indie crap bullshit. I hate Sony. ( joke) Enjoyment: 7 Difficulty: 8

Popular Post crimsonidol38
#106 - I Am SetsunaA Tale from a Land of SnowObtained all trophies. Enjoyment: 7 / 10Difficulty: 4 / 10 I feel a bit ambivalent about I Am Setsuna. On the one hand it was nice to play such a "simple" JRPG once in a while as it didn't contain so much filler content as modern games but on the other hand it had some flaws, too. One of the most annoying things is the whole ability-system. Abilities and support effects are gathered by so-called Spritnite-stones. You get a few of them during the story or the side missions but most of them have to be bought from a magic guild. But before you are able to buy them you have to sell specific amounts of loot. The loot can either be found in random shining spots or by killing the enemies in specific ways. If you kill the enemy with a light-based spell, he will give you one kind of drop, if you kill it with a fire-based spell it will give you another drop etc. And each enemy or kind of enemy has up to 10 different drops. All of them are guaranteed when you kill an anemy the desired way (except the rare drops) but finding the right enemy or killing method is quite tedious if you don't rely on some of the lists found in the web. Luckily there are some spell-combinations that consists of multiple elements, making the element-specific drops a little bit easier to obtain. Enhancing the Spritnite-stones with additional benefits is another really annoying gameplay element. It's more or less solely based on some random factors which can be influenced, but you have no guarantee that one Spritnite will get the desired bonus. To be fair, it's not really required to make it through the game but it's a requirement for some of the trophies so it was a bit annoying. On the bright side I have to say that I really enjoyed the pacing of the game and most of the story. Like mentioned above the game has nearly to none filler in the story. It's a more or less direct route to the end of the game. On the downside there are only a few sidequests with all of them being available right before the final boss. The game's story may be nothing special but I still liked it. And maybe I was too stupid but even when being "overleveled" the bosses at least required some strategy and weren't easy to handle. Overall I have to say it was a nice game. I'm not sure if it's really worth the $40 pricetag but for a price of $20 to $30 it would be okay, IMO. Popular Post Suicide_Tortuga
#141: Saturday Morning RPG Master Of The Universe What a fun game that does the 80s retro theme quite well. Most of the characters you interact with are references to real life people. My favorite being Chris Rock and The Rock cause you'll know why when you met them. The story in Episode 4 is the best in my opinion. The gameplay is pretty simple to pick up and play, think of South Park: The Stick of Truth and you'll know what that expect. Its also the first game where I'm the #1 Fastest Achiever, so I'll enjoy that accomplishment before I get knocked off.
Popular Post Thrintus
#28: Crysis Earn all available trophies for Crysis®. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ This was the first time playing this game because my PC couldn't run it back in the day (in my defense, whose could? ). I went in with average expectations because the game's close to being a decade old now. But wow, I must say, this game came pretty close to blowing me away. The game starts off with very stealthy sequences where you can put your Nanosuit cloaking to good use, and then it just goes all out action and you have no idea what's happening to you. The fight on the frozen mountain, the final boss, creeping through the forest with your heartbeat going fast as hell because you know there's nanosoldiers creeping about with miniguns close to you. This game had so many epic moments. The story initially gives off the vibe of an upcoming war between Korea and the US, but then: plot twist! Don't worry, that's as much spoilers that you'll get from me. But wow, if you haven't played this yet, I recommend you do. Can't wait to get to Crysis 2! Gevirein
If this is the true end of Uncharted, then what a fitting way to close the book on one of the most important IPs in Playstation history. Congrats on the plat, but it isn't exactly the end of the IP, is just the end of Naughty Dog's involvement with the series and the end of Nathan Drake's story. Giving that it's one of Sony's most successful franchises there will be more Uncharted games in the future, but with a different developer, different characters, different stories, etc...
