I saw a tweet that said it's free worldwide. Not sure what time it will go up in the EU store as yet.

its old game but still looks amazing with great graphics design and there is no other game like this

Don't know about MIrror's Edge, but I can confirm that Most Wanted is free on vita for EU. You'll just have to search for the title manually.
