Snokes Posted October 3, 2014 Share Posted October 3, 2014 That's kind of her gimmick. You can change back between Neptune and Purple Heart with each successful rub. It was just nice to have a different character model on the screen I would actually say that Nep, or better said HDD Nep is a very useful card. Considering she's a demi human with Counter Attack and HP Regeneration, she will be a beast if she gets a powerful fusion material or if she is used as fusion material.
