Popular Post backslash240
Noble Achievement Collect all Trophies inFamous First Light. I had this one sitting on my harddrive for months and finally played it. I'm glad i did, now i'm hype about playing Second Son. Yeah it's easy and short, so there's no excuse to not play it. Anyway it's the first plat of the year and time is short, so gotta keep going! Edited January 24, 2017 by backslash240
Popular Post boringname123
#4 - MLB The Show 15 A Complete Game My first Ultra Rare Plat, super easy to get and apparently not many people played the game on the PS3 but hey I'll take what I can get. Overall I had fun with the game when I first played it over a year ago, before I got into trophy hunting, and none of the trophies I needed to go back and finish up were too bad. Going back to it even made me remember why I love playing baseball games. I think I'll still continue my moratorium on them until the Braves stop sucking but who knows maybe I'll be back for 2017. Lilseb93
#66: Robinson: The Journey (VR) Difficulty: 2/10 The game is easy. You just walk around and explore the world. The game consists of solving pretty easy puzzles, scanning animals, and finding lost communicators. Some of the difficulty comes from the controls. It would have been better if we could use the Move controllers instead of the regular one. Climbing can be a pain in the ass at times because the controls don't respond to what you want to do. This can add some unnecessary difficulty to the game. There are moments with raptors which wasn't a total walk in the park. It was pretty intimidating. In terms of the platinum, it's really not that hard to get all the trophies. It shows you your progress in the menu and you can clean up and collect everything after the game if you missed anything. Enjoyment: 8/10 It's not the funnest game, but it definitely delivers on letting you discover a brand new world in VR. Some moments like seeing the long neck dinosaurs was absolutely breath taking. This is a must get if you have the VR. Sneaking past raptors and encountering a T-Rex face to face was absolutely nerve wracking. This game is basically a walking and climbing simulator in a dinosaur world. This game is worth it just for the visuals alone.

chickenbaltipie
Plat #36 Uncharted 4 Very good game, don't think i can add anything that everyone hasn't already heard Personally think U2 is my pick of the series, however that doesn't take anything away from an amazing experince #operationbacklog going well so far in 2017
scottmidds
This was my first killing floor game and although it is extremely repetitive, I did enjoy the gameplay and multiplayer aspect. Leveling up is very slow and a great deal of strategy is needed to win a match on hell on earth difficulty. It is not a hard platinum at all.

Popular Post Captain Anura
#8 TTR: World Tour This had been sitting in my backlog since the month it was on plus with just the missile counter and 20 multiplayer wins trophies left to do, so I decided yesterday it was time to plat it. It's a really fun game, although I feel the weapon wheels detract from the racing when you can bounce over half the track and easily win. I always turn them off!

Popular Post TheAkittaja123
#93: Gravity Rush 2 Ultimate Shifter Collected every trophy. 0.80% Ultra Rare Enjoyment: 8/10 Difficulty: 3/10 I had much fun with this game. Enjoyed almost every bit of it. There was couple of side missions that were annoying and the gem farming was a bit boring. I don't know how this game compares to the first one because I haven't played it. I might buy and play it in the future. There was some parts of the story I didn't quite understand so I couldn't enjoy the story fully but I think some of the parts would had made sense if I had played the first game. Challenges were pretty easy, only had to look a video for one challenge because I didn't know the right technique. I'm looking forward for the DLC.
Popular Post FallenElysion
#24 - Unrivaled Warrior Samurai Warriors 4 (PS4) My first platinum in 2017. A good start, I guess. It took me 122 in-game hours and I could complete it a lot faster, but I chose not to. The game remains to be one of my favourites, but damn, the grind is real. Just like SW4-II, but this is not that bad in comparison. Stories are your standard "Warriors" stuff, nothing special, but some characters had their cool moments. Gameplay-wise, it is better than most titles I've played in the series. The game has its faults, most notably, the dialogue overflow interrupting the objectives and the partner AI getting stuck on every corner, but that's just me being impatient, probably... Despite the grind being tedious, in my opinion, it is still a great game if you want to kill a thousand soldiers with your badass moves.

SoapMacTavish222
#235 Skyrim for PlayStation 4. Towards the end, I really had to force myself to finish this. Like any of the Bethesda games, they start out great but then get very boring and repetitive. I am still trying to force myself to finish the last couple trophies for the PS3 version so it will be 100% but I think I just got burnt out playing too much for too long.
Popular Post Superbuu3
#157 Code: Realize ~Guardian of Rebirth~ C: R Master Obtain all trophies Another otome visual novel this one involves an isolated girl going on adventures through Victorian Britain. This has possibly the worst secret identity in a game ever, I'm curious how this was in prior to translation. The game is pretty solid and some of the characters are interesting. I found one story exceptionally boring again, but I think this type of game really relies on if you actually like a particular character otherwise their route will always seem absolutely awful. I can't say I'm a big fan of the romance nature of these stories, but I do think if I was into that type of thing his game caters for that well.
zeldagate13
#87: The Last Guardian YES! Always something to stuck: a missing hint, a spear or a cheap death. It took me 5 whole playthroughs to get the plat. At least after all these plays the speedrun was easy for me and did it first try without problems. Anyway, trophies aside The Last Guardian is a pure masterpiece and my favourite game of 2016.
Popular Post FarSideOfSaturn
Beyond: Two Souls - Beyond:Two Souls Master Collected all trophies Difficulty - 1/10 Enjoyment - 6/10 Finally got around to this after owning it for a year and a half. In terms of the platinum, playing for the story before worrying about trophies was probably a mistake. By the time I finished it the first time round, I had no motivation to run through it again until now (mostly due to the Navajo chapter). Luckily I found myself appreciating the little things the more I played, the voice acting, soundtrack, aminations. The gameplay is more varied than Heavy Rain but, it feels like there's less choice and the decisions I was allowed to make were less significant in Beyond. Normally if I platinum something I'd recommend it to others and big it up but I can't do it this time. It's one of those unusual games where it could be one of your favorites, or one of your most hated.

sebacarcamo
#29: J-Stars Victory VS+ (PS3) J-STARS Victory VS+ I liked this game at the beginning, until I finish it and I went for the platinum, and became bored and tired to see almost the same fight over and over again. The first time you play the game and complete it once, you are more than satisfied with everything that offer, but then there is the fact that if you go for the platinum you will have to complete the game 4 times, and do the battles for that thing called "Road to Victory". After completing the 4 times I could not longer play the game, and then I suffered with all the battles I needed in order to finish the Road to Victory mode. I don't know who was the idea that every time you complete a path of a stage in this mode, you have to repeat the scenario 2 more times to finish some leftover battles, and having to repeat battles that you complete it before to complete them all. It would have been better if the first time you completed it you could do the battles that were missing immediately instead of having to do it all over again. Speaking of the fights and its roster, it is varied and you have many characters with some that are only supportive, but they all have the same control scheme and each button give a different attacks, but very similar to each other, like in Smash. But there are characters that are broken and that make one can hardly move in the battlefield. I also don't like the fact that the one that is destroying his opponent obtains a power that is too overpowered and with which the enemy is totally destroyed, since it makes the fight somewhat unfair. Another thing is that if you play alone almost always you have a AI partner that from time to time doesn't help at all and the enemy destroy you for being two against one. I don't know if I would recommend this game a lot, most of the fun is in the first time you complete it and then it becomes repetitive. I'm not saying it's a bad game, It had several good things like auto combos or that most of the characters had movement faithful to their respective manga. But, I don't know, the game didn't appeal to me a lot, but a lot of people might get attracted more than I do and enjoy it more than I could. I think that what I liked the most was the questions that were asked before some battles of some of the Jump series, since they served me to remember moments of them.
