silenticecream
#32 Final Fantasy XV Enjoyment: 8.5 Plat Difficulty: 2 Man do I feel conflicted about this game. My first thought upon finishing it is that when a definitive edition is eventually released it may be revered as a classic, but not in its current state. Hurray for dlc cash ins and narrative patches. I can't remember having enjoyed a game so much (and despite my complaints I dont regret playing it) whilst being simultaneously underwhelmed and frustrated by its lack of substance. It hinted at greatness and a powerful narrative, but only occasionally delivered. Shadow of Mordor probably came closest to evoking these feelings. Anyway, mini rant over lol. Popular Post GarciaFever
#158 Skylanders Trap Team FUCK YOU KAOS AND YOU BULLSHIT CHEATING!!! I HOPE YOU ROT IN THAT DAMN TRAPTANIUM CRYSTAL!!! I thought that this game was supposed to be easy when I started doing Nightmare Mode, but no. If you think that the challenges in God of War 1 were hard, this motherfucker (Kaos) keeps on blasting shockwaves out of his ass (of which you can't even use Spyro's flying ability to float over them), and he regenerates his fucking health 2-3 times once you get him down to a certain percentage.. With more than 25 Skylanders at my disposal, I still couldn't kill him, so I had to resort to buying a Kaos traptanium crystal online (from eBay), to even stand a chance at staying alive. To anyone reading this, stay away from this game no matter what.

I told myself that "I'll just do it later". Well, later finally came and I now have a Plat that should have been done ages ago

Popular Post xMissFantasy
121 You are Nioh I played this for 96+ hours in the last week. Beat everything SOLO. I am very proud of myself Those last two sub missions were super tough and they were the only missions in the entire game that actually gave me trouble. I did pre-order this (normally I don't pre-order games; too expensive here in Canada) but my money was definitely well spent on this. I liked this game so much, I will continue to play it but not for a while. After playing something for a week straight, you need a break to do other things. Also, I was surprised at how well its been running since launch. Two minor bug patches but I never encountered anything, except Okatsu disappearing once. Overall, I'd rate this a solid 9/10 for enjoyment and roughly 7.5/10 for difficulty (10/10 on those last two sub missions though.) Popular Post AJ_Radio
# 61: Uncharted 1: Drakes Fortune Remastered (January 21, 2017) Difficulty: 3/10 (5/10 Brutal) Excitement: 8.5/10 Spoiler Since I talked about the PS3 versions of the Uncharted games last year, there is no need for me to talk in great length about the remastered versions. The most notable difference is the games are in 1080p/60 FPS, which makes for a refreshing experience as Nathan Drake moves much more fluidly. Uncharted 1 to me is the weakest in the collection, as I can clearly tell this was an early PS3 title. Today the graphics aren't anything special when compared to PS4 exclusives and a good number of Steam games but they are still nice to look at. With the Nathan Drake Collection only costing me $19.99, I couldn't resist. Speedrunning Drakes Fortune wasn't anything bad, as you can make mistakes in certain platforming sections and still meet under the required time limit. Brutal difficulty, on the other hand, is my biggest complaint. Why they thought adding a difficulty above Crushing was a good idea is beyond me. Nothing has changed apart from enemies killing you in two shots, often times in just one hit. In some situations there is nothing you can do but pray you are lucky. Certain sections such as the Jeep chapter (Chapter 7) and the crate QTE at the very end of the game prove that this game wasn't really designed to handle Brutal. Cheap, frustrating and just plain stupid. Luckily there are tweaks which do not disable trophies, without which I would likely never finish Brutal difficulty. Not as good as the latter two games, but a great start to what is now my favorite Playstation exclusive franchise. #62: Uncharted 2: Among Thieves (January 30th, 2017) Difficulty: 3/10 (6/10 Brutal) Excitement: 9.5/10 Spoiler Overall, the BEST game as far as cast and voice acting goes. Even many years later the antics and humor still hold up. Uncharted 2 has the best fight sequences and I was sorely disappointed to learn that Uncharted 4 didn't have as many as I wanted. Like Uncharted 1, graphics still hold up, especially the ice caverns and the snow. Speedrunning Uncharted 2 was a bit frustrating, due to many segments of enemies and overall not being quite as straightforward as the first game. I finished in 3 hours and 6 minutes and I felt I could of done much better. Brutal difficulty takes a big step up from Uncharted 1. Armored guys with shotguns, snipers and guys with RPGs were particularly troublesome and certain sections required A LOT of trial and error. A certain train spawn before fighting a certain mini boss is broken on Brutal. This again comes down to pure luck, and what's more is Uncharted 2 is the game that does not allow tweaks with patch 1.02. Thankfully with the retail version I was able to revert to version 1.00, without which would of been impossible. Uncharted 2 takes the cake as having the hardest Brutal difficulty in the collection. #63: Uncharted 3: Drakes Deception (February 4th, 2017) Difficulty: 3/10 (5/10 Brutal) Excitement: 8.5/10 Spoiler The last game in the collection and unfortunately, not quite as good as Uncharted 2. Still, Uncharted 3 didn't fail to disappoint me as there was plenty of action and humor to go around. Graphics once again, hold up reasonably well. As far as PS3 graphics go one may argue that Uncharted 3 has the best scenic visuals of any game on the system. The sand runes on the Rub-al-Khali desert were done so well I thought I was watching an actual animated movie. ALL of the background visuals were fantastic, and I applaud the development team who was able to pull them off on the PS3. Even though this is the remastered version on the PS4, the graphics were done so well on the last gen console that there is little difference between the two versions, apart from the higher resolution and better framerate. Thankfully speedrunning Uncharted 3 was a lot easier than the previous game. The requirement is beating it in under 4 hours and 15 minutes, but it's easily achievable in under 3 hours and 45 minutes. Uncharted 3 is a longer game than Uncharted 2, but not by much. Sadly, this looks to be the last we'll see of Doughnut Drake, unless Naughty Dog is deciding to put him in Uncharted 4. Brutal difficulty was easier this time around, and after the complete bullshit I had to put up with in Uncharted 2, this was much appreciated. There weren't as many segments of tougher enemies, and throwback grenades were a huge plus. As with the previous two games I had used tweaks, as without them I would probably never finish Brutal. It takes something special for me to highly recommend a series, or to come back to it after a year or two has passed just to experience it all over again. The Uncharted games are that series, it has set a bar so high for me that I would be surprised if something comes along and surpasses that feeling. I'm glad I bought the collection, and seeing the better performance on the PS4 makes it even better than it already was. Popular Post Wdjat Prinny Doods
#149- World of Final Fantasy True Grymoirian This was a really good game and honestly one that surprised me. When I first saw this game and the chibi style I thought it was just going to be a cute little spinoff game but it turned out to be more than that. In this game you can capture monsters (called mirages) but instead of them just fighting alongside you they literally stack with the characters combining the stats of each mirage on the stack while also allowing you to use the ability of each mirage on the stack. Each mirage has a mirage board where you use the SP you gain as you level to fill it out and gain more abilities for that mirage and you can even transform some into stronger versions. This leds to numerous strategic options to use which I definitely liked. I like the capture system as well where you have to met certain conditions before you get the chance to try to capture a mirage so for example you may have to do a certain amount of damage or inflict a certain status ailment on a mirage. What I really liked about this game were the various characters throughout the Final Fantasy franchise that are in the game, it made the game feel like a celebration of the series and being a fan of the series I really appreciated seeing that. Plat wise this was a pretty easy plat but grindy due to having to master(completely filling out) 100 mirage boards which is unnecessary as you can easily do everything without having to master close to that number. All in all this was a great addition to the series that I highly recommend to fans of the series doods Edited February 15, 2017 by Wdjat Prinny Doods

Popular Post Abbey97
Platinum: #55 Dragon Age: Inquisition Dragon Age: Inquisition Platinum Trophy Collect all the Dragon Age Inquisition trophies. The only thing that I can really say about this game is that I honestly loved playing every, single second. I loved the story, the characters, the gameplay and everything in between and I really hope the DLC goes on sale soon as I'm already missing playing it. I'm pretty gutted that I hadn't discovered this series of games before so I've sorted that by buying Dragon Age Origins which I shall be starting soon. In my first playthrough, I romanced Cullen and I continued to love him, until I came to my second playthrough. This is when I discovered Blackwall and I'm glad I did, he has now stolen my characters heart and I loved seeing his backstory. I would recommend that if you are either going to play this or planning on doing so, make sure you get Sera and Blackwall in your party and they have a natter with each other every so often and what they say is quite interesting and funny too. Popular Post Aranea Highwind
Nioh You Are Nioh Obtained all trophies. This game is extremely is hard and will punish you by making the most simple mistakes (from what i heard is harder than Dark Souls and Bloodborne) in my case this is my first "Souls" type of game. The combat system is really good and the story is a good one but they could have done it a little better. The bosses are hard and mastering 3 stances of your favorite weapon takes a while. I would like to thank @renatabls as we both helped each other when one of us were stuck on a certain boss (you need to completed the stage first if you want to help a friend and some stages don't allow co op). Definitely the hardest platinum on my library and my personal GOTY. Platinum difficulty 8/10.

Popular Post Pershing24
#22 Deadpool (PS3) Okay, you can sell the game now Wow, that name for this platinum trophies is both fitting and hilarious, cause I think I will trade it away to make more room in my library, caused its getting too packed., but that won't be till summer. Anyways for getting this platinum, it wasn't too bad and not as tough as I though. Definitely easier than Spec ops, but not as satisfying as say Doom or Killzone 3, but still a good one. It must have been because I expected a difficult hack and slash game like the God of war, or Devil may Cry franchise. But Deadpool is also a third person shooter, making the combat alot easier with guns. I would definitely recommend this game to anyone that enjoy these types of game, as well as the comic character Deadpool. He is hilarious and not as annoying as I though, even when you keep dying from an enemy gunner or Brute, heck there's even a trophy relating to muting the game volume (Only when he stops breathing). I had a good attack plan for getting this platinum, first beating it on hard difficulty, not surprisingly it was the longest and hardest part. Got as many trophies as I can, then replay certain chapter in the easiest difficulty and that was a breeze. My only mistake was reseting deadpool's skills before completing the 5 gold challenges for Gold rush trophy, this made it much more difficult to get it. This was to get the 300x combo trophy Be like Joe, since its the hardest trophy in the game. I must say this game is better than I expected, and I'm of course glad to get the platinum, but like an old joke, the more you hear it (or play it) the game, the less funny it gets. But I will leave you, with the best joke in the game in my opinion. Edited February 16, 2017 by Pershing24
Popular Post Shurax_Urden
#55 - Batman: Return to Arkham - Arkham Asylum Platinum Trophy Difficulty: 5 Enjoyment: 8 After more than two weeks I finally got another Platinum! I got this as a present for Christmas and I thought it was a good opportunity to play it again Overall really solid game although the "remastered" version is not really that "remastered". I had a great time during the story and getting the riddler challenges (not as much as in Batman Arkham City though ). The worst thing, and the reason I am giving a 5 in the difficulty is those challenges (in concrete the predator challenges, that Silent Knight in extreme really made me mad). The combat challenges can be difficult at first but after you get the grip of it is a piece of cake. I have been working in Dragon Age Inquisition for a couple of weeks, it's been like 60 hours and finally beaten the game + the DLC in Nightmare mode and I only have left a grinding with the shards and the rifts. I am also currently playing again Arkham City & Shadows of Mordor (and waiting until Horizon arrives ) 8

Popular Post Satoshi Ookami
シャイニング・レゾナンス すべてのトロフィーを手に入れた。 I did it... This game pretty much symbolizes what I love about Japanese games. I have been looking forward to playing this game for SO long it may as well be called hype. And it hella NOT disappointed AT ALL! More than that, it blew up all expectations out of water with how brilliant it was! To describe it in one word. This game is incredibly beautiful. In all aspects buuut... I have to mention the waifus =D Oh my god, those waifus... All characters are so beautifully drawn but on top of that they really feel alive and incredibly well written. Another thing I love about Japanese games =D And I'm not even talking about the overall story which was incredible. All of this under soothing BGM which even made me listen to it without moving =D That only happened in Kiseki And the insert songs... OH MY GOD! Saorin's voice is so incredibly BEAUTIFUL! Even ashamed the big Nana Mizuki =D Talking about Nana, maybe for the first time, I even loved the 'antagonist' of some game =D Too bad she is playable only as a DLC. And despite still preferring tactical RPGs, action once in a while does not hurt =D Even though leveling to level 100 was a bit pointless, even trophy-wise the game was pleasant All in all, best ARPG I have ever played. 80 hours of pure enjoyment =D If by some miracle SEGA remasters it for PS4 and localizes it, it will be on top of my future recommendations. And simply... Kirika-sama =D
