Just to say it's actually very rare and nobody knows how to make it happen, it's best repeating Diplomatic incident and restarting when you reach the lift - for about 120 kills every 10 mins. Use 2nd primary weapon and the lock on rocket launcher for the 8 person multi-kill with the drop ship. And make sure you are using porcupine. ipot_04 Posted April 11, 2015 Share Posted April 11, 2015 I experienced that with 2nd or 3rd level. it's on the area where you need to hack 2 things so Ivanov can plant a bomb then he dies after that.
