I read elsewhere that you need to complete 5 tours with Johnny to unlock her on the fist level. I've now completed 20 tours with Johnny (and 5 with Gun Chick to be sure) and no Scarlett. Help?!? CPC_6128 Posted October 12, 2014 Author Share Posted October 12, 2014 I answered my own question. I needed to complete 5 tours with Johnny AND unlock Willis KaYay. Once I unlocked Willis, Scarlette popped up on Level 1.1. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
