The official US Playstation Blog has confirmed that all of the Japanese DLC for Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F 2nd will be made available for the Western release!

The EU Blog has also confirmed the DLC.

According to the blog, SEGA will “be releasing content every two weeks or so for nearly six months straight,” with three categories of DLC available:

  • UI Skins: $0.99, but free for the first 39 days after release
  • Costume Modules: $1.99 each
  • Rhythm Game Songs: $2.99 each

If that wasn’t enough, some special “sales initiatives” are being launched which gets you all the content as it’s released, as opposed to buying separately.

To get the entire lineup of post-launch songs in a bundle, there’s the Song Club, which costs $29.99/£19.99/€24.99, and for the post-launch costume modules there’s the Costume Club, which costs $69.99/£39.99/€49.99. With these initiatives, you’ll save 25% on the DLC compared to buying them separately: not too shabby!

The first pieces of content will be rolled out on December 9th 2014, and even better is that cross-buy is enabled, meaning if you buy a costume on the PS3 version of F 2nd, you’ll have it available for you on the Vita version too!

Project DIVA F 2nd is out November 18th in America and Latin America and November 21st in Europe and elsewhere.

Localizing DLC should be the least of Sega's priorities when they still have a bunch of Yakuza games locked up in Japan.

I Would rather they try Localizing Dengeki Bunko Fighting Climax.

Of all the games Sega has, I feel like this is the most unlikely to actually make it to the west. Too much licensing would be the cause.

damn. so no localizing games people want??

Pretty much. Unless the game stars Miku or Sanic Hegehog, you can pretty much eliminate the possibility it's gonna get localized.

Miku is a fun game but i really would want them to bring some of their japan games here

Yakuza 5, Shining Resonance, and Phantasy Star Nova are the big ones I want.

Of course I'd want Yakuza Ishin and 0 as well (maybe even release the PSP games digitally on PSN), but 5 takes priority simply because without 5, there's no hope for the series to go forward outside of Japan.

Phantasy Star Online 2 would also make a lot of people happy, but MMOs are not my cup of tea.

Yeah I can see why, since it has Many Characters From Various Series who are owned by different Companies. Not to mention they added Sega Stages(Sonic & Phantasy Star) along with Virtual Fighter Characters to the game(Meaning Sega is the only one who can Localize the game), otherwise i'd like Aksys Games to Localize it(For sure they'd do it too, and they're apparently working with French-bread now & this game is A big Draw for money; Since its A lot of Anime Fan's Dream game @ the moment).

Well at least I have Under Night in Birth: Exe Late to look forward too.
