Popular Post GTA_Darren
Playing this game like crazy in past 10 days. Overall it is pretty enjoyable. Since it is a JRPG, there are some grinding trophies. It is not a hard platinum. #61 - Sword Art Online: Lost Song - PS4
B1rvine
"Eye on the Trophy" on Resident Evil Revelations. Well, its been about a month since my last plat, been doing really tough or grindy trophies lately, so I probably won't start a new game for another month cuz I need a break!!! Popular Post MStalker58
#113 Trine Another series where I've played the games out of order for some reason. I don't really know why considering they are very similar, but I enjoyed this one more than Trine 2. The sequel had impressive graphics and the gameplay is pretty much the same, but it just didn't grab my attention or have that fun factor for me. Maybe I just wasn't in the mood for that type of game back then or maybe I'm just more familiar with the physics based platforming and mechanics now, but I got into this game much more. Had more fun than I expected so that was a pleasant surprise. The plat is fairly easy and the only somewhat difficult trophy is "Better Than Developers" but it's not that tough once you learn the best path through the level. On one of my early attempts, I made it all the way to the very end where the lava stops rising and it's just a matter of killing/avoiding a few enemies and making the final jump to the top. I was about to celebrate my victory as I started to jump to the final platform when one of those tiny annoying bats killed me in mid-jump. Popular Post Satoshi Ookami
The Hero of Mana Obtain all trophies. Who says JRPGs need graphiczzzz? This was so nice, reliving memories of old JRPGs Even though the world map was confusing as hell and the grind to 99 was pretty unnecessary, this was so great. This was SO JRPG. Exactly what you want from it. Beautiful Game Boy graphics, great characters and a strong story
Popular Post Ala-Arska
The Escapists Free Man! Unlock all trophies If you can't stand the heat, get out of the prison. Careful planning, perfect timing, loads of patience...yeah, just the game for a simpleton like me Six different penitentiaries, multiple ways to bust out of them. And every single one takes a lot to figure out. Beat up all guards and walk out of the front gate? Very doable at first, and fun with home-made (prison-made?) nunchuks or whips. Cut the power out of electrical fence and make a dashing break with sturdy cutters? That's an option too, just don't get z-z-z-zapped Dig a tunnel and cover that wall on your cell with a poster, Shawshank Redemption style? Takes time, but what a classic way to go! Pose as a prison guard and stroll out with some fake IDs to back you up? A smart move, one for the pacifists. Or make a raft and sail away towards the sunset, the Bahamas perhaps? Who knew that a whole raft can be stashed in a toilet The Escapists is a thinking man's (and woman's, by all means) game. A bit out of my comfort zone, but I ended up loving it all the more for it. It's definitely worth getting. It's witty, clever and all that crafting makes it, dare I say it...crafty

Popular Post AJ_Radio
So I've decided that games that have over 50 percent of people with a platinum, I won't bother to post images for. Games I feel were a bit too easy I won't post an image. #36 : Tales from the Borderlands (September 3rd, 2016) Difficulty: 1/10 Excitement: 8/10 Having come into this game over three weeks ago with no experience whatsoever with Gearbox's Borderlands franchise (and some of you are probably urging me to play Borderlands 2), the story was a little confusing at times. But nonetheless it was very enjoyable. Both lead protagonists were witty and funny, and I will admit I had a little bit of a crush on Fiona. As is commonplace with Telltale Games, you can be a snob, a complete buffoon, or a big risk taker. Handsome Jack was a nice touch, and the friendly robot that got both protagonists out of hairy situations was charming in his own right. Tales from the Borderlands is over the top and silly, but it was definitely worth playing through. There is nothing difficult in the game whatsoever, playing through the story will earn you the platinum. #37: The Walking Dead (September 7th, 2016) Difficulty: 1/10 Excitement: 8.5/10 My favorite of the Telltale Games. Walking Dead puts you in the role of Lee, a man on his way to jail when he finds himself within reach of a zombie who was just a cop minutes earlier. A little later he meets Clementine, a young girl who is only wishing for her parents to return. I had a great time playing this game. I really enjoyed the survival instinct, and many of the characters Lee and Clementine came across were not what they seemed to be. Death would be the fate of many characters, as one would expect if they watched the Walking Dead on television, or any survival horror movie. I just ordered Season 2 on Amazon, and I hope for it to be just as good as the first season was. Decisions based on your motive have an effect in Season 2, including the 400 Days DLC. Hopefully it will be terrific. #38: Game of Thrones (September 14th, 2016) Difficulty: 1/10 Excitement: 7/10 Another fairly decent title from Telltale Games. However it is not quite as good as the Walking Dead. The story focuses on the Forresters, a house with many generations of prosperity and honor. One of their most valued treasures is Ironwood, a wood tough to penetrate. Anybody who has watched the television show knows that Game of Thrones kills off a great deal of cast members. In this game however, death isn't as commonplace. I found myself more interested in Gared Tuttle's side of the story than the other three - four protagonists you take the role of, who are all Forresters. Despite my criticisms (Telltale could of done better with the background scenery), I enjoyed my time with Game of Thrones. Not entirely sure how Season 2 will play out for me. By the end of the sixth episode I only had Gared Tuttle and the elder Forrester son alive. Everyone else save for two - three others were killed off. #39: Hotline Miami (September 18th, 2016) Difficulty: 5.5/10 Excitement: 8.5/10 There is a feeling of satisfaction and sigh of relief after you've previous played slower, more story driven games. Finally after four years after it's initial release I finally get to play Hotline Miami. It's fun nonstop action of beating enemies to a pulp. The sense of blowing up somebody with a shotgun point blank is wonderful. It's video game violence in tense moments and god does it feel good. None of the trophies, apart from Get a Life, were all too difficult. However getting A+ is where the game gets very frustrating. In order to get A+ in most levels, you have to punch and then execute, which gives more points then simply shotgunning your way. While you're executing you constantly have to be moving, otherwise even with the Zack mask you're going to lose that combo. So the game went from being fun and exhilarating to being bust your controller, scream at the television difficult. Heck, most of the levels in Hotline Miami aren't that bad at all really, it's level 10 and level 13 that I spent HOURS to properly finish. Level 10 is difficult no matter how you look at it, the first area isn't too bad but then you have the northeastern room where it's extremely easy to be caught off guard. It's a big open area and you have to have excellent timing to pull off a good combo AND take care of the gunners. Level 13 is open on the first floor, there's not many places to hide. What drives a good score is Boldness, and that involves having somebody spot you, chase you down and beat you into the ground. You literally have to dodge bullets in a couple instances, the second floor has fat guys which can only be dealt with with a shotgun, or several bullets. All in all, very frustating to get A+ in all levels and I nearly threw my controller on one occasion. But it paid off. Even if you didn't care for trophies or simply played Hotline Miami on another platform, it's still worth playing. Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number looks pretty difficult, but with difficult games come greater satisfaction when you finally beat them. Popular Post Pershing24
Got two platinum's today! Assassin Creed 2 gets the honor of being the 10th platinum that I get, fitting since this was the first AC game I've played back in 2011 on PC (steam of course) and is my third favorite of the franchise (next to black flag and Brotherhood). Still a great game, and has age quite well, so I would recome to play this one first if you want to get into the series. Easy platinum too, just get a guide to get all the feathers and subject 16 puzzles. #10 Master Assassin Another easy platinum, thought this one also took alot longer to complete, is The Wolf Among Us, this is a great Tell Tale game, and I never heard of the fables comic before this. Though this is one of the only Tell Tales games that you have to replay it to get all the books, fortunately its has such a good story and great character that I played the whole season. I wonder if they would do another one? #11 Full Moon Now I really need to slow things down, this is my 4th platinum this month, maybe Vanquish and Bioshock in its hardest difficult will keep me away from my PS3 for a bit.

Popular Post GoodbyeBread
Plat #54 - Wolfenstien: The New Order Let me be the first to say that this is the face that only a mother could love. After completing Wolfenstien (2009), I figure i would try the sequel to see how it is. Needless to say I have enjoyed the game very much. I was surprised that it didn't have multiplayer, which i was very thankful for. There are way too many games that favor multiplayer over single player. Not that multiplayer is bad, but it always good to go back to basics. High points are Gun play and perks. Dual wielding is amazing. I often used Shotguns and assault rifles when I was going to go guns blazing. Perks that were permanent were also very helpful. Despite the awesome gun play, I found myself using stealth over combat. however, Ubar difficulty forced me to be in combat more often. Low points were "static panels" and missing health/armor glitch. sometimes, during the levels, some of the walls and parts of the level show some static. Also, on Ubar, if you die by mistake, the level will some times remove health packs or armor. If that happens, your choices are restarting the whole level or soldiering onward and hope you reach the end. Fantastic game overall. I may try Old Blood later, but I am looking forward to a sequel, if there is going to be one.

Popular Post thegirlruka
82. Megadimension Neptunia VII Megadimension Master Completed Neptunia VII! Difficulty 2.5/10 Fun 6.5/10 So far this is my least favorite Neptunia game. The story and jokes were of the quality expected of a Neptunia game, but the gameplay changes were terrible. The change from physical/magic to nonelemental/elemental damage was a terrible change. It was like going from 4th+ generation pokemon back to the first three. The changes to the combo system were also pretty bad.

Popular Post Ryoudji
#52 Lords of the Fallen Lords and Judges Unlock all trophies. An interesting game which its approach reminded me a bit of Dark Souls, but it still could be improved in many ways. There were a lot of problems in both trophy and gameplay-wise; choosing any class but Warrior during the start seemed pointless since you only get Cleric/Rogue related items that actually matters only much later in the game, you can pretty much tank your way through the game with no effort at all. Stats and weapon scaling were also poorly executed, doing little to no difference in the endgame unless you only focused on your main stat, an effective hybrid build in this game is pretty much impossible unless you are on NG++ (even then it's not worth it at all). Rolling seemed to be broken or having little to no iframes at all, a real shame since it completely destroys the battle dynamics and you resort to 'cheesing' your enemies. I would rather waste stamina by unlocking the target/boss and running away than attempt to roll and still lose my HP. The difference between our movements and attacks were noticeable and that's where rolling should be effective, or at least usable in this case. Unfortunately it's hard to mention anything great from this game, everything it does is average at best; even when replaying the game it was a chore since it has no replayability value at all: no new weapons or armor, the same enemies but with more HP, nothing is added to make it more enjoyable, but just for the sake of getting different endings for the trophy (and on top of that they were glitched, costing me an entire playthrough). There was an attempt, I might give the sequel a try next year when it is released. Enjoyment: 6/10 Difficult: 8/10
