If you're speaking about the second Bioshock, the online trophies are still 'gettable' but you'll likely have to boost them since it's not that active. Weekends were always more full rooms, people don't appear to play all game modes though, Adam Grab, Grab Little Sister and Civil War were the only modes I was able to play without getting people together. Yeah i went back to BioShock 2 MP few days ago just for fun and got a full lobby right away, glad to see people still play it.
