How many hours do you spend playing video games per day ?

Used to be 4-6 hours maybe. Nowadays 1-2. University is tough sometimes.

I'm studying -- "studying" -- so how much I play per day varies tremendously. But for the last 6 months I've been playing excessively, with a little dip on average playtime per day the last week and a half before my exams before Christmas. I would say at least 6+ hours per day every day. This semester really begins next Monday, and I intend to do some changes then. Read more from the syllabus -- during my last semester, I was constantly lagging behind my comrades-in-study, and it's not a good feeling at all. Besides, I do have other interest in which I should nurture more. As of now gaming is pretty much what I'm doing when I'm not out and about, so my piles of books and tv/movies are just embarrassingly large.

 

Hopefully i'll be able to make the changes I desire. If not, I have an addiction.

Usually about 5-6 hours before working the night shift then a couple of hours after work sometimes.

I don't play as much on the weekend since that's mostly time spent with my wife and daughter.

It really depends on the day for me. Every now and again, I have days where I don't game at all but I also have days where I'll game 12 or more hours.

On average I'd say I land somewhere between 4-6.

It really depends on if i'm playing a new game that I really like. If I have a really good game to play then around 9-10 hours but if not just like 2-3

I put 3 hours daily mostly because i am on vacation these days. When i work the amount gets reduced at 1 daily hour.

Hmm, that definitely depends on the day.

 

On average though, I would say:

 

2-4 hours on works days

6-10 hours on weekends

 

Of course, some days it's not at all, and some days that's all I do.

Well, since i'm on vacation, i can play 1 or 12 hours, it depends on my mood.

 

But when college is back, it will be reduced to 2 daily hours, and 4-5 on weekends.

It varies. Sometimes I won't play anything at all for a month (like, uh, Dec 23rd until a few days ago) and then other days I will sit and play up to 14hrs in a single session. I've probably gotten in more hours the past two days in games than I have in a long while. And I'm going to regret it as I'm super behind on uni work atm, but games are such a good de-stresser.
