Popular Post Pershing24
Wow, I can't believe it took me 4 years to platinum the first uncharted game. Then again, this was one of my first game I got for my PS3 and I initially had no interest to platinum it. Still this was a challenging platinum due to the game's finicky controls and beating it in crushing difficulty. But with the recent release of uncharted 4 I thought it was the perfect time to get it done.

Popular Post Lordguwa
platinum #118 wild arms 3 completed in 2 weeks and 1 day average completion 14% platinum rarity 7.29% very rare i do not want to set foot onto another RPG For a while, unless it is a shorter one. it didn't top the list of longest though those honors go to another. otherwise i enjoyed the ending and the endgame content. going to make a small change of plans. might finish up some other indie platinums because of the recent purchases backlog exploded over the past 2 weeks before heading back onto the tracks.
Popular Post IzTriicky__
Got my very first platinum just a few days ago and its this one right here: Riptide GP: Renegade I wouldn't say it was hard but it was annoying at some points. Enjoyed it though and hopefully more plats will come! Edited September 13, 2016 by Triicky913
Popular Post Redgrave
#79: Apex Predator - Far Cry Primal Managed to get this half off during a PSN sale. I didn't think it was as bad of a game as people said. I liked how they actually went through to effort to have everyone speak a language that wasn't English considering the time period, so I give props to Ubisoft for that.

Let's enjoy danmaku plays for good. Well this is done, a nice neat Touhou game, despite what small content it has. Music is top notch as expected and I love the character art, seeing as we get them as avatars too. Its worth a pick up when it goes on sale or you can get it for about $30 which isn't too bad. I bought the LE which I thought was worth it. Can't wait for Scarlet Curiosity!

How is it in terms of difficulty? I've preordered the game a while ago from the NIS America store, and i'm still waiting to receive it in the mail. The only thing i've played from the Touhou series is Embodiment of Scarlet Devil, and Perfect Cherry Blossom (although I never could finish normal difficulty). Not that hard really, the only "challenging" thing is boss rush but you can easily overcome it after playing it for a while.

Popular Post MesopithecusUK
#5. South Park: The Stick of Truth Enjoyment: 9/10 Difficulty: 3/10 It's been a long time since I watched South Park, but I picked this game up when it was on sale over the summer. I previously owned the EU version when I lived back in the UK and I'm glad I waited to play the NA version instead because no censorship I had a lot of fun with this, despite missing a collectible so needed to do a second play through. The RPG elements were enjoyable and I did enjoy the humor a lot, felt like I've needed a few laughs lately and this served that purpose for me. Based on my enjoyment of this, definitely looking at getting Fractured But Hole after it's released.
Popular Post nenugalimas
#119 Super Meat Boy (Vita): Its rare to find a game that is simultaneously fun and frustratingly difficult; super meat boy is definitely one of those games. Had a great time with this game from start to finish. That being said the game does seem to have technical difficulties on the vita that get particularly bad in rapture and cotton alley dark worlds. The frame rate slowed down if I played for an hour or so, making some levels borderline unplayable. I ended up having to restart the game every 30 mins to maintain the framerate. Trophy wise SMB offers quite the challenge, doing the no death runs was an absolute nightmare. I ended up dying 30,000 times on my way to the platinum. Difficulty: 9/10 Enjoyment: 10/10 Respect This was way too frustrating for me #85 Galaga This game was so damn frustrating for me. I don't recall playing it before back in the Gameboy days so that might have had a bearing on my ability to play this without issue. In any case I must say I don't think I would have been able to plat this game if not for the luxury of saving your progress as and when necessary. That gave me a bit of relief but even so I spent way too much time then I care to admit getting all the Perfect trophies in this game. Even with the glitch with enemies not firing at you I only managed to reach level 16 or there abouts before running out of lives. I just winged in until level 31 in order to 100% this If you're into Old School shoot 'em ups then this is right up your alley. Think Resogun in a 2d art style that had a lovechild with space invaders, which attacks you whenever you go near it. That's how i'd describe this game Overall rating 7/10 Plat difficulty 4/10 Next up Broken Sword 5 (maybe this time I will finish it lol)

Popular Post kitsune29
#40 FINAL FANTASY TYPE-0 HD Agito Achieved Obtained all trophies. Difficulty : 2/10 Enjoyment : 8.5/10 Suzaku, the vermilion bird, is a truly fitting metaphor for the game as such. The phoenix stands for rebirth and life, the overall mood however, was rather dark and depressing. Death, blood and violence reflect the horrors of war, moments of hope seem to break the cycle, only to be crushed again. The experience as well as the story have been an emotional rollercoaster ride. This was definitely the darkest Final Fantasy I have ever played. Like FFXIII, it was a break away from the traditional formula I was used to from earlier titles. Like Crisis Core, it was different, yet awesome to play. I enjoyed the fluid combat system as well as the idea of re-introducing classes for individual characters (throw-back to FFIII, FFI). Skill customization lacked a bit of depth, the actual combat system however made up for it. I genuinely disliked the fact that the game occasionally kills off a perfectly healthy character for plot reasons and you cannot counteract or you face enemies with "plot protection". Espers should also not come at a cost (FFX anyone?). There were some tense moments, however it was not overly challenging in retrospect. I would also like to point out the great soundtrack and the two singles (Zero, Utakata). On a final note, it was definitely the shortest Final Fantasy trophy wise (plat after 40 hrs???). So this has been it, huh?. What is my general conclusion? Hard to say. Crisis Core ended on a depressing note, so I should be used to it. I do not want to spoil anything, but the ending...after all that fighting and struggle... Damn. It was not the most epic story (although it had it moments), but the game definitely made an impact on me. I rushed through several platinums recently, cleaning my backlog and catching up a bit before responsibilies hit me again. This game, however, was the captivating, story driven fix I crave for occasionally. Sure, it is short and you cannot connect to all the characters in similar fashion to a fully-fledged JRPG where you pour 200 hrs into it. Type-0 does great for the scope of a 2011 PSP title. I would stop, take a break from trophy hunting and finish some more extra content out of sheer enjoyment, like back in the day. The game does a few things wrong, however it delivers in many other ways. Don't worry, mother, I will not forget your children (reference to story).
Popular Post TNekke
#147 Sheltered Really fun game, had some troubles in the beginning with items not transferring to my stock and taking to fun away. loved to simple idea of survival and making decisions what to do first. Only thing is, once you got a pretty solid base with enough water, food and upgrades, you can go forever without any effort.
Popular Post Undead Wolf
Platinum #136 Resogun I came, I saw, I blew stuff up Get all trophies I played this well over a year ago, and I just couldn't get into it, so I ended up stopping maybe an hour or so later. Not long ago, I felt like I hadn't given this game much of a chance, so I thought I'd come back and try to earn some more trophies. I'm glad I did, because I ended up really enjoying myself. It's very addictive. Now I see why people say this was PS4's best launch game, and I think I'd have to agree. I played the PS3 version though, just 'cus. Dragon-Archon
Platinum #44 - Vanquish http://psnprofiles.com/lib/img/games/400875/trophies/1Le3161a.png What can I say. I bought this game to try out challenge 6 and see what was all the fuss about. Once I got into it, I realized I was in deep dookie . Many of you probably saw me post my rage statuses in order to remain calm. I just came from school, feeling Dead inside, hooked up a ps3 then voilà. I've never made it to wave 4. How did I get to wave 4, and even defeated the bogies on my first time is beyond me. Ive probably repeated this level about 30 times. All I can say I'm glad I'm finished with this even if I finished with a time of 21 mins lol. Special thanks to : Dragon-archon Hemiak Mistress kompf Behemoth balls For emotional support and actual tips. For the game itself. It was mediocre at best including the almos non-existent story but the gameplay made up for it. Everything was meh till I've actually got the challenge s unlocked in the game and that's where I actually had fun. Well, time to move on to max Payne 3 I guess.. Cant wait for NYHMC.. Nice, congrats . It's good to know the tips helped .

Popular Post playdemos1
#75 - PS All Stars Battle Royale (PS3) Enjoyment: 2/10 Difficulty: 3/10 (Due to online level 999 players I guess) I am glad I ended up this game, boring as hell... arcade mode is so damn boring that I tried to grind 2 characters only at a time, than played it some kind of day yes day no pattern... The online is more fun, challenging but the level of powerful players are insane, how much time do you need to get level 999? imagine if you can get more than that, they should be in millions now So I already talked to much when I played it on Vita, so I will only say that the PS3 version is superior. I think I also have a new record, 21 plats in a year, let's see what will happen in the next 3 months See ya soon... I hope x3
Popular Post SoapMacTavish222
#211 Bioshock for PS4. I already loved this game on PS3 so I had to pick up the collection and I just couldn't stop playing. If you never got a chance to pick it up on PS3 then I strongly recommend you pick it up now. A first person shooter with amazing graphics and a very solid story. (Two Enthusiastic Thumbs Up)
