Do I Have To Restart The Whole Game Just To Get The "Healing Hero" Trophy?!?

I finished this game last night got all the trophies apart from the Healing Hero one which i thought i would leave till later. I logged in this morning and I couldn't use chapter select meaning I couldn't reach to the level I wanted to unless i restarted the whole game?

 

Can anyone help? Thank You in advance it is much appreciated!!!

If you have finished the game, chapter select should be open to you.  What exactly is happening?  You aren't able to select chapter select at all?  Did you delete your save file?

I went onto the game this morning went to chapter select everything was locked, decided to start a new game (I'm guessing this is the problem but there must be some way around it) chapter 1 is unlocked in chapter select but i cant even access any chapters :/ Do I risk it and delete my save file? If so how ?

Yea, I risked it and now I can't even click on Chapter & Collection like I said before... I guess when I get some motivation I'll have to restart unless I get a tip from somebody D;
