Kittens Are Awesome
My roommate has a dog, Holly, pretty close to the size of my kitty. Marcos decided to put Holly's dress on kitty. She wasn't a fan. Spoiler

Popular Post hpknight
Here's our other dog that we've adopted just before the end of last year. Someone tied him with a steel wire to a light pole outside of a shopping mall and left him there. He's almost 7 months old in this pic. A real asshole i guess. He was really cute when he was a pup, so i bet tons of people would've adopted him if the original owner bothered looking for someone to do it. Caldor2K2
This picture is a bit different. It is a picture of the first two cats that my family ever owned. My mom managed to catch these two as kittens born to a feral cat that lived in a woodpile behind our apartment building. Luckily we got them in time and managed to tame them into two spoiled house cats. I give you Tabby (obviously) and White Toe, not exactly original but as 7 and 5 year old kids me and my sister were just happy to have them and not too worried what their names were. I can't remember exactly when this picture was taken. It was taken prior to March something 1987, as that was when we moved back to Montana from California and couldn't bring them with us. Maybe we took this right before we left to have something to remember them by.

Side note, looking at my old pictures of my cat I posted in here broke my heart. Last week she got given away by a family member without my knowing, to a stranger, and I'm really reserving hope that I can get her back somehow. She really means a lot to me.
Popular Post Oobedoob S Benubi
Don't think I have posted in here yet. My wife and I adopted a dog last year... Previous owner couldn't take care of him any more (though these days I should say "the late previous owner", guess that's saying enough) and he's been kind of neglected by the people taking care of him while the previous owner tried to get better because they're not dog persons and didn't quite get that staying alone in the previous owner's home, only seeing humans when he was walked three times a day is not healthy for a dog. I'm not blaming the carers since they're just not animal people and kind of had the obligation thrusted upon them, still very sad for the dog though. He sure enjoys it with us now though, he's getting lots of attention and his anxiety problems are slowly fading away. We've been to southern France with him recently, he loved going swimming with me, though he was always very tired afterwards. He's supposed to be a pure blooded golden retriever. And sorry to hear about your cat, btw. Hopefully the new owners will take good care of her even if you don't manage to get her back. ?

Nah hedgehog quills are very soft when lowered, and they really only hurt it you go against them instead of with them or press down on them when they're standing up (and even then it's really not that bad unless you have an allergy). I've had two hedgehogs in my lifetime and they were both sweet baby angels. Sweet little Cthulhu. I don't have any easily accessible pictures of Pazuzu unfortunately. What a sweet hedgehog . Does it hurt passing your hand above his back full of spikes? I always wonder that . If a hedgehog's quills are completely down and they feel relaxed then you can pet them no problem. If you start from the head and pet down to the rear end, you won't even feel the spikes at all. If you accidentally brush them the wrong way it wouldn't really bother you much either. When the quills are down and grouped flat together it feels like running your hand against a stiff hairbrush. Touching them when they have their quills up can sting though. If they get stressed they do a thing called popping where they raise all of their quills and jump at you so you get poked. Even that isn't really a thing to be scared of though. It's only a slight prick that lasts a second and it can't really hurt you. But, if a single hedgehog quill falls into your carpet and you accidentally step on it with bare feet, that's 1000% worse than stepping on a lego.

Popular Post Kittens Are Awesome
I've been told by two people now that my dog is ugly. I don't see it. She looks adorable to me. I want brutal honesty here people, is she ugly? Don't worry about hurting her feelings, I won't tell her. I'm a big dumb gorilla. I barely have feelings. I would just like more opinions on my little Peggy's appearance. Spoiler Oh, the middle picture is of Peggy after I let her clean the cottage cheese tub.
