Popular Post STFUxDxD
#64 Everybody's Gone To The Rapture This Pattern is Mine You got them all. You got them all. First off, I thought the story was actually very good; especially the end of Stephen's chapter which had a very powerful conclusion. I was also really impressed with how beautiful the visuals are in this game which are actually some of the best I've seen come from my PS4; especially the star filled night sky at the close of each chapter. It's all really quite lovely to look at. The only complaint I really have with this game is how immensely slow walking around is, even with firmly held down, it only made me move at a slightly more brisk pace; this effect actually appeared to be canceled during story events and when moving up or down stairs. Overall, despite the simplicity of this game, I liked it!

Popular Post Bartolomeus
- 22nd platinum Battlefield 1 Finally an interesting shooter again. I've grown weary of the contemporary and future shooters of late - to be honest I never really grew tired of the WW2 shooters back in the day - and I thought naught of this autumn's Battlefield and CoD games until I heard about Battlefield's WW1 setting. In September I played the beta and I've been riding the hype train ever since. And the game actually delivers! The multiplayer is incredibly satisfying, with quite diverse maps that are suited for several styles of play. So far I've had some problems with server connection, so I've become quite familiar with rubber-banding which can be annoying. Besides, there are still quite a few medics who suck at reviving. Few things are more annoying than seeing a medic come closer and closer only to run past. The single player has also been praised for being great, but this I do not agree completely with. The single player campaigns are certainly amusing, but when I hear reviewers talk about emotional impact I just have to disagree. I clearly see that they're trying to convey a layer of emotion here, like at the ending of the third and fourth campaign, but the campaigns are simply too short for me to attach enough feelings to the protagonists and the other characters. Besides, the campaigns, especially the three first, are very reminiscent of traditional FPS campaigns, where you get to control airplanes, tanks' and to run around in a big suit of armour to feel big and powerful. I really enjoyed the first mission, which by far was the most emotional. That mission really emphasized how pointless this war was and it felt really "real" - once you died, the game didn't load your last save, it just transported you into the shoes of another fellow at another place. I understand that the game couldn't be played like that, not in its entirety, but I really liked what they did there and wouldn't mind to play that way for a little longer. Inevitably the game didn't really feel like a WW1 game - there was no running over a wasteland while being shot at from the enemy's trenches with your bayonet fixed, instead it was a compilation of tank driving, plane flying, sneaking etc. sections that we usually do in other FPS games as well. Don't get me wrong, here, I really liked the campaigns, but this is no masterpiece. It's too much of the old, and too short, to really accomplish anything other than to satisfy those of us who like FPS campaigns but not much more. -- 23rd platinum Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor (PS3) I do not have that much to say about this one. I know the PS4 version is a lot better. Well, I haven't played it, so I do not have first-hand knowledge, but I sincerely hope that it is. This game runs like a petrol car on diesel, although the latest patch has made some improvements. The graphics were... bad, frame-rate drops were frequent, sometimes the sound fell out for a second or two. The gameplay is quite alright in my opinion. My biggest gripe with this game is the story, which is... well, not quite in line with the spirit of Tolkien if one would dare to make such a claim. The tale is of a man seeking revenge for the loss of his family, which feels a bit out of touch with this universe. Having read LotR several times I have a feeling that Tolkien would not approve of such a story, for one of the aspects of LotR is the futility of revenge, for it is a destructive force. Other than that I don't really have much to add. There are 20 story missions and the game can be finished quite fast. Some of the trophies can be a little bit tricky, but overall I had a fairly enjoyable hunt with this game. But let's not kid ourselves, I should have bought it for the PS4.

Intoner_Zero
#49: The Deadly Tower of Monsters Pretty short and not too bad trophy wise. Didn't mind all the kitschy sci-fi themes going on and the humor was just so-so for me. Gameplay is simple, but having 3 characters to play with felt like too much and unnecessary. Just mostly used Scarlet and the robot. Overall, a decent game for a quick plat and glad it was free this month as I probably wouldn't pay for this game.

Popular Post playdemos1
#81 - God of War Enjoyment: 7/10 Difficulty: 5/10 (Cause that last challenge bro...) First of all I am glad I played the first GoW, since I missed it on PS2, it's a fantastic game considering the time! Second I want to say that's my 100 Completed Game! Not bad huh About the game, I liked it, it's chaotic like any GoW, I was expecting more boss' like Minotaur but instead we got more like a presentation of powers and puzzles, what actually it's not bad anyway The only moment I feel like I could break my controller it's some challenge of the gods that are annoying, the spiked room is another one, they made it so close to the impossible... besides that we can spot some errors like getting attacked by arrows in mid-air with no ground below you and Kratos fall like gravity is x20 more powerful, climbing that kind of wheels with spikes in Hades chapter and when that hit you, Kratos fall and go inside the wall and fall all over until the game say that you died... The trophies are easy! With the exception of the challenge of the gods that can take some practice all the others are doable I think. ArmoredSnowman
I would say so. I 100%ed Arkham City on an old Xbox 360 profile and at least when I was getting Riddler trophies I was enjoying collecting them . I just found the feather collecting to be quite a drag Ahhhhh... the way people talk about the feather grind, I may just as well use a 99 feather save to end the hassle early. I know it'd be cheating, but that much grind is too much. But I've so much backlog, I wonder when I'll even start on Assassin's Creed
Popular Post Suicide_Tortuga
#147: Digimon All-Star Rumble Digimon Master I'm honestly glad I'm over and done with this platinum. This is the most boring platinum I ever had talked myself into getting. 100+ hours of doing the same shitty story mode over and over until you can have enough money. Dealing with garbage RNG that has you reset certain stages up to 20 times for one card drop. Especially the Lava Pit level that is literally hell. Where it takes 10 mins to find out if you will get a card from the damn chest, it's even worse when you use the Digimons that have awful attacks or move too damn slow. Why put myself through such pain? Well because it was sorta a test for me and I wanted to get all the Digimon platinums. Now that I got this horrible one, it's smooth sailing to the other fun and good Digimon games. So looking forward to get this bad Digimon taste out my mouth with a proper game like Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth. If I didn't have YouTube and podcasts to listen to while playing this, I probably would've given up a long time ago.Random facts SectionAfter completing this, I now have 250 unearned trophies. It has 105 platinums achievers, which is the lowest platinum achievers list I have been a part of.Most boring game I have played.

Popular Post Cave Johnson
Atelier Totori Plus: The Adventurer of Arland First-Rate Adventurer Obtained all trophies. This game was easier, and surprisingly a lot more fun when I was strictly following a guide. On my first playthrough, (about ten months ago) I didn't really no what I was doing, and I did a lot of things wrong. When I got to the final boss, I didn't even stand a chance. My items and equipment were just terrible. At that point, I didn't care anymore, so I gave up and moved on to something else. I decided to give it another try a little over a week ago, and I'm glad I did. Now it's time to play Meruru Plus (again).
Popular Post Xel
#105 World of Final Fantasy True Grymoirian Obtained every trophy. The demo doesn't do the game justice. From the demo, it seems like a childish and overly simplified system, bordering on boring. After purchasing, I find this holds true for the first 1-3 (of the 21) chapters of the game. Then it suddenly picks up and you realize the complexities of building the right stacks. Definitely, one of this year's sleeper hits. That's what you need in your life right now. Popular Post Bez_Gaming
This Pattern is Mine You got them all. You got them all. Got the plat for this a couple days ago, another freebie off psn, I don't really know how to describe it tbh or how i feel after... sad, happy or indifferent, its beautifully designed, the story is concise and isn't drawn out longer then it needs to be, the setting is choice and adds a little something extra, beautiful, rural, British but for me thats also were some of the flaws lie in as well, I found it very hard to sympathize or relate with any character in this game what so ever, small minded, rude, short, abrupt, I felt at times when listening into some of those conversations was like listening or watching an episode of emmerdale which quite frankly I have no intention of doing... ever... its a beautiful game though visually and a completely unique title to anything else i have played recently so for that i'm happy I got this. and i did enjoy the experience... not bad for a free game.

Popular Post TwilightSpira
PLATINUM 119 - FINAL FANTASY X-2 HD(VITA) Date of achievement : November 7, 2016 Enjoyment :Difficult : 6,0Hardest Trophy : Sweet Perfection Final Fantasy X-2 is without a doubt a trendsetter for the series and one that is indeed special to me. This game was the first real sequel to a numbered Final fantasy game and also the first one that changed almost everything from the original game. Final Fantasy X-2 takes place 2 years after the events of the original game in a Spira free of sin. However as we all may expect, without a imminent threat, humanity eagers for a new purpose and with that comes new conflicts and hidden truths. This time, the game takes Yuna Rikku an Paine on a quest of finding all those spheres and with it the hope of finding all the secrets in Spira, so embrace your fun side and give YRP the chance they need to find what once was lost. Lastly i just want to mention that the Vita version plays beautifully and is indeed a perfect remaster version. Square Enix did it well

Glad to read that, i like the X-2 a lot, not as much as the X but after all FFX was my First FF and one of my First Rpg in general I Honestly will never understand why the X-2 is so "hated" meanwhile the XIII is quite appreciated, ok....
