TwilightSpira
7 hours ago, Floriiss said: #146: Resident Evil Revelations 2 The Never-Ending NightmareUnlock all trophies. Main Game Didn't really expect much from this since the first game was meh... it was alright, but not great either. This one however was a lot better! The main reason of that is the setting in my opinion. Resident Evil Revelations happened somewhere on a boat. This setting was during a forest/abandoned city. For me this made it more thrilling and a lot more interesting. The story was alright, altho the fact that one QTE in chapter 3 does determine the outcome of the story was a bit stupid in my opinion. At first I just mashed the shit out of these buttons and before the game stated 'You can change characters by triangle' I already killed the boss. Then later on I got the ending and was like wtf? This is the worst ending ever? Then it turned out you had a good and bad ending and I was like oooh.. right. It made a lot more sense with the good ending. To my surprise this platinum is even Ultra Rare. Difficulty wise it wasn't that bad. Got everything done first try, this included normal play trough, time attack and Invincible mode. The only tedious part was going for the medals, as it required you to do multiple play troughs of some chapters. Like I haven't done enough already after going through the story three damn times.. right. Luckily each play trough had a different challenge, which made it feel a bit less repetitive. Congratulations bud, glad you liked revelations 2, is indeed a great game, much better than the latest numbered game from the series. As far as the awesome ultra status, you need to know that not everyone has the master in their blood, I mean the focus and dedication are for elite only, plus throw some trophies that requires people do be under stress and boom. Haha, have a wonderful Christmas my friends and also a merry Christmas to all of our platinum hunters here
Popular Post X_Wizi_X
#49 Remember Me Remember you soon Unlock all trophies Enjoyment: 8/10 Difficulty: 3-5/10 Few words about the game: I started playing directly on hard mode. I'm not usually used to play fighting games that use combos and I had some difficulty to pass some parts. Despite that, the game has never resulted frustating and the nice plot deserved to be played. In some parts it seemed to me a mix of Deus Ex Human Revolution and Heavy Rain. A +1 bonus for the Nilin's butt (lol)

Popular Post Kishnabe
Platinum #123: Her Majesty's SPIFFING (PS4) Went into this expecting British Humor.... did not disappoint. The cover image is cool..wish they would do a theme. It does not take itself seriously....breaks the 4th wall a lot and pokes a lot of fun over point and click games. Plenty of fun for anyone who remember kindly to the 80-90's adventure/P-Click games. A bit on the shorter side, understandable they were constraint due to budget. Worth a look for the humor itself, but that 1 hour platinum helps.

Popular Post Venocide
#77 Driveclub #UniteInSpeed Collect all of the other trophies. Fantastic racing game and most second rarest plat. I was aiming to 100% it but the Venom Hot Lap 2 event was damn near impossible! The first VHL was bad enough, then they had to do a second version, in the rain. I did have a blast platting this though, I wasn't too fond of the game when I first played it 2 years ago, now having spent more time with it, it's one of the best racing sims out there. The trophies weren't too difficult, leveling up the accolades was the worst part, doing the same races 400+ times haha.
Popular Post voodoo_eyes
#151 - Dex Finally decided to give this game a go, and I'm glad I did. It's a good game, with interesting quests and a cool story. Furthermore several quests can have different outcomes depending on your decisions or dialogue choices. Even though the combat is fairly basic, it works just fine. The leveling system isn't perfect though, as not putting points in some skills will come back to bite you in the arse. Anyway, I highly recommend this one. Enjoyment: 8 Difficulty: 3

Popular Post Floriiss
#147: Color Guardians Legendary Win all trophies in the game! Main Game Even though this game was really simple it was also really fun. Really liked the look and feel of the game. The style was neat. What surprised me was the amount of collectibles you had to collect. The game offered a lot of collectibles, but turns out you only have to gather a few of them and you're already done, which is nice. The levels were super easy and didn't take long to complete. What I liked was that you could switch characters. That yellow guy was the most badass imo. Too bad all characters are similar when it comes down to their abilities. Would've been cool if every character has some sort of their own ability. Nevertheless great game and loads of fun. :)
Popular Post Kingphisher_IX
#14 - Stories: The Path of Destinies (1.4% ~ Ultra Rare) It is a fun and interesting game to play till you have to get the sword-fu trophy, which requires you to keep farming the level. I would've preferred if they were going to make a trophy like that, that they would at least have added more levels or made the EXP gain more rewarding.Nonetheless, it was still a good game to play.
Popular Post JoshC17
Platinum #79 - Advanced Warfare The End of War Very Rare My first Christmas day platinum! I know Call of Duty is getting a lot of hate recently but I thought Advanced Warfare was a nice experience. Story with Kevin Spacey was good idea and the zombies were decent. Yes, the game is not how it use to be and I wish it was but I still thoroughly enjoyed the game.
Popular Post WorldOfSheeps
#7 - Game of Thrones (TellTale) Lord of Ironrath First of all I am a big Game of Thrones fan, I love the series and everything what relates to it. Although I never played a Telltale game before (and these types of games didn’t look very exciting to me) I had to give it a try… And Damm I have to admit I loved it. Besides the graphics and some weird technical bugs and crashes, it was a blessing to play. Before I started playing I thought you would go through the same story as the series, but I was happily surprised this wasn’t the case. New side stories, amazing voice overs and your own choices (no major choices, but enough impact for my feeling), kept me playing the through. Completed the 6 episodes in one rush and I hope there will be a new episode available when the new season starts. A must play for every Game of Thrones fan. Popular Post lanki33
#85 Singstar 0,46% for EU Enjoyment: 4/10 Difficulty: 5/10 \ its a really grinding game not really that hard just takes alot of time to do would not really recommend it tho since you have to buy songs (camera if you dont have one) to get the trophy still a fun game to play with your friends but gets really boring when your just going to grind the same song over and over again most of the guides are outdated so its a bit harder to find the right one

I think the reason why the platinum is UR; It's because Episode 1 is/was free on PS Store, so I can imagine that many non-trophy hunters have downloaded it to try it. I think you can still earn trophies from free Episode 1...
Popular Post GoodbyeBread
Plat # 61 - Batman: Arkham City This is definately one of my favorite games, although I wasn't able to complete it for a couple years. This was also the first and only game I preordered. Since I liked Asylum so much, maybe Arkham City would be good as well. And it was....in some places. High points were Story, characters and side quests. This game had a much stronger story than the first one, at least in my opinion. Everything had good pacing and nothing ever felt rushed. Loved the characters in Arkham city as there was more Villians than there was in Arkham Asylum. Calendar Man felt very creepy and intimidating, compared to the comics. Hugo Strange felt very menacing, yet very disciplined. Side quests, for the most part, were a huge plus. Trying to stop Deadshot from killing his targets, Answer phones from Victor Zsaez and learning about his origin, Trying to track down the Indentity thief...Rocksteady really went all out and put in a lot of effort into the game. I think they did well overall. Low points were Combat Challenges, Preditor Challenges and NG+ final boss. If you have seen my other Batman reviews, this is no different. Combat and Preditor Challenges were much harder in city than they were in Asylum and Origins. Campaign was especially difficult with the (-) modifiers they give you. Origins did them better in my opinion. NG+ Final boss was the most difficult part of the game for me. Some of his attacks are very broken and unavoidable (ex. Double Hammer attack). Had to do redo the battle 6 or 7 times before I got lucky I still like the batman games. Hopefully, Rocksteady will continue to improve and do even better with Batman Edited December 25, 2016 by GoodbyeBread

Popular Post PooPooBlast
#50 - Mirror's Edge Catalyst! Finally got to play it after playing the awesome original. Story and parkour is much better and improved so kudos for DICE for refining what I thought was even the best parkour. Now I still prefer the original only because of its extremely unique design and soundtrack. Each area felt distinct. In catalyst it was very distinct as well but I prefer the old subtle look vs the futuristic shiny buildings which is simply a preference. The soundtrack in the original felt more unique and felt that solar fields opted for more synths to elicit emotion for the story but once again I prefer the og. The story in catalyst was of course much better but I couldn't help notice the loose ends left. It is still bugging me a little but I feel it's because they intend of doing a sequel? ( Am i dreaming)? You can readmy thoughts on the story here but be careful of spoilers. https://forum.psnprofiles.com/topic/44113-spoilers-story-thoughts/#comment-1202257 Lastly, it felt much easier doing the time trials. I feel that they made it more open for new comers and that for those good players to stand out, would stand out on the leaderboards and not just getting 3 stars. Both games were awesome imo but the original just had the edge over this one. So sad to move on but I'll definitely replay it sometime after I clear my backlog which I must clear whenever I have the Chance. Popular Post zadorvp
PLATINUM #309: Final Fantasy XV (EU) The World Wanderer Collected all trophies. Spent a lot of time just enjoying the content instead of rushing the platinum like a lot of people have done. Still have to get back to it to do a few things (post game dungeons, getting the last four dishes, and finishing the last hunt I had to put on hold due to other plans today) but some (like getting all the fish) I likely won't be able to motivate myself to do.
Popular Post Cake
#84 A true adventurer Collect all trophies Difficulty: 3/10 Enjoyment: 8/10 I suck at puzzles, but I love Lara Croft & the Tomb Raider universe. It took a minute or two for me to figure out what I was exactly suppose to be doing, but once I got going it became pretty addictive. This probably won't appeal to most Tomb Raider fans, but it was fairly cheap on PS store and worth a shot. Popular Post Gray-Fox-44
Hitman: Blood Money #26 (and planned 1500th trophy ) Perfect Assassin Unlock all trophies 14.01% Rare Certainly a great remaster from the ps2 classic. I found it a bit easier than the last time I played it, mainly because it's been about 10 years of extra experience in gaming, but it was a rewarding feeling to get this plat. This game suits the taste of those who like sneaking to their victims as well as those who like to shoot everything that moves I truly recommend it to those of you who are still unsure about it. Go on and give it a try!
MonadStanley
#5 - Bloodborne (+100%) My first PS4 platinum. When I took PS4 I was about to took that game mostly because some time ago I did plat on demon's souls, which I have really liked. I wanted to pick PS4 Soul like game, but did not want to play Dark Souls II (based on reviews) and III (I am waiting for disk GOTY edition), so I took it. I really liked that game, it was like going for replay just after finishing game.
