daftprophet
No, its pretty tame so far. The game lets you pick what play style you want based on what you want your average playtime to be. The playstyles are Keen, Serious, Dedicated and Fanatical. I'll list the difference between Keen and Fanatical, the others are sort of in between. Keen play style: Avg completion time - 30hrs Enemy Stamina (health) - 75% Enemy Money - 200% Experience - 250% Passage of time (a mechanic im not explaining ) - Fast Fanatical play style: Avg completion time - 100hrs Enemy Stamina - 100% Enemy Money - 100% Experience - 100% Passage of time - Slow So they aren't really difficulties per se but adjust the game based on how much time you plan on playing it. I chose Dedicated but you can switch whenever you like. Also im not sure what impact these play styles have on trophies as I havent really looked at the trophy list. From the outside appearance, it doesn't seem to have any difficulty related trophies. However, there may be some inside game stuff that can only be done on certain difficulties? Not too sure. Seems like a game I'd like to try out though.
Brawler
I wanted a physical copy, but I'll forgive them considering it's only $20. This. I usually prefer physical but for that price I can understand buying it. It looks like an interesting game, maybe the vita will finally get some use. Satoshi Ookami
I saw this game on the psn store but i'm still not sure if its worth it. I really wish it had a demo because $20 is too steep for me to just blindly buy it. If you are into JRPGs, you should give it a chance. I probably wouldn't recommend this to anyone else.
