Popular Post nenugalimas
#122 La Mulana EX: Im not the biggest fan of the game. Its not bad, its just not my cup of tea. For fans of the genre this would probably provide a great experience. Trophy wise the game is fairly difficult providing plenty of challenge though I must say some parts of it were unnecessarily difficult. Every now and then I would get the feeling that this game was made by sadists lol. Difficulty: 7/10 Enjoyment: 6/10

Popular Post Icebrand1270
Platinum 100 Adventures of Mana (Vita) 10/7/2016 The culmination of nearly 8 years of hunting trophies! I never dreamed I would see 100 Plats but here I am! This game went by many names worldwide when it was originally released on Game Boy back in 1991. In Japan it was Seiken. In Europe, variations of the name Mystic Quest. In the United States, it was known as Final Fantasy Adventure. Playing like a mix of Final Fantasy and Zelda, it is known as the first Action-RPG. I first played this on my Game Boy back in 1991 as a kid, so when I saw this on the PSN store for Vita, I bought it as soon as I could. Listening to the soundtrack (both updated and classic) brought back childhood memories that one cannot put a price tag on. The best 14 USD I have ever spent... in gaming anyway. The game keeps true to its old self with minor alterations, most notably updated dialogue. In other words, it does nostalgia right. There are plenty of trophies to keep any player on their toes. In addition to story-related trophies, there are collectible trophies (all weapons, all items, all armor etc) that can be easily missed without a guide. There is also a trophy for reaching Level 99, a crazy long grind for a short game such as this. All in all, it is a great feeling to score Platinum 100 by returning to the RPGs of my childhood with... an RPG from my childhood, Adventures of Mana! Popular Post Masamune
Cold Steel ConquerorMastered Trails of Cold Steel and earned every trophy. Really fun game, I'll definitely be getting to sequel for this one (or rather, part 2), only complaints really is that there's a lot of cutscenes, that had to of been at least half the playtime (& I fast-forded all of them during my second playthrough), & your weapon's appearance don't change when equipping new stuff... Oh & some characters only being "guests", I've always hated that in games. I'll probably wait till I knock down my backlog a bit to get the next one though, after nearly 100 hours of this game, I need a little break (I'm assuming the second one is pretty much the exact same thing?). Difficulty: 4.5/10 (only slightly difficult part was the last few bosses on Nightmare difficulty) Enjoyment: 7.5/10 (it was a little heavy with the cutscenes, otherwise it would've been an 8) Time Played: 100 hours (duh... about 8 of that was just sitting idle though)

Popular Post RedRodriguez87
Platinum Universe! Oh Disney. When it comes to.. well, ANYTHING outside your animated work, you are the out-of-touch uncle trying your best to be hip and with it, who STILL can't be arsed to follow through all the way. I mean, what you trying to go for here? Little Big Planet crossed with Gauntlet, with none of depth or charm, or customobility those games provide? With local co-op ONLY? Set across different Disney worlds? Actually, that would've been alright, but what happened to the actual heroes? What made you think gamers would want to play as some nameless shmucks trying hard to be kewl and gnarly with their constant sneering grins and slanted eyebrows that seems to say "oh yeah, I'm TOTALLY not dated"? *sigh* Well, the platinum is a really cool looking one, so there's that. Popular Post Piggie_Pie
Platinum #70 Dragon Quest Heroes This took me a lot of extra time due to not working toward the platinum early. I just played as if I was not working toward the platinum and spend money and Mini Medals flippantly. So... After about 110 hours of gameplay... TADA! It was fun and worth the time... I wanted to try to get this done before Dragon Quest Builders came out and I had about a week to spare! #40: Dragon Quest Heroes Decided to get myself in the Dragon Quest spirit for the release of Dragon Quest Builders. Popular Post Intresseklubben
#86 Assassin's Creed III Master Assassin The game is pretty decent. Not my favorite in the series, but still pretty good. Excited for the collection in November. Oh and one last thing... fanorona and 9 Man Morris can do one. God damn I that was by far the most frustrating parts of the entire game. Sink 20 ships in 4 minutes? No problem. Blow up two Man o' Wars without being detected? Easy. Expelling the British from the Thirteen Colonies? Saturday morning breakfast. But those board games gave me so much trouble I almost completely gave up on the game, but after many tries I finally got it. Popular Post TheYuriG
Call of Duty; Black Ops 2 Platinum Awarded when all other trophies have been unlocked Well, it happened. After THREE YEARS AND NINE MONTHS, I got the platinum for COD:BO2. For those of you who remember my journal, it was named after the Tower of Babble trophy which I finally achieved a few weeks ago. That out of the way, I did the remaining challenges bit by bit until earlier this morning I decided to finisht the last of them and complete the game. I rented this game close to when I purchased my first console and had to return (Sly 2 also happened this), that's why it took me so long to platinum it (other than ToB). I'm glad I got rid of this weight on my account, all I have left to finish now is SHIFT 2 and maybe someday AMY (both of which I hate with burning passion). This is my longest platinum to date and it will ever be like this because I'm not lazy like this*. Now onto Ghosts and AW in the near future to finish the ps3 collection (fuck BO3 on ps3). *Well, fuck, SHIFT 2 is clocking 3 years and 4 months right now. Hopefully I'll finish that in less than a semester, hate that game though. Edited October 8, 2016 by TheYuriG
Popular Post Elvick_
LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes [PS3] ~ Platinum #89 Complete HeroCollected all of the Trophies Really enjoyed this game. Though the flight controls in the open world were horrendous, I don't know what they were thinking with making flying so tanky. You can't make fine adjustments to land where you want at all, you end up turning around all the time or flying quickly instead of moving forward slightly like you want, and you never fall where you want. Such a pain to get a lot of the gold bricks. Luckily the flying race gold bricks were forgiving in the time, because the vehicles don't control much better [helicopters are the easiest from my experience]. And there were only a handful of those anyway.Outside the flying, the game was great. The open world looked really nice, the lighting especially nailed Gotham. Just sucks it takes soooooo long to get any other DC characters other than Batman, Robin and Superman. And the inability to swap between costumes on the fly is a huge pain, luckily a lot of the open world gold bricks you can just fly to the closest costume you can do, and that's usually the last one you need to get the gold brick. If not by pass costumes all together if you have Mr. Freeze, Penguin, and a handful of others that can do the same things costumes do but without the hassle.Really hate the trophy banner though. Why don't you fill the entire area like the Vita version does? Just some random circle is so weird to see.

Popular Post AJC3317
Toy Story Mania - Perfect Aim Toy Story Mania is a party style game originally released for the Nintendo Wii. It is designed primarily for the Playstation Move controllers, but functions perfectly fine with a regular Dualshock. Every playable area is based around a Toy Story character, although sadly Slinky Dog doesn't make an appearance. Even more sad is that the Toy Story licence is probably the best thing about this game. A good party game needs variety to keep things entertaining for the group, Toy Story Mania is anything but varied. Every area is stylized as a carnival style shooting gallery. Different objects are worth more or less points, but it doesn't seem to matter where the targets are located as 5000 point targets are often as easy to hit as the 100 point ones. There are a few other games mixed in here and there such as ski ball, and a Fruit Ninja type game, but the main course is the shooting gallery. There is no skill needed for any of these games. You have unlimited ammo, and there is no penalty for missing shots. All you need to do is hold down the fire button for about 2 minutes and you'll rack up points. A curveball comes about halfway through the game when a robotic arm appears and starts throwing pies at the screen. You then need to use the right stick to move a stick figure out of the way of the incoming pies while still attempting to aim at the targets in the background. This adds a patting your head and rubbing your stomach type of multitasking to the proceedings which helps to relieve the otherwise dull shooting. That's really all there is to say about Toy Story Mania. It can be difficult to judge a party game like a more traditional game, as they are trying to do different things. There's no story to be told, no individual challenges to overcome. That said, as a party game Toy Story Mania leaves a lot to be desired. The games are not nearly varied enough and are far too easy to hold anyone's attention at a gathering. Unless you or a young child you know is a huge fan of the Toy Story series (and I mean huge), there are much better options when looking for a game for you and a group of friends to enjoy.
Popular Post nenugalimas
#123 Legends of War: LoW is a fairly decent battle strategy game. While no where near as complex as id like it to be, it was still fun while it lasted. The only real problem that I had with it were the tree canopies blocking the camera. It got really annoying having to fiddle with the camera to try and see the units. Trophy wise the game is an easy one and takes only a few hours to complete. Popular Post Kulzyc
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare RemasteredEnjoyment 9/10I think we can all agreed that this game isn't hard at all, the only challenging trophy is Mile High Club , But I have to admit when it takes you 1hr+ of: run flash die, run flash die, run flash die, die at the beginning because your GODDAMN teammates doesn't kill the first guy you pass by, run flash die, etc . You sure want to kill yourself every time you die but when you FINALLY get through the pain, You are rewarded with this beautiful platinum. I highly recommend this game, they did an amazing job.

Popular Post Satoshi Ookami
The Legend Begins Collect all trophies. Mou iikai... Mou ii no! And here it is, finally God Eater Platinum on my profile =D It's a bit hard to rate considering how big God Eater fan I am =D I seriously could do without the 500 missions trophy, but other than that, even though game is easy and gets easier with higher difficulties, it's simply awesome Simply king of karige, simply God Eater I also really liked the additional storyline added in Resurrection. More Shio is more Shio. Even though the final boss was reskinned Pita. That brings me to... Pita is the absolutely best monster. And... I gotta say... playing mute while having Japanese voices on YT is... BRILLIANT! Simply brilliant =D Now, I'm never going to play dubbed game completely mute if this is an option =D Now onto GE2 Alisa still best girl Alisa > Shio > Licca > Erina > Hibari And Lenka best protagonist.
