KaizokuZilla
Mine would definitely have to be Persona 3. Best game ever.
qxc
3 had a great cast/atmosphere/story so it's my favorite. I had more fun however gameplay wise playing P4 the first time, but that's most likely cause i was anticipating going back. Music in both 3&4 are amazing as well. ExHaseo
Persona 3 by far. It has my favorite cutscene in any game ever, and has my favorite opening. The story and characters are ridiculously in-depth. The story itself is just really interesting and entertaining. And I love the atmosphere and the overall art style. DeterminedArrow
Persona 3 FES. I'm planning a Fuuka cosplay and I adore Aigis.
Shazarul1985
I voted Persona 4 since it is my first persona game. I bought Persona 3 later and now I am a hardcore Persona fanboy. I am very hype about Persona 5. I keep googling Persona 5 everyday just to know whether there is new stories and updates about Persona 5.

killivincent
Persona 1. I don't know. The other's just don't have that creepy feeling it has. I played the 3rd first but I still love the first the most. Both psOne and PSP versions. Edited April 15, 2015 by killivincent
Satoshi Ookami
P3P because of Minato JP P4G because of HanaKana. Since P4G doesn't have dual audio, P3P.
Galadeur
i'm torn between persona 3 and 4. both are awesome games, and both have cool things the other one doesn't (P3 has the evoker, P4 has the best soundtrack ever).

hyappatuhyakuchu
Persona 4. Persona 3's story and its voice actors are definitely the most boring thing ever. Heck, you can even hear Mitsuru Kirijo's voice actress literally falling asleep while she speaks in Persona 4 Arena.
Lucas
Persona 4 Golden is definitely the best Persona game. Its characters, story and graphics are superior to the previous Persona games. Also, the battle system works out best in Persona 4 Golden.

hyappatuhyakuchu
Care to pinpoint where exactly is Rie Tanaka falling asleep? Why do you assume that everyone plays their games in Japanese? No, not Rie Tanaka; her English voice actress, Tara Platt. And I'd say pretty much all the time, but her scenario had some really "HEY, WAKE UP, TARA" moments.

I was pretty convinced you played it in English, therefore I was asking a valid question =) You also shouldn't speak poorly about voice acting if you are only talking about the inferior one

hyappatuhyakuchu
@Satoshi Well, here's your anwser: most people don't care about Japanese voice acting. That's why I'm talking about the version we can all understand. More importantly, don't tell people not to give their opinions.

So the language you speak is inferior? Really? Don't be a weaboo please. Some games I play in English and some I keep the original Japanese language for some too. All language is equal. Oh, and Persona Q. It was great seeing the cast from 3 and 4 together. Edited June 3, 2015 by OnePieceDude
Xel
Persona 3 had a better story overall, but in Persona 4 is where the gameplay shines Edited September 9, 2015 by drag0n2

I'm not being a weaboo, I'm objectively saying that English voice acting in Persona 3 is inferior to its Japanese counterpart =) Even jeandeve said it, if Mitsuru sounds like she's about to fall asleep, that isn't really a sign of proper voice acting. hyappatuhyakuchu
Voice acting and weeaboos aside, Persona 3 is void of any good intellectual intrigue and is very uninteresting. Unlike its sequel. People saying P3 had a better story than P4 is like saying that Final Fantasy 13 had a better story than any other FF (basic example). Oh and, the Evokers idea is just embarrassing. I was kinda glad they didn't use razor blade Evokers in P4/P5 to summon their Personae out of their wrists. That alone should tell you that Persona 4 has the bigger weeaboo following. Anyway It's cool if you don't like Persona 3, everyone is entitled to their own opinion but don't insult someone if they don't have the same opinion as you. It just comes off as being childish. LOL ok? Did I ever say P3 was aimed at weeaboos? No. Did I ever insult or call someone a weeaboo here? No. Get out. Edit: Oh and, do you know why P4 is (rightly or wrongly) getting milked that much, but not P3? Because P4 is good.
