IronMask75
Diablo III: Reaper of Souls (PS4) Platinum #86 I got this game because it was on sale and the game itself got a lot of good reviews. I personally didn't enjoy this game much, I felt like I was doing the same thing over and over again, the whole game is basically a grind to get new weapons and armour and you level up to get more skills. The story mode isn't really the game's strong part although the cutscenes are very visually appealing. It's an RPG made by Blizzard, the minds behind World of Warcraft and the earlier Diablo games, they definitely made something that fans of this game would enjoy, but I personally don't see any reason playing it after getting the platinum. I beat the story mode in co-op with one of my friends when I started the game and I started with a barbarian, which was a bad choice, we spent most of our time just holding the attack button to hit enemies with our weapon throw. I managed to leech my levelling up with randoms when I unlocked adventure mode, I just joined some guys who were playing Torment rifts and they levelled me up to level 70 in 20-30 minutes per character, they don't kick people because your inclusion to the lobby also increases their XP and loot drop chances, since co-op awards 10% more XP per player. I did the whole hardcore story mode playthrough and level 70 grind solo without any help because no online lobby players used their hardcore character in Torment rifts, I did it with a witch doctor and basically had a squad of dogs and one big zombie demon and the templar who did most of the fighting for me. I did around 150 of the bounties on my way to level 70 in hardcore. The longest trophy in the game is for completing 500 bounties, the bounties typically consist of a mission where you have to kill 50-100 enemies and 1 boss in an area, when I cleaned this up, I had a legendary level 70 weapon that annihilated most enemies I hit with it. I managed to achieve paragon level 811 while working on this game by playing greater rifts with randoms to get legendary equipment to drop for the "Up all night to get lucky" trophy, it took me 6 hours of legendary farming to get a level 70 legendary in each slot, after I got all legendaries I passed them to my friend to help him get the trophy as well hahaha. I also salvaged most of my weapons while I was trying to enchant every item slot and craft 100 items and it was a bit annoying. The PS4 version of this game is the only version of the game that I'll ever do, I've had enough of this game after getting the platinum once. Pretty fair review. ARPGs aren't for everyone and the main aim of these games are really to get through the story stuff as fast as possible, then proceed to do the boring stuff repeatedly with incrementally increasing difficulty I kid. Exploring different build and item combinations while looking for more powerful versions of those weapons is at the core of the ARPG. Having played D3 on PC well before Reaper of Souls, and having now played it again on PS3 after earning the D3 PS4 Plat, I can say the game is far more interesting at the end game, but still, there's a point at which you find yourself solo'ing GR75+ and item upgrades become a once a week event. For some reason the mind-numbing drudgery of ARPG's agree with me. In the two years between my PS3 dying and my purchase of a PS4, I played Path of Exile and DotA 2 on PC almost exclusively. I've got just under 3,000 hours counted in Dota 2 and 500 counted hours of Path of Exile on Steam. I also played a lot more PoE before it launched on Steam. Easily another 500 hours, perhaps more. I have the Diablo III: RoS Plat on PS4 with legit Paragon 820 (no hacked Russian weapons). I only have 1 trophy left of vanilla Diablo III on PS3 and once I get that 5 Million gold (currently at about 4.8 mil), I will go for the DIII: RoS PS3 Plat. What can I say? I'm a glutton for punishment and I love ARPGs If Path of Exile was ported to PS4 I may never play another game on the platform again Congrats on the Plat though. Long live Witch Doctors!

jaehyun1009
Originally I wanted to try to get a double whammy special #50 platinum to go with my 4000th trophy, but I doubt I'll get so many fill in trophies just to hit the necessary amount to tie them in. It would be nice, but this month has been one of my most productive trophy collecting months I've ever had. You can try getting a some 100%s (no platinum games) out of your way, or play games up to just before getting the platinum and have a platinum fest after getting your milestone. StilRh
Volume. ~9 hours? Pretty nice stealth game, didn't like the story but was enough to see me through all the levels. Most trophies came naturally, the disguise one had to be farmed.

Popular Post voodoo_eyes
#137 - MotoGP 13 Had a lot of fun with this one, even though the online was a drag. Usually I'm not a fan of racing games, but I enjoyed this one and the career mode was great. The game has some minor glitches though, as in the map of the course disappearing and other small graphical bugs. Thanks to Corrosivescott for boosting the online with me, and also a thanks to Edward_Fox_86 for getting the couch co-op done while almost going insane . Popular Post Dr_Mayus
#187-Saturday Morning RPG Sigh...I really wanted to like this game. It started out pretty good but then the humour waned and it was just reference after reference after reference without any substance. That is the problem with so many writers, they just don't know how to do parody or satire so in the end they think random references are funny. The gameplay also leaves a lot to be desired. The stupid sticker system was a waste of time and my analog stick, the battles were all the same, I was playing on Level 50 and never had a problem in the game. Finally the trophies. I beat the entire game and was only at level 34. That means I had to grind out 16 levels for nothing because there was nothing left to do. Why wasn't there a skip story button? Why did you have to level up so much? Why were all the sidequests just different variations of the same story? This game was just a mediocre mess
Popular Post Tondt
Ratchet and Clank: Full Frontal Assault #22 The Collector For a Ratchet and Clank game It's okay to say at the very least. It's quite fun in co-op and multiplayer though, the campaign however just felt plain.
Popular Post PooPooBlast
Platinum #43 - [PROTOYPE 2™] http://psnprofiles.com/lib/img/games/6f97c4/trophies/1L7ddf96.png what an amazing game I gotta say. Beats the original by miles although without the original, the sequel wouldn't have been set up so nicely. You can definitely see the improvements graphically and story wise. Much better and compelling story to drive you forward. I also loved the extra gore and dismembering of fleshy infected. I also liked how you can use two weapons at the same time with square or triangle as opposed to only one in the first one. By far my favourite weapon was the bio-bomb. So much satisfaction of just rigging an enemy and launching him at a group of enemies or vehicles. Also the addition of tendrils into the game made it very enjoyable and it was my favourite weapon to use along with the hammerfists. This game definitely pulled an infamous 2 where it improved greatly upon its predecessor. Loved the game from start to finish and my only complaint is that it was too short compared to the first game. Still though, the epic boss fight at the end( dont want to spoil anything) made it up for it. The dialogue was hilarious at times and James Heller was more likeable as a protagonist than Alex Mercer in my opinion. Too bad the company who made it( radical entertainment) went bankrupt so we won't be seeing a sequel . jaehyun1009
#55 Saturday Morning RPG Difficulty 2/10 Score 6/10 Decent game/RPG overall, even though the story is really short. but if you're going for the platinum this game will overstay its welcome. on a side note, my hands hurt after furiously swiping the DS4 touchpad for EXP boost stickers gazillion times en route to level 50. @_@ Edited September 2, 2016 by jaehyun1009
Popular Post Cake
Glory HunterAwarded for successfully acquiring every trophy. # 76 Difficulty: 3/10 Enjoyment: 8/10 First DQ title I ever played and it was fun. I was unfamiliar with most of the cast, I only knew of maybe 3 or 4 of them. It didn't take long to pick out my favorites and they was pretty much my main party for this adventure. The plat wasn't anything to difficult, just some minor grinding and what I guess is a random event lily rank type trophy. Seriously, that was the most annoying trophy in the game imo.

Popular Post AJ_Radio
#35 : Until Dawn (PS4) - August 28, 2016 Difficulty: 2/10 Excitement: 9/10 I initially came into this game not expecting too much, since I absolutely hate teen camper horror movies with a passion. I also don't like games that rely far too much on the cheap jump scares and the cheesiness that usually comes with low budget, teen slasher/horror films. But holy shit, Until Dawn basically surpassed all expectations. I fucking love this game. What compliments this game and therefore single handedly made this game great are the characters themselves. I recognized half of the cast right off the bat based on their previous work. Dr Hill is truly a nut case and props go to the actor who starred in Prison Break. Before long I found myself attached to Sam, Mike and Josh respectively, because well, Until Dawn wouldn't of been the same nor as good without them. I happened to catch an episode of Mr Robot not too long ago and holy shit, this young actor can actually fucking act. I'm so used to shitty reality television shows that I tend to feel a little stunned when I see REAL ACTING take on the big screen. Very much like Heavy Rain and Telltale Games, there are choices to make with the cast, but unlike Telltale these choices will definitely come into play later. You shot a squirrel? Well, that's actually going to be bad for you. Various choices can save or kill a character. Like Game of Thrones and many horror films, some characters seem immune to any death, whereas others are basically pushovers that can basically just suffer and die, as many fans of Game of Thrones would tell you. The graphics are great for a console based game and at the time of it's initial release I thought I had seen the best facial capture of any game. The reason why I recognized half of the cast is because the facial capture is so well detailed, yet believable. Many games characters I am currently playing and have played in the past I do not feel too much sympathy towards, because they are cartoonish and make believe. Until Dawn has real, believable characters with flaws and emotions, and trust me, with their stereotypes I have met people who are just like them. It was also great to hear that famous Youtube personalities Pewdiepie, Markplier and Jacksepticeye all did a playthrough of this game. If a small portion of people decided to buy a game because their favorite Youtube celebrity bought into it, that's still a lot of sales. Until Dawn was very much under the radar due to juggernauts such as Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and Metal Gear Solid V. But with the exposure on Youtube, Sony Computer Entertainment was quick to note it's success, and Supermassive Games didn't believe the game would do as well as it did. Totems were a plus for this game and a little different from the average 'collectible' that seems to plaque most open world/third person shooter games. I do however rate this game a nine out of ten instead of a perfect score because while I fucking love Until Dawn and consider it one of my top favorite PS4 exclusives, it is not very consistent. Without giving spoilers, there are two obvious, dominant characters that lead the way, and the rest are basically just there to go through the journey while trying to not die. Two characters in particular get little screen time, and one of them is absent for a majority of the game. The second half of the game starts to loose the stability of the first half and feels a little rushed. Once you figure out what's going on, Until Dawn isn't scary. Truth be told this is not a true scary game, it is more of a suspense, drama filled title that works well with what it has. The cliches this game presents are not for everybody, but what it does well it excels at. I have probably watched Until Dawn on Youtube TWELVE TIMES WITH TWELVE DIFFERENT PEOPLE and I still don't get tired of watching. This game had a real impact on me and I usually don't get impressed too easily. I guess one thing to do now is watch all of the television series the cast had starred in prior to the game. Until Dawn is a memorable, cliched yet different sort of title that horror fans shouldn't miss. It's an easy platinum that can easily be obtained in less than a day. Big shoutout to Supermassive Games. I'll be looking forward on your future projects.
Popular Post themindisacity
#170 Adventure Time: The Secret of the Nameless Kingdom (Vita) Billy's Bucket List Cute little Link to the Past clone. Ambitreacherous run can be a bit frustrating in the third dungeon and at the final boss, but I found that upgrading the bananarang did NOT negate the trophy, which is helpful. Ambitreacherous run is best played in tandem with your regular run (on a separate save file, obviously), to shave time off the as well as keeping the game from becoming too frustrating. Protip for the Ambitreacherous final boss fight: I went in with four bags of invincibility trail mix and one bag of spare thumps. If I took any damage before her second phase, I reloaded and tried again, saving the spare thumps for the second phase (where she goes underground), and the invincibility didn't make an appearance until the green things started showing up. Still took a few tries, but was the least stressful method I found. Don't think I'll be stacking this one, though. Spy Chameleon ticks all the boxes here, its a really fun puzzler, was cheap (€5) and is ideal for the PSVita. Highly recommended if these are the type of games you like. smellslikejavier
Once you figure out what's going on, Until Dawn isn't scary. but everything you said over there is just more references or clichés from horror movies, which is what supermassive was aiming for: (spoilers).............: sam and mike are basically the "horror movie heroes" who survives at the end of the movie while all the rest of their friends dies, although in 80s and 90s horror movies this mostly applies to the blonde female who doesn't have sex (just like sam) and becomes the protagonist and is the only one who survives the horror, and its called "the final girl". examples being: friday the 13th part 1, the texas chain saw massacre, halloween 1, etc another 2 reasons of this is because, well, along with the analyst and josh they are the most well known actors so they had to have much screen time to take advantage of having got them to star on the game, and also because if everyone dies so early then the game wouldn't last even 2 hours. meanwhile matt and jessica get little screen time because, once again, in 80s and 90s horror movies the "black guy" and the "sexy yet dumb blonde girl who just wants sex" are the ones who always dies first, or if they survive (which is very rare) they become pointless characters with little screen time. although if you had the extended version or the digital version of the game you get a small extra chapter with matt and emily. the game doesn't loose its stability in the second half, is just that since this is a game who is 100% about putting in it everything related to horror movies, including references, parodies, satire, etc they obviously had to include every enemy seen in horror movies: a killer, ghosts, spirits, monsters, zombies, clowns, etc... so the monster, which constantly appears through the whole game even at the beginning (the sisters are running away from it, and is the one who stalks mike and jess through the woods) although apparently some people don't notice this, had to be on this game. and so the game went from a slasher b-horror movie to a supernatural horror movie without us noticing it and while everything "made sense" and perfectly connected to the story, which is incredibly cool and well done since, once again, is a game that relies on everything based off horror movies. SoapMacTavish222
#209 Arcade Game Series: Friggin Galaga. OK the Friggin isn't in the actual title but I had to throw it in there because I was pumped that they put this on there. I used to love this game so when they released a platinum trophy for it, I was very excited. If you have played it before and enjoyed it then you shouldn't have too difficult of a time with it. Some of the perfect challenge trophies will require a bit of practice but it really isn't too bad.

I didn't think this game was really that bad. It got pretty bad reviews, but reviews rarely affect whether I buy a game or not. Popular Post Strider-Falcon
Metal Gear Solid 3 Snake Eaten Collect all trophies Wow, what a really fun Metal Gear Solid game, possibly one of the best Metal Gear games there is. I almost did this on play through, but I think I messed up the no killing anyone in 1 play through trophy, that's because when trying to shoot 1 kerotan during the Eva's motorcycle section I used a rocket launcher of some sort to hit the kerotan and in doing so must of hit 3 soldiers. Oh well, at least I got all the kerotans in 1 play through and luckily saved at the right time, I just reloaded where I think I killed the soldiers and then just played the rest of the game without killing anyone. Playing this game made me realize a remake of this game using the looks from the recent pachinko Metal Gear game would be so awesome but alas we have to wait and see what Konami has in store for fans after Metal Gear Survive.
