Completed the "Sub-Level 13" missions with 3 other players.

 

Can this trophy be earned by all players in a Co-op session?
or Is it the host only who earns it?

Everyone, and you only need two players if each of you have a second controller you can get it in split screen.

I just have a question about this trophy. Can i earn this trophy with 4 controllers, or you need at least another player with 2 controllers each to be 4? Thank you so much in advance

it's still the same method as jorgeammo in 2015 posted. either 4 different players or 2 consoles with 2 controllers apiece.

On the ps5, you only need 1 other controller. Simply join your main account and then turn off the 2nd controller turn it back on and login to your 3rd account and repeat for the 4th. It is really hard to play with 4 splits on the screen so be aware of that.

It should be noted that on ps3 while doing split screen online coop,  player 2 will not receive any trophies only player 1 will, so if you do split screen, make sure the one that needs the trophy is player 1 

 

Side note, because of this you can get trophies that seem completely out of order but are completely legit

I wonder if this can also be used to get trophies that may have been deemed unobtainable, all depends if you can get said trophies while on LAN.
