Parallel Quests

Having trouble getting Z rank on some of these. Any suggestions?

This is what i make sure to do in all parallel quest

clear the 3 conditions

3 throws

20 ki blasts

10 supers

5 ultimates

3 guardbreaks

20 repelled ki blasts

not getting hit/+80% hp (use item before you deal final blow)

be alone

kill enemies with ultimates

finish mission transformed (have kaioken makes it easy)

Do you need Z rank ?

 

Just started playing, the RNG is CRAZY, I been trying to get im the strongest on earth for over 12 runs

its speculated that Z rank increases dropchances, nothing certain thou

That doesn't seem to make sense, you get drops from defeating enemies the skills are from.

You can get any of the items from the possible drops when achieving ultimate finish, for instance i didnt get 17's super electric strike from beating him but i got it on the resultscreen anyways

While I have no proof of this, I do strongly believe that taking specific characters with you on certain Parallel Quests will also increase your chances of getting certain skill, clothes, and Z-Soul drops, based on who you are pitting them against in those fights. There have been multiple occasions during which I had played certain Parallel Quests repeatedly and still did not get the drops, despite getting Z Ranks. However, after bringing along certain characters that have special dialogues with the characters I was trying to get those drops from, I suddenly got those drops (sometimes directly after defeating them and other times at the Results Screen).

I had considered bringing characters with special dialogue aswell but tbh i havn't really gotten much data just as i havn't gotten any if Z-rank increases dropchances.

 

It could also just be that the dropchances in general are so low that it's a joke and nothing we do improves the dropchances.
