EA Origins account

I appreciate the following can get a little confusing but bear with me. I have two origin accounts, one linked to my PSN and another Xbox Live. On the xbox account I'm level 15 in Fifa but the playstation copy I'm level 1. We are not able to manually move accounts between origin accounts, only customer service. This wouldn't be a problem, however all save data is lost when this is done. I was just wondering if anyone has done this before and lost their fifa profile level in the process, or will it remain intact?

I'm thinking the former as I would guess it relates to the origin account.
