I would guess that over time, this won't be Ultra Rare, although playing through the game 3 separate times tried my patience. Popular Post DamagingRob
#181- Arcade Game Series: Pac-Man Retro Gamer Earn all other trophies! Annnnnd now I've officially passed my total from last year. Was nice to revisit this classic game from my childhood. But I don't think I would have got this without the save exploit.. My skills have seriously degraded. :/
Popular Post Undead Wolf
Platinum #140 Shadows of the Damned Fleming's Pride Complete all game's Trophies. The best way I can describe this game is Resident Evil 4 with dick jokes. And yes, that is as awesome as that sounds. You play as Garcia "Fucking" Hotspur as he ventures into the City of the Damned, fighting through hordes of demons on the way to rescue his girlfriend. Of course the only way he's going to do this is with the help of his boner/talking gun. You heard me. The game doesn't take itself seriously, and it's downright hilarious at times. If I had to sum the game up into one video, it would probably be this... Platinum #141 Resident Evil 0 Wanna Go for a Ride? Earn all trophies. This is the last "classic" Resident Evil game to come out, and playing through this, I think that's a real shame. There's nothing quite like just barely scraping by with limited health items and ammo, only for you to come up against some horrifying boss. It's something the later games in the series never manage to capture. Now this game is a little different from the other "classic" RE games because you control two characters. That's rookie S.T.A.R.S. member, Rebecca Chambers and convict, Billy Coen. Speaking of, whatever happened to Billy? I think he's a great character, and as far as I know, this is the only RE game he's been in. I hope we see him again in a future game. Anyway, I can't say I was a huge fan of managing two characters at once. I don't like having to rely on the AI, and they often did things I didn't want them to do. It did present some interesting situations though, and it spiced some of the puzzles up. It wasn't all bad. Another new mechanic this game introduced was being able to drop items on the ground so you can come back for them later. Now this sounds good on paper, but that's before you realise there are no item boxes in this game. This means you'll drop an item on the ground, only for you to need it later and have to backtrack all the way back. Because of this, I preferred the item boxes in previous games. Despite what small complaints I may have with the game, it's still excellent overall. I'm really hoping Resident Evil 2 Remake goes back to how things were done in this game and the other classics. Playing this made me realise how much I miss that kind of game design. Edited October 31, 2016 by Undead Wolf

Popular Post DuckSwimmer
#22 Wolf Among Us Full Moon Earned every Trophy in every episode of The Wolf Among Us A common Platinum, yes. But with these types of games I tend to put them down and never pick them back up. A Halloween event I participated in gave me a good push to go for it. No regrets, I really enjoyed the story. Slowly getting rid of my backlog so I'm extremely satisfied.

Popular Post lednatius
Haven't Posted in here since #41 it seems, so I'll do a quick recap.#42. Nitroplus BlasterZ -HEROINES INFINITE DUEL-The 10 combo w/ different moves trophy: I tried to do it using my Vita as a ps4 controller (because thats what my profile was signed in on) and I had been up for 24 hours or more and tried unsuccessfully for 3-4 hours. I get frustrated and switch to the ps4 controller anyway and get it in 5-10 minutes >_> .#43. Neptunia Rebirth 1 - came back to this when I was watching someone on twitch playthrough it. It was the only game i had save data uploaded for from before my Vita memory card corrupted. It was fun, much better than the ps3 counterpart#44. Neptunia Rebirth 2 - I was just going to get this started after rebirth 1, but I speedrun mk2 so i ended up blasting through it pretty quick. I cleverly split the save files so Stella would be going in one where i saved MB for delphi, and in the other i was wasting MB to get the 200 plans trophy. 8/10#45 Amnesia: Lost Memories - a VN free on PS+? =O ... I heard/knew it wasn't very good so i skipped through it. wow you really had to replay a LOT in this game, even for a VN.#46 Dragon Fantasy Book II - I got it because it was a JRPG i didn't own that Limited run games was doing a print of. I enjoyed it more than I thought i would, the humor was quite good, but I encountered some glitches + crashes in the late game :/#47 Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 Fortune - a 3x exp multiplier event was going on and I was looking for something in my backlog to play so I grinded this out. I enjoyed playing volleyball more than i expected, though everyone in my family seems to like playing volleyball IRL too. #48 Gravity Rush Remastered - After hearing how good this game is i finally played it through, and was a bit disappointed. It's a bit short and the controls can be wonky and frustrating at times. It was pretty good though.#49 Superdimension Neptune vs Sega Hard Girls - Best Neptunia game (besides V-II maybe). - I got my copy a day early and saw on .org that it was 2/10 difficulty and 16-20 hours to plat, so i played it to hell to be one of the first people to plat it... it ended up being more like 35 hrs, but i could see under 25 with a guide.finally the reason I'm making this post . After 204 hours and 32 minutes it's finally done #50 Thou Art God! I first picked up the game in march 2015 and saw that it was 9/10 difficulty (without exploits tho) and 150-200 hours to plat and was like haha noo way i'm ever doing that.. but here we are. I got stuck in chapter 4 initially and dropped it for over a year. When I was waiting for Zero Time Dilemma to come out so it could be my #30 I narrowed down a list of long/difficult RPGs to be my #50 so that i could start working on it so it wouldn't take up as much time later on. This ended up being the winner obviously. (close 2nds were Trails of Cold Steel, Tears to Tiara II, ,and Resonance of Fate, among others). I was really worried I wouldn't be able to get back into it once I actually was at 49 plats though, I briefly considered making neptune vs sega hard girls or rebirth 3 #50, but luckily I was able to get back into it and enjoy it. If you use the suspend save trick, its not terribly difficult at all, but very long and grindy. I enjoyed it more than I thought I might (I started playing it again just so a long/difficult rpg would be my #50 after all). Getting into the grindy post-game of this made me really want to get into a Disgaea game, so maybe one of those is coming up. Also, after over a year, Omega Quintet has been dethroned as my rarest platinum ... but now all my rarest trophies are from TGFP >_> oh well. It feels so nice to be able to play other games now hehe
Popular Post markcavan
#109 - The LEGO Movie - Videogame (GER) on PS4 (44th plat of 2016) - 45.71% UNCOMMON No idea why this is called the (GER) version but was the one I got when I purchased it from the EU store, it was all in English thankfully. The game itself was a huge amount of fun to play. I like the Lego games as a rule but was worried this could be like the Hobbit which was soooooo long and boring by the end but this was not like that at all. Nothing at all difficult in getting the platinum but guess the mid range % for completion is that folks just did not bother with cleanup on the free play levels. If you liked the Lego movie and you like the Lego games then this is a must play. Overall 8/10 enjoyment with a 2/10 for difficultly

Popular Post GoodbyeBread
Plat #57: The Evil Within Since it was October, what better way to start playing scary games then with The Evil Within? I wanted to play this game for so long. Once I got my hands on it, I waited for October to come.Completing this game on the 31st just makes this plat even sweeter. (I'm still playing the DLC, so i wont be able to rate this game fully. might have to put that rating in the "post your newest 100%" Thread) High points were Weapons, Akumu Mode and The Keeper. I had fun with upgrading and using the weapons on zombies. They are not overpowered, yet they were very handy when you are feeling clustered. For example, the Agony crossbow gives you a variety of bolts. Shock bolts and freezes bolts help stop your enemies, Flash bolts to blind them temporary, Explosive bolts to blow them up and Harpoon bolts. If you max out this bolt, you get fire damage, which can be a saving grace (if you have enough gel though). Akumu mode is a bittersweet difficulty, but i decided to make it a high point. I did rage and had trouble on some parts, but i came to appreciate Akumu mode for making the game for what it is meant to be: Survival Horror. Bosses in the game are very creative and my favorite is the Keeper. Just something about his design and abilities makes it unsettling and interesting. A fantastic boss in my opinion. Low points were Sebastian (derpy) moments, Ruvik clone and Chapter 6 +10. Sebastian is an alright character, but some times he has moments, which can be bewildering. Going to the save room at times, he will say something nonsensical (i.e. "I knew it." heard this 20 times whenever I entered the save room). Ruvik Clone was my least favorite enemy. Regardless of difficulty, they would send claws after you until you are dead. During Akumu mode, Chapter 6 and 10 were my least favorite chapters. The first half of chapter 6 can be a nightmare and doesn't give you a check point until you complete both rooms. Chapter 10 is terrifying as it is the longest chapter of the game, giving you two bosses to deal with. Also, Ruvik will be after you in the beginning very quickly compared to the other difficulties. For me, Ruvik appeared every 2 minutes as soon as i entered the mansion or made progress on Akuku mode. My tip to you is to save often. I do love the game regardless and I hope we can have a series come out of it. A decent story, good game-play, intense moments, creative bosses and well designed characters are a great start. If there isn't a sequal, then I'll be sad and bummed out. Still, The Evil within is a Survival Horror Classic.

Popular Post GoldenShaka
Platinum 69 Akiba's trip: Undead and Undressed Trick or Strip!!! I finally found the time to get the platinum and being part of Halloween Event. I just planned to get it as a "numeric" thing, but out of nowhere the opportunity to have the Halloween bonus, how could I lose that? Well, the game, so many playthroughs, because non stackable difficulties, a lot of collectibles, luckily the map is small. Gameplay somewhat dull, as many Japanese no collision detected when you hit your opponent or someone hit you, sometimes you get caught in an endless sequence, just waiting to the end to check if you still have some durability in your clothes to try to repair them. Multiple endings, cool stories, a lot of weapons and costumes, and some boring tasks.

Popular Post Appappachai
Platinum # 20 Symphony of Horror I platted this one specifically for HalloweenEasy plat with a guide, great story. Most difficult trophy was The Skilfull Wolfman Platinum # 21 Master of Hearts This one took some micromanaging in order to make it trophy 1500, but it worked out. The story was not for me, with the whole friendship soma bonds and all that. But, the gameplay was great, and the characters were pretty memorable. That postgame boss was no joke, and the final boss on unknown almost wiped out my max level team. I used quite a few elixirs.
Popular Post nenugalimas
#130 Broken Age (Vita): While I did enjoy the story of BA; I didnt find it to be a particularly compelling game to play. The gameplay was annoyingly unresponsive and counter intuitive. The worst part though is the cloud save feature. Every time it fails to upload the save the game crashes. To make matters worse it attempts to do so even if there isnt an internet connection or the system is in airplane mode. I had my internet go out one day and literally couldn't play the game as it crashed moments after booting up. The games a real technical mess tbh. Popular Post Superbuu3
#152: PixelJunk Shooter Ultimate Great Shot Kid!Collect all other trophies So I now managed to get an ultra rare for trophy 150 (Velocity 2X Yippee Kay Ay ************) so I thought I'd get this for my 15000 as it was the rarest trophy I could hit the 15000 trophy milestone with unless I forgot to sync my ps3 lol. This is a pretty simple and fun game, a couple of levels can be a little frustrating. I'm actually suprised at how well the fluid mechanics work in the game. This can actually be played in local coop if you're struggling, but the game isn't hard enough to warrant that unless maybe you are struggling on the bosses.

Popular Post Theladozz
Persona 4: The Golden Golden Completed I think this was the first vita game I’ve ever bought and it’s been sitting in my backlog ever since, so it was about time I played it. I’m not huge into JRPG’s but with how highly regarded this game is, I had really high expectations and the game definitely delivered. My biggest criticism would be that the voice acting was very hit or miss imo. Most of them are decent I guess, but some are just abysmal and feel out of place. I didn’t care for the combat and the dungeon crawling too much, but they slowly grew on me as I started to understand the whole persona system better. The story was obviously crazy good and I really enjoyed the slice of life parts too. Even the social links I couldn’t care less about at first turned out interesting later on. The trophy list on the other hand was a massive pain in the ass. I thought Hardcore Risette Fan will be bad but that really was just the shallow end of the pool of tears. Maxing all the social links in one playthrough sucks so much if you hate following step-by-step guides like me. In the end I needed 3 playthroughs and I got the plat in about 90 hours. My favourite girl was Chie and favourite guy was Kanji. I definitely would have enjoyed the game even more If I weren’t so focused on the trophies, but this is one of those games you wish you could play for the 1st time again regardless. Good luck to anyone doing this ^^.
