Popular Post Lowlliet
METAL GEAR RISING: REVENGEANCE Revengeance I have to say... this was fricking insane. I already played this game on PC back when it released and finally got it on PS3 to get the platinum I so much wanted. It was quite a ride but after Transformers: Devastation, Furi & other quite challenging platinums I was prepared for it. Love this game & the OST. Popular Post B1rvine
Platinuminary from Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection I was a Nintendo person when I grew up, and barely played any Sega Game other than a Sonic or two and Altered Beast, so I thought I'd see what I was missing. Personally, half of the games were just awful to me, but some of them shared familiarity with their Nintendo counterparts and I found the other half extremely enjoyable. A few original games surprised me. Overall, enjoyment was 8 / 10. Difficulty was 3 / 10. Edited November 5, 2016 by B1rvine
Popular Post FluffyAssassin64
#55 - Uncharted 4: A Thief's End "One Last Time" Collect All The Trophies Another Uncharted game, another masterpiece! Ever since I played my first UC game in 2013 (late to the party, I know, but I had an Xbox before that) I was absolutely blown away by everything about it. The writing, the characters, the environments, and yes, even the gameplay was good fun to me. Uncharted 4 is a massive step up in terms of graphical fidelity, mechanics, and even sound design since the (still incredible) UC3, and deserves to be played by anyone with a PS4. Sure, the campaign starts a bit slow, and the 3rd 'section' of the game slows down noticeably, but these are minor gripes when viewed in context of the rest of the game as a whole. Several locations in this game are my new favourites in the series (up there with Nepal from UC2) and some of the set pieces absolutely blew me away. The mo-cap is incredible, and the characters really come alive. You can really feel every single emotion as the characters - many old favourites and some new blood - converse in some truly brilliant cutscenes. The story as a whole isn't anything special, but it's the steps on the way that really make this feel like an incredibly exciting adventure. I feel like gameplay has also improved considerably, with more variety to environments and in the gun-fights themselves. There are heaps of really 'open' areas that give you a chance to explore and plan your murderous rampage (or pacifism, if you so desire). It's this element of choice that really spices up the UC formula; so while it still feels similar (climbing, shooting, talking as before), it also feels like a much grander scale. I could go on and on about this game, but I'll stop here. Still doesn't quite top UC2 for me personally, but it's a heck of a ride! (oh, and the MP is fun, but not really my cup of tea. I loved TLoU MP, for the record, but this game feels a bit clunky without the slow, methodical gameplay of ND's post-apocalyptic romp). Please, give it a go. You won't be disappointed! Enjoyment rating: 9.5/10 Plat difficulty: 3/10 (assuming you have a first 'blind' playthrough, you'll need to do Crushing + 70% accuracy/speed-run trophies for the platinum as well as get all the collectibles. About 50 hours for me total, but nothing too crazy)
Popular Post Eli_bloodthirst
#32 - Overwatch Overwatch Platinum trophy Well I've gotten the second most rare platinum I've ever achieved and somehow I feel like it's too good to be true Difficulty 8/10 - Tbh most of the trophies throughout the game are relatively straight forward. BUT a few of these trophies were just so damn hard, smooth as silk, the mine trap, floor is lava and rapid discord were just beyond believe. Enjoyment 8/10 - I love this game, I had so much fun in the two actual months I've played this with my mates and other than the odd playing of wolf among us and battlefront. The rest of this was just overwatch and I'm so happy to get this into my collection. It's an 8 though due to the annoyance of a few of these trophies. Overwatch, done! Popular Post Lucas
#33 ARCADE GAME SERIES: DIG DUG Retro Gamer It's been almost two months since I got my last platinum (which also was one of the ARCADE GAME SERIES games's platinums). This week I decided to boot up DIG DUG for the first time. I had never played it yet and was excited to try it out. After having obtained the platinum trophy I can surely say that this game is absolutely worth trying out! The gameplay is simple and maybe even a bit outdated and clunkly but that doesn't take away how fun this game is to play. DIG DUG makes you want to retry to get a higher score every time you die and it keep being fun to do. The trophies were actually a whole lot harder than I thought they'd be. I expected them to be around the same difficulty as ARCADE GAME SERIEs: PAC-MAN and ARCADE GAME SERIES: Ms. PAC-MAN but I had a much harder time getting all trophies than I figured I would have. It took quite a few hours of practice to get good enough at the game to obtain the Rambler and the Centurion trophies as I, of course, still was a complete DIG DUG n00b when I booted up the game for the first time. Overall a really fun road to the platinum trophy and surely a game I'm going to keep playing for a while ! Again, also this ARCADE GAME SERIES game is definitely worth your €3.99! Popular Post yellowwindow7
Platinum / Uncharted 2: Among Thieves Remastered ( PS4 ) as i promise, here's Uncharted 2 remastered platinum. still need to do the speedrun part to achieve that 100% but i decided to work on it later, no need to describe how awesome this game is, brutal difficulty once again is no fun to me at all, as much as it slightly easier than Drake's Fortune's brutal but i think the Uncharted series was never meant to be played where you get killed in one or two hit, there's a lot of situation where the game will almost turn into a bullet hell, as much as Blue Point studio did an amazing job with all three games for PS4 but i think they never beta tested the brutal difficulty, probably they goes " let's make the enemies more bullet absorbing sponges and the players dies in one or two hits then see how many people are gonna beat it depend on how many will going to get the Charted! Brutal Trophy ".... i said this because i got stuck on that horrible train level where an enemy have killed me then when i restart on the last check point there's this enemy at the far front distance train cart that keep killing me every time i started the last checkpoint even before i gain control of drake, hmm... where did i witness this cheapness before? guess my next plat whether be Uncharted 3 or Dark Cloud. Popular Post dalailama1989
# 82 - N++ (NA-Version) Platinum++ So, there might be a few frequent readers of this topic thinking: "Wait a minute, wasn't there a guy who finished this weird platformer not too long ago - it's not that same dude, is it?" Yup, it is After I finished the EU version about two months ago and was really happy about it, I thought it would be a shame to let my new talent go to waste. So, I decided to buy the second version from the NA store and torture myself once more. I haven't seen anyone, who owns both versions - also the dev's didn't know anyone. So I'm almost certain I'm the very first one to have completed both versions of N++ The first time I needed 73h 50min and died 20.205 times, this time the count was 30h 34min and 5.799 death's So, unless the dev's do decide to put out a third version, I think I'm good for now with Ninja's jumping through minefield's and other enemies
GTA_Darren
Free game this month. Overall is not too bad, those boss fights are not clear. I think is an easy platinum. This is my third platinum this month, and it is only first week of November. Since I only got 1 platinum last month, need to make up this month. #65 - The Deadly Tower of Monsters - PS4
Popular Post Kishnabe
Platinum #118: My Name Is Mayo (VITA) My trophy hunting has take a dip the last few months. Used to stringing 3-5 platinum month. It been exactly a month since my last Platinum. This one very easy, possible to get within 40 minutes, lost 20 minutes of progress because I was having battery problems. Can't wait to get on the easy PS4 platinum as well. I might be the first or 2nd achiever for the PSVIta version. Similar to Catlateral, Goat Sim, I am Bread sorta of games. It isn't a simulator, amusing though. There is a good message to take with you as well, nice touch to it in the end. Recommend to any trophy hunter.
Popular Post gary_danial
Platinum #320: WWE 2K17 (PS4) All Trophies Earned Earn all trophies. Enjoyment: 10/10 Started a game couple of weeks after release, since I had too many backlog to deal with, then I finally had time to play one of my favorite game series. Had a lot of boosting session with few people and I had much fun, I think this is the most interactive game I have ever played because I rarely play online games. Okay moving on to MyCareer, grinding VC to buy stuffs are so much easier for this year compared to last year because every matches played are rewarded with VC (including online matches) which makes those booster DLCs not that important/useful like the last year did (no kidding on that SP grinding). I like the backstage brawl matches which are newly added for this year. Promos are entertaining but it's get repetitive as I am progressing more and more, but huge negative is that it it does not have voice-over for it, which makes it disappointing and a bit boring to be honest without it. Plus, there is no 2K showcase for this year too, that is much less contents that I was hoping for. However, despite all the grinding, I really love the game a lot, well coming from a die hard wrestling fan, lol. And I can't wait what they will bring for next year. Until then...
Popular Post DesmaBR
#52 Done Well Completed all other trophies. Goddamn, I can't believe I actually got it. My heart's still racing. Anyway, this is easily one of the best games ever made. It's pretty short, you can beat it in 15 minutes, but they sure are amazing minutes. Got it on mobile first, and while I love it there, I really couldn't get past level 2 with those touch controls. This is one game that really demands a controller. Also, I'm glad I got another UR plat; only had one before it Edited November 7, 2016 by DesmaBR

ArmoredSnowman
Plat #42 Oh man. Do I understand the feather hunt grind that people always talk about now... Happy to have finally played one of the most highly acclaimed games in the series, and I have very mixed opinions. In terms of story, the game was fantastic. It jumped from time to time, but the underlying theme of revenge was great. For an old game, the controls weren't too bad. But it is such a change going all the way back to this game after platinuming every Assassin's Creed on the PS4. Overall, the game was a fantastic experience that I was finally able to join people with on this platinum. Is it more of a grind than collecting Riddler trophies? TristanBrown17
Is it more of a grind than collecting Riddler trophies? I would say so. I 100%ed Arkham City on an old Xbox 360 profile and at least when I was getting Riddler trophies I was enjoying collecting them . What a pleasure to warp through space to explore countless different planets, discovering weird species or trading with aliens NMS is nothing more than what it was supposed to be: a space exploration game. This game is a really bad port of the Nintendo DS version. I liked that the levels were quick and shorts with 10 challenges per level. Unfortunately, this is quite it.
