Xxleonardo97xX
Hello, this idea came to my mind a few days ago when I realised that some of my friends watch way more movies than me simply because they don't watch it in one sitting. They watch like 1 hour then they come back later and finish the movie. I started doing it lately and I've been watching way more movies, obviously if I have time to do it in one sitting I do but most of the time I don't have time to watch it at once. So, how do you do it?
IntenseFATE98
If I get time, I watch in one sitting. If I dont, I'll get back to it within the next 6 hours. Cant sleep if I watch only half of the movie and stop
Burst
one sitting only. The only day that i have free time for movies is sunday night or saturday night, it depends. Other days i have university lessons, gym . . . eating so i can't really watch and enjoy a movie.
edu_gamer
Always 1 sitting, if I don't have time I simply wait until I have more time to spare, I even watched Gone with the Wind in one sitting, if I didn't finish the movie in one sitting means that I didn't like it, so I won't come back to it, thankfully I've never had the need to leave the Cinema with the movie still going like some people have done, due to the quality of the movie. LukeWarm115
I watch movies with my eyeballs. Seriously though, I need to watch them in one sitting. I also need it to be dark and the volume to be loud.
Juzota
Always on one sitting unless I fall asleep. I like to watch my movies at nightime so it's not unusual to fell asleep while watching a movie even if I like it.
Spudgun20
in one sitting, altho maybe not always giving it my total, if any, attention. I've been sat here with theme hospital on one screen and Sherlock Holmes (Downey jr version) on another and I've only just realized its nearly finished. SuffyZorugelion
Usually in one sitting of course. But sometimes I fall a sleep etc. so I have to finish it later. If it's a really crappy movie and I hate it I dont finish it
Omar
I always try to find time to watch in one sitting. Stopping halfway through a movie totally kills the mood
Goro
I'll only start a movie if i know I have the time to watch the full thing right then and there.
Masamune
Always in 1 sitting. Hell, I've gone through entire anime series in one sitting before.
TheFinalEmblem
I always watch a movie in 1 sitting because stopping part way through and not finishing it just bothers me.
xZoneHunter
I tend to have an habit to watch my movies in more than one sitting. Mostly because i always get an itch to get back to gaming or reading while being halfway through a movie.
1973456
Usually its one sitting, sometimes when the movie runs for more than 2 hours and there's stuff I need to do around the house I watch it in 3-4 sittings. I had a weird experience with one movie but I'm not prepared to write a wall of text of spoilers/explanation to why watched it in like 10 sittings. Hjord
Always one sitting. If i don't have the time, I watch an episode of one of the tv shows i'm following.
jpm1276
I have to watch movies in one sitting. If something comes up and I have to stop a movie, I will typically hold off about a week and restart it from the beginning. A movie started from a halfway point or wherever never seems to have the same feeling as watching it from the start.
ShadowGandalf
If I dont have time to watch the whole thing, I'll watch it another time. I hate stopping movies in the middle. Same with TV episodes, and book chapters. I always watch a whole movie, watch a whole episode, or read a whole chapter. Dreakon13
I hate myself. Rightfully so, especially since that joke was already made. ... I can't imagine intentionally watching a movie in multiple sittings (unless it's some crazy 9 hour one). One sitting only here.
Kashiyuka
I had to break up my viewing of Les Misérables and I hated having to do it. So it's always one-sitting viewings unless something calls me away from it unexpectedly.

Although, maybe that was part of the joke...? Aaahh, I give up. In all seriouness, I'm a one-sitting type of guy, but I do occasionally load up my favourite scenes and re-watch them in ten-fifteen minutes lumps. Xillia
I don't start up movies if I know I won't be able to watch it all in one sitting. Though I don't usually have the attention span to watch mvies in the first place, I prefer watching series so that I can stop watching at whatever episode I want to. shinytrophyy
I try to watch in one sitting, but that's not always realistic. My movie backlog is as big as my game backlog, so I've been watching them like TV shows lately too (a little each day)
le7Samurai
In one sitting https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lKq_oRsI4Hw Honestly i just couldn't watch movies in parts.
antithesis
Preferably in one sitting, by myself, in the dark, headphones on...no fucking distractions. However, kids movies are typically viewed over multiple sessions, often stretching weeks or months. They don't get to watch much TV and it tends to be limited to 30 mins once a week, twice if they're lucky. We hand out Tele bans as punishment, so the poor lil fuckers miss most of their sessions. I think we've been watching Star Wars Episode VI for 5 months, yet my just turned 5 y/o son knows exactly where we're up to (meeting the Ewoks).
