tw34kfr34ky
I just finished my first playthrough on hard and im confuzed on what to do next. Im lvl 60 now can i change it to hardcore somehow and start a new playthrough with my current character and keep it stats/items? Or do i really need to start hardcore with a new lvl 1 char? And how do i start hardcore mode? is it simply torment difficulty? Thanks for your help.
slyyy86
You need to start hardcore with a new character.. Press in hero creation
Gatatog
Hardcore is basically a totally seperate portion of the game: you start with an empty stash, no blacksmith/jeweler/enchantress (whether you picked them up on your normal characters or not) and even none of the gold you accumulated. Socramies
Hardcore honestly isnt as difficult as it should be. I have almost every character on Hardcore only because the drops are slightly better and you get slightly more xp. There is only one thing you have to be worried about. That is dying. So kite away. Piknim
Hi, hardcore mode is EXACTLY like regular mode, with one exception. Once you die, you are dead. You have separate stashes, artisans and money between softcore and hardcore. As well as acts and unlocking bounties. So you can't unlock bounties on normal mode and have it unlocked on hardcore. You don't get more exp or loot, A character must be created as a hardcore from the start where you sign the contract that Blizzard will never get your character or the items you had when you died back. Ps. Your stash upgrades, artisan upgrades, money and everything in the stash doesn't dissapear when you die.
