Ep.4 came out on the same day on PS3, but ep3 came a week later. It's not out yet, next Wednesday - http://www.telltalegames.com/support/discussion/80725/season-two-finale-updated-release-date-for-ps-vita-europe Vita SCEA released same as PS3 SCEA yesterday.
